DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON !!! if i could give this auto store a zero star i would, bought and got a tire replaced here, left with a leaking broken valve and no cap. my PSI sensor was incorrectly installed too, waited over 3 hours for them to take about 45 mins to "fix" my tire, had to drive all the way to dallas the next day with a deflating tire, thankfully discount tire fixed it for free after i explained what walmart did to me. if you need cheap tires buy them here BUT DO NOT GET AUTO WORK DONE !!! management needs to get involved and fire some people, do honest work guys not shady dangerous sh*t !!! we need our cars, your shop is dishonest and destructive to them, SHAME !!!!!!! read more

Buyer beware. If you are used to a reputable tire shop you will be greatly disappointed. If you buy tires from their website, which most do, your "road hazard" becomes a complete nightmare. You have to repurchase the tires online, have them shipped to the store and they reimburse based on tire tread. You also have to pay to have the tire mounted and balanced. This is the worst road hazard warranty in the industry. Not to mention they have no availability for a week to install the new tire. This might be acceptable with a new tire purchase but not a road hazard. They expect you to drive on a spare for a week. Do yourself a favor and stick with Discount, BIG O, etc...... the couple hundred you save on the tires is not worth the headache read more

My husband for some reason had us buy tires for or vehicles here. Maybe saving money? You will have to make an appointment here. It isn;t set up for walk ins. Also if you have your tires under warranty and it has an issue, you may have to wait a bit to get it in for an appointment. WARNING: Keep all sales and warranty paperwork. Walmart's auto center computer system has been on the fritz for years. When we originally ordered tired both of our vehicles had dropped off the system, and so did our appointments. Luckily the tires were still ordereed before it happened, but it took over 30 mintures for them to find them. When I called to make an appointment for his truck, to take advantage of the road hazzard, the gal on the phone told us that it their system showed no road hazzzard coverage. Driving 38 miles to work each way, he knew he had covereage. Luckily I had filed his receipt and paperwork for his tire purchase, which showed he did have coverage. They wouldn't answer the phones after that call. He went down in person to get his tire repaired and they set him up an appointment. He had to bring his paperework back for his appointment to input it in the system again at that time, as their computers were having issues and they couldn't input it at that time. So again keep your receipts! read more

I just recently witnessed these 2 young men come in for a (Carry in) and the lady up front rolled her words disrespectfully to these 2 stating they were understaffed and that you need to schedule for a carry in since when ?? I've done a carry in once or twice before and yet I have been waiting 3 hours for a oil change !!! I bought tires online they came fast. But once I got to the auto center Jason advices me I had ordered the wrong ones for the front. He went above & beyond to help me order the right ones. The worst!!! went to get an oil change on my Toyota Tundra and they said their oil wrench tool was broken and they could not do the oil change??? WTH??? You mean to tell me they only have 1 oil wrench tool for all the Toyota Tundras out there ??? Sounds like they were being a bunch of Lazy wannabe techs that morning!!!! Worst, lazy unexperienced "techs" I've ever witnessed. 100% Incompetent. I had to rate this a 1 star, not by choice, I'd give them a big number zero. Can anyone explain to me whats hard about, demounting 3 tires, flipping all three around? So that the tire wear evens out, because the inner part of the tires are wearing faster. Needs an alignment, yes, great. Anyways, didnt do that. Only thing they did right was swap out a bad tire for a new tire I provided that was $12. So left the place after 3 hours and paid $37. Was going to go back in and complain but I washed my hands of Walmart right then and there. No more Walmart ever. If you want your car worked on by monkeys with tech coats on, go ahead. read more

I had a great experience yesterday at the Walmart Auto Department at the Walmart at the Bell Rd / Grand Ave intersection. It was late in the day and we blew a tire on Route 303 an hour earlier, wanted to get a complete set of 4 quality tires at an affordable price right away. The manager was very accomodating and agreed to get us in right before they were finsihing up for the evening even though they already had their service bays busy with cars. Got a great deal on very good tires at a great price, which was actually approximately $250 less than the quote I got from another large tire retailer in the area for the exact same tire, that I called while we were waiting for AAA at the side of the road. We were there at the Walmart Auto Center a short time, comfortable waiting room, but the manager still checked on us and let us know when it was almost complete, the associate at the service desk was also very friendly and professional. This was an all around great experience. I previously only bought tires at the big tire stores, in the future will be going to this Walmart Auto department first. read more

If I could give a Zero I would!! I went for an oil change on Saturday June 21 since I know it gets busy I always get there at 6:30 am and wait in line. I am the second car in and they come out and get my information I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation the other guy yells well that will be at least 2-3 hour wait for a tire rotation so forgo the tire rotation, ugggggg. I a already not happy I ask how long it will be and the guy says well can't you see there is a car in front of you it takes at least a 1/2 hour per car so your already 30 minutes in! ( gotta love how nice they are!!! not) fast forward my hour wait I get my truck and the guy said your battery has a lot of corrosion on your battery it is fully charged but you need to clean it. Well I go home clean it and the next day my battery is dead! I take the battery to a different auto place and they hook it up and it is DEAD, so much for them telling me they did a system check and it is fully charged and good to go. So disgusted with the customer service and the unreliability of them, also not happy that I had to forgo my tire rotation. Never Never again Walmart I am sure they could care less if they lose a customer, I have always had my oil changes done there and never had an issue but I will not return again that was for sure my last one. read more
