On Tuesday I took my 2020 Subaru Forrester to the Cobblestone car wash on Bell Rd & US 51 about 12:30 pm. I paid $27 for a car was z& tipped another $5. But it was the wrist professional car cleaning I've ever seen. After driving away I inspected my car only to find that there were several areas that had not been touched by the cleaning crew... da so h panel, inside front wi Dow, wheel wells, back gate door window and track, side mirrors were all still dirty! I asked to speak to a manager and he was rude and not helpful, began laughing when I asked about getting the areas that were still dirty wiped down. It was my first time at Cobblestone, and it was an absolute disaster. I paid $56 for a wash and waited an hour, only to find my car still filthy when I checked on it. The salesman didn't bother to tell me I needed to remove my items from the floor, so nothing was vacuumed. I ended up having to clean the car myself! When I brought this up to the supervisor, they were completely indifferent, and the onsite manager couldn't even be bothered to speak with me. To top it off, they offered me a free car wash for my next visit--like that's supposed to make up for this nightmare. There's no chance I'll ever return to this place. Total waste of time and money! I paid for the platinum full service (most expensive car wash they offer) and was greeted by an extremely rude gentleman Carlos, and then I wait 45 minutes for my car, you think it would be in tip top shape, right? Absolutely filthy, I asked for the manager Mitshell to come take a look at the car and he said that's not included, and that he's unable to remove that with a rag, not to be condescending but I grabbed a rag and wiped it off in one go. Have been to two Cobblestone carwashes. Both are not good. Paid for $79 wash with $20 additional charge for floor mats. Hoped $99 would get a good cleaning. Drive away and noticed all the places on dash and door panels that had been missed in cleaning. Cup holders are still dirty. On 8/10/25- I entered the car wash along with a caravan of other vehicles. The vehicle in front of me was unable to exit and the conveyor/track that the vehicles are on failed to stop and my vehicle was forced into the vehicle in front of mine repeatedly. My vehicle received minor damage to the front bumper. The vehicle in front of mine finally went forward and exited the car wash and I followed. I asked the person driving the vehicle what happened? She said, "I don't know, my vehicle was stuck". We both agreed to talk to the manager. The manager on duty was Thomas Conway. He pulled up the incident on the monitor inside the office and said that their safety mechanism didn't work. He said that there are sensors to shut down the conveyor to prevent collision but that it doesn't always work and that it's not their fault. I was like "How is it now your fault? "I have no way of stopping my vehicle from colliding with another vehicle, you guys control the tract that we all are on. Cobblestone should have safety measure in place to prevent car pile ups". He disagreed. I escalated the matter and got the same response from the regional manager, "It's not our fault". They told me to call my insurance and put a claim against the lady I bumped into. They took no accountability at all. So if you choose to have your vehicle washed at a Cobblestone car wash just know that you enter at your own risk. They are terrible and treat you like crap even though it's 100% on them to provide a safe environment when you're on their property. This didn't happen out in the street. This was inside their spa! Gave this place several chances and unfortunately got the same subpar result each time. First, the exceedingly annoying salespeople that greet you & try to upsell non-stop while you're waiting for your ticket is worse than a cheap used car dealership. Last time i was there i asked the guy to stop upselling me and just print the ticket. He turned to the other 5 employees standing around by the cashier booth & they all gave eachother a little smirk. No one wants to go to a CAR WASH and be hammered with upsell options until you literally have to walk inside to escape. Needless to say their customer service and training needs desperate attention. I've purchased the platinum each time, and 4 of 4 times it's been more like stained copper :/. They do a poor job on the interior both vacuuming and cleaning. they sprayed some cleaning solution on my displays that i had to later clean off with glass cleaner it was so fogged up. They didn't get into any of the nooks & crannies when vacuuming. The rims were dirty, the wheel shine sucks, and there were water spots in every place on my car that wasn't covered by a rushed wipe down. Oh, and it took an HOUR to get the wash done. Nothing about this place is positive, from the price, to the service, to the wait. Enjoy the free popcorn tho lol! I'll never go back. read more

