Another bad review for this location. Seems like their quality and customer service has been declining and loyal customers like myself dropping like flies. Today I had a terrible experience. Went in very happy to get my wifes car washed and left extremely mad and cancelled my monthly pass. All thanks to the Manager Guillermo L. Yes, the one supposed to be trying to keep customers. Literally talked me into canceling my monthly pass within 3 minutes with his awful attitude. But who do you complain to if he is the manager? Maybe a new manager is needed. Funny thing is that it was this guy who sold me the monthly pass over a year ago. Will never go back. Only used them for a quick car wash because it was close. I have had their full service and detail. And not only is super expensive but also not worth it. They dont do a good job at all. Dirt all over the car and windows. And try complaining.... useless. read more

The last two times I have been at this site the outside service is terrible. They only wipe down 75% of your car and then when you question them they look at you like your bothering them. Terrible outside service the inside cashier is excellent, have to start looking for a new car wash site. read more

I have been using Cobblestone auto service for years. They are close to my home and they have been consistently detailed and always go above and beyond. The prices are competitive and with the extra level of Friendly and Great Service provided by Matt and his team of technicians I will continue to be a loyal client. Thank you all for taking care of mine and my wife's cars. read more

Once again the manager Matt in the Oil and Lube Shop went above and beyond for me. I brought in my 2014 Chevy Sonic after the AC literally chose to quit this past week, most likely due to overuse - haha... so I brought my car in and Matt said he would diagnose the compressor coolant levels, he did quote a price for a refill if I needed it prior to beginning the test.. well 10 minutes later the test was complete and I unfortunately found out that Matt and the crew were not going to be able to fix my problem, but the best thing was all of the testing didn't cost me a dime as Matt agreed to do it for free !!!! I have a large enough expense coming to replace my compressor so the no charge was a huge blessing,,, thanks again Matt read more

I have had my fast pass for almost 7 years and when I had a manager tell me I couldn't do something when I had for past years my pass was altered and when I told them I didn't appreciate them changing my pass around I was told if I didn't like it I could cancel my pass and for $200 a year on car washed and someone tells me that makes me believe that they don't need my business noir anyone else's either I would say find a better mom and pop shop that needs your money and will put customers first I'm so disappointed in cobblestone after 7 years they treated me like this read more

OK I am not one to blog, write reviews or even call a business, when my order/service is wrong. I made this Yelp account just for this situation... I used to use this location at least once a week for few years. Last 3 times have been horrible and I feel like I am just wasting money! 1st time I took my Suburban in to have just outside to washed. Not a bad job, but when I drove off I had a massive crack from one end to another. I turned around went back to speak with management and understood it can happen with cold water touching a hot window, But at least tell me what happened before driving off($35 w/tip). 2nd time I took my Cherokee in to have inside and out done before I took the family to Cali. Thought if I spent a little more maybe get a quality job, did not touch rims, the dash, the seats and did not touch the back after letting them know I wanted the back to be vacuumed too ($45 w/tip)... 3rd and last time! Came back from my family vacation and took it in, this time I asked to have my wheels, rims, inside dash and carpet to be done better than last time. I watch them kinda wipe the outside down and do the windows. when they called me over I asked if they did the wheels, they said "yes". I wiped my finger on my rim and it was obvious it was not done. After they cleaned the wheels I asked to use one of their rags so I could wipe my rear quarter panels behind the tires that had not be done(both sides) they young kid just watched me while I did his job... still tipped (45 w/tip)... Got inside and saw they did not even try and my windshield still had bug remains on passenger side. I drove off and will not return! I wasted over $120 read more

If you want more than just the big chunks of dirt removed from your vehicle, don't waste your money on the $19.99 wash. During the dry-down, I had to ask twice for the grill to be wiped off before the remaining soap dried on it. Three times I requested that the lower front bumper be wiped down, since it didn't even get wet during the wash. Finally, I asked for the cloth and wiped it off myself. The interior remained dusty, the vacuuming left trash behind, and the door frames weren't touched. Maybe one has to pay $50 or more to get a decent cleaning, but I think for a $20 wash I shouldn't have to go home and do it over. read more

