Made an appointment last week to have two trucks detailed. Spoke with Robert. He was great. I dropped both off Sunday morning. I was called mid afternoon to pick up. We went down to pick up and my sons Ram was terrible. We paid for wash, wax, complete inside detail. We noticed a big glob of road grease on R/R fender behind tire. Looking closer the sides still had road grime on sides. I asked for the manager Ivan. He was a nice guy and apologetic. But he said based on what I was asking for I should of been charged double and they were losing money. You charged me $250 per truck. I don't think you were losing money! Anyway we left the truck for a few more hours. I returned at end of day. Asked for the keys. It still wasn't right but I was unwilling to wait. I went over to the self serve area and finished cleaning the bumper and wiping down the chrome. When I was driving home the windows were filthy! It was really noticeable in the sun. When I got home is when I noticed the wheels. There are really nice black rims in truck. They didn't touch them! I spent another 30 minutes clean the wheels and windows. There attention to detail is terrible. The inside looked great. After examining my other truck I was satisfied, but the windows needed to be cleaned also. read more

Stopped by to get my truck washed, the lady I got behind was slow in moving her car up and then took her keys with her. I understand that isn't their fault but that caused me to be behind in line and 2 vehicles that got there after me were getting vacuumed so I kindly asked the guy there if he can please work on my car before the car next to me to make sure I wasn't delayed any longer but he immediately had attitude and was defensive. He said, "she took her keys that not my fault". I said I understood that I was just asking if he could please make sure my truck was worked on next and then he said "well I don't know maybe I'll see". He then just walked away. I previously bought a coupon book for the washes and the guy had already scanned it so he said he couldn't return it. It's so frustrating to be treated without any consideration with the fact that I had been sitting there waiting. I didn't scream at him I wasn't mean I was simply asking if he could please work on my truck next since I had been waiting and had gotten there before the other vehicles. There are too many others places to go get a car wash, no need to get that kind of treatment. read more

Came here to get my brothers truck detailed and was hoping for a good experience. It would have been a reasonable amount of time IF it were to have come out right. My sister in law had to point out quite a few problems and have them redo them. They also didn't clean outside of the truck very well. She actually took a towel and wiped off some stains that the workers did not get. They were just going to give us the truck like that.... Welp, she definitely pointed them out and we will be having to take it back in a few days after it fully sets. Some spots are already coming up. How unfortunate. You think with all the very low Yelp reviews that they would amp of their game.... nope read more

I got the $30 ultimate car wash, which means they clean the interior and exterior. The exterior is relatively clean (still has dirt around the handles and on the trunk somehow). The interior looks like it wasn't touched at all. Seriously. The interior got a quick vacuum and that was IT. I still have fingerprints on my screen, bits of garbage in my door, smudges all over my interior that weren't wiped down, the seats weren't wiped or vacuumed. To be honest, the only thing that looks like they did was run it through a crappy automatic car wash and did the fastest cheapest vacuum possible. Never go. read more

First time visited. Really disappointed in the quality of the wash. I purchased the Ultimate wash for $34,.when I arrived home I found the center console was missed and the rear window deck was still dusty. I expected much better for a $34 wash. Probably won't be back. read more

I just gave $118 to a company who doesn't care about their customers. I started with an oil change. They offered me a special for an extra $15 to get the inside of my car wiped down. I accepted and stated my seats needed to be wiped down and they told me it was included. After waiting for my car to be completed, I walked over to it. The young gentleman inside was on his cellphone and when I got inside the AC was on and the station on my radio was changed. The AC wasn't on when I pulled up. When I asked him about my seats, he stated that I didn't pay for my seats to be wiped down just the inside. The seats are inside the car. So I walked inside and spoke with a manager and he stated that it was an extra $15 to get my seats done. Do you know how frustrating it is to speak with someone who clearly doesn't care about what you have to say? That's why I'm on here speaking. On top of everything, my windows were still dirty and a stain that wasn't on my seat before is on there now and the wipe down they did in the inside, sucked. Below is a picture of the wipe down they did on the inside of my car and the stain they left on my seat. The only reason I gave a 1 star review was because I'm unable to post this review with out it. This location didn't deserve any stars at all. I won't be back and I don't want anything from this company as I won't be spending any money or time there ever again. read more

After promising myself I would never go to Cobblestone again after my last stop and very bad experience I decided to try it once more. Well it seems the first time was not an isolated incidence. The car wash / tunnel broke my Thule bug deflector today. After paying $119.44 for the oil change and carwash I was told it was my problem and Cobblestone was not responsible and there were signs everywhere that I should have read. Unfortunately there are no visible signs if you pull up to the oil change garage which I did and was not made aware of my unknown responsibility to protect my "after market" accessories from the carwash tunnel. I was to say slightly angry. After several minutes of arguing, the manager Anthony W. was able to assist me and make things right. I appreciate Anthony's effort and thank him for finding resolution. I will give Cobblestone another try. read more

