The most outstanding customer service and extremely efficient wash, details, and oil changes! Anything and everything I need exceeds more than my expectations. I go to this wash at least two times a week and I leave happy every time! read more

Been getting my oil changes here since my first car in 2006, joe was great and I was sad to see him leave but my guy Josue never fails to show great hospitality as well, he's honest about timing and greets me by my first name, even asks about my daughter if she isn't in attendance. Acts like those listed above are the reason I stay loyal to this auto spa! read more

On Labor Day, an hour before close we went to Cobble Stone to get our Jeep cleaned. The jeep was a bit dirtier than usual, as we were drove the Jeep out of town for Labor Day weekend. Upon getting our Jeep back, we noticed the jeep was poorly vacuumed(maybe not even vacuumed at all), the windows were not properly cleaned, there were water spots all over the Jeep, and there were still dead bugs are the front of the bumper and grill. We took our complaints to the car wash manager, Aaron. He did address our issues and try to rectify them. However, there are STILL bug juices on the front bumper and grill, water spots all over the Jeep, the windows were not cleaned properly, and the Jeep still remained poorly vacuumed. Keep in mind, this was AFTER, Aaron personally "cleaned" the front grill and bumper as well as having his staff re-vacuum the insides. I would not recommend waisting your money on a "Supreme" wash. Our jeep is still not cleaned to our standards. We ended hand washing the Jeep and having to vacuum it ourselves. In addition to all of this, we forgot to mention to the manager(Aaron) that we found a 7 inch scratch on the side of the Jeep, because he was too busy attempting to hand clean the front bumper and grill to give us any of his attention. However, we will give you the benefit of the doubt that this scratch was not caused by the staff even after this terrible experience. read more

Don't waste your money. Terrible, I mean TERRIBLE car wash. I foolishly purchased "the works" and when I got home I had to wash the interior myself. Before I left I looked through the car and pointed out that the surfaces had not been wiped down and it obviously wasn't vacuumed well. These complaints were basically ignored till I got frustrated and left. Either get your car detailed or wash it yourself (you'll have to anyway) but don't waste your money going to Cobblestone. read more

Had a flat tire on the NB 51 on Friday afternoon June 03 when temperature was 114 degrees. Limped off the freeway at the Bell Rd exit and pulled in to shaded area of Cobblestone to change out the tire. As I was removing spare tire and jack from vehicle, Matt, a Cobblestone employee approaches my car with a floor jack. Matt lifted the car, removed the flat tire/wheel and helped me install the spare tire. Matt turned a 30 minute job in 114 heat to a 5 minute job. Matt refused any compensation from me for his time. Truly appreciated Matt's help! read more

I came in on a Sunday morning right as the car wash opened and had a phenomenal experience from beginning to the end. When determining the service I wanted, I worked with Josh. He was awesome! He took the time to explain all the different washes, assess what type of service would be best for my car, and described the various price options to ensure I was satisfied with what I was getting. Although it was getting busy, Josh worked with me and I never felt rushed. After the wash, I went to get my oil changed and worked with Joshue. He was great too! Overall, awesome experience! Love Cobblestone, the quality washes and excellent customer service! read more

This car wash is HORRIBLE. I have had change stolen from my car several times, they can't find me in their old computer system to redeem my points that I have accumulated over the years. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!!! The new Management at this location is inept and offer no assistance for mistakes. My guess ... they will be closed soon. read more

A 1 star is a generous rating. I went back because I didn't have all day to get my car washed and they gave me a prepaid gift card for the amount of the wash since I didn't have 4 hours to kill. They always negotiate services and I got a wash and wax and detail for $120 (which was the amount on my card) The attendant (Simon) wrote it up as a wash and headlight polish and said it would take about 2 1/2 hours. I went to pay for it and they wouldn't accept the prepaid card because its only for what you are replacing. The cashier went and got Simon and he said if you want what you ordered it would be $80 more. I told him nope Its not happening. I called my son to pick me up and we went to lunch since I had 2 hours to kill. He dropped me off 3 hours later and they said it would be 2 more hours. The attendant said they basically lie to do the sale and he gets stuck with the angry customers. The big problem that I had on the car was I had a 12 pack of coke explode in the car and needed it cleaned up. They really didn't wipe down the dash and they didn't spot shot the ceiling which the salesman said they would do. The wax job that they were going to do didn't even take off a price sticker off the trunk. Shitty job all the way around. I can't recommend this merely bankrupt company read more

Disappointed with this car wash. My front window interior was smeared and there were areas on the car that were still dirty. I also had to call them back to put the tire dressing on the tires which I had paid for. read more

