Cobblestone is my favorite car wash to go to. Josh was super friendly and has my best interests at heart. Not overly salesy and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this is where you get your car cleaned. read more

I purchased an unlimited plan for the express wash from Jessica - she was professional, helpful and extremely delightful to work with. If things work out I may either continue or change over to the unlimited full service. Jessica really is a fine example of someone who offers great customer service. Thanks! read more

Thank you Cobblestone Glendale! Another great car wash. Quick, efficient, and your team is always polite.

The ladies at the front desk have the crapiest attitudes. Everytime I come I it's something they aren't friendly especially the older lady. She must be a manager but if it was my business I wouldn't let her be the face for my business. Bad attitude and could care less if you leave here happy. read more

WARNING! 2 guys wave you in (distraction) -the sleazy FAST talkin/hard sell "in your face" kid tries to upsell a "future" $110 detail. 10x NO. Just the $16 wash! During the wash, I see the rear antenna missing-I asked some end mgr. who said they always remove antenna. What!? They forced the antenna & rubber tore with it (left on the seat)! Tell the customer what will removed! Dont force and damage! I would have said forget it. Called another Mgr that said they "dont remove the antenna" (not consistent) & have cameras all over, but he called bk to say he cant find my car! Interesting-I guess the cameras don't work. I have 2 clear receipts. read more

I've been going to this Cobblestone location for 10 years. They have always done a good job on my car wash and been very friendly . Recently my mirror was broken during a wash and the manager happily took care of it. When the replacement mirror took longer than expected, he called me to update me on the status of the replacement. Until my new mirror arrived, I was also given complimentary car washes to keep my car clean. Thanks Cobblestone for always doing an awesome job! read more

Ok, slowly warming up to the idea. I still hate the 7a-6p hours and the website needs LOTS of work. Suggestion: Make the website easier to select other services and change service levels. read more

This place is always helpful, the staff is friendly and the location is always clean: Matt in the oil shop is always knowledgable and friendly. This is the only place I get my oil changed. read more

Stopped coming here 2 years ago due to poor standards. They are more for quantity than quality. Decided to give them another chance...again wasted time and money. Save yourself the $15 and do it yourself. Your will be disappointed... read more

Pretty terrible car wash for $20. After my car went through the wash it sat in the sun for about 5 minutes while the water dried on the paint, my car is black so it showed everything. The "detailers" finally came to dry the car and when they saw water marks they sprayed glass cleaner on the paint and wheels and wiped it with a non microfiber towel which left minor scratches. There was still water marks and smudges on the paint when I got home. If you're in a pinch and your car is filthy then maybe use them otherwise do it yourself or find a mom and pop car wash. Very disappointed. read more

Head and shoulders above Jackson's. No chaos, just a great wash in an orderly, timely manner. No up sale, no windshield guy, no extended wait time. No line at the cashier and a Dunkin Donut to boot. I'll definitely be back. Suck it Jackson's. read more

I do not do this very often... But I was so impressed with the service and the detail that Josh and James took with my car! I had it detailed In order to sell it. I had spoken to Josh about a concern and he relayed it to James and they took such special care. When I went to pick it up James spent at least 20 minutes with me going over everything that he had done and continued "sprucing" it up as we spoke! I would highly recommend this establishment read more

This was the best experience I have ever had at a car wash! I went to a different location at first and they did a terrible job on my car and shampooing of seats and the manager at this location, Guillermo provided me with the best customer service to fix the mistakes that happened at another location. He squeezed me right in during the middle of the day and my car looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this car wash. read more

I walked into Cobblestone with a coupon for a free oil change and car wash.. from the second I pulled into the service bay Josh and his crew treated me like family. They did a safety check of my vehicle and discovered one of my tail lights were out. Not only did they change the oil, filters and replace the light.. they made sure all the fluids in my car were topped off and all the tires were inflated appropriately. Being a single mom it's hard to keep all the things straight with my car but Josh and his team ensured I was taken care of and informed of everything they were doing. I've always come here for car washes but after my experience today, Cobblestone has a customer for life for all my oil changes and other car maintenance! Thank you Josh and crew!!! read more

