Once I arrived, I provided the part # I had to Shane who compared it to his system and found I had the incorrect part # for my vehicle. He produced the correct part and offered me a couple of options. Needless to say, I was relieved to avert the disaster of returning home to my waiting brother and presenting him the wrong part! My Phillip Stein watch was running slow so I took it in for a new battery. After fiddling around…read morewith my watch for 20 minutes the clerk said I don't know what the problem is and that in put in a new battery but now it will not work at all. Keep in mind that my watch was running but just slow. He advised I take it to a watch repair. I did and explained what happened. She said that the clerk at the battery store may have touched a wire that he shouldn't have. She tried to fix the watch but couldn't and would have to send the watch to be repaired and it was going to cost $350.00. The clerk at the battery store broke my watch and I get to pay to undo the damage. My advice is if you have a inexpensive watch that can be easily replaced then knock your socks off. But if you have an expensive watch you should avoid this store like the plague. I am so disappointed with this store that I wish I could give it zero stars.

They ALWAYS claim that the rotors are not able to be cut because it's too much labor them.. Younger boy has to ask his manager who's leaning on the counter if he's willing to cut the rotors same day or not but in the beginning weren't cuttable, I started having second thought about oreilly in general til I tried BELL & DYSART & they never denied a single rotor (I have the width tool I wouldn't take it if it's been cut already )
