I'm not really a fan of dealerships in general but after working with Rene on our trade in was literally the easiest process we've ever experienced and I considered buying a car on the spot just because of how easy he was to work with. I bought a 2026 X5. S drive. The sales process went well, including the Sales Manager and Finance office people. There were never any high pressure tactics used even though I didn't buy any Extras. I was unaware that Cruise Control is NOT Adaptive. It requires a DAPP Package that adds an approximate $ 2,500. It would have been worth it to me. Unless you've owned a BMW before you might not be aware that it's NOT standard. Still Loving the X5 but it's quite an adjustment since I use Cruise a LOT. I see very Few X5's in inventory that Do have it. So be aware if that's what you.might want !! read more

Not trying to out the Salesman my dad and I was working with because I think he was just following orders but his sales manager is who YOU should be wary of. Seems like a guy with a huge ego. I don't blame any of the salesman for doing shady practices because from my experience shady salesman starts with shady management. Which is very disappointing because my family and the people we associate ourselves with (business and friends) we make sure that we're aligned with people with high integrity. We bought a used Lexus at their dealership and we definitely had some laughable trade in offers. Mind you my dad is a salesman at another dealership close by so he has knowledge with how things go and he's also a mechanic. We ended up getting what we wanted for a trade in deal but my dad went to inspect the vehicle before signing the deal. He noticed that the vehicle had old tires. The tires were 6 years old and my dad requested for them to provide us with new tires. The sales manager was against it at first but he ended up providing us new tires that's going to be covered by them. They claimed they didn't have the type of tires for my Lexus in stock yet so they will give us a call to let us know when they have received the tires for the Lexus. Two weeks of going back in forth with one of the salesman (I don't want to out him, he seems sweet) he would tell me that they haven't received the tires for the Lexus and he will call me back to let me know. He never calls me back to let me know so I would have to constantly call him just for him to tell me that they aren't ready. Friday July 19th I gave that salesman a call and he said they have the tires for my Lexus and he said maintenance will give me a call to schedule to put my tires in or he will call me the next following day or Monday regarding the tires. He never called back. Tuesday July 22 I texted him about the tires and he pretty much lied to me or I hope a miscommunication issue amongst him and his co-workers. He said the tires are there but he's not sure why maintenance hasn't called me. My dad ended up having to call someone else regarding the tires and had a call with a woman named Kala. According to Kala the tires never came and she had to order the tires for the Lexus and it was going to arrive next business day. I was told the tires were ready last week. VERY SHADY RESPONSES. This is far from a miscommunication issue at this point. I don't understand why they prolonged getting the tires for me. Seems like Kala had it all figured out right away. Another annoying thing as I arrive at the dealership to get my tires changed I found out last minute that Justin will be taking care of me instead of Kala and he didn't know who Kala was and he wasn't sure what to do with my vehicle. They gave him vague details. Very frustrating experience coming from Arrowhead BMW and seems like a lot of shady employees, but like I said shady employees usually stems from very shady management. If management is shady then the whole entire place most likely is. Definitely not recommending this location to any of our peers since our experience was mostly frustrating, please go elsewhere. This dealership will blatantly ignore any request you make for them to stop contacting you. They are calling, texting, and emailing both me and my dad relentlessly after we have both asked them to stop. It turned into demanding them to stop and telling them I will file a complaint with the BBB, attorney generals office, and the FTC if they keep it going. Along with 1 star ratings on Google, dealer rater, and anywhere else they are listed. After demanding they stop, Jay sends me an email again saying he will continue to contact me via phone and email. I also never provided my email to them, they only have my number, so I did not give consent to email me nor do I know how they got my email in the first place. Terrible business practice. I'm going to find anything they are doing to us that is non compliant regarding leads. Even if what they are doing to us turns out to be compliant, it's ethically wrong. I'll never recommend this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. I spoke with Rene in the buying department to sell my 2023 BMW M4 Competition. My husband and I both took a time off work to drive an hour there to find out that they aren't willing and to buy our vehicle. I asked for the GM and was told he isn't in. I was assisted cooly from a supervisor named Carolina. I am also in the automotive industry and know how these things work and was told they didn't have approval from the GM. You don't give a customer an offer, have them get a cashier's check and schedule an appointment before approval from management. This is what is wrong with the car business. read more

