I was fine waiting, they had a waiting area which was nice. It was exactly the 90 mins which was great, but I would have waited a bit longer if need be. They were kind and explained the cost of it before fixing the tire and it was awesome it was FREE. But while I was there I overheard them speaking to the other customers and they explained everything to them and recommendations for they lit vehicle, it didn't sound like they were trying to up sale them. Which is always great especially if you're a female who may not know much about cars. I Would go back to them if I may need new tires or car repairs. Thanks again

Payton not only ordered our tires, but made the process extremely easy and honestly pleasant. This means A LOT because the previous days leading up to talking to Payton have been quite a nightmare because the tire size on my car is unusually and many tire places weren't even able to get them. Payton did it with a smile on his face, even with the hustle and bustle of a busy day! I went inside and spoke with one of the managers, and during the conversation one of the other managers chimed in "why do you want locking lug nuts, no one steals tires anymore". I said that's not the point, and I'd like my vehicle back the same way it came in. I was told they were on order. I stopped by the store a few days later and was told again, they were on order and coming from CA, but they should have them shortly. That was two months ago- no call, no update, no anything. I did inform their customer service and was told that the store Manage, Chris would reach out..,,again...nothing. They took it for a test drive, removed the driver's side rim, and the young mechanic begins saying "oh, no, no." He has barely removed the rim at this point. Never did he move the rotor to check for lateral play, before stating, "your control arm bushings are shot, and tie rods need replaced". As a mechanic by trade, it was obvious, they were either looking to make a minor adjustment into a front end rebuild, or they just did not want to do the work.

I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. They replaced some hoses and told me the problem was fixed, but the car continued smoking afterward. I brought it back again, and they kept my vehicle for several days and drove it multiple times, only to tell me they "couldn't find anything wrong." Meanwhile, the original issue was still happening. At that point, I completely lost trust in this shop. Not only were they extremely expensive, but despite spending over $4,000 there, my vehicle issues only continued getting worse. The first time the vehicle stopped starting, I ended up replacing the starter myself. It started again afterward, but only lasted about a week before it stopped starting once more. That's when I finally decided to take it to the Jeep dealership for another inspection. I was then informed that the engine is now seized and I'm being quoted around $11,000 for a new engine. I'm extremely disappointed with the repeated misdiagnosis and lack of urgency regarding serious symptoms like engine shaking and exhaust smoke. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

There was a young gentleman working the service desk named Jakob Tucker there to assist me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He informed me of a few issues that need attention down the road and explained to me what they were. His professionalism was very much appreciated. I will be doing more business with Big O tires.

Bought a 2021 ranger from valleycargroup who partners with this shop for their inspections and…read morerepairs. They inspected the truck I bought which had a power train error light and a burning smell from the rear left axle that I thought was just pads when I bought the car. They told me they needed to replace the wiring harness to get the powertrain code to go away and turns out that the harness they installed is not correctly sending signal to my transfer case motor to engage 4wd. Also, they slapped new brake pads on the axle without fixing the leak and the only reason I knew about the leak is they had to send the truck to a transmission shop to get it fixed so the car could actually be transferred to me and that shop informed me of the leak. This shop does shoddy work and hides things from their customers.
