I took our smart car to this location to get inside of our car clean. It was really dirty before we take our car, there was our dog's hair all over, so dusty and our seats had black spots everywhere. They did a good job cleaning "most" part that you can see it "right away" but dashboard was completely dirty, they did not clean it at all and also under the seats and top roof either. We paid over $150 to get everything nice and clean. I was very disappointed. This was our first time taking our car to a car wash. I want to give them a credit that they mostly did a great job, "BUT" we learned that we should have check everywhere before they return our car. If you ever go car wash here and pay a lot of money, check everywhere to make sure everything is clean. read more

paid 216 for a seat/ carpet shampoo and a dash/cup holder cleaning. it was very poorly done and i had to go back to have literal brown sludge removed from the cup holder. i have no idea how they missed that. giving two stars for the fact that they did take it back and fix it. read more

This Car Wash Rocks!! Man, I had the best experience I have ever had at a car wash in my entire life. Cobblestone in Surprise is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the customer service is top notch! I brought my Lexus here is get it washed and these guys did a fantastic job on it. I was blown away with the attention they pour into each vehicle. I heard about this place from a coupon that I recieved in the mail. I decided to pay them a visit now I am glad I did! Once I saw how this place operated, I decided to go a head and sign up for the monthly program. I plan on bringing my car through here very often! If you are looking to stop into this place, ask for Tyler the manager, he's great! Great job guys! read more

The Cobblestone on Bell Ave in Surprise Az is ABSOLUTELY the best. When they finished their magic the car looked better than new. When I lost my membership coupons the assisted me with correcting my error. Best customer service imaginable and that's from someone who retired after 37 years in customer service. read more

As I was pulling into the car wash, I had someone else work on my car and he didn't tighten my hose to my radiator tight enough so it completely blew off as I was driving through. The guys instantly stopped me when they seen the issue and brought my car into the service deck. Shawn and Ryan helped me out by tightening my hoses for me and getting me back on the road safely! I highly recommend this place for car service. Great people and great community overall! Thanks again Shawn and Ryan! read more

Haven't been to a full service carwash in along time thought I'd give it a try ...still bug guts on the front of my car and windshield, they didn't even vacuum the back or wipe it ...very disappointed for $30 read more

So far so good, the wash tunnel was down, the attendant was very cordial and explained what was happening, it would take a hour to get my car washed. I will wait till later, stay tuned. read more

Poor quality work, paid $45.00 (and that was with a $10.00 off coupon) for a car wash and leather conditioner for seats and they didn't even wipe all the seats. Pretty sad when you still have to vacuum the floor mats and wipe the inside down when they're done. Will not be going back. read more

This place used to be a lot better a few years ago and over time it seems like the quality and effort that goes into cleaning vehicles has declined. I paid $50 for the "highest wash I could get" and was hoping to have my truck looking brand new when I got it back. Once they were done the guy gave me my keys and quickly took off.. I did a walk around to find it was still dirty and had some black marks on the tailgate that weren't there before. I have a white truck so it was very easy to see. I had to track the worker down and ask him to wipe it down again. Barely wiped the spots and didn't answer my question about the black marks and quickly ran off again. Won't be going back, too busy to make sure they do the job correctly read more

Got the supreme wash today for our truck. It was like $25 ish and I think the $4 drive through does better then this car wash I was VERY disappointed because I used to go to this car wash years ago every weekend and LOVED it! My daughter loves going inside to get a donut and squirt the soap at the vehicle's. My vehicles were always clean and smelling fresh when I left here. We went out of town so our truck was a bit dirtier then normal but this was terrible. Then to top it off we got a new chip on our paint I don't think they even wiped anything down.. looks like they drove it through the basic wash.. super bummed. I'll be looking around for another car wash. read more

Went to cobblestone and got The Works full service car wash today. While I would give their customer service a 5 star, not so much the actual work. Paying over $30, I expected a better cleaning. Several spots missed, inside vacuum job was mediocre. Positive part was it does smell good and tires look decent, other than that I will not be back for full service here. Back to the drawing board on finding a reputable hand car wash. read more

Took car in for oil change. Have valpak coupon that is valid for $19.99 oil change. They refused to accept the digital version of the coupon even though they advertise in Valpak. Cheyenne is a manager and was exceptionally rude about it. She has no customer service skills. No one seems to ever be aware of their own promotions. I would recommend going somewhere else for your car washes and oil changes. read more