Don't take your Jeep Cherokee to this wash. They have a policy that the customer has to drive the Cherokee through the "full service" wash. But they don't tell you this until after you are at the front of the line and have paid for the wash. They should have signs up or at least tell you before you pay. Or a discount for my inconvenience.. No other full-service car wash I've used in4 years of owning this vehicle has had this policy... read more

Avoid this car wash!! I went in to get a detail and clearly pointed out the parts to shampoo which on black interior light colors dirt is obvious! I was told i could vacuum it initially and that if i wanted a shampoo they would have to wash my whole car. I wound up spending 40 dollars on this and still had to tell them where to shampoo, there are finger pints all over my window and the front windshield was still dirty inside. That's not even the worst! After a wash my car magically has paint overspray all over it!!!! When questioned about it and i told them i did not have that prior they insisted it was not from there! I am now paying 300 at the dealer to get the paint my car! I will never go here again and make sure i tell everyone to start away as well!!! It only got a star since you can not post without any! read more

Quick fast easy pass...The only way to Go! Free vacuums are a plus. I am able to fill up wash dry vac in about 15 min...

Devin at the Germann and Alma School oil and lube manager was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only solved the problem he did it with a great attitude. When he told me no charge at the end I was blown away because he worked on my car for 20 min and this was my first visit! Thank you Devin, this is where I will go from now on!! read more

I bought a groupon for three washes. The outside of the car was always done right but it was almost like they didn't even vacuum the inside. I had to ask them to redo the inside the first two times. I went back today and it was the same. I ended up just going to the self service vacuums and doing it my self. The works wash is normally $23.99. That is a lot of money for them to not even do a mediocre job vacuuming out the car read more

They put packing tape on my brand new car! It doesn't have pieces blowing in the wind, so the tape was unnecessary and left adhesive on the paint around the back wiper and the tire cover. To add insult to injury, it took nearly half an hour even though there was no line, and the employees let the car dry completely before they pretended to wipe it off, so there were water spots everywhere. They also didn't even attempt to wipe off the adhesive from the tape. It seems reasonable to expect that your car will be cleaner after a car wash than before, but not at this place. read more

Today I took a truck in a 1999 Toyota , true it doesn't look like much but as I filled with gas I could not find one cheaper then 29.99 I hit one Ultimate wash , sad to say when I was waiting no one was hurrying over to it, they arrived and I could see the tree seeds in back and water splashing I asked one guy what was that he said I will get my boss , when he came he told me they don't do truck boxes they wash the truck, if I wanted it clean I would have to pay more, I said no, then I looked in the truck there was still a penny and food , etc under the drivers seat I said well can you at least get that out he blew it out, He knew i was ticked and said we can rinse out the back, I said no I will do it my self at home, when I got ready to do it looked under the passenger seat and it was food, etc and in between seats paper receipt and more crap, I could see the spray they used on the plastic between front window and door, needless to say I am sure if you come in with a 2018 shiny new automobile you get better service than I did, I was cleaning it up for a friend and I will have to now vacuum myself. Never again will I go there I will find a new place. this was 9/18/18 at 12:10 and I do have the code ticket. Oh I do have pictures read more

This is the 5th time, I have asked the person at the place where you take your car to tell them what kind of car wash you want, and the 5th time I asked them to check the tire pressure before they wash my car. The person there told me today that he would personally make sure it was check. When they finished my wash I asked the people there if they had check the tire pressure and once again was told it had not been done. I talked to the GM and was told they only do this as a courtesy and that if they did not do it, I should not expect it to be done I think this very poor service. If they tell you that you are going to have it handled, and they do not, he should take responsibility for their failing rather than tell a customer that, because you are not paying extra for a service, you should not expect it to be done. I don't think this is the way you want to treat customer or you will lose them. read more

