Three stars. The outside of my truck looked nice and most of the inside. They missed a little dirt in the center console and the back area and I guess I should have checked these areas out before I left. Had I noticed, a rag would have taken care of it . I bought the Supreme Wash. I wasn't wowed like I had hoped. This is my first wash with my new (used) truck and was hoping for the wow factor. I bought one step up from the cheapest car wash so maybe I should have bought a higher priced wash. Since they missed some obvious dirt I am torn about this place. Loved the staff and Dunkin Donuts but I am on the fence as to whether or not I will wash it myself in the future. Maybe I should give them one more try.... read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone take their vehicles to any of the cobblestone. Went to get a car was on July 7, 2015. I was the only vehicle in line to enter the wash at the time. I have a 2015 Nissan Murano the damage to my new car is horrible! The lies that came from Manager and the complete run around they're giving me to have my car fix is wasting time! I have been a cobblestone customer since I moved to Arizona last June. I never had a bad experience here until 11/14/2014. I used one of the "Free Wash" coupons from the book my wife bought me for my birthday... My truck got damaged in the wash. I mentioned this in a previous review, but it's now in the "not recommended" section of yelp for some reason. Needless to say, I loved this place until they handled this situation so poorly. Sorry Yelp if my last review seemed unfair... I was, and still am, very upset over this whole situation. I turned in a detailing receipt (after being talked into a service I didn't want) at a Cobblestone Spa to exchange for a gift card several months ago and I was told I would get a gift card from Corporate in 4-6 weeks. It has been several months and I have not received my $149 in gift cards or a refund. This is apparently their exchange process but it seems more like a scam. read more

Come here regularly for car washes. They do a great job on my vehicle. I have a 2 year old little girl and she absolutely loves this car wash. Staff inside always offers her a balloon every time I'm here witch she loves. Dunkin Donut employees even offer her a free donut every now and then. Also I'm usually very skeptical in dealing with Car Wash Auto Glass Guys but this location has broken that mold for my girlfriend and I. Had 3 chips on my windshield and their tech named Josh basically made them disappear. Very happy customer to say the least. Also any time my 2 year old daughter ever hears the word Carwash now she grabs her shoes and runs to my garage door and says " I go Carwash I go Carwash" PRICELESS read more

This was the worst car wash I ever received I bought the $38 wash... it was completed in 15 minutes great however I got in the car the steering wheel and seats weren't wiped down the floor mats weren't carpeted the console is still dusty nothing was even cleaned so I paid them 40 dollars to drive it through a machine I can do that anywhere else for 10. I approached the first person about it he said well sorry. Then I went back to the front told the gentleman there he told me they don't wipe down seats or floors even with the 40 wash what the hell am I paying you for then to sit in my car and apologized about the dash not being touched literally the worst car wash in America do not go there!!! read more

Love taking my car here to get washed or detailed. They do a fantastic job and they are all quick and friendly.

Asked them to vacuum out the back of my car and told them I emptied it so they could do so. Car was finished and the back had not been vacuumed at all. There was still sand and leaves back there. I vacuumed it out myself and then noticed that there were/are still bugs on the front end. FAIL. read more

Seen a guy (SCOTT) very attentive, enthusiastic and always there to help be it the scanner not working, the gate jam or trying to obtain information on summer coupons, even sometimes guiding your car so that it wont hit the scanner box. I went here after leaving Jacksoff car wash, their writing still on my window. I got the basic package and the guys were courteous and professional. By the time I had paid for the wash, my car had been well vacuumed, washed, and was heading through the rinse cycle. The crew did a thorough wipe down, inside and out. I should have trusted the reviews. First time here and was up sold to the ultimate car wash. It's like the cleaned all the middle sections and left the corners untouched when dusting and vacuuming. There is dust along the window ledges and corners of the dash, sand along the floor of the back seat. They didn't eve clean/wipe the dirty cup holders or door handles. Still dirt and much along entire the bottom on the exterior of the car. Oh and dead bugs on the wundshield. I wasn't a 219.00 detail job for what I paid but come on. It's a scion xb. Not some gigantic suv. How much time would it had taken to be just a little more thorough in your work? The topper? They asked me what scented I wanted for the car and didn't put it in. We had exceptional service when we arrived for oil changes and car washes for our two older cars. The oil lube professionals (sales and technician) took care of our request with expediency, patience and expertise. They did not try to hard sell us but rather inform us of previous services. Then, they kindly asked if we were interested in having the service presently. We agreed to only new air filters at this time after they showed us the old ones. Then we also had The Works car washes. The cashier was very professional, expedient and courteous. We were provided great service throughout. As we watched our cars advance on the TV screens provided, we could follow each step. The car wash experts also did a thorough and precise cleaning and were friendly while presenting us with coupons for our next car wash. This auto spa us conveniently located at the 51 and bell rd. Out of all the washes I've tried this one will accept larger trucks with oversized wheels for the same price as a car. Attention to detail is pretty good. My vehicle is always clean inside and out. The other thing I like is they do oil and tire rotation for a reasonable amount of money. read more

