I've visited several Cobblestone locations over the years, but today I stopped by the Bell Road location near the 51, and the customer service really stood out. Anthony assisted me when I arrived, and he was fantastic. I remembered that I had received a coupon by email, and instead of rushing me, he patiently waited while I scrolled through my inbox trying to find it. There was no one behind me, but his kindness and patience were still greatly appreciated. Anthony was genuine, friendly, and professional from start to finish. In an age where great customer service can be hard to find, he delivered exactly the kind of experience every customer hopes for. If Cobblestone has a training department, they should seriously consider having Anthony help train new employees. He represents the company exceptionally well. The car wash was good but Anthony's outstanding customer service is what will keep me coming back. read more

I moved from the area and waited to get an oil change and car wash just so I could return to their exceptional service. Biggest disappointment and will be looking for a new auto care. They seemed half as busy, took twice as long and I ended up leaving before they could finish. My complaint is entirely regarding the car wash. read more

Listen, I'm still coming here. The drinks are cheap, the store is clean, and the guys outside washing cars absolutely kill it. They work hard, they're friendly, and they do a phenomenal job. But the customer service inside? Oof. I come here almost every day, sometimes twice a day, so this isn't a one-time experience. The girls up front will usually say "hello" when you walk in, but there's absolutely no warmth behind it. No "how's your day going?" No friendliness. Nothing. It's technically a greeting, but it feels more like they're checking a box than actually welcoming customers. For a while I thought maybe they just didn't like me. Fair enough, not everybody is my biggest fan. But then I started paying attention to how other customers were treated and realized it's not just me. The final straw was what I witnessed yesterday. A customer was finishing up his transaction and heading toward the door. As he was literally walking out, before he was even out of the store, the manager yelled, "You're welcome, rude ass!" I honestly stood there thinking, "Did she really just say that to a customer?" It didn't stop there. Once he was out the door, the manager continued talking about him and complaining about him to the customers who were still standing inside. It was incredibly unprofessional and honestly just uncomfortable to witness. Look, customers can be difficult. I get it. I've worked with the public for years. But if the manager is yelling comments at customers as they're leaving and then continuing to talk trash about them in front of other customers, that's a problem. The crazy part is that the girls who get hired often start out really sweet. Then over time they seem to adopt the same cold attitude and energy that's coming from management. That tells me this isn't really an employee issue. It's a leadership issue. Again, I'm not going anywhere. You'll still see me in there buying my drinks because the prices are great, the place is clean, and the car wash crew is awesome. But somebody needs to bring a little warmth back to the front counter because right now the energy up there feels less like "glad you're here" and more like "what do you need?" The car wash crew gets 5 stars. The inside customer service experience is a completely different story. read more

The Bell Road location near the 51 is fantastic. The guys who work the car wash do a great job and take pride in their work. They offer extra special detailing and it doesn't take that long. There are lots of options for comfortable seating, and a coffee was under $2. A weekday morning before work is a great time to come :) read more

I love the location of this place it's convenient, and the waiting area is actually really nice if you're hanging out while your car gets cleaned. My experience overall was just okay. They do offer a lot of extra services and definitely try to upsell, which caught me a little off guard. I went in planning to stick to one service because I'm on a budget, but somehow still ended up paying more than I expected. I had to keep repeating that I really only wanted the basic option. That said, I did appreciate that they manually dry your car that's a nice touch and makes it feel a bit more detailed. But next time, I'd probably just go for the express service to keep things simple and affordable. The biggest downside for me was the wait time. I was originally told it would be about an hour, but after I paid, it suddenly turned into a 4-hour wait, which was super frustrating and honestly not cool. I value my time - I had no means to go home and come back for my car. I already paid a premium ($280+) for the service so why should I pay for an uber/lyft back home? I decided to wait it out instead. Also, just a heads-up: Sunday mornings around 7am get BUSY, so definitely plan ahead if you're thinking of going then! There's lots of car washes like this, but this one stands out. It had everything you needed, including a variety of vacuums and towels. ...Just moved to area, checking out wash places. I went a couple times, and finally got approached by "Matthew". He told me all about the different express car wash plans, told him i wasn't interested in a monthly recurring charge. He offered me the 3/6/12 month plans. Actually got the 3 months. He didn't try to sell me more or less-just what i needed. so propz. So coming out of the wash, it was good wash, the blowers didnt leave a bunch of residue. They also have solid strong working vacuums, blowers and wash stations. Overall pretty good for the price, and close to my house. read more

My card was stolen and when I went to replace my payment method, it has taking me three separate trips in there to get it changed and no one was there to help me on any of those that knew what they were doing. I wind up paying for the full car wash and came back and tried it again and then again. I left today after the third time and having three people come out to try and get it done and none of them were able to. I know they say when you pay with peanuts you get monkeys working. This place is very mismanaged. I'm just thankful that there's another car wash a block down the road. read more