So, I show up for a $69.99 synthetic oil change. They tell me that they don't have my filter in stock but I can head down the street to the auto parts store to get one and bring it back. I return with a $21.99 oil filter and they charge me...$69.99! WTH? For $92 it would have been cheaper to go to the dealer! Upgrade my free wash, knock a few dollars off...something. But no, the employees had no appetite to make any concessions for my time and money spent getting a filter that they didn't have. Cobblestone will NOT see any of my 7 vehicles anymore...from oil changes, to details, to car washes. so sad read more

I have had my truck and car washed here and it is never done right and when I pointed out the mud that was still caked on both my tail pipes and the underside of both Nerf bars, he said they don't do that with the type of wash I got .... Been a loyal Cobblestone customer but service has been declining. Took over 45 minutes for a basic wash today, my vehicle was sitting at the vacuum station for 30 minutes before advanced to the wash cycle as other cars were advanced. Next time I will stand there until it goes through. read more

I always enjoy getting my car washed here. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. My car comes out squeaky clean and smelling awesome. Don't misread the other reviews indicating their car was dirty etc. you get what you pay for. When you pay for a "basic" wash what do you expect to get a detail? I have been a customer of cobblestone for over 7 years and have never had a "dirty" car when I got in it after the wash. Management is so friendly as well, really enjoy talking to Guillermo. read more

I stopped using their services in March 2007 because everytime I went there, they would give me grief over the slightest dings on my windshield just to upsell and high-pressure me to get it fixed when it didn't need fixing. After I stopped going there, they started pressuring me at home by calling me several times, despite the fact that I told them several times not to call me anymore. I called the Phoenix Police and they suggested that I contact my phone company and it turned out that I had a feature to block specific phone numbers from calling me. I blocked them and haven't heard from them since. read more

I'm a 17 year old boy and I came in today to get the oil on my dads truck changed. Upon coming in I was flagged down by a service advisor, Scott Koeppen, who then gave me a killer deal on future car washes. After I got these vouchers for free oil changes, I proceeded to get my oil changed, but apparently the vouchers didn't cover synthetic oil. Hearing this Scott then came over and insisted on paying the difference after the discount had been applied, throwing in a car wash as well. It's rare today to find somebody who is genuinely interested in the customer. Before he helped me take care of it my dad was on his way, because he was upset about the cost. As Scott was sitting with me to help figure out the issue my father walked in. Upon hearing that my Dad was the Chairman of the Republican Party for the state he became even more helpful and offered to buy us drinks. He has been routinely checking in and has quite frankly been the best customer service rep I have dealt with in any industry. Immensely pleased with my experience! read more

Extremely poor service and customer service - 10 year customer, will not return to this location. I moved in this area (Alma School and Germann in Chandler) in 2009 and have been using this facility ever since. I can provide my license plate number for you to match up with your records. I and my family take both of our cars here not just because of the car cleaning service but because of the very friendly staff and the kid friendly atmosphere. Sadly, today's experience is making me rethink my commitment to this business. I pad 25.95 plus tax and my van was completely dirty inside. Even vacuuming was not done properly. I talked to three people (it happened today, June 23, 2018 at around 2 PM, so you can easily find out who your managers are) and each one claimed they were managers and they refused to clean the car properly, instead kept telling me that this can only be done with detailing. I understand what detail service is. The areas that I noticed were not clean took me 5 minutes to clean with a wet mop after I got back home. So, obviously, the crew didn't do a good job the first time. That's ok, sometimes people make mistakes. What was really bad was the staff not owning up to the situation and giving me all kinds of run arounds for a 5 minute extra work. Furthermore, my car has never been returned this dirty to me ever before, and, when I pointed this out I was repeatedly told that that is not true, So, I suppose the staff was telling me that I was lying. Wow! Something seems to have systematically gone wrong with this place. read more

