This is one of the only spots I bring my car because they do the best job by far! I had an issue with a major "spill" let's call it (vomit) in my back seat. I have a brand new Mercedes so wasn't to happy. I brought it there to see what they could do. They detailed it for me and shampooed it. A few days later I still picked up a whiff of the odor. I brought it back and they shampooed it again for free and were so nice and accommodating. No charge. Big thanks to Jaime and Guillermo! Very professional and really nice guys! Recommend this place as they have always done an outstanding job. read more

I've been coming to this car wash for years. I hate car washes. I wish I didn't have to go because mostly the people there seem pushy. In the past, I've had some bad experiences but today I was greeted by Nel who is absolutely the most fantastic employee I've ever encountered here. Please give him a raise so you keep him around. read more

Always have to check the car before I pull away or bring it back. Only reason I give 2 stars is they are always quick to fix but how many times should that have to happen. read more

I have had nothing but the best experience here!! The staff is friendly and they really do a great job cleaning and washing your car! Specifically the people who finish your car after it comes through the wash! They work hard and fast to make your car look great! Today I had the pleasure of having Mistie up in the front check me out which she was beyond AWESOME and I also had Ginny help me as well who was me just as equally as awesome! For your glass repair needs you have Jason! Jason is so cool and he remembers you when you come back and that means a a lot! I recommend every one to come here! The best is when you pick up your car and you have Israel to and you on your way! He is always in a friendly mood and he always sends you home with a smile on your face! Thanks Cobblestone! Keep up the good work! read more

Where are all the employees, almost 10 AM Sunday morning, car wash area packed, and 3 people cleaning cars. Been here almost 45 minutes now. I spend $80.00 a week at this place for 2 cars. What a waste, should have driven past when I had the chance, learned my lesson. read more

I've been going to this location for quite a while and I am appreciative everytime I recieved good service from any establishment by writing a review or feedback. This is the 1st time a quality control supervisor took a look at the job done and ensured it is within or above their standards and most of all the standards of the customer. I will not be that particular of the details but a shout out to Scott Koeppen for the job well done! read more

This is probably the worst car wash I've had a cobblestone. I had to literally almost wash my car again when I got home. There were streaks and water and smears and dots everywhere all over the car. I actually pulled up into the parking lot after my car wash to show the man how there was streaks going down over the hood over the top of the car and over the trunk and he started to say something about something and I said this happened about a year ago and I've had some OK car washes since then but this is the worst. read more

Great customer service! Good job on car wash and will take care of anything needed if not!

Dissatisfied Customer After the Ultimate Plus Wash" Bug remains on chrome bumper, bug smudges on windshield, bird droppings on hood The crew was not even going to make an attempt to clean this stuff off When I asked to have this addressed one young crew member actually used his finger to attempt to clean the bumper -what no towels?- other than the one on the head of another crew member who's only intent was tossing towels into containers not wiping or detailing vehicles This young crew didn't have a clue or care about wiping down vehicles or dressing tires or anything else When the bug/bird issue was brought to the manager's attention I the customer was greeted with an unbelievable condescending attitude One of his comments was "It's bug season" Well that was the reason I paid to have my vehicle washed I had to request my keys "3" times before he continuing with that disgusting condescending attitude told me they were in the ignition Oh yeah throughout this entire ordeal there was never an offer to have my vehicle rewashed It has taken me two weeks to cool down so I could post this in a manner that is acceptable I can still hear that manager's voice read more

Supervisory employee very rude to customer. I told this employee that I do not prefer their automated machine wash and wanted a hand wash (I paid a premium price) instead as I felt the machine wash would deteriorate my new car's paint finish. Employee responded saying "you don't know what you are talking about do you!". Is this how you talk to a customer? Of course I do not know all the things a car wash person knows because that's not my business but I know I want my car's paint appearance to keep looking like new as long as possible. read more