In the past, I had good experiences with this location, and on January 1, 2025, I decided to pay a little extra to have a detail done to start the new year. After spending $220, the quality was not even worth the price of a basic wash. Sticky residue was left in all cupholders, leather cleaner was dried onto my seats, several large pieces of trash were left in the car, and the tracks for the middle bucket seats were not touched at all. For $220, I would expect at least a cursory attention to detail. This was a very disappointing experience, and unless the location makes this right, I will not be returning. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I paid $28 and tipped $5. No air freshener, never touched either edge of the dashboard and the tires were still dusty (Supreme wash includes tire cleaning and shine). When I asked if the tires could be cleaned the supervisor (2:45pm on Sat 6/28, dark hair and goatee) commented that they offered a mud removal service. He did apply more shine, but mentioned that he couldn't get them clean w/o paying for the additional mud removal service. Yes, the tires were VERY dusty to begin with due to driving on a dirt road, but that's why I paid $28 for them to be cleaned. When I commented that I could have gotten them clean w/ a sponge at home he told me that "they didn't have a sponge." Never again Cobblestone! read more

I paid for their top car wash. I wasn't expecting detailing quality but they did not clean the mid row of my three row suv. There were renters in my car with kids so crumbs, foot prints on seats, dirty mats. They didn't touch any of them. Only cleaned the front that I would see right away. Where do I start if i could rate this location with negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR SERVICE. I came to this location to get my oil changed. After my service was completed I drove it and I was not even off the property when I noticed that my car wasn't driving properly, and because of where I was located in the street, I had to go to the light in order to turn around to have them look at it again. While I was waiting at the light my check engine light came on as well as my oil light and then my car shut off. I was able to turn it back on and drive it back around to have them assess the issue. I was assured by the manager of the service area, Rob that their service wasn't the reason my car was misfiring and turning off. After doing a soft diagnostic on my car he recommended me taking it to a full-service place to have an official diagnostic performed. Again, he reassured me that nothing they did would cause this issue with my car. TURNS OUT that their service did in fact cause the issue with my car. They did not put the right oil filter in my car or placed a defective one in my vehicle, which cause my cam phasers to go haywire. $106 later I had to have my regular mechanic fix the problem. I brought the oil filter back to them to request a refund due to their mistake and I was advised that they can send it out for an assessment and then IF it was determined that it was defective then at that point, they could provide a $45 refund. (Wasn't that the point of having a full-service shop take a look at my car, per the direction of Rob) meanwhile I already paid them $45 for shit service and then $106 to have the problem they created for me fixed. All in all, I will never go to another cobblestone to have car services done. I thought it was convenient because they are open on the weekends, but they cost me more money than needed to be spent and did not want to provide me with a refund for their mistake. read more

I come here primarily for my oil change. The same guys have been working here for awhile and I feel like they always take care of my car. Josue has been helping me out for several several years at this point and I'm always happy to see him when I come here. He provides great customer services and recommendations plus the occasional upsells. Appreciate his work and attention and appreciate the other guys here that work on my car. Four stars instead of five is just based on the car wash. It's a decent car wash but could do a bit better. Five stars for the oil change team though. read more

I highly recommend this location for oil changes and car washes! Great deal for either option. I've been a few times and have a really pleasant experience each time. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and really kind. My car wash with the full cleaning of the inside took maybe 20-25 minutes. I think that's a really reasonable amount of time for the full inside of your car to be wiped down and vacuumed and again, at a great price!! My oil change also only took 20 minutes and they gave me a gift card to return at another time for my car wash because I just didn't have time that morning. 10/10 all around! read more

