What's most concerning is how they handled a situation where my vehicle was damaged while in their possession. Despite being presented with photo evidence, they refused to take any accountability and instead attempted to shift the blame onto me. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, the owner resorted to insults, calling me a "piece of shit," and even made threatening comments, claiming they would "find me." No legitimate business owner should ever conduct themselves this way. The lack of accountability, poor customer treatment, and unprofessional behavior speak volumes about how this company operates. I genuinely feel bad for the customers who have trusted this business and ended up dealing with the same management and customer service issues. I spoke with a person by the name of Dando, which was very polite, once I paid for my engine, I'm told my mechanic would not get it till the following Monday, in which I was not happy about, cause when you pay $2,300.00 for something, you expect it right there and then, so I explained that I was an Independent Care Taker with one of my clients having Seizures and that I would need to file a complaint with corporate Office, unbeknown to me, they went ahead and pulled it, sent it to my mechanic on that Friday, so my vehicle sat all weekend till the following Monday when I called and spoke with a Raul that had knowledge of this situation, but neither Glendale Auto Wrecking or my mechanic gave me a call to let me know it was there. Ohhhh and by the way, because we had to walk to Walmart, my client had a dang seizure that caused him to get treatment there and taken to the hospital, lack of communication is there biggest down fall. After my conversation with Raul, he tells me, aren't you going to say thank you and your sorry! Ughhhhhhh! you all lacked communication, but nice guys.