Took forever to get an oil change! Waited over an hour! And there was only one car in front of me that was already in the middle of getting an oil change! Will never go there again for an oil change! read more

Great service and wash. I especially like that they now have vacuums so if you do the express you can vacuum it out as well. Very efficient and gets you through quick. I come back to this location because they take care of you and if they don't, they will make it right! read more

They are so bad they shouldn't be able to call themselves a car wash. My windshield is actually dirtier than when I got there. The place is awful!!! read more

So-- 5 stars for Aaron.. he is the assistant manager who went way above and beyond in customer service. I came in 30 minutes before closing time with a carpet emergency that no one else would want to take on- a ton of work and time to clean. Aaron was willing to take it on, even though he had been there from open to close in the summer heat. He was very professional and courteous to me even though no one in their right mind should want to stay late after losing time and clean up that mess in my car!! HE and Dylan (cashier) are the reasons we will keep using Cobblestone. Far above the call of duty read more

I think this and all cobble stone car wash stink they don't honor their 14 day clean car garuanty I had to get loud just to get them to step up and honor their policy I won't come here again and I dont recommend this place to anyone you get a better wash at circle k read more

Great, fast, friendly service... oil change and car wash took 20 min :) Matt was helpful and not pushy with sales

Went here to get my Uber inspection for my van. Alex was the guy who took care of me. He's a super cool guy. We had a couple of good laughs! He made my visit there enjoyable! I totally recommend you going here for your Uber inspections or whatever else you need. Don't forget to ask for Alex when you get there. read more

I drive a Mini Cooper. Paid 28.00 for "Ultimate" car wash! Returned car dirty inside and out. They took it away for two minutes and it was still filthy! Was denied a refund. Well I guess this is how they roll at Cobblestone Car Wash! Beware this place is a rip off waiting for your $$$! read more

I really have a great experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa. I am a rewards member. I had saved up enough points for a complete detail when they raised the point requirement. I was really disappointed and contacted their corporate office to let them know what had happened. They were extremely gracious and honored the reward I had earned. The did a really great job detailing my car. read more

I just got my car washed because I parked under a tree not thinking and it was covered in bird poo. After paying $24 to clean my car I still had bird poo all over it. The person wiping down my car said I should not expect them to get all the bird poo off. Yes I do expect all the bird poo to be off the car. Still bird poo on my car!! read more

I was told it would take 90 min for my car to be detailed. I decided to wait instead of having someone pick me up. No problem, I can find enough things to do to keep my busy for that long. At two hours I asked for an update at which point they told me it would be another hour. Why wouldn't they have told me a more accurate time or at least updated me when the time was longer than originally quoted? Terrible service and will not return. read more

I went in for a car wash and paid $45.00. I was told that this would cover cleaning the interior/exterior of my vehicle, and armor all of my surfaces. Now I drive a Jeep Wrangler and I have the open most days, so the inside is pretty dusty. They said no problem we can get it all. When my vehicle is pulled up I can tell they did a bad job, so my self and the manager walk around the jeep and I point out some of the issues. He says ok we will fix it. They take my vehicle for a second time. 30 more minutes pass and they pull my wrangler back up. I walk around the vehicle again just to make sure everything is ok, and open the tailgate to look in the cargo area. Nothing in the rear of my vehicle has been touch. The rear of the was not vacuumed and nothing had not been touched at all. At this point I was out of both time and patients, so I asked for a refund. I was told they do not give refund on services, and the only option I had was to bring it back another time for a free wash. I told the manger if this is the work you do for paying customers why would I want a free wash. This was truly a bad experience! People don't spend your hard earned money at this establishment. It would just be a waste of time. read more

Was waiting for my vehicle in the outside seating area. A man rode up on a bicycle and sat in the seats and lit up a cigarette. ... in the common area. He wasn't even there to get a car washed. I went inside to ask if that was allowed, being where everyone was sitting. I was told, "no, he shouldn't be smoking in that area". I asked if anyone was going to something to him. .. And as told "probably not". Wow. You just lost my business. read more

I go here for the $3 car wash and that is about it. I tried the more expensive wash and was not impressed. They want volume and not quality work on all cars. read more

Hands down the worst detail I've ever seen. Had to bring them the car twice and it still looks terrible. They missed tons of spots, left wax on the car in several places. Didn't bother to wipe off the door jambs, wax in gas door crevices, water spots everywhere tells me those areas did not get waxed. Interior was detailed also and the console is filthy, didn't bother to wipe it down or clean cup holders. Very disappointed. read more