I've been coming here for about four years and never once had a bad experience. They do a great job and my car always looks nice. I get my oil changed and have the car wash membership. People who complain on here are ridiculous. If you want more than the Basic Wash then you should pay for the upgrade. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere else for an oil change and they didn't properly seal it so oil leaked everywhere and the guys here cleaned off my engine and did damage control. I occasionally bring in a child on the spectrum and the staff always is so sweet to him. They gave him some promo sunglasses he wears all the time and talks about how cool it was they did that. Horrible customer service. Interesting as I go to write this I see another review 2 weeks ago stating unprofessional and rude. Validated my feelings. It's been many years since I have been to this location due to poor service quality. I figured in time all things change it was worth another shot. Upon arriving today two associates were so busy talking they could not acknowledge me enough to stop their conversation and tried to just waive me through the express lane.... Which I did not want. Upon addressing them on lack of acknowledgement and poor customer service it shows they do not want my business. The one person immediately said we were almost done like I was in the wrong for even suggesting I was slightly annoyed since I wasn't sure where to go. I found out he is the GM which is extremely disappointing since he was demonstrating a poor way of interacting with a client. Car wash places should be pretty simple. You pull up, pay, and off you go. I pull up, selected the wash I want on the kiosk. I put in my card and the kiosk froze. Not responding...so I'm waiting there trying to flag down a staff to help. A staff is walking by, I reach out the window and said hi and said the kiosk is not processing. He said he does not do kiosk. Sure no problem, but can you get someone to come? He says he just does vaccuming. Ok...? I waited...another attendant walks by. I waved at him, he looks at me and left. Horrible experience. Not worth the high prices. From the start, the high pressure sales tactics by the salesman to sign up for a membership is really irritating and unnecessary. The salesmen was basically conning me into a membership by assuming I was agreeing to it when I repeatedly made it clear that I was uninterested in it. Honestly, it made me really uncomfortable. Not a good first impression because from that point on I had a bad taste in my mouth about the place and didn't trust the business. The wash itself was just okay. There were some places inside that they could've been done better.They also didn't give me the fragrance that I wanted, which they asked ME for up front, so it is pretty ridiculous that they don't end up giving it to you. I just took my car there right from work to get it washed. I got there at 4:30pm and had the premium car wash. I sat in the store waiting for it to get done. No one ever came to tell me it was done. At 6:10pm I went up to the counter to ask about my car and I told the person at the counter that I could actually see my car in front of the detailing section. I was informed that detailing was closed. They ask someone about my car and they told me to go next store that they would have my keys. I asked the guy there about my car and he said he had my keys. I informed him that no one told me that my car was done that I was there for over an hour and a half. When I got in my car which I knew they didn't even put my floor mats in the car. They were left in my trunk. How could no one let me know when my car was done. If I didn't go to the counter were they just going to leave my car sitting in front of the detailing section? Upon pulling up to the tollgate, an associate approached with a friendly greeting and asked if we had any questions. I replied "no" and he gave an overview of a car wash monthly package special. While processing this information and before I had a chance to reply, I was met with a condescending "I asked you a question". I knew right then and there I would never consider this offer. After declining the offer, he assisted me with selecting the appropriate car wash package and I proceeded forward. Due to the lack of signage, direction, and different track alignment at this location, I was getting my bearings and trying to figure out how to align my car with the track. The associate in the wash had me pull forward and back out multiple times, still with no explanation nor guidance as to how my car was supposed to be positioned. Finally, he yelled at me to put the car in neutral, to which I gestured towards the dashboard that I had. When we were done rolling through the machine, there was no indication as to when it was safe nor the appropriate time to put the car in drive. To those considering this location, only come here if you would like to be spoken to in a condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner, while being blamed for a lack of institutional controls. Twice now they have changed the rules how the product works that I bought. The first time I bought a package for $1,000 to wash my dually truck which came out to about $35.00 a wash. I used it a few times and they told me that they will no longer take that package and they will give me a refund the washes I didn't use. However they charged me $60.00 for each wash I did use instead of the $35.00, so my refund was way off what it should have been. Second time, When I bought the monthly package 2 months ago they included removing the mud off of my jeep, today I went in and they have now changed that rule and they want to charge $20.00 to remove the mud. I consequently have canceled by membership. Basically don't trust them. read more

This location used to be really good. I purchased a package, but everytime I have gone to get my car washed, they have done a terrible job. They don't vacuum the trunk when I ask, they do a terrible job vacuuming the interior, they put in air freshener when I ask them "not to". They don't wipe down anything on the interior and the exterior is mediocre. I have two more washes in my package and then I will NOT RETURN to this location. I've talked to the manager each time and they have to run the car back through and redo it because of how bad a job they did the first time. read more

The font of my car was still dirty after their best car wash. My steering wheel was left with water spots. They never even vacuumed my trunk. Did I need to stand there to make sure this was done. I paid $70 for a full service clean. To include the works like dusting, interior wax etc. My car was pretty dirty and I was prepared to pay to get her nice and clean. When I got the car back there was still obvious debris on the carpets it didn't look like it had been vacuumed. I mentioned it to the gentleman and he said "yeah they were supposed to do it before brining it over here but I'll do it". I went back to the guy that sold me the service. He went to ensure they would redo the vacuum. I didn't even notice the rest of the dirt in/on the dash. I had been there for the almost an hour and a half I didn't want to wait anymore. So disappointed with the location at Bell RD and 51stSt!! I have an unlimited program and have been going there for quite sometime. The last three visits have been less than acceptable. They hardly touch the interior and forget about a good vacuum front and back. Missed cleaning the area at the bottom by the doors...
