I love the ambience, food and the Service we received from the moment we walked in the door till the moment we left was awesome! Probably to worst steak I've ever attempted to eat in my whole life. Everyone was nice and the service was fine, just bad food.

Cody was delicious. This road house was very easy to get to because it is dead center in the middle of the highway, right in the median.

Pretty good steak and fixings. Decent prices. Salad dressing is great and I don't normally eat ranch.

Boisterous family style steakhouse. Choice cuts, nothing fancy but well done and priced for what it is. You will leave full.

These folks were down in Lake Placid until last year when that bitch hurricane Irma rampaged…read morethrough the county and caused them a lot of damage. This has been their new digs for about a year and the word is the entire staff went along with the move! Atmosphere- This is a country club restaurant that is open to the public. There is a very nice outside patio. Inside is an "L" shaped bar and contemporary furniture. Lots of windows. Food- I'd call it American classics which is typical of country clubs in Central Florida. There is a strong emphasis on freshness here. They even bake their own burger buns! They have a pizza oven and the word is the pies are great. Note that their prime rib is extremely popular. I went with the 10 Oz NY Strip with fries and a side salad for $23.00. I was out in good time, cooked exactly as ordered and tender. The fries and side salad were spot on. A classic meal done right! Adult libations- Full bar with a small selection of draft beers. I went with a house Merlot which was just fine. Customer Service- I sat at the bar and my bartender/server was five stars and a great conversationalist. I really enjoyed chatting with her! This place is not trying to make a statement with trendy food. They are serving up classic American dishes that beat the hell out of a chain restaurant!

I'm starting with good news about Tin Cup. The NY strip and prime rib were OUTSTANDING! Service…read morewas very good. My sides were baked potato and caprese salad with fresh basil. Now the not so good news . . My salad consisted or 2 tomatoe slices 1 piece of mozzarella and no basil anywhere. So my salad was disappointing and so was the shrimp cocktail. Shrimp was good but it was still warm when they served it. It was on ice but not chilled yet. On the bright side even with the salad and shrimp missteps, my prime rib and husband's NY strip made up for it all. Both were well seasoned, tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. We will definitely go back.
