Was there yesterday to clean up my F150. Went to pick it up and it was still a mess. It did not appear that they did the hand finishing hardly at all. I called them back and they gave it a cursory touch up. I was so disgusted I left. I know it's a crappy job but if they want the $34 (plus tip) they should make sure the work is done properly. I am a repeat customer. What brings me back? Friendly service. They are anxious to get and keep my business. This is obvious by their actions. I have yet to find a car wash that will detail the exterior like I would if wash my truck myself. If you want that level of service have these guys detail your ride. A standard car wash is not a detailed service. After having my Tahoe detailed it looks like new. I had the interior detailed also. I went to Cobblestone for a car wash about a month ago. While there, I asked about some faded spots on the roof of my car. The guy immediately pointed out that I have "oxidation" on my roof, and that if I got the "Complete Buff and Wax" these spots would disappear. I was skeptical, and gave him a quizzical look. He motioned for another guy to walk over, who inspected the roof, and backed up the plan of "buffing this out". Then he said if I got a "Prepaid detail card" ($119.99) that I would get an ultimate wash today for free. Okay. It was the end of the day, and there wasn't a lot of time - he told me to come back any day for the detail. That day was today. After I pull into the car wash area, I tell the attendant that I have a "Prepaid detail card". I point out this "oxidation" on the roof, and he looks a little puzzled. He tells me this is "clear coat damage", and that it probably won't "buff out". I decided to go ahead with the exterior detailing and full-service car wash anyway (I mean, I already bought it). He says it will take 1.5 hours. 45 min later, they call my name and say the car is ready. The roof spots, of course, look just as they always have. They pulled my car into the gas station area, and by the time I took a brief look around the car, the attendant was gone. It seems like they rushed this job. I found a few places of wax residue on the outside that I had to wipe with a microfiber cloth. Also, the dashboard looks like it was wiped haphazardly, with several places blatantly missed. What I learned: 1. Cobblestone is cool for the $5 express wash. But these guys aren't serious about detailing or full-service car washes. 2. Do your own research. I should have talked to some car-savvy friends about these spots on my roof, rather than leave it to someone who's only goal was to sell me something right away. 3. Don't get a prepaid detail card. The attendants don't seem as eager to serve you when you aren't making a new purchase. Also, it complicates things because the person who sold you the prepaid card might promise something that can't be delivered when you return. read more

After reading the negative reviews on here, I'm sure they do not care about my review either. I have been going here since they opened, for the past couple years. I usually get the ultimate wash. They do an OK job on the wash, post wash service could use improvement. but I always have a problem when I'm checking out. I have been here many many times and have to start my loyalty rewards program over and over - every single time I check out. They have no record of me ever being there. I have a personalized plate so it's not too hard to keep track of it. It is very frustrating, and ruins my experience there every single time. I took my car her today (3/5/18) to get my car washed. I paid 49.99 to get an upgraded wash because I have kids so they ruin my car. I left my car there at 8am and picked it up around 12:30. When I got my car back it looked like they didn't even care to wash it... so when I walked up to the guy to ask what exactly I paid for the guy helping me was not pleasant at all.. he acted like I was burden... my car on the outside still had dirt spots on it.. and on the inside it didn't even look like they attempted to clean it. Again, I have kids so I didn't expect it to be super clean but for 49.99 the least they could have done was wipe it down with a wet rag.. the guy rolled his eyes and told me "I'll go get a rag to wipe it down" but he didn't even do that.. instead he had another guy come up to just look at it. At that point I was fed up and told him I'd just do it myself. He even said "I know you come here a lot" yeah if I come here a lot you'd think you would be a little more helpful since I'm a loyal customer. I work in customer service so I always make sure I go out of my way for my guests so I always expect the same if I'm spending my money with you. The convenience of the monthly pass is nice but be aware that they will still try to upsell you every time you go through. The attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. Purchased a $59.00 Groupon for a discounted "Exterior Buff and Wax Detailing ($119 Value)" Was told it would take one and a half to two hours to perform the detail, and no appointment needed. I left for a quick lunch and came back in 30 minutes to find my big SUV completed. What? Immediately, I noticed they missed many bug marks and bird poops all over, and the roof was rough (not waxed). After they spent 15 minutes cleaning, I requested a wax redo. They returned 10 minutes later to tell me my two year old Honda Pilot needed a "Clay Bar" treatment on the top for an extra $20. This is one of the Coolest Car washes I've been too. Yes, kind of "Gimicky" but they seem to have good customer care skills. A lounge inside with TV's to watch and Video surveillance of your car as it goes through the washing process. Also a covered lounge area outside with water misters and all !! I usually go to Toyota to get an oil change for my well maintained 2007 Toyota Camry, under normal circumstances I spend about $30-$40 bucks for an 5,000 mile oil change. (Sometimes cheaper with loyal customer coupon). I saw Cobblestone's advertised $39.99 oil change & $3.00 car wash, I said what the heck I don't have to sit for 2 hours. I was eager to save a couple of dollars and some time. As I consulted with one of the service guys (want-to-be slick black guy), the price for a synthetic high mileage oil change increased to $70.00. I didn't agree with this price. He blabber on about synthetic vs. synthetic blended, 3,000 miles vs 5,000 miles, he even pulled out his little handy dandy oil-change-convincing toy attempting to convince and confused me at the same dang time - Not !!! I've never paid $70 bucks for a oil change - ever. Disappointed, I didn't agree with the price and informed him that I can pay less than $70 bucks at Toyota. After going back and forth and not getting anywhere fast, we both concluded that it was time to speak to the Manger. The Manger, was irrational with horrible customer service skills. Truthfully, at the time he was servicing another vehicle and did not appear to be concerned with this issue. He had the audacity to tell me he can see why I could be confused. Keep in mind, I practice stillness, "being in the moment" and meditation, absolutely no confusion here Bro! Moving forward, I've had my car for 12 years, I've been around the block a time or two with mechanics and services for my car. I know what's going on under the hood, I'm not new to this. At this point I still have not agreed to an oil change. Unbeknownst to me, the oil has been taken out of my car as we spoke!! I did not agree to be serviced. It was my intention to leave but now I'm stuck, and very very very unhappy. The manager suggested that he could put the cheap oil that would require a future 3,000 miles service and I could leave. By this time both manager and I are done with this conversation. Make a long story short - they got me good. They robbed me for a $70 oil change. All I can say is, I bid them their karma. Really good place for an oil change and car wash. I had a groupon/livingsocial for this and the service was fast, good with good service. When they did the oil change, the service rep noticed that I was short in coolant and said he'd top it off for me. First an oil change and some education about preventative maintenance, and then added a transmission flush (2X past the recommended mileage), and finally got detailed in and out as a bonus for services. When I spoke to the manager he asked if I wanted it rewashed or just vacuumed (the outside looked great) so I said I'd just like it vacuumed was there for 1 hour and a half got the car back and I was very disappointed but couldn't wait longer so we just left. read more