This is an update. I went in to try Cobblestone one final time. Everyone was on point. No sloppy work and the floor mats were put in correctly this time. No crud left on the car. The difference I saw was that the workers were engaged with their jobs. The last time there was no discipline. read more

Yo, f@&k this place. Used to be great and friendly place. Now it seems as if new management or the minimum wage increase messed this place up. They once had a great place when these guys were working there that practically knew everyone by first name basis like these guys Frank, Renee, Jason just to name a few. Now every time I've been in it's new managers that looks like former meth addicts or something. They speed up the drive through wash and the wash you just paid money for leaves our car all soapy and not very dry. Tired of even when they wash the car for me I still have to tell those guys that something is still dirty and to top it off with giving me attitude. They used to bend over backwards for you. If you want something done right, do it yourself. After 10 years I'm done throwing money away within the last year. read more

Bought the "Works package" off of groupon. Place was really busy but man were these guys on top of things. No lagging, no chaos or confusion. These guys run their op like a well oiled machine. Props to you guys for that one. Truck was beautiful & sparkling and customer service was phenomenal! Dont remember the girls names at the counter but they were all very kind & helpful. The guys outside i dealt with were Cody & Davey, both were amazing. Thanks guys!! read more

I've never been a fan, ever since I was here years ago and they tried to get me to buy a package, I said no and they flunked up my car. My (x) husband came back weeks later for a $10 car wash, and left with the $180 package each - for both of our cars!! Yeah, saw him coming a mile away! I hate the sales pitches. Just give me the half assed car wash. We just moved back, I have my CA plates, needed to get all of the collective I-5 amd I-10 bugs off my grill, and was blown away with the "fear" that they use for the poor out of state people "The paint is being eaten off with the bugs enzymes...". Lmfao! I can't imagine how much they make off of the snowbirds! Go to TNT across the street. I need to remember to do the same. read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - Really?! Just paid $40 for oil change and was and there is still bird shit in my car?! Ohhhhhh nice. - Car Wash Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

Need better customer service. I had a coupon to try them. They made me jump through hoops to use it. Then the outdoor guy said I would have to drive home to print it out instead of downloading on my Iphone. He thought he would make everything OK. by throwing out a bunch of Christmas Platitudes. That was down right annoying! I went back into the store for a third time and finally someone walked out to assist and make sure all went well. There was only one person behind the counter that was worth this and she was young and friendly. The older people who should have known better all they did was complain and gripe about other people. read more

I cannot begin to tell you how bad the experience was there this time. I paid $137 for a complete interior detail and I spent 4 hours there. I had to complain to the manager twice and when they finally got me out I received my car looking just a bit better than when I brought it in. I will let you judge for yourself. See the pictures. Needless to say I will absolutely never go back. Shame on them and their service. Waste of money and time. read more

I sent this letter to the Feedback page of CobbleStone. Sorry for the poor feedback, but I felt it needed to be done here, as well as Yelp. I've been coming (going?) to CobbleStone for over a year. The guys at the front are always exceptional. The clerks inside are always courteous, polite, and helpful. The car wash experience has been an absolute crapshoot as of late. I purchase The Works wash everytime I go in. On all 3 of my vehicles. I bugdget around $100 a month in washes. I live in a remote, rural area where dust is prevalent, but need to maintain a clean car for business in town. It can be quite a challenge. Today I went in and had the car washed. When I opened the cupholder, there was still trash in it. I asked the manager about the trash, and he said it would be an upcharge to remove the wrappers out of the cupholder. You've GOT to be kidding me. The interior looked like it was rushed through, and I feel that the quality was not on par with what I paid for. Iam writing to ask that this problem is remedied, as I would prefer not to have to take my business to Danny's, all things being honest. Kind Regards. read more

I will NEVER allow Cobblestone to touch any car I own. They damaged my car, denied it and then did the exact same action right in front of the GM (the dryer girl stepped into my rear hatch area to dry my large hatchback) and he said" oh, well ...your car is older anyway" and denied my claim saying the rear hatch would cover would break anyway even if the staff drying the interior glass were not standing WITHIN the hatch area-STAY VERY FAR AWAY! Brought my car in, and paid for the VIP. When my car was done, it was still dirty inside. They never even wiped the dashboard. I saw the mgr, and said "my car isnt done.. they never did the inside". I have taken my vehicles to the Surprise Cobblestone for years, one vehicle s a 3500 Dually so of course it is labor intensive for all involved in its wash. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and they do a superior job. I must say today was the icing on the cake. I took my Dually in and I need to say it had 5000 miles of cross country road grime as well as dog hair from 4 heelers who were with us on that 5000 miles. Billie who was assigned my vehicle did a pristine job, there are no words. I will continue to bring my cars here and Billie THANK YOU!!! I'm a good tipper but he deserved a lot more!! read more