I am always so thankful to come here! I used to live right down the street and now travel across town to come. They are not only very friendly but do a great job and I never have to worry about my car or being over charged. Matt is always smiling and is always so helpful! read more

I used to like coming to this car wash because it was the only one near me. Now, their car wash prices are a lot higher for lousy cleaning. Also, when you first pull up to select your car wash, I feel as if I'm at a used car sales lot. The employees are incredibly pushy to upsell you on a simple car wash. I can't say I will be returning anytime soon. read more

I wish I had good things to say.... I paid for the Supreme wash ($20) and was totally disappointed. The trunk was not vacuumed, the dash was swiped over quickly, the windows were so-so. It just felt incomplete. It was not cheap and I definitely felt like I did not get my monies worth. I will not be back!!! Linda Dawson read more

Unfortunately it takes one horrible experience to take a customer away. I went in and was hounded about purchasing a mini detail which was on sale, and even though I have a monthly membership I was slightly hesitant to buy the detail package. As I proceeded to purchase the mini detail, I decided while waiting for my car to finish my supreme wash, I no longer wanted to move forward with the prepaid detail. Without even leaving the establishment I walked in and asked for a refund, and was met with a horrible attitude from the Assistant manager who acted like I was trying to steal from the store. I was not trying to cause a conflict and was just simply asking for my money back and it would be simple enough since I paid for it with a Visa. But nope... I now have to go through their lengthy and problematic corporate process for a refund. Sadly their motto "Leader in Service and Value" is not the case. Not to mention the corporate representative named Heather was snarky and wanted to end the call as soon as it began. It's sad that I left such a positive review early in September and now it has been reduced to this. I have canceled my monthly subscription and will be awaiting my refund check in the mail for the mini detail. The other sales associates are extremely nice and tried to be helpful but sadly they can stop a sinking ship because of management. read more

Sometimes you walk or drive into a business and right away they notice you are black and the prejudices jump out at you. At least that is my experience. I went to your Auto Spa fully expecting to be treated like I was going to steal a car. Instead, I was greeted by a man named Tyler Kaczor. He was the most professional and friendly and informative. You can't fake a welcoming personality. The way he treated me made me want to come back, because he was just nice, period. I will come back for the things he suggested for my car, because I didn't feel sold to, I felt cared for. A person could give their whole wallet to people like him, and I just needed to tell those above him, that he made a difference not to just my car, but to my day and my outlook on people. He needs to know. read more

I've had my truck for 18 years and it always had a grill. After visiting Cobblestone for a supreme wash my truck looked very good, but when I got home the grill was missing. I called and talked to the manager who took no responsibility for my grill missing. Total cost for my wash including new grill about $130. I won't go back! read more

Got an oil change and Matt did a great job of going over everything recommended for the vehicle without being pushy. They did a great job of washing it afterward and would recommend this place. read more

If you are reading this to learn why I gave this business a poor rating, it is because employees deceived me into converting a $3 car wash into a $7 wash which also obligated me to pay $16 each month going forward. Robert was the employee who yesterday deftly evaded my questions about their service and these fees. The business' website does not enable me to easily cancel my membership. I consider the business to use misleading methods, and feel I am a victim to their manipulations. I have asked them to contact me to resolve this issue and I will amend my review if they offer a satisfactory resolution which must include clear initial disclosure and a reasonable means to cancel their service. read more

Been going to this car wash for 2 yrs now. 2 years ago I gave this place a 4 start review. What ever happened to this car wash, it's been getting worse the last 6 months ! This morning I set inside and watched them, they didn't even touch the inside of the windows. When I was called that it was done I asked if they don't do the windows anymore ? He said we did I told him look inside and you can see that they weren't done ! Very poor service and tell me tell that did something and you didn't. This place is close to my house, but if I need to go somewhere else I will ! read more

I love Cobblestone.....the cashiers are really helpful....especially Melissa..... great attitude and always has a smile on her face