My wife had a monthly service with Cobblestone. Most of the time she was not satisfied after getting the wash and wipe down on the car and finally told the manager. She canceled the monthly service with the manager and he said it was taken care of. A month later we get a charge on our credit card for another monthly service. I disputed the charge with my credit card Company and called Cobblestone. They said they would take care of it. I also went online and sent an email to cancel. Well the next month another charge shows up. Had to get my wife a new credit card and cancel the old one. Do not signup for a monthly service with them. read more

My truck now smells like a smoky and seedy motel off the Vegas strip that cops raid nightly. I don't know what chemicals they used, but damn. I had to go somewhere else to get the raunch out. $100 wasted for an overall smelly job and being lied to for services that can't be done yet attempted. Just please, don't contact me. Instead, please be more up front with what can and can't be done or what to expect as the end result. With the prices of services rendered, I'm sure that this money can be used for extra or corrective training. read more

I signed up for the 16:99 wash all you want which the sign stated and the attendant stated then after going in one a new attendant states I found only come in once a day, when I ask where it said that, he looked in the advertising and it didn't say that any where then I came in the next day and they cancel my membership. read more

Broke my powersteering while doing full synthetic oil change. Too bad, too sad for me.

I have getting my car washed here for 10 years until l totaled my old car, purchased a new car. Before I signed up for the unlimited plan I asked attendant if they could shut off brushes when my car went through. He agreed so I purchased plan. The next time I returned they did not turn brushes. I went to another cobblestone and they agreed to shut brushes off. No problem. These guys read more

We've been coming here since they opened in Surprise and they have really improved with customer service and cleanliness, inside and out. They have very good package deals for car washes that we've purchased this year and we've noticed that they're trying so hard to have the car top-notch before driving off. And if not, they'll fix it right away if asked. Terrific job, Surprise! Keep up the great work. It's definitely showing. read more

(Reposting feedback after Yelp removed it due to inclusion of a name) Poor job overall. Still dead bugs on hood and front. The Wash Sales person offered specifically to have black marks on door sills, arm rest, seats, etc removed - terrible job! I was able to clean the center console arm rest in about 30 seconds, and it only took me a minute to get the door sills clean - it's like they didn't even try! I'd have raised the issue at the time, but the car had already taken longer than promised and I was late for work. So not happy with this waste of money... read more

We decided to get our truck detailed. The first shock was instead of paying $100 it is now $200! Yikes ! They said it would take 3 hours. We went at 3 hours and it was not done. Went to lunch then 2 hours later it was "done". You go check on the $200 work and see the front grill NOT clean. The windows over sprayed with armor all and then "cleaned" smeared badly and still areas on the dash with dust, we asked to have it completely cleaned. After another hour we left. Then on the way home I looked up and there were spots on the ceiling and the grab handle to get in the truck was still dirty and still dust on the dash! The front windshield is still smeared. This is not the first time we had this experience before and stupidly tried them again. We will never return. read more

Took my mother's vehicle in for a quick oil change and wash. Techs were very nice and not very pushy on sales, which actually makes me want to get more done. The vehicle was cleaned very well and service was good. The store inside was very clean and sanitizer was available which is important during this virus scare. We will be back again. read more

I literally don't know why I came here. From past experiences I knew they do a terrible job. $30 dollars to still have visible pieces of leaves and dirt on the floor and cup holders look like they were missed completely. This is a brand new car too so it's not like it needed a ton of elbow grease to clean. Lesson learned. Will definitely wait for my mobile detailed to have an opening next time. read more

Took my car in for a deep clean after driving across the country. I sat there for over four hours and in that four hours nobody touched my car. Finally demanded they give me my car and a refund and they quickly vacuumed and wiped down the driver's seat and floor and tried to say "oh we're halfway done" when I've been sitting there the whole time watching it not get cleaned. Will not go back. Do not recommend. read more