Got my car washed inside and out and when I got in I noticed part of my stereo was broken. I can tell you my heart dropped, because rarely will a car wash take responsibility for something you can't prove. So hesitantly I still approached a manager and Tyler came to help. Even though he had no reason to believe me, he listened and made a judgment call in my favor which is just beyond me! He tried at first calling auto shops to find the part to no avail. He then took it upon himself to search eBay for the part. Found it, let me approve it, and had it ordered within 15 minutes. Just went and had the part replaced and I couldn't be happier. I'm sure many people try and scam them out of parts so it means the world to me that he believed me and fixed it. I know he didn't have to and could have sent me on my way with nothing. So thank you Tyler! read more

There is a Dunkin' Donuts inside the Cobblestone Auto Spa. I take my son there once a awhile for a morning donut date. My son totally loves the .99 cents food menu and the munchkins donuts. Inside the Cobblestone you can see from a clear window, the cars going through the car wash drive- thru. Attached to the clear window, there is an interactive wheel that you can squirt soap out, to the cars when they are being wash. My son loves this place and it's nice to relax with family in early Sunday morning. read more

I brought my parents' car here after taking it for a road trip to Tucson. I filled up at the gas station first and was given the option to get a car wash too. The small LCD screen listed about six different car washes at different prices, but there was no explanation of what services were provided for prices ranging from $12 to $40. Since it was a guessing game, I chose a mid-range price hoping that it would include the car getting vacuumed. I then drove the car around to the car wash entrance. A guy came up, took my receipt, said to leave the keys in the car. I grabbed my dog and headed in through the store to give my receipt to the cashier. She exchanged it for another receipt and thanked me as I walked along the windowed wall where I could see cars going through the automated cleaning process. I found comfy seating outside the front door on a patio fronting the hand drying station. The wait was about 20 minutes. Once my car was complete, a man stood outside of it, raised and waved his hand and yelled, "Ready!" I walked around the car and handed him a tip. The car was mostly clean inside and out. There were still a few dog hairs stuck to the backseat as expected, but for the most part, I was pleased with the job they did. Apparently they have coupons available occasionally, so if you can get one of those, it is definitely worth returning. read more

You would think after you spend over $80.00 for an oil change, tire rotation and upgraded car wash they would actually wash the car and clean the interior (since that's what you paid for) but apparently I was a victim of wishful thinking. I just don't know how people can not have pride in their job...no matter what the pay. I guess I have always taken my jobs seriously and gone above and beyond most of the time. I would rather clean it myself but I don't have the supplies. Just skip the car wash if you want to come here. It's a huge let down. read more

Only go if your going to use the free vacuums. There's no other reason to be there we asked for the supreme which comes with some extras like wheel cleaner and air freshener. When we got the car it was washed terribly and they did a poor job of vacuuming out the car. They said they would fix it and they were sorry, when we got it back the second time it looked exactly the same which was a huge slap in the face! To top it off they did a terrible job detailing the interior globs of product on the dash I had to spread and wipe down myself. Plus they used the interior product on the steering wheel so I almost lost control of the car leaving the parking lot. By the way when you pay an extra $15 for air freshener I expect more then a few sprays from a bottle that wears off after 15 mins. Wish I would have known I was paying a dollar a minute for my car to smell like brand new baby diapers. read more

I bought a car detail for both inside and out. On a gift card for later use. I spent a little over 200.00 for this service, with the agreement that I would get a free supreme car wash and get my headlight covers cleaned and de-fogged for free. I came today with my giftcard to get all my services done, and low and behold the free headlight cleaning is not included, and the only thing they offered is a 10.00 discount on the service that I was suppose to get free. I now know not to ever buy things from them on a gift card, and not to come back to this company ever again since the fast talking sales men do not mean or intend to give you what they tell you they are going to give you when you purchase whatever they are selling. The service also took well over 3 hrs to complete. read more

