Was interested in new custom exhaust- I will find another shop
    Terry B.

I had appointment with Fernando, I arrived on time to be told that Fernando was not in until later that day. Too bad, I am now searching for a reputable shop other than Surprise Mufflers.

Ive had three cars done here now and they always get me in right away. They are always super cool and always give me reasonable pricing. I HIGHLY recommend

Fast/Friendly services. They had been trusted to install Borla exhaust on our new Mustang GT. Just honest no BS workmanship.

They inspected the exhaust, drove the car and came back and said that that wad not the issue.

This review is applicable to the Service Department only, not Sales, Parts, etc…read more I have been here twice for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.), no unscheduled services. After two visits I can say appointment setting is easy, service from the Service writer is timely and the work is completed timely as well. The facility is clean, well lit, inviting and they keep you apprised the time you are there. They are professional in appearance, communication and when recommending additional services (not obnoxious or overbearing). Prices are on the high side, but they do have promotions.

This was yesterday: I got here at 10 for my appointment…read more Lots of cars were here, I was like whatever I have an appointment. Had to wait in my car for about 10 minutes, they had me "checked in" at 10:16 and I was in the waiting area. They text you appointment info, link to check the status, option to text your service advisor. It changed a few minutes ago from "arrival" to inspection. They know I'm waiting. I actually have things to do today. Normally I try to clear my whole day bc of how long it takes. Why do I keep coming back if it takes forever? Literally only bc I think the work is decent because I have had other things done aside from just oil changes. It's currently 12:36pm and I was only getting an oil change. I think this is a new record for how long this is taking but I know if I call someone to get me, then they'll probably be done after I'm home for like 5 minutes. Per google an oil change should only take around 30-60 min at a dealership, other locations 15-45 minutes. They didn't even change my "oil change" sticker. No breakdown of the "inspection" details. They gave me a paper that said I get 2 free services bc of the wait time, so that's nice I guess, bc I didn't complain but tbh it really messed up my schedule for the day. I ended up leaving at 12:55 or so. All in all, it's fine to wait there for an oil change if you have a lot of time to kill.

Visited this dealer this past weekend to look a 2026 GLB…read more Unfortunately the GLB wasn't quite a good fit for our needs. However, we did have the pleasure of meeting Nikko upon our arrival to view the vehicle. I highly suggest asking for Nikko if you come to look at a vehicle here...he is professional, friendly, not pushy like your typical salesman, inquisitive and most importantly knowledgeable of the products/vehicles offered. My 5 star rating is strictly for Nikko and our experience with him as we didn't go any further than an initial viewing/basic #s provided.

THEFT......Literally! Stole $1,000.00 that was in a non-descript envelope under napkins, cleaning…read morewipes etc. in the console. FLAT OUT STOLEN! Police are involved, but I got a real CYA vibe. No one was apologetic or wanted to preemptively address the situation, thus a police call. The officer was friendly, and had the same sense of the situation as I. Big time language barrier was an issue for him...stonewalled. As long as they cover for the thief, it will go nowhere. This ordeal transpired because I did my wife a favor and took her car in for what I thought was an oil change and filter replacement, and to my fault, didn't listen to Xavier Rojas when he gave me the service order to sign. 16k miles on the car, and no ethical compass kicks in seeing it unnecessary to do a brake fluid flush (which is a common dealership scam, my son is a tech has shared this with me) so this was more of a bill than expected. Shame on me. I had waited for almost 15 minutes to be tended to and wasn't terribly interested in listening to upselling and other service department BS. While eating lunch, I made some calls to transfer money so I could purchase a "Manager's Special $5,000 off" vehicle that was in the showroom. After the unexpected service fees, and past less than honest experiences my wife had, I wasn't going to buy anything from them......then I picked up the vehicle and as I drove down 101 I reached into the console to discover their theft of the $1,000. I turned right around. I called Xavier about this, another mistake on my part. They had time to get some responsible people involved, but nope. Xavier tells me he had the wash crew pull their pockets out. What kind of dipshit goes to the crew where he knows the thief is and do such a thing and make them aware to cover their crime? Makes you think he could have been in on it, but my feeling is, he just isn't very smart. Doesn't seem that he elevated to a higher authority, no he basically alerts them to hide the crime better. Lots of ironies. The free car wash turned out be $1,000 car wash. The unneeded services cost a $65k sale. Go elsewhere. You would think that Mercedes Benz would want to at least apologize for having a felon in their dealership, but not a peep.