Got swayed into buying a long term program. Been disappointed on more than one occasion and kept my mouth shut and just continued service. After 4 disappointments out of 6 I decided to STOP my service. I got CHARGED a $37 cancellation fee which I was NEVER informed about when purchased. Just let them know when you want to stop service and they will be happy to help you. They (the internal personnel tell you to go to the website, so they don't have to face your RATH. So I paid $19 for an upgraded car wash where they were supposed to vacuum and wipe the interior, and clean the tires, besides having the outside go through their machine. I found many panels inside not wiped down and all the seats except for my own we're NOT vacuumed. I even found large debris on the back floor. Next time, I'll stick to the $3 carwash near circle K because at least I know I can clean my car, as cumbersome as it can be when I have plans for the evening. read more

I come here almost every week morning and see the crew get everything set up before opening. Spencer is by far the best worker here as most people are just standing around He is getting things ready. I brought my 2008 Lexus RX in for a detail. I could not understand why it wasn't ready in three hours. I spoke with Mike, Nick and Teyon (the detail guy) and learned that they were upset by paint and finish scratches on the passenger side. Instead of calling me to request additional work to repair and remove these scratches they kept the car and did the work at no further expense. Frankly I was shocked and surprised as I got back at 1:30 an exceptionally clean vehicle with no more paint scratches. And yes I am pleased. They really made me happy and with Covid going on it made my day. read more

Trinaty is an astonishing worker. Highly would recommend coming here just to talk to her. A ray of moonlight in this dark dark universe.

I have been using Cobblestone for almost two years almost daily since I'm a rideshare driver. My previous location on Alma School/Baseline in Mesa was excellent!! Staff there was attentive and kept their entire area clean and well stocked with towels. If you noticed a problem with a vacuum or the air hoses, the were immediately on top of it. As for this location....I see tons of workers and always long lines for the full service but the express/self service is a HUGE . It is always dirty--trash over flowing, trash on the ground, towels look like they have been just chucked into the bins, vacuums barely suck and the AIR HOSES ARE BLOWING WATER!!!! Defeat ms the purpose of getting water off the car, right???? I've moved to Surprise for almost a month and dread coming here to clean my car before starting my day. I've spoken to staff several times and it's "oh we will look into it" and "we're an older location "...just BS excuses. They clearly don't care about their self-service customers. Debating canceling my unlimited plan and finding another company to go to. I don't want to do that because, there are so many locations I can go to if I need to do a quick clean on my car during my work day. Giving the next closest location a try in Glendale. it's better than this one. So disappointed! read more

As I sit here writing this review, I am watching my boyfriend re-wash his truck after paying $23 just yesterday. The first clue was when they wondered out loud if his lifted truck would fit in the tunnel? Huh? This is AZ- is this the first lifted truck you have seen come in here? After they finally agreed it would fit, it was about 45 min until it was done. We waited inside and were hoping to hear our name called over the loudspeaker like everyone else's was. Eventually, after no name calling, the owner popped inside and said hey your truck is ready. Huh ? Our name was never called. We were in a hurry so didn't have time to complain but this was seriously the worst wash we've ever had. Overspray on wheels from the tire dressing, dirt on the fenders and the inside was not touched. Top of truck was also not touched or wiped. Whoever owns or is in charge of this place please pay attention! How is this place even in business? Also, asked for new car scent and they didn't even do that. Super disappointing!! read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - Here he is re-washing his truck. What the heck - Car Wash Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

I came here to get my Mom a car wash and when I first entered the gentleman was SUPER helpful. I didn't catch his name but I definitely didn't think my experience would go so downhill after that. I purchased the highest membership. When they signaled the vehicle was done I noticed the cupholders weren't wiped down and there was still some scuff marks that could have just been wiped off with the towel. I pointed it out the the guy and he immediately became defensive and aggressive. I stepped back and asked for a manager he then proudly with a sarcastic smile said he was the manager. He started throwing out my moms personalized cup holders on the ground trying to make the situation worse. I then pointed out crumbs still in the back seat and his response was "I'm getting my supervisor!" I was so shocked at how he was handling the situation and how defensive he was being. Then the supervisor came over and was a little bit better but still pretty defensive I explained to him what happened and never once raised my voice or was disrespectful. His response was "Well we get a lot of customers cursing us out and yelling at us." I see why they get those interactions. Customers who are just simply trying to get what they pay for are getting aggressive responses. I will never go back and will continue driving to 43rd ave and Indian school for my business! The two guys who assisted me were Dane and Spencer. Would not recommend! read more
