I have taken my vehicles to the Surprise Cobblestone for years, one vehicle s a 3500 Dually so of course it is labor intensive for all involved in its wash. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and they do a superior job. I must say today was the icing on the cake. I took my Dually in and I need to say it had 5000 miles of cross country road grime as well as dog hair from 4 heelers who were with us on that 5000 miles. Billie who was assigned my vehicle did a pristine job, there are no words. I will continue to bring my cars here and Billie THANK YOU!!! I'm a good tipper but he deserved a lot more!! read more

Only go if your going to use the free vacuums. There's no other reason to be there we asked for the supreme which comes with some extras like wheel cleaner and air freshener. When we got the car it was washed terribly and they did a poor job of vacuuming out the car. They said they would fix it and they were sorry, when we got it back the second time it looked exactly the same which was a huge slap in the face! To top it off they did a terrible job detailing the interior globs of product on the dash I had to spread and wipe down myself. Plus they used the interior product on the steering wheel so I almost lost control of the car leaving the parking lot. By the way when you pay an extra $15 for air freshener I expect more then a few sprays from a bottle that wears off after 15 mins. Wish I would have known I was paying a dollar a minute for my car to smell like brand new baby diapers. read more

I bought a car detail for both inside and out. On a gift card for later use. I spent a little over 200.00 for this service, with the agreement that I would get a free supreme car wash and get my headlight covers cleaned and de-fogged for free. I came today with my giftcard to get all my services done, and low and behold the free headlight cleaning is not included, and the only thing they offered is a 10.00 discount on the service that I was suppose to get free. I now know not to ever buy things from them on a gift card, and not to come back to this company ever again since the fast talking sales men do not mean or intend to give you what they tell you they are going to give you when you purchase whatever they are selling. I live right down the road from this business, and I have to say that this is my FAVORITE place in Surprise. Do you remember in Cheers, how when he entered the bar everyone yelled "NORM"?! That's how this place makes me feel. I know most by first name or face recognition. Most employees greet me by name as soon as they see my vehicle. I am a fast pass member because I drive 12 hours a day, and I love how this place treats and cleans my car. I get it washed really good once a week, and then depending on how dirty my car gets, I may run it through one more time, but just the express wash! I went in for my first time and got a full detail. No prices posted anywhere. The gentleman tells me he's going to "hook me up" and give me unlimited washes without telling me he was actually signing me up for a membership. He proceeded to charge my card without even telling me the total cost and charged me $500. I was quoted a time frame of 3hrs due to how busy it was. After having my car for 4 hrs and not receiving a phone call I went to pick up my car. I had to walk around stand there, and after not being able to get anyones attention I had to walk inside to ask who to speak with to get my keys. Once I got them no one walked me to my car to go over it they just handed me keys and continued on. When I got home is when I noticed all of the issues. I called the store manager and they said all they could do is give me a credit for another detail considering I personally cleaned and did their job already I was not interested in bringing my vehicle back. I told him I didnt want that and wanted a partial refund and was only given a credit. I contacted corporate through email and never received a response. Today I realized I was being charged for a membership I never agreed to as my "hook up". This place is a scam and un-responsive to customer complaints about less than desired service. read more

