I pay for two monthly full service washes. 75% of the time the pass does not work and I have to wait for an attendant or honk my horn to get their attention to fix. Just yesterday 3/22/26 all their vacuums didn't work with no sign or mention of it when I entered the kiosk. Yes magically it worked this time and let me through. read more

i went through this car wash and it ripped my running board off! The GM, Cuba, had me fill out a report and assured me his company would take care of me. Super Star then ghosted me and finally after numerous emails and call by my insurance agent, they replied with "they would not cover the damages". I stopped by Superstar Car Wash for the first time since moving to the area, and Phil made the experience great from start to finish. He greeted me at the kiosk, helped me through the process, and mentioned an upcoming promotion without being pushy. After my wash, I went to buy an air freshener, but the machine was out. Phil happened to walk by, asked what scent I liked, and came back with a few Black Ice ones--free of charge. That small gesture really stood out. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and great service. My car went in looking like it had survived a desert storm and came out like it was ready for a luxury photo shoot. Rick doesn't just wash cars -- he restores hope, dignity, and your reflection on the hood. I don't know what kind of motivational speeches he gives those scrub brushes, but they work harder than I do on Mondays. Friendly, fast, and hilarious -- he makes the experience actually fun. When management is helping a "customer" in line for a wash, they need to learn to walk and talk with them and not hold up the lines! I was there and sat there because two managers decide to "chit-chat" with a person in line. In which their gate was up forcing us to wait until their conversation was over! The attendant who was working the stations at the lines was very very nice and helpful! I asked what the hold up was and he said I had to wait for the gate to go up. I asked why it's taking so long to go up and it was because another gate was up at the time and delaying everyone as cars pulled up behind me! The car next me the older gentleman yelled over "what's the hold up" I said it the first lane, they're having a long conversation and holding us all up! He was mad too! Which I respect! The person who was holding up everyone should have had some decency to stop talking as he was holding up the lines. And for management learn rules or "walk & talk" with customers to keep your lines moving! It was 100% obvious the two managers didn't govern a rat A they lost business! Maybe leadership needs to be revisited as they both made it clear they didn't care they kept the lines held up. Why are these two in a management position when they let business leave? read more

This location was a first time visit for me today as I was in the area, and have the monthly car wash pass service. When I went through the Fast Pass lane my vehicle didn't scan, so I had to flag someone for help as I just replaced my windshield. They advised it should scan my plate, but didn't. They entered my plate, and it should hopefully be no issue going forward. Appreciate the friendly service and think the monthly pass is well worth the money as it works at all valley locations. If you come 2+ times a month, it's worth the monthly rate. read more

I went through the car wash and the manager Rick washed my windshield before I went into the car wash. I had to go through twice because it was malfunctioning that day. The car wash cracked my windshield. Rick filled out a form and took responsibility for this (because he saw it himself). I put in a claim and they came back and told me that my claim was denied due to pre-existing damage! My windshield had just been replaced 2 months prior and I had just put new heat protection on it. There was NO existing damage. I looked up reviews with the BBB and other places and found out that Super Star Car wash has a habit of not responding or taking responsibility for damage done to vehicles. Be careful with this place, if they damage your vehicle you will be SOL. read more

My car was DAMAGED by the car wash. They denied my claim stating they determined there was prior damage when my car has NEVER had prior damage. I find this incredibly weird how someone who isn't the owner of my vehicle is making this claim. Also they have a ton of other similar complaints where they deny due to user error or drivers fault. They allowed me access to see all these claims being make against them including personal Information so beware they do not care!!!! read more

**1st Time at Super Star Car Wash Express - A Positive Experience Thanks to Dustin!** I recently tried out the Super Star Car Wash Express at 2970 N Arizona Ave, and I must say it was a POSITIVE experience, largely because of Dustin. He was the only employee working that morning, handling all duties until another person arrived to help. I have an annual membership and drive for Lyft & Uber, so keeping my car clean is essential. Although my membership includes a tire wash and shine, that part of the wash was inoperable. This was the third time at two different locations that I noticed or heard it wasn't working. At the 40th St & Baseline location, I pointed out to an employee that the tire wash machine wasn't making contact with my tires. He explained they had ordered new pads, but they hadn't arrived yet. At the Arizona Avenue location, Dustin informed me that a part was missing from the tire wash machine and was on order. Initially, I was discouraged because the screen at the wash states "Tire shine is included with my unlimited wash," but I wasn't getting it. Dustin, noticing my frustration, went above and beyond by grabbing a bottle of tire shine spray for me to use. He did this while juggling two other customers, maintaining a positive attitude and getting the job done efficiently. Dustin's willingness to help and his great attitude deserve recognition. Kudos to upper management for having such a dedicated employee, and I want other customers to know how good of a job he did.