Been here a few times but place is consistently bad so review has been earned. All they want to do is upsell their bad product. Didn't go for a few years because they were so bad and went once again recently out of necessity. No surprise but still bad!! Windows actually looked worse after having them washed and cleaned! Corporate office doesn't care either. Have emailed about issues in the past and don't even get a courtesy reply. Oh yeah, and staff will solicit you for a tip for their crap work. LOL. read more

Monday Oct 16,2017 Sales person Vanderback assured me if I pick one of the above Bundles of services, my interior would be clean and vacuumed with all dust and pet hair would be gone. Didn't happen, when I the (red shirt) dispenser reviewed the work--THEN they told me 10 we don't lift up seats and do the floors underneath 2) pet hair calls for a detail interior job more than just a vacuum.. The point is I could of been told 1 & 2 prior to taking my money. The management does not manage--I was told to go pay more, lift my seats in an upright state & allow for another 1 hour or so. No offer for a discount on the interior detail cleaning they now said I need. read more

This place is terrible. I paid $26 for the ultimate wash. They vacuumed in about 45 seconds and left noticeable scraps in the front and back. Another 30 seconds could have produced a decent job, not detailed but at least what I would expect for a bare minimum. They spent the same amount of time wiping the doors on the inside and I could see the lines where they missed completely. My car was not that dirty, just had been washed the prior week by Jacksons. This place was double the price for half the job. At the counter I was pushed an up sell package and I said no because I got a halfway job the last time I came here as well. Glad I was not sucked into paying $104 for 4 unacceptable washes. This place is a total waste of money, get a $3 wash at an automatic wash place and get the same quality buy have a nice lunch with the change. read more

Let's face it: nobody cleans your car like YOU would if you had the equipment! That said, I have to report on my recent experience at Cobblestone and hope the people in charge see this and reward this employee accordingly.... I made an unplanned visit on Monday because I got into my van and found it crawling with ants! EWWW.. I hate ants! So I raced up there, explained that I didn't have time to empty 3 car seats and all my fishing gear, and could they vacuum it anyway, reallllly good? THEY DID! Then, after sitting on the misted patio for awhile, I thought someone had called that my car was done. It was on the far side of the lanes. I hobbled over there with my cane only to find out it wasn't quite done. By now, it was getting pretty hot...I sat back in the mist and in about 8-10 minutes, the young man who was finishing up my van, DROVE IT OVER TO THE PATIO FOR ME so I wouldn't have to walk through the hot sun back over to my car. This is AWESOME customer service and I tipped accordingly. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!! read more

Terrible do not pay for anything more than a regular car wash. I bought $129 detail from a pushy sales guy but figured I really needed it, did not include engine and planned to use it at a later date. I spilt a Coke in the middle console on my way home from church Sunday which prompted me to get the detail done. I bring the car in let them know about the spill and the passenger seat. my son sat in something sticky and transferred it and his back jeans on to the seat. Sales guy says do I want to add buffing on for an extra charge, which I thought was part of detailing I said no. Then he tries to sell me another detail for another car for the same price but including buffing. Again no! He said ok, we will call you when it's done about 2 1/2 hours. 4 hours later I call them , oh it's done now. It's conveniently dark out and only one guy left but all supplies are put away. I look in the car and could see that the seat was still black but couldn't see anything else it was too dark out. He said he couldn't get it off. The next morning I notice the console still had Coke and dirt in it, the back seat looked like it wasn't cleaned at all, and I still need to clean sticky off the passenger seat. I get warm water and dawn soap and easily, no effort clean the console, back seat, and front seat. Bottom line for $129 " car detail" It wasn't even as clean as a top of the line car wash. read more

What a scam. Sign on the street says $3 exterior wash. 50 cents off gas with carwaah purchase. Was charged $5.99 for wash and received only 10 cents a gallon off gas purchase. Bait and switch. Car still had bugs on the front. They got once, never again. read more

I HAD a monthly express membership that washed the outside only. I just went in and wanted to upgrade my wash that day because I was busy and didn't want to vacuum myself. I was very clear that I wanted to upgrade just today to the basic wash. When I went inside to pay turns out they changed my membership completely to the most expensive wash plan and then when I cleared that up they still charged me for the most expensive wash for that day. Which I didn't want! Very irritated and didn't seem like the woman at the front desk cared whatsoever that I was upset. Let's see how much my credit card gets charged from now on. read more

Terrible job cleaning my car. I paid extra for the Ultimate wash. When I got the car home, I saw that the floor rugs weren't properly vacuumed, the trunk was not touched and still dirty, the center front panel had not been thoroughly cleaned, and the back window had a film on it that was not cleaned.