On July 19, 2026 my husband took our vehicle at the 16830 W Yuma Rd, Goodyear, AZ location. The attendant scanned our membership barcode and looked at our account information on the screen. He would have seen our current service level. He told my husband he could upgrade our membership from the $21 plan to the "premium membership" at $36.00 monthly. My husband agreed to the upgrade. When my husband left the wash he realized the attendant did not give him his card back. He went back to get it. When my husband came home he informed me that he upgraded our membership to the "premium membership". What my husband didn't realize was that we already had the premium membership. I called at that time to speak to someone to get it straightened out. I left a message on their customer service phone number for a return call. I looked at our bank account and saw three separate charges: $11.00/$16.00/$22.00. I compared the new barcode with the barcode on our car and saw it was two different barcodes. I left several messages during the week of the July 20th-24th to return my call regarding a membership account. I finally received a call from a representative on July 27th. The representative confirmed my thought that the attendant created a whole new membership account. The extra charges could not be explained. The representative cancelled the new membership. We confirmed it with my account manager but, I have not been credited back the total amount of $49.00 that was stated it would within 24-48 hours. I have resulted in contacting our bank to dispute the charges and cancel the card due to the questionable actions of the attendant. I kept the older membership based on the customer service representative cancelling the new membership and stating the $11.00/$16.00/$22.00 charges would be credited back to our bank account in 24-48 hours. Since this has not happened we will be cancelling the membership completely and will not return to any Cobblestone Auto Wash. read more

This used to be my go to car wash, but it has steadily gotten more expensive and less effective. Now, I am never coming to Cobblestone again. Besides the hard upsell practices and ridiculous prices, now they make you pay for the car wash outside and won't allow you to get cash back for or add a tip. If you go inside to try to get cash for tip, they make you buy something first. Sneaky and horrible business. And the girl at the counter was rude when I asked her about the policy. If the car was cleaner than other places, that would be one thing. But the quality of service has also gone down. read more

Brought my car in to have it washed before a family trip. I used to come here all the time and was always happy with everything. Today I paid for the Ultimate wash ($38), I was so disappointed. Nothing was cleaned on the inside, some straw wrapers and leaves were still on the floors, it was not vacuumed, dirt and loose wrappers in the door handle. dash was never wiped off, sunroof was not cleaned. Door jams were not wiped off, all of these items used to be included in the past.$38 + 10 tip is way to much for nothing to be done properly. I don't mind paying more for a quality job but was told the Ultimate wash was the best and it was far from it. Again so disappointed. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews but they scammed my elderly veteran dad and have continued to try to as recently as last week. In January of 2024, he purchased 2 of their car wash passes, one for each truck. When he took his second truck in they told him he didn't have a sticker connected to the original account that was set up and said they just put one on. WHAT THEY DID WAS ADD ANOTHER PACKAGE TO HIS ACCOUNT SO HE WAS NOW PAYING FOR 3 ACCOUNTS! I reviewed his credit card towards the end of the year and saw 3 accounts being billed. I explained it to him and he went to the Bell road location to clear it up and to completely cancel all but one vehicle plan. The manager canceled and refunded the fraudulent 3rd account but didn't take care of cancelling the 2nd vehicle package. My dad has been being billed for it for months. We went to the location and were told to call administration directly. They couldn't deal with it in store. My dad called daily for a week. When he received no response, I did the same. We went back in to cancel All services and were told we could only do this online and through admin. We were unable to access what we needed or get admin to call us so that we could get a refund on the truck that should have been canceled in November if 2024. It's now June 2025. We have called Chase to dispute and put a stop on the billing. My dad went in to JUST GET A BASIC CAR WASH LAST WEEK AND HIS CREDIT CARD WAS KICKED BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING TO BILL HIM FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN!!! he told them he just wanted a basic car wash. I paid $56 for the "silver" package. This photo says it all about their lack of attention to detail. I was told it would take 25 minutes, it took 55 minutes. I opened the back hatch when I got home and it was not vacuumed. They hadn't even opened it period. They also did not touch the back seat or cup holder. We are talking about a Mini Cooper. It is the smallest possible vehicle to clean and should have been an easy one. What a waste of my time and money. read more

Do not use Cobblestone for any type of detail for your vehicle! On January 10th, 2025, we took my father's special edition Mustang for a detailing since it was going to be in a car show the next day. Clear instructions were given to Jose regarding the work expected. My father spoke with Jose a few times by phone and felt confident they would provide good service. However, the service provided was far below the standard we were promised, and the quality of the work is unacceptable given the price of $750 for the job.   Upon picking up the vehicle, we noticed several issues (documented with photos) including:               1.           Dirt and Water Spots: The vehicle still had dirt and water spots, which we had to address ourselves while the employee observed.               2.           Failure to Clean Tires:  Despite a clear request for the white wall tires to be wiped, this was not done.               3.           Unvacuumed Trunk: The trunk was not vacuumed as expected.   The employee gave my husband his rag as my husband went around the vehicle wiping down several dirt and water spots while the employee watched. When we got home, we opened the trunk and it wasn't even vacuumed. Completely unacceptable! I called and left a voicemail for the manager to call me be back asap. I spoke with a manager 2 days later and they offered for us to take the vehicle back to have the service redone. We explained the car show was the day after the detail so that is not needed. I truly feel Cobblestone took advantage of my father because of his age and over charged him for this service. I believe a full refund needs to be offered. read more

Lots of car wash options here. I like that you can get your car serviced here too. The staff overall are a bit pushy always trying to get someone to sign up for unlimited car washes. I tend to get one of the higher priced washes and it never fails ... I always have to go vacuum out my car or wipe something down. Says it's included in the wash, but never done thoroughly. At least the vacuums are free, but I feel like I should just opt for the cheapest option now as I'm doing most of the work that I paid them to do. Not sure if it's just this location or what but better attention to detail is needed here. read more
