The first time wasn't too bad, but last night was HORRIBLE! I sat in her chair for an hour and 30 minutes to get a gel manicure that was the worst I've ever received. Paint was smeared all over the edges of my nails, and the gel was uneven. The younger woman tried to fix the situation, but there was no way to salvage my nails. They might as well have started all over! Now I have a coat of gel on top of a finished coat that is cracking through. LMAO ‍ Waste of time. Waste of money. I hope the cute old lady retires. She has no business doing nails. She hugged me after I complained, but my nails still look grimy. I will not be going back.

Maddie was very thorough and cleaned my nails up and shaped them well. I love them so much but for some reason, the top coat peeled off a little on two nails which also got rid of the chrome? I am not sure but I think I will ask for extra top coats next time. Other than that, this place was great and I will be recommending and returning. This place also takes AMEX unlike a couple of other salons in the area.

It's a 20-25 minute drive for me, but I don't mind at all, when you find someone who actually gets it right, it's worth it. I'm very particular about my nails; I have a specific style I like done a certain way, and she nails it (no pun intended) every single time. I also just love the whole salon -- the owner and everyone there is amazing. John does my pedicure and he's fantastic with nails too. When I asked why they cut them so short, they told me, "It looks cleaner this way." After that, she put extensions on them or whatever . On top of that, nobody there treats you kindly. The atmosphere makes you feel like you're not even a customer.