I had a great experience today. I'm usually reluctant to stop for a car wash because of high pressure sales. Scott Koeppen took care of me. He was friendly and easy going. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. We came to have our Lexas RX washed and the carpets shampooed cause we are selling the car. Dropped it off and they said come back in hour. We went to lunch and came back an hour later. There was still several spots of bird poop and they had shampooed the carpets but didn't vacuum. So they said they would run it through again and vacuum the seats. We said we would be back and went and ran some errands. Another hour later we come back and there is still bird poop and the vacuuming just seemed to scatter the dirt around. The carpets are still dirty. We aren't difficult and trying to get something for nothing. They agreed to shampoo and was the car for $50. I expect the job to be done. So we pointed out the bitd poop that we pointed out before. They took it away again and shampooed the mats and vacuumed....again. To come back and miss the front mats....it was a 4 hour process how to tell 5hem how to do their job. Admittedly they did it, but I would be fired if I had to be told how to do my job like this. read more

Went to get the car washed today. Previous experience was not good, give them a third chance. After the attempted upsell here are the results. Exterior dirty, interior seat still dirty (prior potted plant transport) side door interior still with a couple of spilled coffee drips. Gave me free hot wax but guess what I had to dry car after. No customer service and no attention to detail. If you want your car dusted off only this is the place to spend $20.00. If you want your car 'washed and vacuumed' look elsewhere. read more

Yesterday I went to Cobblestone to get oil change and car wash and I encountered something you rarely see. I have an old model Sante Fe that I use as a secondary run around car, putting very little mileage on, but try to keep it in good running order. I like to change the oil even when it is not necessarily due. I was able to pull in immediately and was friendly greeted by Matt. He examined the old sticker from another place saying the oil change was due in November, yet my mileage wasn't even close to the amount. Much to my surprise, they examined the cleanliness of the oil and said the car was good to go. This is customer service at its best, leaving me compelled to write this review. Trustworthy car people are hard to find and this was shocking to me. I didn't mention that they topped up my fluids for free as well. I will repeatedly be back, this integrity is a rare find, Kudos read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. HANDS DOWN THE WORST CAR WASH IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! I went in for an Ultimate wash and came out with a 12 inch crack in my windshield. When I asked to speak with the manager, Daniel, he was so disrespectful, offensive, and rude. He did not even apologize or offer a refund for the wash I had purchased (basically I paid $30 to get my windshield cracked). The manager Daniel did not offer or even show any form of understanding for what I just went through. He is so offensive and such an awful human being who should NOT work in customer service. I have contacted the corporate office to put in a SERIOUS complaint on the car wash and Daniel. I went to the location at Frank Lloyd Wright and the 101 in Scottsdale, AZ. On a positive note, Ivory who fixes windshields was AMAZING! He refunded me my car wash and sent someone to my house to fix my windshield the same day. Ivory was understanding, apologized (even though he does not even work for this sad excuse of a car wash), and so nice. Ivory took initiative and really took my feelings into account and did everything he could. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!!! read more

The interior of my car could not have been in worse shape. I was hesitant to even take it somewhere because it was so bad. My daughter made arrangements for a complete interior/exterior detail. We dropped the car off and when I picked it up I couldn't believe it was the same car! As I was leaving I had a mechanical issue with a window (turns out not their fault) and spoke to Guillermo the following morning. He explained what was wrong and I was at a loss as to how I would get it fixed especially on Christmas Eve. Matt, the certified mechanic, offered to help me. I was amazed at how kind they were and they fixed my window right away. Today it is so hard to find businesses that really care about their customers but the employees of Cobblestone showed me they do still exist. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. read more

Best experience and service I have received from any car wash since I moved to Phoenix! All of the previous reviews mention to go see Scott and how his customer service is exceptional, so of course I had to go check it out for myself - sure enough all of the positive reviews mentioning him were 100% spot on! I will definitely be a returning customer because of Scott and his team! They go the extra mile in customer service and with the quality of work done! Truly appreciated the cleaning of the small areas inside my car which are most often overlooked at other places! Scotts energy is contagious and he greeted me with the biggest smile!