This review is for the sales department. My fiancé was looking for a specific used car. He was able to find one listed on Arrowhead BMW. No less than 15 minutes after reaching out for more information, he had an email and phone call from someone at the dealership with more information. We were pleasantly surprised to also receive a text and an email with a link to a video about the vehicle he was interested in. Kyle was our sales person. His video was informative, entertaining and personal. When we met him in person he was very attentive to our requests. He was full of personality and very engaging. I had the worst customer experience dealing with Arrowhead BMW than any other dealership. I emailed Arrowhead BMW about the availability of a used vehicle listed on their website. I received an email that the vehicle was still available and to make an appointment because "I work by appointment to maximize the time we spend together and reduce your time at the dealership". I scheduled an appointment with Mike Jones to meet at 6:30pm and he was a no show. I work with clients all the time and I understand that emergencies happen, but if I am unable to meet with a client, I will always call the client and let them know that either they can meet with one of my associates or we can reschedule. I received no such communication. What's worse is that the person I finally dealt with informed me that the vehicle I was scheduled to look at was in the refurb area getting a windshield replaced. He goes to check on the vehicle and returns 20 mins later to inform me that the battery is dead and the vehicle will not start. He then ask if I want to reschedule and come back tomorrow. I made an appointment to see this specific vehicle. I can't believe that they wouldn't make sure that the vehicle was ready for my scheduled appointment At a minimum, someone should have contacted me to reschedule since the vehicle was unavailable. read more

This is the first time I ever had to write a negative review for any company but our experience at Arrowhead BMW was horrible. When they first "fixed" our Mini Cooper, the car broke down literally 5 minutes down the street of W union Hills Dr by the Arrowhead church and they had to tow it back in. It made me question if the part to my mini Cooper was truly ever fixed. They took over a month to repair the car. Our Key fob, which was working perfectly when I gave them the car, didn't work but they claim that the issue was already there. When we took our car back for the second time, they took over a month to fix the car which was ridiculous since our daughter needed the car for work. We paid over $5,000 for it and they had the audacity to charge more than $2k for extra repairs that should've have been identified during the first diagnostic. Now the engine light continues to show and won't pass emission at all with the engine light. We worked with Shane the technician but felt like he dismissed our concerns and lacked communication with us. Avoid going here and spend your hard earned money elsewhere! read more

I had an issue with the lights flashing when the car was turned off. It drained the battery which the dealership replaced at no charge. Once the part was ordered The service Manager Brent setup a in home service call. The switch was replaced and I haven't had an issue since. The entire service team Rocks. read more

By far the worst dealership ever , went all the way from california because i put trust in there word , not only did they overprice but also lied to my face saying they lowered the price of the car but what they did was increase the months. But thats not it they gave me a car that was tagged for 52k for 80k and gave me it with messed up catalytic converters. I'm not sure if everyone's buying experience was as horrible as mine. I received my car (2020 430i gran coupe) on Tuesday of Jul 11, 2023. There was damage to my windshield, my inside panel, and also damages (scratches ,scuffs etc.) to the outside of the vehicle. I have been contacting the dealership from the time I received the vehicle at least once or twice daily, just to follow up and see if anyone knows when it will be fixed. This damage was no fault of mine nor the non licensed shippers they hired. Luckily the shippers provided me with photos of the vehicle they took before loading the car onto their truck. All I've been asking for is a simple fix and nobody wants to accept accountability and own up to the fact they were unacceptably unprofessional. I have been calling the dealership and leaving messages for the operational manager to contact me as advised by BMW headquarters. I am running out of time as I'm trying to remain patient and allow them the time to fix it. If I don't get a resolution sometime this week, I will take legal action. read more

Terrible customer service. Went there with a friend, was told he was totally approved, took his cash down payment, made him do all the paper work, was there for hours. Was told he couldn't take the car until the next day. We got a call that he was denied and needs to come pick up a check for his down payment and it would be ready that day. Went in, no check. Said we need to wait again. Talked to a manger and he basically told us their staff is trained to lie to customers "to get a deal". He said our salesman lied to us about him getting approved because "it's a sale". He was bald with a big beard, didn't even care to ask for his name if that's how their entire staff is. After spending hours with a sales person & financing up & back, we finally agreed on a price & financing; however, the finance person came to me with a price $500 more than agreed upon & a rate 4% higher than agreed! After I said something he tried asking if he lowered it which would have still been 2% higher, I got upset and left. Of course he called & texted fixing the price and lowering the rate to 1% higher than we agreed on. Too late. This place needs to be up front with their customers, honor what they agreed on & not waste peoples time!