This place has consistently done a horrible job. I gave them 4 tries and my car is not even that dirty. They don't wipe down anything on the inside of the car. Each time I upgraded to a supreme wash hoping to walk out of there with a nice clean car. When I asked about why the car was not clean, they give me a blank stare like they don't understand English. Never offered to make it right. Never going back. Steer clear of this place. There's a lot more carwashes to choose from. read more

If I could give this place zero stars i would. I'm putting in a formal complaint to corporate I came in today and paid for the ultimate plus $35 car wash and it was done in 6 minutes for a reason. The only thing different about the interior of my car was the attena was in the front seat and my cup holder piece that detaches was missing. After waiting for them to figure out where they put it I notice they didn't do the car freshener that I paid for and had to ask them to do that. They didn't even touch the inside of the car I had to ask them to do their job and point out the obvious stuff. Two of the guys that were wiping my car down just stopped and spent the rest of the time looking at things on my car and talking about who knows while the other workers wiped my glass and rear view mirror and made it look cloudy and worse. Had to go home and just clean my car myself. I even tipped them $5 so I spend $40 for an exterior drive thru car wash I could have paid $7.99 for at Costco. I called the manager right when I got home and cooled down and the only thing he did was help solidify how horrible ran this cobblestone location is. The manager was no help at all didn't even apologize. I wouldn't even go there again if it was free they cause more headache than help. They just pocket your money no matter what was you choose you get the basic crap. Horrible place I never posted a negative review before in my life first time. Thanks cobblestone! read more

They always forget to do something. It's either completely wipe off dash, tire protectant on ALL tires, it's always something. Needless to say I only get the cheapest of wash option and ONLY come in the heat of summer. Its almost as if they truly don't care since this has been standard practice for at least 4 years since I have went here on signal butte. read more

Came in for a car wash. Got sold on getting my car detail. Arrived at 11:20. Told the guys I have to leave at 1. 1:10 latest and if they can do it, I'll buy it. Went outside at 1:05, they haven't even started the detailing. Ended up getting my money back and a free wash, but the car wash sucked. They didn't even clean the inside of my dash. Last time I go back here. Very disappointed in how everything was handled. read more

This Cobblestone location is the friendliest Car Wash I've been to. They do a fantastic job and I'm here almost every day getting something done. I highly recommend the Fastpass because at the end of the day you get more than your money's worth. Visit this location read more

G....g...g... Garbage! Got a full fluid change. They leaked fluid all over my lower pan, meaning they never even bothered removing it. Please, don't bother contacting me to "rectify" this. The service was the most sloppy I've experienced, I wouldn't even consider bringing it back for free. read more

Brought my Jeep in for $20 wash - got home and realized it was still pretty dirty in many spots inside and out . Brought it back next day and they rewashed it only for it to still be dirty in places quite obvious. Talked to the manager who had a giant wad of dip in his mouth and he pretty much just said sorry. Horrible customer service and horrible attention to any detail - if it was a $5 wash I would get it . Manager could care less when I said I won't be back. read more

I have two cars and both have been on a Fast Pass membership for about 6 months now and I usually get great service. I have my oil changed here as well. I get the full synthetic oil change every time. I spend a lot of money here is what I'm saying. The past few times I have tried to get my tires rotated as they were due. They first couple of times I tried to get it done but they said they couldn't do it for one reason or another. This last time they were able to do it and it is a $20 fee. As soon as I got on the highway my car started shaking. Clearly the tires were not balanced. When I called them they told me that they don't balance tires and they can do nothing for me. They started to say that my tires were like that before I came in so it's not their fault. I told him that you should not rotate tires if you don't balance them and you should have at least told me that before you did it. The manager got on the phone and said the same thing. When I told him that I can't believe that you are arguing with me telling me it is my fault, he said bring it back and we will look at it. This is after his oil and lube guy already said that they can do nothing for me because they don't balance tires. Why would I waste my time and bring it back?!? It would have been so easy for them to say "no worries we will refund that money so you can get them balanced somewhere that specializes in that kind of work. But nope. They would rather step over what literally would have been thousands of dollars that I would have spent there, to pick up a $20 bill. Insane! I will never go back. read more

