I was told I would receive a refund and that any treatments to fix this would be comped, but I have not received a refund. They have also stopped checking in on me. I have called multiple times and emailed with no response, while still being charged the monthly fee. At this point, I have paid $1,352 to be left with burns and no resolution. The lack of follow through from management is unacceptable. I would not recommend coming here.

I noticed he would lean in closer to her occasionally, but I didn't realize that that was when he was saying these really inappropriate things to her. I wish I knew so I could have gotten her out of there sooner. Notice how Patrick never denied harassing my friend in his super professional response. On top of everything, the set she got was ugly and poor quality, just like mine (see pics). Ladies, be so careful around that nail tech. He is not one of the girls. It's even more alarming that he's the owner. I can only imagine how he conducts himself with his all female staff in the off hours. Edit: Patrick, please don't lie about this. I was there. You have no video or audio footage. Just be better.

I recently had a regular (non-gel) manicure and pedicure at this salon and was quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly, the selection of regular polish was very limited. I initially planned to use the same color for both my nails and toes, but the application on my toes turned out splotchy, so I asked to switch my nail color. The new nail color looked terrible after three coats, and the nail tech kept blaming the polish, claiming it was drying too fast. When I asked for a recommendation for a good color to use, she didn't provide any guidance. I requested a refund the next day, but they offered to fix it within 7 days instead. When I returned, they had new nail polishes ready for me, but the result was still subpar. The manicure was not worth the cost, and the polish didn't last longer than a day. Overall, I don't see how they can justify their prices, and I won't be returning. read more

I adore MaJolie! I've been a loyal customer for a while now. Jenya works her magic on my nails, while the other ladies pamper my toes. When Jenya did my wedding nails, they looked absolutely breathtaking. I received so many compliments on them! My hard gel nails can last up to four weeks, and my toes stay fabulous for just as long. Plus, they offer free drinks and a phone charger. They do an amazing job at getting everything done quickly, especially if you're not a fan of spending hours at a nail salon. I booked a Japanese manicure expecting a polished, high-end experience -- especially at $80 -- but I left underwhelmed. The manicure wasn't done well, and when I brought it up, the rep told me I could come back within a week to get it fixed. I followed their instructions only to be told later that "it's not covered by policy." That was disappointing and confusing.