By far the worst car wash I have ever had. For $20 you would think they would wipe down the inside a little. I'm convinced if you don't buy whatever up sell they're trying to get you to buy you're getting a crappy wash. I'm mad I tipped. Never will return to this location. I don't wash my car ever week but when I do I expect the services I PAY for. I'm also not very picky in how clean my car is but if you say you are going to vaccum the trunk then DO IT! BEST LOCATION IN THE VALLEY I am writing this review today because I just want to thank the entire team there for correcting another location's awful mistake. I was informed that my regular location here on Bell was actually the corporate location so I went there after my horrible experience with the FLW location. I explained to the managers (who recognized me as being a loyal customer of 7 years) about the situation at FLW and they went above and beyond to make sure that they corrected the other locations mistakes. Not only did they help me figure out who to get in contact with regarding my complaint but they took the effort to rewash my car also they went ahead and detailed, vaccumed and sprayed my car with the air freshener. The fact that they went above and beyond to help me out I more then appreciate. This is the location i typically go to and I regret not going here in the first place (then I would have avoided the awful service and experience I got from Shawn @ the FLW location) If I could give this location more then 5 stars I would because they always provide me with excellent customer service. The manager's Guillermo and Larry are absolutely fabulous and great examples of what a manager should be and how to correctly handle the situation. Just moved to Surprise two months ago. Spent plenty of $ at car washes. I originally purchased the Groupon 3 pack (purchased 2). I own 3 cars. My 2019 Sedan was first to experience this car wash. After I left, I was shocked at the condition of the windows, smeared and streaked. Returned and the quality control manager apologized and re-cleaned the windows. I retuned the next day with my 2015 Full Size truck. I was watching how the employee was cleaning the windows. Quick spray, and quick wipe, on ALL inside windows. I drive down the street, windows are in the same condition as my other car. I returned and they re-cleaned the windows. I returned the following 4 times and similar results, but since the windows were not as dirty as the first cleaning, I didn't worry about it. I started using the express. I just returned from a long trip and my 2019 was littered with bugs on the front. I purchased the express delux, when I parked by the vacuums I was wiping the car down, and the front still had 50% of the bugs on the front. I drove up front and asked the sales associate about the bugs. He states "yea, you'll need to upgrade to a FULL SERVICE, and we will scrub the bugs off". I explained why I was I was purchasing the express, "I purchase the express because the guys up front do a shitty job on the windows". I was just being honest. He walked me up front and they credited me the $9.00 towards the full service. I wait 30 minutes. Car is done. I walk out and look at the front of the car, hmmmmmm, 25% of the bugs still there. Not to mention, water on my passenger seat, a mud smudge on the drivers side floor mat. I immediately drove up front and spoke to Drew. He apologized and up walks Anthony. Anthony asked what the problem was. I told him about my experience, and I asked to be refunded what I spent. He said he would refund the upgrade but not the first car wash. I asked why, and he said "well you got two car washes!" Not the answer I was looking for. Extremely frustrated!! I told Anthony don't worry about and started to leave. He then blurts out, "I was going to give you an ultimate car wash for your experience". But why? You had your chance, two times. As I look at the reviews, this location has 2.5 stars. Hopefully management will look at this and make some changes. I do have a 2016 Toyota that has spent two years in upper Minnesota. My son drives it for school and the car returns in December. Yesterday I received an oil change at the Quik lube as well as a basic wash. The gentleman at the Quik lube was rude to me because I did not want to get the engine flush or transmission flush and was going to have it done through my dealership. The only thing that was done as far as a car wash was it was driven through the car wash. They were not rushed as I let them know I was leaving the car for a few hours and would be back. The windows look as if my five year old cleaned them with smudges and fingerprints left all over. I came to this location as I was in the area for an appointment and could drop my car and go. I will not return and take my business elsewhere that won't overcharge me and will do the job right. read more

