Once she was making the keys for me she started talking about crazy things and her political views which was a big turn off I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I wish they had a big red hat on the business sign I would've not gone in in the first place. I will give them two stars because the keys work but be mindful that unless I'm wearing a big red hat don't talk to me about your big red hat stuff. Your views are your views and it's best to keep it that way when you're running a business. Don't make people uncomfortable when they come in to do business with you.

Jon did a great job installing our new smart lock. If you're in the same boat, I recommend doing your own research and choosing a smart lock that works for you before getting a quote (it will depend on the complexity of the lock). Additionally, when rekeying our other locks to match, he noticed some problems with our deadbolts that he also fixed on the spot. When I first reached out to him, I did feel like his prices were a bit higher than some other quotes I obtained. Still, something told me to go with him (and support a local business as well). After he finished the job, his prices made way more sense. He leaves a large window for each customer in case there are unforeseen issues or he finds problems that he could fix on the spot (this is common since locks wear out over time). An immediate fix is definitely preferred since each service call costs a substantial amount. So it does seem like he factors in additional time for each visit so that he's able to problem solve and fix as much as necessary. This was really helpful since like I mentioned before, our other deadbolts were not closing all the way.