I got a recommendation from my coworker to go get my detail done here. She has hers done here and thought they did a good job. She was right. They did an excellent job getting up the spots and stains. I know that couldn't have been easy. The service advisor Andrew Wyatt was also very attentive and accommodating. He kept checking on me since they were a bit backed up and checking on the status of my car. He also threw in a free wax for me which was great. Awesome customer service. He exceeded my expectations. It isn't often you meet people who are genuine with their customer service and not rude. He made sure I was taken care of even after I told him there was no rush. I'll definitely be back and if you go in ask for Andrew. He's pretty amazing at what he does. Thanks, Cobblestone! read more

I paid 135$ for a complete package, which includes waxing, interior detailing, shampooing the carpet and seats. I felt like 135$ was a little pricey but I needed some stains removed from my mats. The wax was excellent my car sparkled like new, the dashboard and interior look great as well. They managed to remove the majority of the stains but they are a few faint ones left. I also had to ask twice for air freshener. Since they didn't use any because the smell I requested ran out. So they decided not to use any instead of asking me if I wanted another kind. Overall, it was a decent place but I feel like it could be better for the price I paid. read more

Received a quote for interior detail over the phone. was told we were getting a deal for interior detail and free carwash. We said 3 times what the vehicle was on the phone. When we arrived the price was higher and were told there was no way we were told any deal because "the price is the price" and they could not wash the vehicle because it was a dually and would have to be hand washed. After paying the higher price, my receipt had a charge for a carwash. I asked why I was being charged a carwash, I was told that because it was a carwash company i had to be charged for a carwash in addition to the detail because it was a car wash company even thought I did't receive a carwash. read more

These places are routinely hit and miss, yet when Jackson Wash and another area wash became more and more deficient, we decided to drive further to this 51&Bell Rd wash. Any time we have made the drive, the Staff has been over the top courteous. Today was no different as Josh at the drive in area took our request and answered our questions with genuine TLC. Nicole, a Cashier, could not have been more helpful and genuine. At the dry off area, Tyler a Supervisor, was more than friendly in making sure his guys dotted the i's on the final clean up. Anyone who has a clue in this world knows that the people are the difference makers and Cobblestone on east Bell walked that talk 1000%. read more

I went back today. Yes, it's been many weeks, life got in the way and they were gracious enough to let me wait this long for the do-over wash. It was a little better but it was still not great. I will not get my car washed here again. The manager told me he would come and get me after the car was done and deliver the car to me himself. They had the car for 23 minutes and were very busy so I don't see how they could have finished it in that amount of time. My name was called over the loudspeaker, which was fine, just not what I was told would happen. The manager was nowhere to be seen. There were still things not clean on my car. I immediately noticed stuff still on the windshield. They also did not reattach my driver side floor mat properly ... either time. I guess that costs extra. Like I said it was a little better than the first time but was not, in my opinion, clean inside. Perhaps my expectations are too high. read more

I haven't visited this store for years and NEVER had such a horrible, unprofessional experience. I checked in the full service line at 9:18 and my car wasn't finished until 10:12. Yes, almost an hour for a fricking car wash. The manager who greeted me was very kind and apologetic about the delay, explaining short staff. He offered me a $5.00 off coupon off my next wash, and handed me a $3.00 coupon. My car had NOT BEEN CLEANED - there was paper straw wrapping in floorboard, caked on bird poop on the hood, console and dash were covered in dust and there was NO Tires dressing applied or AIR FRESHENER. Completely disappointmented for paying $23.00 just to wait an hour for my car that's still not clean. Completely disappointed East Meda native. read more

I belong to the monthly fast pass inside and out car wash program. Over the last month the outside burgundy shit management team has changed. The guys outside yesterday were once again disgusting. They had five men and women drying and caring for large SUV's and neglected our sports car. It sat third in line waiting to be cared for. Had my wife not gone over the car would still be air drying with water spots. This has happened 4 times in 2 weeks. Their reaction is they will get to it when they can. For such a nice facility the outside team needs to be replaced. read more