I come here about twice a month-three times a month this year because of the crazy weather (2017). I always get the express wash ($9.99) and vacuum right after. I just got another express wash right this second and it's very cloudy and slightly sprinkling. I went inside to see if there were anyway to get another express wash TOMORROW if it does rain (receipt in hand and everything.) unfortunately they only give out "rain checks" if you get the full service detail. I was told that was the $14.99 option and up. Rain checks do not include washes that you have gotten on the same day or the second you roll your car out of the quick wash ... and it starts raining. You need to purchase the full service options starting at $14.99 and up. Bullocks!!! Oh well. One star off for the manager (I'm assuming. She had a maroon shirt on and all the other employees had blue shirts) for being extremely rude. I asked a question. ONE question. I didn't ask you to physically do something so demanding where it would exhaust your entire body to death. Good lord lady! Take a day off and meet a nice man for Christ sakes! (Dyed blonde hair for those wondering) Another star off for the rain check situation. They make enough money not to care about giving it to customers whose cars just thru the wash. I come here constantly because it is a turn right down my street. There aren't any other convenient car washes near by me but this one. Big ups to McKenzie though. She double checked with this guy named Tyler and was very kind. A man came in with his pup. Very clean, very friendly. Small. My son however, is terrified of dogs. Whether they be little. Young. Giant. No matter. He's just afraid of them. This customer tried to assure my son that his dog doesn't bite by walking by us several times. My son was about to cry his eyes out when McKenzie ushered us more forward to her counter. She knew the other customer was wrong and was extremely polite and made sure the customer and his dog didn't come back to us. Sweet girl. Anyway. That's my review. Three stars. Meh read more

Stopped by the Surprise location this morning and was disappointed in the slow service. They were t busy at all, but the few of us waiting for our cars seemed to be waiting an inordinate length of time. Took truck in to get washed and decided to buy a buff and wax package to be done at a future date. Got the wash and ran some errands, when I opened the back doors on the truck to put stuff in the back, one whole side of the rear passenger compartment was not touched. Not vacuumed/wiped nothing. Go back to the car wash to get a refund on the wax and buff because if they can't vacuum a car I sure do not want them using a buffer on my paint. I am told, you are not getting any money from me corporate does refunds fill out this paperwork. Well that was last Thursday, I still have not heard from them. read more

Went RV'ing in California's high country for 7 days, with two kids... needless to say the RV (which was a 32ft rental) was looking rough and sand wasn't the only thing we brought back. After deciding that we were too exhausted to clean and only having an hour to return the RV after driving 8 hours and unloading for two.. I swung by cobblestone on a rainy day thank goodness because that's when most detail shops are slow... the manager Primo came up to talk with me and I asked him what he could do and even though they were ready to close for the day he offered to have me bring it by and told me he would get it done! I was skeptical at first I'm going to be honest because I've been searching for a good detail place with good customer service and affordable pricing for YEARS to no avail.. so I drove that beast in and him and his crew said give us an hour and we'll get it done. WOW this thing was so damn clean even the owner of our rental was amazed and said "It has NEVER been so clean even when we purchased it brand new!" I don't know how they did it but in an hour I swear you could see your reflection in the dash haha. I wish I had before pictures but I will post their work any how. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews but I can tell you one thing Primo and his crew are not only efficient but, kind, professional, hard working, and reliable. I am not going to list the price I paid because I could imagine in this circumstance it's a case by case. But I will say I will be taking my personal vehicle here by the end of the week and I can't wait . PRIMO THANK YOU THANK YOU! Got our 500 deposit back all because of you and your guys. read more

I've never been a fan, ever since I was here years ago and they tried to get me to buy a package, I said no and they flunked up my car. My (x) husband came back weeks later for a $10 car wash, and left with the $180 package each - for both of our cars!! Yeah, saw him coming a mile away! I hate the sales pitches. Just give me the half assed car wash. We just moved back, I have my CA plates, needed to get all of the collective I-5 amd I-10 bugs off my grill, and was blown away with the "fear" that they use for the poor out of state people "The paint is being eaten off with the bugs enzymes...". That was down right annoying! I went back into the store for a third time and finally someone walked out to assist and make sure all went well. There was only one person behind the counter that was worth this and she was young and friendly. I sent this letter to the Feedback page of CobbleStone. Sorry for the poor feedback, but I felt it needed to be done here, as well as Yelp. I've been coming (going?) to CobbleStone for over a year. The guys at the front are always exceptional. The clerks inside are always courteous, polite, and helpful. The car wash experience has been an absolute crapshoot as of late. I purchase The Works wash everytime I go in. On all 3 of my vehicles. I bugdget around $100 a month in washes. I live in a remote, rural area where dust is prevalent, but need to maintain a clean car for business in town. It can be quite a challenge. Today I went in and had the car washed. When I opened the cupholder, there was still trash in it. I asked the manager about the trash, and he said it would be an upcharge to remove the wrappers out of the cupholder. You've GOT to be kidding me. The interior looked like it was rushed through, and I feel that the quality was not on par with what I paid for. Iam writing to ask that this problem is remedied, as I would prefer not to have to take my business to Danny's, all things being honest. Kind Regards. read more