I live right down the road from this business, and I have to say that this is my FAVORITE place in Surprise. Do you remember in Cheers, how when he entered the bar everyone yelled "NORM"?! That's how this place makes me feel. I know most by first name or face recognition. Most employees greet me by name as soon as they see my vehicle. I am a fast pass member because I drive 12 hours a day, and I love how this place treats and cleans my car. I get it washed really good once a week, and then depending on how dirty my car gets, I may run it through one more time, but just the express wash! Thank you to every employee who makes me feel welcome, even though I always give you guys a hard time! You know it's all out of love! read more

I went in for my first time and got a full detail. No prices posted anywhere. The gentleman tells me he's going to "hook me up" and give me unlimited washes without telling me he was actually signing me up for a membership. He proceeded to charge my card without even telling me the total cost and charged me $500. I was quoted a time frame of 3hrs due to how busy it was. After having my car for 4 hrs and not receiving a phone call I went to pick up my car. I had to walk around stand there, and after not being able to get anyones attention I had to walk inside to ask who to speak with to get my keys. Once I got them no one walked me to my car to go over it they just handed me keys and continued on. When I got home is when I noticed all of the issues. I called the store manager and they said all they could do is give me a credit for another detail considering I personally cleaned and did their job already I was not interested in bringing my vehicle back. I told him I didnt want that and wanted a partial refund and was only given a credit. I contacted corporate through email and never received a response. Today I realized I was being charged for a membership I never agreed to as my "hook up". This place is a scam and un-responsive to customer complaints about less than desired service. read more

I come here about twice a month-three times a month this year because of the crazy weather (2017). I always get the express wash ($9.99) and vacuum right after. I just got another express wash right this second and it's very cloudy and slightly sprinkling. I went inside to see if there were anyway to get another express wash TOMORROW if it does rain (receipt in hand and everything.) unfortunately they only give out "rain checks" if you get the full service detail. I was told that was the $14.99 option and up. Rain checks do not include washes that you have gotten on the same day or the second you roll your car out of the quick wash ... and it starts raining. You need to purchase the full service options starting at $14.99 and up. Bullocks!!! Oh well. One star off for the manager (I'm assuming. She had a maroon shirt on and all the other employees had blue shirts) for being extremely rude. I asked a question. ONE question. I didn't ask you to physically do something so demanding where it would exhaust your entire body to death. Good lord lady! Take a day off and meet a nice man for Christ sakes! (Dyed blonde hair for those wondering) Another star off for the rain check situation. They make enough money not to care about giving it to customers whose cars just thru the wash. I come here constantly because it is a turn right down my street. There aren't any other convenient car washes near by me but this one. Big ups to McKenzie though. She double checked with this guy named Tyler and was very kind. A man came in with his pup. Very clean, very friendly. Small. My son however, is terrified of dogs. Whether they be little. Young. Giant. No matter. He's just afraid of them. This customer tried to assure my son that his dog doesn't bite by walking by us several times. My son was about to cry his eyes out when McKenzie ushered us more forward to her counter. She knew the other customer was wrong and was extremely polite and made sure the customer and his dog didn't come back to us. Sweet girl. Anyway. That's my review. Three stars. Meh read more

They did a decent job as usual. I have never had a spectacular car wash but I've never had an absolute terrible one from here either. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they washed my car relatively quick considering there was a long line of cars when we pulled up. I will continue to go here since its not far from my house and I'm usually to lazy to wash it myself. On a side note: I almost cried when I didn't see my antenna topper after it came out from the wash. Usually they remove my antenna but this time they did not. When they were finishing up they put it back on and I was so relieved. I've had this $1 Target shamrock antenna topper for about 4 years, I'm attached to it, and its still going strong! read more

Went RV'ing in California's high country for 7 days, with two kids... needless to say the RV (which was a 32ft rental) was looking rough and sand wasn't the only thing we brought back. After deciding that we were too exhausted to clean and only having an hour to return the RV after driving 8 hours and unloading for two.. I swung by cobblestone on a rainy day thank goodness because that's when most detail shops are slow... the manager Primo came up to talk with me and I asked him what he could do and even though they were ready to close for the day he offered to have me bring it by and told me he would get it done! I was skeptical at first I'm going to be honest because I've been searching for a good detail place with good customer service and affordable pricing for YEARS to no avail.. so I drove that beast in and him and his crew said give us an hour and we'll get it done. WOW this thing was so damn clean even the owner of our rental was amazed and said "It has NEVER been so clean even when we purchased it brand new!" I don't know how they did it but in an hour I swear you could see your reflection in the dash haha. I wish I had before pictures but I will post their work any how. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews but I can tell you one thing Primo and his crew are not only efficient but, kind, professional, hard working, and reliable. I am not going to list the price I paid because I could imagine in this circumstance it's a case by case.
