Such a cute new place in Dorchester. The ambiance was perfect. I got the Che 3 mau and the Che Saigon. Definitely tasty. I'd be interested to come back and try their other che and pastries/desserts. The customer service was excellent, I'd give 5 stars for that alone. read more

I have been coming here a few times now and enjoy everything I would order. I always get the jasmine milk tea with flan. Today when I came in I ordered the Big Bang wrap which was so good, and as I was eating the second half of my wrap, I found a short strand of hair in it and told the employee. He handed it very well. He apologized and offered to make a new one or a refund so I got refund. Very excellent service with great eat. Also, they offer student discounts on drinks! read more

This is a casual, clean, family friendly environment. Tasty smoothies with prompt and courteous service.

I love this place! Accessible, generous, and freaking tasty. And let me tell you that's for every single items on their menu. Let me know if you ever find any other place that have this much varieties and artisanal craftsmanship across all their products!! Coffee Pastries Smoothies Refreshments drinks Fruit teas Bubble teas Quick Snacks Sandwiches Desserts Nice cozy/modern ambiance/food&drink and generous portions for everything. Great price too!! Nice friendly staffs and manager. They go all out for their customers & accommodating as heck, that's for sure (speaking from one who's also super picky & particular here). I like & appreciate how much of high quality all their items are. I see teas brewing all the times and pastries coming out frequently. I've tried a lot. My absolute favs are their pastries, any drinks! and popcorn chicken. You know it's a great place when any of the items on their menu are hits! None of their items are like any of your "average joe" kinda stuffs that you can order elsewhere, they're all nicer. It's the best cookies you'll ever try and the best turkey BLT you'll ever try kinda thing (literally too) There're countless more reasons than these for why I always go here since their debut but to sum up it's an awesome place that you will make you crave for more & come back Choose CocoLeaf for consistency and variety ! always read more

I went there with my friend. Everything is good, the owner is very nice and professional. We ordered che thai, che coco leaf, matcha cream puff, and a doughnut. However, when I ordered, a cashier somehow just wrote down a cream puff and forgot my Che thai, and I did not take a receipt so Idk he didn't put it in. Therefore, I waited about 20' then I told with the owner about my order, then he made it for me right away. But then I remembered that I tipped 10% on card and saw it's only $0.3 so I check my bank and saw that they didn't charge me for the Che thai, so I told the owner that it's not his fault and I would pay for my Che thai, but he said the cashier also made mistake and I waited for a long time. So the Che thai is on them. I love the owner respond and definitely come back to try other things on the menu. - Che thai: super good, not too sweet. I recommend it if you can eat durian. I think if you can't eat durian, you can tell them when order and they can modify it. - Che coco leaf: I had it when it first open, at that time I feel that Che is too sweet. But this time, they make it the right amount, and my friend love it. - Matcha cream puff: in my opinion, I think this one is better than Beard Papa in Chinatown. It's crispy on the outside and bonus a piece of strawberry. I wish they will have a vanilla or original favor. * Update 03/13/17 - Oolong milk tea with unlimited topping ($5.50) I couldn't remember what is in there. - Che 3 mau: my friend said it's good. - Spicy garlic popcorn chicken: it's okay, the garlic flavor is not strong enough, but my friend love it. So I think maybe I drank a sweet milk tea before I ate the chicken. ***Tip: drink some water before you switch food or drink. They have detox water in the back. In addition, since che is made to order, so you can tell a cashier when order, what you don't want and substitute with a thing you like. - Sweet potato fries: we love it. read more

I had the Mocha Milk Tea; it was really good. The service was alright. People usually park on the street so if it's busy you'll have to park far away. read more

This place looked really small from the outside but it was spacious on the inside. Very cute inside. We ordered several che. I ordered the saigon with chia seeds. The extra topping cost $0.50 more. It was really good. It had all the jelly I wanted plus the chia seeds. It wasn't too sweet and wasn't bland like the che chia drink. I wish there was a labeling system on the cups to indicate which drink was which because it was hard to distinguish them apart. We also ordered the fried dough balls in matcha and earl grey flavors. Not sure why they called it those flavors because none of them tasted any different from regular fried dough. Maybe one had a small sprinkle of green color. I'd come back for the che saigon and try the crepes. read more

they don't sell crepes anymore.. big shocker when i came back from a two month trip.. place has always been a 4 stars cos of their crepes but damn.. no more crepes anymore.. does it even deserve three stars? not sure but it's definitely not a four. milk teas and drinks are just ok, the che isn't bad but not the best either (good as a simple dessert). the savory stuff can be lacking sometimes, taste and amount but it's good for a quick bite for that certain taste you might crave. read more

