They were able to come out same day, rekey all the external doors, provide as many key copies as we needed, and open and re-key that attic door. I called Cobra about installing two smart lock and key door pads. They told me to follow the directions...seriously? Not sure what kind of business they are running? I called Longhorn lock and key, they were out immediately and installed both of them!! One of the door pads was faulty and that's why I couldn't install it and was looking for professional help.