Service Rep (Christopher Flora - Name on Reciept) refused to allow the back of my truck to get cleaned because I mentioned my dog got sick back there. I explained that I had cleaned it out with spray carpet shampoo and weeks had passed but since I didn't want to pay for the $260 detail that day he wouldn't even let them touch the back. Took my business elsewhere. Just seemed silly that even though I cleaned it up, it meant that they couldn't even vacuum back there. Lost a loyal customer to TNT Car Wash right around the corner. They did a great job and were not near as busy and cost less. Got the carpets shampooed and truck washed for $90. read more

They damaged my car, denied it and then did the exact same action right in front of the GM (the dryer girl stepped into my rear hatch area to dry my large hatchback) and he said" oh, well ...your car is older anyway" and denied my claim saying the rear hatch would cover would break anyway even if the staff drying the interior glass were not standing WITHIN the hatch area-STAY VERY FAR AWAY! Brought my car in, and paid for the VIP. When my car was done, it was still dirty inside. They never even wiped the dashboard. I saw the mgr, and said "my car isnt done.. they never did the inside". He apologized, took the car back, and a few mins later they said car is done. I get in.. still not great. Fuzz all over, and they used a dirty rag... What a waste of good $$. Whoever says this is a great car wash must not know what a real wash looks like. I usually do it on my own, but due to last minute plans I decided to give these guys a try. They sold me on the most expensive service which it was discounted if I signed up for a membership, so I did. When I say terrible, it is an understatement. Seats weren't vacuumed, mats were not even moved half an inch to vacuum the floors. Doors were still dusty when we got it back. We pointed this out to a gentleman who was the closest, he spent maybe 30 seconds and walked away...well we later find out he (Tyler) was the manager. Instead of remedying the situation his excuse was "we're all humans, we missed it". As a business owner, if I used that excuse every time a customer complained, I would be out of business in days. Can trellis he has no managerial experience. I mean at least 10 guys touch one car, anyone could've called the "missed" work, that's what quality control is all about, specially if the manager is the one who touches it last. read more

There is a Dunkin' Donuts inside the Cobblestone Auto Spa. I take my son there once a awhile for a morning donut date. My son totally loves the .99 cents food menu and the munchkins donuts. Inside the Cobblestone you can see from a clear window, the cars going through the car wash drive- thru. Attached to the clear window, there is an interactive wheel that you can squirt soap out, to the cars when they are being wash. My son loves this place and it's nice to relax with family in early Sunday morning. read more

I brought my parents' car here after taking it for a road trip to Tucson. I filled up at the gas station first and was given the option to get a car wash too. The small LCD screen listed about six different car washes at different prices, but there was no explanation of what services were provided for prices ranging from $12 to $40. Since it was a guessing game, I chose a mid-range price hoping that it would include the car getting vacuumed. I then drove the car around to the car wash entrance. A guy came up, took my receipt, said to leave the keys in the car. I grabbed my dog and headed in through the store to give my receipt to the cashier. She exchanged it for another receipt and thanked me as I walked along the windowed wall where I could see cars going through the automated cleaning process. I found comfy seating outside the front door on a patio fronting the hand drying station. The wait was about 20 minutes. Once my car was complete, a man stood outside of it, raised and waved his hand and yelled, "Ready!" I walked around the car and handed him a tip. The car was mostly clean inside and out. There were still a few dog hairs stuck to the backseat as expected, but for the most part, I was pleased with the job they did. Apparently they have coupons available occasionally, so if you can get one of those, it is definitely worth returning. read more