I went for an oil change. I got the highest upgraded car cleaning package with leather conditioning. I asked if it included interior cleaning and he assured me it did. My car had not been wiped down at ALL when I got it back. I complained to the manager that said it wasn't included but he would send it over to detail if I wanted to wait and would tip them. I agreed. They wiped it down a bit but it was still a mess and even the exterior of my car was full of marks that didn't get cleaned properly. I never mind paying for things, I DO mind wasting my time and money and not getting what was promised after sitting in a place for an hour and a half. Not a repeat cutover, I wish I listened to all the Yelp reviews. Frustrated. read more

I just paid $23 to have my Toyota Corolla washed at the 101 & Bell location. They were very busy, so I wasn't able to take the time to really look it over. I've given Cobblestone my last shot at redeeming themselves. I have been using them for years and over time the service has become less and less about quality washes and more about how many cars can get through in a day. I went to this location hoping for a better experience than I got at the one near Costco on Elliot. I had 3 pair of sunglasses stolen and for some crazy reason they stole the roll of small bags that fit inside my hanging trash bag in the back seat. No one could do anything about it and didn't seem interested in even trying to help. What a joke. Will never return to a Cobblestone again. read more

They did a good job but be warned. If you bring in a high-line car they will charge you double for a basic hand wash and come up with fees the cashier has "never seen before." It's not worth arguing about but the competition does unlimited hand washes per month for three quarters the price. Lesson learned. read more

I have been to this car wash three times now because of purchasing a Groupon for discounted supreme washes. Each time has been a good experience with a good car wash and friendly service. I have experienced high pressure up-sell attempts at car washes in the past but I found these guys to be really good about backing off when I say "no thanks". Perhaps it's the way I deliver the message, but I haven't had trouble with them being too pushy. The general manager at this location is amazing. He's the most energetic, hands-on guy and seems to be everywhere at once. My last vist, I had an interior detail done and they did it very well (I'm pretty picky) and they also finished my car when they said they would (very important for me and not too common at car washes). I will definately make time to go back to this particular location. read more

If you want to throw your money away go to this carwash. I paid $35.00 for Ultimate plus. When I went to pick up my car, the interior was dirty. There were cig ashes on the seat, dashboard had dust on it, mats were not vacuumed. Mind you I don't smoke. When I brought it to the Managers attention he told me that their packages don't cover vacuuming inside the car. The guy who sold me this package when I got there promised me the dashboard, doors and seats will be polished. Nothing was polished. Manager said the guy lied and they don't do it. Left with a dirty car even after paying $35.00 read more

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about the fantastic service that I received from Guillermo Lugo, General Manager, Larry Dawson, Wash Sales, and James Torre, Cashier. Guillermo, Larry, and James were extremely courteous and professional. There is not enough positive feedback that I can provide regarding the Guillermo, Larry, and James. They made me feel valued as a customer and did not pressure me into purchasing services that I did not want or need. I recommend that you visit Cobblestone Auto Spa near the 51 Freeway and Bell Road, where they genuinely care about exceeding each customer's expectations. Thank you. read more

Had a bad experience with one of these "full service" car washed and I was actually looking for a self service car wash when I came to this one. I decided to give it a try and purchased the Supreme which is only one step up from the basic. To my surprise my car is actually pretty clean after they got done with it. I still prefer doing the car wash on my own which I will have to find out where the entrance is because that's how I came to this car wash but somehow when I pulled in I was right at where the guys would "take my order". Anyway I will be back. read more

They do a pretty consistent job most days. There's always a few areas that they miss dusting on the inside. They are a little slow also, so I wouldn't go here if you're in a hurry. The fast pass is the best if there's a long line and you don't mind drying your car and vacuuming it yourself. I would like if they did dry it like they used to if you just washed the outside. However, I would recommend this location. read more

I am very disappointed in the car wash and work that was done on my car on Sunday when I took my car in there for a car wash.
