I had a car membership, Cancelled as of today 5/26/2024 after leaving my car for them to vacuum and move around to dry. When it was ready to picked up I opened the drivers side door to come to a (BROKEN SEAT PANEL) Talked to Fabian Felix @ location 15 which is located on 5050 W Bell Rd. He was very unprofessional not even willing to listen to me, talked over me. I baby this car as we put this car in car shows and meets close to every weekend. He didn't want to give me any other managers name so I was able to tell them as of what happened as we left them to wash the car. He showed me the video but was a very bad view didn't show the seat area. On the way out of his office he says to me. (it had to have tremendous amount of pressure on that, and there was only a LITTLE GUY DRIVE IT AROUND, TO ME BASICALLY SAYING I "FAT" So I finally got his General Manager name (Ivan Carrillo) let's see if he will call and try to make thing right. I enjoyed the unlimited premium wash for 2 months then I was declined to enter due to NSF. But there was no notification from my bank about that. I've tried to set up an account with this company, but it couldn't find my account. After making calls to the car wash I was going to, couldn't get a hold of anyone. I will never use this car wash again. I was "convinced" to pay $76 for this super duper deluxe car wash that was far from good. What I got was a regular car wash and not even a good one at that. The windows still had spots, my wheels hadn't been touched and my dash and internal vinyl was cleaned at. If that's what $76 buys me, count me out. read more

I would give them a zero if it was allowable. Do not use Cobblestone at Bethany and I17. If you can't get your care in neutral within the 1-2 second time frame, your car will get pushed through and then they will tell you it's "too bad" and "your fault" and are forced to leave with soap on your car and no option to go back through. This was my treatment by the Manager of this location. He also said this was the "company policy". I had a membership (although I cancelled it today). I was also told that if a customer can't get it into neutral quickly enough, then it's "their policy" to not let them go through again and they have to leave the car wash with a soap-covered car. I'm putting these into quotes because that is what the Manager actually told me. It's mind-blowing that a company would treat a customer this way. Beware!!! Look at their reviews. You'll see I'm not alone in the way they treat cars and the way they treat their customers. I have called and called and called to ask for receipts for my monthly car wash. I went into the location to ask for receipts and why I was charged twice for my monthly car wash. When asked for a receipt or to cancel my membership, I was given a business card with a phone number because, at their locations, they have no access to remove your membership, give you receipts, or help you in any way. I have called this number 4 times requesting a receipt to be sent to me. They say they will send it - NOPE! When you have a fleet vehicle, you should have an option to have access to a receipt for your company credit card - NOPE! It should not be this hard or time consuming with technology as it is today. This place is so overpriced. The drive though used to be $3 and because they raise their prices so often it's now $11. For a full service (inside and out) I used to get the "Basic" for something under $20. Today when I asked for the "Basic" they looked at me like I was crazy and said that their cheapest full service wash was $27 and called the "Supreme ". They said there is no wash called the "Basic" even though that's the wash I have been getting for the past 5 years. They always do a mediocre job anyways. I have been a loyal customer for at least 4 years. After this week I will never be back! I took my car to get a oil change. Ended up with under inflated tires, oil leaks on the engine and they OVER FILLED my oil by an entire quart! (Can you say blown seals!) Thank goodness my husband is a mechanic. He took my car back to make it right. Which they did, however he did say he was going to be back in a few days and the "manager" said please do. Fast forward 2 days my husband takes his truck. Even the outside still had dirt, water spots, etc. This has happened to me several times when I've taken my cars here. They lack any attention to detail. One time I paid for a detail here, and my car smelled of dirty mop water, I had to take it back. I continued to go back due to convenience, but this will be my last time. The one on Tatum/Cactus has super pushy employees at the onset trying to force you into fixing the tiniest little chips in your windshield. I literally JUST had My windshield replaced two weeks ago and there is zero wrong with it today and yet they pushed and pushed and I finally said can we please not? And just let me wash my car? I arrived at Oil Lube and was greeted by an employee immediately with a friendly smile. He got my info and directed me inside to pay. As I sat on the couch watching my oil change complete within 20 minutes, which is a normal timeframe for that type of service. As my car exited over to the full-service car wash side, I could see it clearly in lane one on the monitors. As I sat there and waited, waited, and waited some more, I noticed the disorganization of the finish line. With 24 years of car wash experience, I'm quite familiar with moving cars through a car wash. After sitting and waiting some more, I asked the number one manager, Mattel, if I could have my keys and I would clean the windows myself over at the self-service vacuum lanes. He reminded me that the last time I had made a comment about the vehicles moving too slowly on the finish line. When I expressed to him that they were moving too slowly on the finish line and that no one should wait 40 minutes in the finish line, I was then told by Michel, "If you don't like how long it takes, don't come back." I said, "Okay," then jumped in my truck, and as I was leaving, he sarcastically said, "BYE BYE!!!" and waved his arm. I think this individual should never be a send-off employee in this field or any other. A simple, "No problem, I'll get right on it," or "No problem, here are your keys, and we'll do better next time," would have been appreciated. I like cobblestone. It has a lot of amenities and never had any issues with the car wash. Sure I have to wipe inside of trunk after the wash but it's no big deal as the hard work is already done. They are really customer orientated and the lobby has cold AC, you can see the video screens with your car going into wash and the free popcorn and internet is great. I've been to a lot of car washes in my life and I can easily say that cobblestone is one of the nicer ones in the valley. And maybe the biggest one too now with like 30 locations!! They are doing something right. Oh, free drinks to all police and first responders 24/7. That gets a star right there! read more