The gentlemen that washed my car did a fantastic job, but the guy at the car wash I first spoke with at the entrance was like a desperate car salesman, trying to FORCE me to buy an expensive wash. I had to tell him I didn't want it countless times. Backing customers in a corner to spend more money while they are in line to pay for a wash is awful. No means no. Don't harass me and bully me into spending more. read more

Trying to find a full service car wash location can be difficult with all the pop up express washes being so popular. We just returned from a weekend of camping and my car was in desperate need of attention. I drive for Lyft and usually take care of this myself because I'm a stickler. I first went to jacksons but when I wouldn't purchase the $40 wash the attendant told me to leave. Josh at Cobblestone was nice and understanding. Calmed me down and sold me the works. $24 for a car wash is more up my ally. He listened to my requests. No wax or armor-all on the dash. Car looks great. Great customer service. Didn't take forever to get back on the road. read more

I didn't have time for a deluxe wash, so I was just doing a $3.00 wash. I gave the attendant a $20.00 which he put in the machine. $1.00 started spitting out which he handed me. I counted the change given as I was going through the wash. I attendant had only given me $15.00 change instead of $17.00. I always tip the people that dry my car, I didn't even stick around for them to dry it. This was at the 7700 S. Autoplex Loop location in Tempe read more

The quality of the hand wash was comparable to a Danny's Family wash. I got 3 "supreme washes" on Groupon for 25 bucks. The reason for just 3 stars is the wait. First wash wasn't too bad but the second wash I sat for 20 minutes, the third was 25 minutes. I talked to a manger wondering if it was just an understaffed day or something as it was not too busy car wise. He said no, their goal is 15-20 minutes for a hand wash seemed very slow for my liking but I'm not a car wash expert. The plus to this place is they give you a raincheck receipt good for one week after your hand wash. Which pretty much a guaranteed free wash during monsoon season. read more

Great service from Ahmod at the counter it's really nice to find great customer service this day and age. Nice job cobblestone team! Especially Ahmod! read more

I just visited this location for the 1st time. I will say that they move fast for how busy they were, much faster than the competition Danny's. I paid 20$ for the "works" and am not pleased. All I asked was for a good wipe down of the inside and outside and no tire dressing anywhere on the vehicle. After I paid and drove away I could see dirt all over hood and inside my vehicle. I would not pay 20$ for this service again. read more

Scammers - Stopped by to get my truck washed. First, had a guy ask me to do the detail special - $149 posted price - he was wheeling and dealing from the get go and all over the place with his explanation. I declined - just needed a wash and don't have the extra $150 laying around right now. Go through the express wash line and get hit with another sales pitch - this time from "Manuel" who tells me that I can get 6 washes for the price of 4 but has a coupon book with 5 washes. He's going to scan the 1st ticket and give it back to me - it's still good. I ask how do I know that - "trust me" he says - yeah, right! Final question I ask is - "they'll towel dry the car off, right?" - he says - "yes, and they'll even hit the tires as well" - so I buy the package thinking, I have 2 vehicles, so why not - it'll be worth it. Pull through the machine and start towards the towel area - manager waves me off - says I don't get the towel service - I'm like "what???" So - I pull around and Manuel comes over and says - "you asked if the car gets dried in the tunnel" and I'm astounded by the LIE. I don't know their vernacular and he then denies that he said "they'd even hit my tires" - BOLD FACE LIES! Bottom line - these guys are scamming consumers right from the get go - beware - I did get my money back and just paid for the one wash but they are scamming people I will NEVER go back. read more

