Steaks were delicious, service well above average. A great atmosphere for all encluding kids and very clean with reasonable prices.

We've been here a few times. I like their pork chop (even though I need to sign a waiver to have pork cooked medium), and my husband loves their burgers. The baked potato is perfectly cooked, and the salad and rolls are delicious. To top it all off, the peanuts are a fun snack while we enjoy an adult beverage and wait for our meals! read more

We had dinner last night and had the most amazing waiter,Albert . He was friendly and efficient. The place was crowded but he frequently checked on us and immediately brought refills of whatever we needed . We will definitely return and ask for Albert as our waiter . Have been here a number of times, always sitting at the bar and it's always been crowded. The food is good and above average for a place like this. Fun fact, not sure if true anymore, two years ago there was a brother and sister that worked here. Any menu item I've had, which is primarily burgers and such, have been great. Can order from the regular menu but there's also a special bar menu with reduced prices. Don't recall if the bar menu is happy hour specific. Can also get free peanuts too! read more

My bad experience was with the server and not the food. Our server, Taylor, failed to bring out enough salad plates for a party of 6. It went down hill from there. She NEVER brought me a salad plate. She was to busy visiting with her friends in a booth near our table. The food runner brought out our food. Two steaks were not cooked to order. Taylor was still busy visiting with her friends to inquire about our steaks. All this just ruined our experience. They didn't even have any to-go cups. Kind of a typical chain roadhouse. It's my dad's favorite restaurant in Sebring to take visitors to. Good burgers and American dishes. I would compare it to a Texas Roadhouse but without their rolls and with less emphasis on steaks. Nice, clean, friendly. It is a roadhouse, so do expect it to be busy on weekends and it can be a bit noisy as families enjoy their meals. Lots of options on the menu and I've never heard anyone complain about their food or the service the 3 or 4 times I have been there and typically we are a party of 6 or 8. Strongly recommend using their service to get on the waiting list by phone before you get there as there are usually lines. read more

This place is a great family restaurant with delicious food. We ordered the ribs and they were fall off the bone good. I highly recommend a visit to Cody's. Staff is always friendly as well and they are open pretty late for being in Sebring. read more

Yesterday we went for early dinner at Cody's, very busy, we had Ashley as our waitress. We had been going to Cody's for 8 years, nobody has been as wonderful as Ashley!! She answered all questions about food and drinks really well, no hesitating. She knows the menu well. Very welcoming, nice, made the dinner a wonderful time, not in a rush, explained everything well, super attentive, checking on us constantly. Good ambiance. I want Ashley to be our waitress ALWAYS!! She would be a great person to train waitresses, an asset to your company. Employees like Ashley is what makes a company succeed and having customers coming back!! read more

We had a great server and food was ok, nothing to write about. My concern was we sat in a booth where above us was an open ceiling with some sort of shelves and things hanging. There was so much filth up there dust, debris etc. It was very disturbing . We won't go back. I can only imagine how the kitchen looked. read more

Service a bit slow never offered to refill drinks, appetizers chips fresh and warm guacamole super stiff almost frozen queso was old with skin on top with grainy texture. Meats served were at least cooked correctly, but the sides of fries were not even warm, and make and cheese was dry and grainy texture in cheese. Not worth returning read more

OmG I went there yesterday Ok I been there before but this time I wanted to write a review. I wanted to say how amazing the waiter was. His name was Albert (I think 95%) he was very nice and attentive. He kept checking on us and had the most amazing personality. I would go back there more if I lived closer and had him as a waiter. It would be a shame to lose him in the future but with an attitude like that I'm sure he will be amazing and pleasure to have wherever he goes. Taylor did a fantastic job taking care of our group of eleven people. She was on top of everything the entire time while still working other tables. All workers wear masks including the Manager. Bus people spraying and cleaning after every patron. Gave us a true sense of safety eating here. The server Taylor was a delight and very accommodating. And when we asked that we begiven time between our salad and main meal that was the way it came. We come here every couple of months and ALWAYS get treated very well. We were very pleasantly surprised as the wait was not as long as it looked like it was going to be. We had a table of seven so we were a little concerned about getting a spot. Wait staff was very attentive and took care of all of our needs as quickly as they could. The food was wonderful and everyone was very happy with what they got. Consistent HORRIBLE Service! We have tried several times to give this restaurant a chance. We have been forgiving for missing part of the order we paid for and when the server used our food plates to push dirty dishes out of the way. Yes we have tried to appreciate the casual feel and food but the service is awful! They could do better they just don't even try. Stopped for a late lunch, I have never been here before and had the largest grill chicken I've ever had and it way perfect. Decent food. Absolutely horrendous service. Sat down at 3:00. Immediately put our order in for drinks. 25 minutes before the waitress came back around with drinks. Which were wrong. Another 15 minutes before any bread made to to the table. I had asked for the tomatoes on the side of the salad. Nope. Bowl full of tomatoes. Food finally showed up nearly an hour after we were sat. I asked the waitress for a refill on a couple drinks and those never made it to the table. I also asked for A1 sauce for the steak and never got that either. If you want good service I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat. read more

As always, great food. Buckets of peanuts in the shell. Happy Hour had BOGO on margaritas. I don't like margaritas. Until I tried theirs, that is. (See photo) Our waitress, Taylor, was just the sweetest, most attentive server you could ask for anywhere. It was super hot outside- and pretty warm inside, too. Yet Taylor was hopping around taking care of our every wish fresh as a daisy. I had the sirloin and shrimp. Fabulous steak. The shrimp were good, but overshadowed by that steak. Cooked perfectly. Make sure you have some of those yeast rolls with the cinnamon butter. Those alone are worth the trip! They serve a family style salad. Meh. I am not in the whole ranch dressing fan club. It was salad. Later, I wished I'd skipped the salad so that I could've eaten another roll. OR the last onion ring. Wow. Huge crispy onion rings - served in a tower, with a lovely little turmeric sauce. Not so ordinary at all. This is my first yelp review of this place, but I come here as often as possible. Don't dress up. It is frequently noisy. Bring a healthy appetite, and leave a nice tip for a very hardworking server. Oh... and try the margaritas! read more

This place is usually pretty busy with a moderate wait. There's a reason for that. The food and service is consistently great. Everything from the burgers to the fajitas are great. The appetizers and desserts are wonderful. Drinks are great, full bar inside. The salad and rolls are some of the very best. Despite it usually being packed, it's usually very comfortable and always enjoyable inside. One of the best restaurants in Sebring for a casual dinner. read more

Stopped in for Sunday night dinner. Business was active but we were seated quickly. I don't prefer a booth, and the seats were uncomfortable as expected. However, everything else was excellent. I had a 28 oz Goose Island IPA for $4.77 and the baked half chicken BBQ dinner for $12.98. It came with bottomless salad and a baked potato. We've been to Cody's at least once a month this year. The service is always excellent. The specials are great values that taste good and don't skimp on portion size. The two for one Wednesday Fajita's is my favorite along the Sunday specials. The two for drink specials on beer are an added bonus especially as the draft beers are a full glass and not the bathroom size cups you elsewhere.