You would think after you spend over $80.00 for an oil change, tire rotation and upgraded car wash they would actually wash the car and clean the interior (since that's what you paid for) but apparently I was a victim of wishful thinking. I just don't know how people can not have pride in their job...no matter what the pay. I guess I have always taken my jobs seriously and gone above and beyond most of the time. Poor customer service. I took my RV to get washed and was told the night before the earlier I bring it the earlier it will be done. I told Christopher the manager I will be there the following morning at 8am to have it washed. He said ok. I showed up the next morning at 8:30am and it sat in their parking lot for 7hours and was not a priority for them to wash! By 3:30pm I called to check the status of it because I need to take my RV back to storage by a certain time and "I really did not think it would take 7hours to wash an Rv!" I told them that I'd pick up my $250 approx charged for a Cobblestone RV wash and will spend my well earned money elsewhere. You'd think they'd want to bounce back after a pandemic. Smh read more

I liked this place a lot when it opened but I'm going to start going elsewhere for a self serve car wash due to one reason : the annoyingly pushy employees standing by the kiosk. I've been using car washes for several years and don't need anyone instructing me on how to insert my credit card or trying to shame me into buying a special pack. So irritating! read more

When we first moved to surprise in 06 I brought all 3 of my cars here. Had them detail my corvette and wash our 2 other cars. They left massive swirl marks on the corvette and refused to correct their poor work. Our other vehicles had to be rewashed. After some complaining we were offered a gift card for 2 washes. Used those and didn't come back until their was a groupon offered. 5 years later they still have to be asked to correct poor work and forget to wash a window or 2. Try TNT instead. read more

So I paid for the full detail, minus the buff and granite it was busy but I sat there for 3 hours waiting for everything to be done and wasn't able to finish. My wife was late to work so I had to stop them and take the car. They told me the interior was complete and just missing the wax and to come back and they will finish. Now the interior wasn't the best. Left my cup holder full of water, my interior is black and white so on the white there were grease/dirt marks left on my dash. The cluster was foggy from whatever they sprayed on it and missed some spots on the steering wheel. So I don't feel like it was money well spent and not sure if I will be back here again read more

They did a decent job as usual. I have never had a spectacular car wash but I've never had an absolute terrible one from here either. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they washed my car relatively quick considering there was a long line of cars when we pulled up. I will continue to go here since its not far from my house and I'm usually to lazy to wash it myself. On a side note: I almost cried when I didn't see my antenna topper after it came out from the wash. Usually they remove my antenna but this time they did not. When they were finishing up they put it back on and I was so relieved. I've had this $1 Target shamrock antenna topper for about 4 years, I'm attached to it, and its still going strong! read more

I have a Toyota Prius that had just been on a long road trip. I brought it in and said I needed the interior cleaned and shampooed. I let the guy up sell me their best exterior car wash as well. It was the end of the day and I was told it'd be ready in 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours later it was ready. Frustrated I took I home and noticed the interior wasn't even vacuumed in parts, their was still bird poop on the exterior and the center console hadn't even been wiped down. We called and told them. They said to bring it back and they'd make it right. My wife dropped it off, showed the guy and he admitted it had been done half assed. He said come back in 3 hours and they'd have it done. 3 hours later we pick it up and the guy working on it says to come back in 20 minutes. We just took the car. If you can't do it in 5 hours, it's not worth it. So disappointed, we will not be returning. read more

Tony s. Is correct. Cobblestone has young, pushy sales people that don't know how to treat a customer. Their price for a wash is high and they do a poor job. The only nice thing i can say is that i had my windows tinted there and it turned out great. The price was fair too.