Love, love, love cobblestone. With all my honesty, this is the only place my family go to for oil change and car wash. Matt and Josue who work in oil change are perfectionists, and pay close attention to detail, we checked a few times to see what was being done, and they were very thorough in explanation, which made me feel confident that the job was being done well. After that, a spectacular car wash. Customer service 5 stars, overall experience 5 stars, the staff 5 stars. Love this place and them. So thankful for all of them. Please take my word go here and nowhere else you will be so very happy. read more

**This is a follow up. I originally posted in Nov 2017, but the review somehow disappeared.** They still refused to fix it, since the repair could have micro cracks or something. **We brought our 2002 ford explorer in the evening of Nov 20th. to the Cobblestone on Bell rd in Surprise AZ, After the wash was done, the person that calls you for your car, called me over and told me he wanted to show me the "ford" problem. This turned out to be the body panel under the back window broken off. When I said the recall had already been completed and it wasn't broken when we brought the truck in, he immediately said well its a trim piece and we don't cover those. Then he proceeded to tell me its such a big problem that ford will just fix it for free, and if they wont to call him back, and he'd call the dealership. Well, the dealership wont fix it for free since the recall has already been done. Also, this IS NOT a trim piece, its even listed as a body panel. I need my car fixed, and I believe your insurance is responsible to cover it. I need to know what  needs to be done to get my truck fixed. read more

The car in front of me stopped. It took them 1 min to stop the car wash. My car was pushed in the car in front of me. My car was severely damaged. All they say is that we are not responsible for anything happens in the car wash. It took them way too long to stop the car wash. Also the pick up truck with super wide tires should not have let in. read more

This review is ONLY about trying to contact Cobblestone Corporate Office. I found a Prepaid complete detail card that I purchased several years ago. Although there is NO expiration date on the card, I wanted to verify before gifting it. I left FOUR phone messages at the corporate number over two days and NOONE have given me the courtesy of returning my calls. No matter what department you tried, it was always voicemail. This is NO WAY to treat your customers. read more

Supervisor Jose at Bell and 38 st is always helpfull and courteious. Opening the door for my disabled wife makes her feel special.

Always a good experience at the BellRd/ I-51 location. If ever something needs corrected, very fast to make things right.

I got a free full service car wash coupon from my coworker so decided to use it yesterday. Went in the morning around 8 am. It was busy but the wait wasn't that bad. Got my car back, had to flag someone down just to make sure it was ok to drive away. I guess they thought since I didn't pay for the wash I would give a tip. Any way not sure why no one was at my car to meet me after they called my name. Ended up I gave the guy a $5.00 tip, he didn't even close the door for me! I sit in my car look over and my dog slobber is still on the front passenger window!! What!? How can you forget to do the windows? So I flag my the same guy down and told him, he did wipe it clean but no apology at all. It was my first time going here and I promise I will not be returning. Maybe I'm snobby but that car was without a coupon coat 14.00, I would have been highly upset at the service if I didn't have my coupon. Another one bites the dust!! Too bad Cobblestone! read more

Want to give a huge "Shout Out" to Matt ( The Manager ) and the rest of his crew from the Oil & Lube Department. I own a 2014 Chevy Sonic and have recently been experiencing problems with my battery and called Van Chevrolet where I originally purchased the vehicle, and they were of absolutely no help. Van Chevrolet actually denied any obligation even though they replaced my battery just 2 years after we bought a brand new vehicle from them, but they would not offer a warranty on the very battery they replaced as it was done under our original 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty from Chevy, Total BS....... I then called and spoke to Cobblestone as I'm there every other day for a terrific car wash and knew they offered battery replacement in their lube department, so I called and spoke to Matt. I explained to him that my vehicle was stranded in my garage with a dead battery and there was no way for me to get the vehicle to their location without paying for a tow... Matt actually had one of his service personnel drive to my home, remove the old (dead) battery, and install the new one into my car and I'm back on the road!!!!!!!!! Huge Thanks to Matt at Cobblestone Oil & Lube - 3739 E. Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ read more