I've gone to this car wash the last few years when we arrive in AZ. Last year I paid $37 and they did a decent job of vacuuming and getting the bugs off the front. BUT, today I went and spent $69 for the Ultimate and I'm extremely disappointed! First - the van looked pretty good, looked like bugs were all gone. They weren't. As I looked closer along the bottom area there were still bug bodies and spots. Second - as I went to get into the van I noticed a white spot on door by the window. Started to scratch it off, but realised the black material had been scratched. Called for a manager. Nope, couldn't have happened there . . . it would be happening to all the cars . . . probably a rock caused it. Well it wasn't there when I'd got in the car going to the car wash. I look right at that area every time I get in . . . I couldn't have NOT seen it. A rock? I'd just driven from one side of the mall to the other. Are you kidding me! So I get a free car wash- yippee. Three - As I start to drive away I notice the dash hasn't been wiped off. Look at the floors and I'm not sure if they were vacuumed. I get home and pull floor mats out and it looked like they hadn't vacuumed . . . or if they did they have lousy equipment. We have black on inside of car doors which had marks from where my shoes had touched . . . hadn't wiped them off. Really, it was the worst interior cleaning I've ever experienced. And what upset me the most . . . I'd given the young man a tip!! Lesson learned - go over the whole van before leaving. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

Hi, I'm not a real review kind of guy. I understand that I can't expect all experiences to be positive but I've been in the Vally since 2016 when I purchased my truck which has a 4.5" lift. I hand washed it till cobblestone opened on Ariroza and Germann. I figured the brushes are new so I'm risking nothing (which I wash my vehicles weekly, thats right "vehicles") to my surprise I'm still a customer now with 4 total vehicles. To say Scott the manager when it first opened was great although he moved on, Todd did a hell of a job keeping it up till Don showed up which it continues to exceed my expectations. Not to say that the rest of the staff will engage with the customers to make sure the equipment is operating properly and to our needs. I can honestly say that this location is ran like a well oiled machine. Way to go guys Don, Todd and the rest of the staff at Arizona and Germann Cobblestone, keep up the great work! So I went in a few days ago to buy my regular product, Zyn 6mg coffee flavor. The can that was handed to me had the seal broken so I had the woman give me a new one. You don't buy products you consume that have been opened. This is common knowledge. She kind of tried to convince me it was fine but I didn't budge. Come in today and buy more and didn't think about looking at the can and wouldn't you know it, the DAMAGED OPEN PRODUCT THAT SHOULD NOT BE RESOLD was sold to me. They put it back on the shelf. This is a huge issue for me. If they are willing to do that I can't image what other Environmental Safety laws (health codes) they are violating. This is beyond ridiculous and clearly management needs to be replaced immediately with someone who has integrity. This place sits low on yelp and I can't see it raising its reviews with this horrible management. And the worst part is up the street they have an amazing manager and the car wash only location. I am definitely calling corporate on Monday and reaching out Environmental Services with Maricopa County. This blatent disregard of simple simple simple and basic health codes. To begin with, the only reason this place gets 2 stars is because it has Dunkin Donuts that my children like to eat before I allow them to play in the (usually dirty) play area. I took my car there today thinking the bad service I received last time was just a bad day for everyone. I wish I had not given them a second chance. I went because I wanted an oil change and car wash. No, I don't want my transmission fluid flushed. No, I don't want my coolant system flushed. No, I do not want you to replacement my windshield wipers. No, I do not want you to rotate my tires. No, I do not like Green Eggs and Ham. I find it extremely frustrating to have someone try to up-sell me on a constant basis, even when you were suppose to start work on my truck 20 minutes prior. I don't appreciate being mocked when I say that the extra $80 you want to charge me today is not in my budget. I do not appreciate having my window broken because they accidentally knocked it off track because the idiots locked my keys in the car... twice. Their cashiers are bitchy and all their stuff is over priced. Save your self the hassle, don't use Cobblestone. read more