I've been a monthly member for almost a year. Generally the wash does a pretty good job but lately I've noticed I have to remind the gentleman at the beginning to use the anti bug (degreaser) when entering. This job seems to be shared with more than one person so they have no dog in the fight. Maybe instead of rotating the guys as cars come in they should us one guy that be proficient at what they do. Also for the last month the tire polisher is not working at either the Auto park or Baseline washes, that should be part of the wash or you should reduce what you are charging. read more

Not sure if anyone can suggest a painless way to redeeem my prepaid DETAIL ( was costly) without some of the challenges seen by the other reviews here? The detail I wanted was going to take a while, they wrote me a ticket, and when I went to pay, they said I could use it any other time, suggesting an appointment. I guess I was not clear.. so now i have a ticket I have been carrying for a year or more... because I had time then... but they did a regular wash with my service I visited a different location for oil and wash, and had a different experience (not to be confused with this location) whereas the car was not actually washed , and the oil light still comes on... so not sure WHAT they did for over an hour - with no other customers in the bay, but i am seeing a trend with the reviews. read more

brought in a company work truck for an Interior Detail. It wasn't bad to begin with just dusty dash and vinyl floor not carpet. Told the guy what time I wanted to pick it back up and he says no problem takes my number down and says he will call me. Time comes and no phone call, mind you I left it there for 5 hours so I call them and guy says call back in like 3 minutes so I just show up. its like 30 minutes from where I'm at to where the truck is at. I get there and they are just finishing it up. Well I was in a hurry so I didn't look at everything. they did great on the dash, door panels and floor. they did not however shampoo the seats like they were supposed too or steam clean like the service detail says. I know they didn't clean the seats because I went to AutoZone and grabbed a can of the upholstery cleaner and all the stains and dirt came off with a rag. I worked at a self service / automatic car wash for years till I moved out the AZ So I normally wash the truck myself (yes it takes more time but there is never a spot that gets missed) That's said ... This place is fast and an ok wash. First time I went I got the Ultimate Plus wash and the guys doing the trim missed some big spots (probably because the plastic has to be dry before you apply anything, and that takes time) So my bumper looked half shiny and half dull. Took the car to get an oil change and paid well above and beyond the coupon price, had someone in the business steal $140.00 from my daughters purse which was left in the car during service, called and spoke to whom described himself as the GM of the store and all he could say was he didn't see anything therefore nothing happened.