I visited this cafe for the first time today. I was impressed. The cafe is new and finding its legs,. So, I expect a few hiccups in the beginning, but they are off to a great start. I ordered the Thai Crepe. The Thai basil pesto and chicken was full of flavor! It was a wonderful dish. The mochi donuts are a unique experience. They are chewier, like mochi, but they still have the donut flavor. They are made fresh every hour as well. The owner let us taste the bacon cheddar scone. It was tasty, but it was also a bit too dense, more like a biscuit. The chef said they are still working on perfecting that one. He agreed it should be fluffier. I was pleasantly surprised with the coffee. It has good flavor. It isn't bitter at all and has a nice smooth flavor. The ambiance of the cafe is warm yet modern. The stainless steel open concept kitchen contrasts the warm wooden furniture in the seating area. A previous reviewer commented about the giant table. I'm of two minds. It is a bit gargantuan and overpowers the space, and blocks the viewing of the open concept kitchen. However, I also think it creates a great community gathering spot. I think the restaurant would be lacking something if it were removed, but it is an obstruction being present. This place is a welcome addition to Fields Corner. It creates a warm gathering place with delicious food and drinks. I hope that they continue to grow and perfect their space. This place along with other newly sprouting cafes in Fields Corner should help to revitalize this hidden Boston he of a neighborhood. read more

Coco Leaf - Smoked salmon crepe and hibiscus ginger tea in the spacious and comfortable restaurant. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

Overall, everything is pretty good. The staff is super nice and pay attention to your needs and opinion which most places wouldn't. When coco leaf first opened, I was not a big fan of their desserts due to overly sweetness. But once I told them what was wrong and many other complaining about the desserts, they closed down for a week to fix the menu and the taste. (Guess people were not giving good feedback at the soft opening) Going on forward, everything tastes good. What I like best about them is they're adding more stuff to their menu and they change it up. Only downside is they don't always have all the flavors if it's sold out or it's not flavor of the day. (Creme puff you have to ask what flavors they have) Favorite: creme puff (all the flavors except passion fruit), fruit tart (white chocolate) , hello Vietnam crepe, kale and banana smoothie Not a fan: passion fruit flavor anything! (Still too tarty, sour for me) but that's just me. read more

omg this place is incredible. I had tried few different crepe places and most of them don't hv much topping there and cost like $8-10. Found this place looking for dessert shops in the area. Saw pictures of their passion fruit tarte and decided to stop by. Was surprised that there wasn't as many pastries as I thought there would be, really wanted to try the matcha cream puff. We did come kinda late in the day so they might've just ran out. The did have the passion fruit tarte and it was so good! A tad on the tart side but we didn't mind. My mom and I ordered some milk tea as well. I ordered boba and flan inside my milk tea and it tasted so yummy! If you're looking for a nice milk tea and tarte this is the place. read more

Coco Leaf is my go-to for morning coffee on the way to the train... Great open space when you walk in with communal seating and quiet tables. Lately, I've been trying their new food menu - the Thai pesto chicken sandwich with clam chowder really hit the spot during this insane cold snap. The roast beef panini is also delicious - with bacon onion jam? Yum. I give this place five stars because they offer something for everyone at great price points. These are no ordinary sandwiches. And for less than seven bucks? Coco Leaf is a neighborhood gem waiting for you to discover. They're open late, too. read more

Excellent service! we tried different places sell Che in MA and so far this is the best and authentic. their price is reasonable as well

The Che is good but I feel like u really have to be in the mood to eat all of it because there is so much in it. It could be a bit sweeter but maybe it's my personal preference? The crepe was a bit dry but it was really big and the strawberries and everything in it was sweet. The smoothies are good, but not anything to rave about. The best thing besides the Che is probably the takoyaki. It was so so so good. They were large and good amounts of filling and just absolutely delicious. Probably some of the best I've had around. read more

Great avocado smoothies, great place to stay out of the hotness of the summer, large space, handsome workers

My Vietnamese boyfriend took me here for their chè and we were impressed by the quality and authenticity of ingredients! We ordered the chè 3 mau, chè cocoleaf, and the matcha crepes. And if you're a durian fan, we recommend the chè Thai and the durian+avocado smoothie! The chè is creamy and sweet but not overpoweringly sweet, definitely a nice cold dessert for hot summer days. The crepes were fluffy and paired well with the matcha ice cream. Highly recommend this place! Not to mention the service is very friendly and the decor is cozy and welcoming with a box of Jenga games you can play with friends. read more

Had the pleasure of trying out Coco Leaf Cafe today! I started this morning off with a iced Vietnamese coffee. I'm not normally someone who drinks sweet coffee, but the sweetness really complemented the strong taste of the coffee. The owner showed me how it is slow dripped, which really brings out the flavor! Afterwards, I had the Matchalicious crepe after the chef's own recommendation. I can't even begin to express the delight my tastebuds felt between the combination of Matcha ice cream, Strawberries and chocolate ganache. I'm definitely looking forward to going back, but will be torn again between a sweet crepe and trying the fresh Che! read more

I am so glad coco leaf opened up in my neighborhood! My husband has been a regular there since it opened last year and it is our new favorite place to get coffee, desserts, sandwiches and boba. The ambiance is great for camping out and getting work done or getting together with a friend. There is a huge table in the middle for larger groups along with a few boardgames to play. I HIGHLY recommend the cream puffs. They are so much better than Beard Papa's and worth driving here for. My pastor even jokingly mentioned them in a sermon as being something that we'd find in heaven lol. As for beverages, the coffee is strong and their boba drinks are well made with unlimited toppings. They recently added sandwiches to the menu and the "Big Bang" one is delicious. As a Korean person, I'd have to say that the bulgogi in the sandwich tasted very authentic!! The service is also great... the employees are friendly and I hope this business continues to thrive! read more