i've been going to Cobblestone Auto Spa for 10+ I have accumulated points. When I went to use my points for an oil change, I was told that's fine as long as you have enough points. I had over 10,000 points at the time. I explained to the lady in the service department that I wanted to use Mobile one and she told me that it would be additional points because that's an upgraded oil. Feeling pretty confident that I had enough points. I was fine with that. however, when I went in to have the my oil they said it only paid for a basic oil change and I would have to pay an additional $154. I said that's not what your representative just told me. So not only did I lose 1000 points for the basic oil change, but I was at a standstill with them and eventually my day come to an end so I ponied and got my oil changed.. I would not have done this. Had they not dumped my oil already and they were telling me I could go buy my own oil and I asked with what car because mine currently has no oil in it.. After about an hour of arguing with Carlos and him going to talk to the service department, they just called me a liar and told me I could forfeit all 10,000 of my points or I would have to pay. This is the biggest bait and switch I've ever seen in my life. I do not typically give reviews but in this situation, I felt warranted to do so for the fact that they advertise one thing and obviously the employees don't communicate because I don't think that did it maliciously I just think she didn't know.. And she has management who don't care about me. I've been coming here for over 10 years and up until recently. I had over 15,000 points. I just started using them. I had a transmission flush the time before this.. I would be very hesitant to use cobblestone for any of their services other than a car wash. The employees do not communicate with each other the lack of management skills and don't try to call corporate because you cannot get through to a human being to save your life.. I will definitely be looking for a new place to do my business. Very shady company with horrible management. I didn't want anything, but what was advertised to me. It's sad when you do business company for so many years and loyal and you would think valued customer to be treated this way over $154. I guess that shows what my value to them is. I went there on 8/23/24 to get a Car Wash. Jose was so pushy he wouldn't even allow me to get ONE car wash. He kept pushing and pushing and pushing (5 times mind you) saying repeatedly "you really should sign up for a membership, it's a better deal if you get a membership". I finally asked if he was going to allow me to get just ONE car wash, and again he said "You really should get a membership". So I left and will never return now. I honestly have never experienced anything like this. So unprofessional. I used to love this place, but it obviously has changed. Either management is pushing their sales staff or Jose is desperate. I came in today to wash my car and paid $39 for a full service wash. They handed the car back to me with liquid running of my wheels and dirt on my step rail. I advised the crew member to please wipe down the wheels of the excess residue from the wheel cleaner and wipe off the dirt the other member had placed his foot to reach over the roof area to wipe off the excess water. His foot mark left a dirty stain on my side step. When I asked him to please wipe off the excess dirt left from the other workers shoe mark, he wiped half of it. I understood what he was doing and that was not cool. If your employees don't want to work there they should look for another job. I paid for my service and for $39 I received unsatisfactory service. This does not look good for the owner as the reviews are very poor on yelp. I will not come back and would not recommend anyone to wash there cars here. My credit card was charged for Fast Track service that I never signed up for. When I got my last car was there I was asked if I wanted "1 was or all month" I said 1 wash and the guy insisted that it was the same price that month if I got all month. They took money AFTER I canceled. I canceled the unlimited package a week prior to. Money was taken from my account a week later.

I was able to contact the manager. The person who was original handling the incident had been let go. It turns out the emergency stop button was non-functioning and the worker should have left the car in neutral (so that my truck would push it out of the wash vs staying on the brake). The current manager supposedly tried to contact me a couple weeks ago but I missed the call (very likely; I rarely am able to answer calls while working). Anyway, I was able to meet with the manager and discuss the situation and we agreed to a remedy for the situation. He seems like a trustworthy individual, so I am hopeful that he will hold up his end of the deal. I will continue to use this car wash, although lately the dryers seem to leave a lot of water on the car. read more

The car still came out dirty, bugs on the bumper, windshield inside was still dirty just streaked around. Do not recommend. It's all a bait and switch. Under a plan but did not fully utilize it so decided to canx. Upon emailing them to canx they offered me the basic plan for $20. Not introductory price just their basic plan. After 4 mos of the $20 they went back to the original price of $34. I brought the mistake to their attention immediately and they charged the account again the next month for higher amount. I brought this to their attention via email AGAIN and " they"responded differently. When I say "they" I had 2 different people answer the reasons for different causes why the mistake. I don't use the car wash enough to justify $34 / mo. $28 total overage and they still say it's my intro price. Well canx my membership like I wanted to in the 1st place. It feels like a bait and switch to me. Goodness I'm not gonna go through this stress for a car wash. It definitely feels like that gym membership back in early 2000s that you can't get out of. If you need my $28 keep it but I will no longer be using your services. Now i dont YELP much but i only do so if serviceis really good or REALLY REALLY BAD.
