I am disappointed I just bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and I had to stay with the car from the start through the end that's taking it through the car wash driving it to the right line for hand drying/ detailing it then moving it up in line. I asked why and got different answer's from everyone. First it was because it was an auto start and we can't drive them then it was because they have issue's with the gas peddle on my make of Jeep. So everyone had a different answer the only thing that they all said the same was it's a Jeep Cherokee and corporate said they couldn't drive it. Did they have a problem with one so they banned all Cherokee's ? I don't know. I have been coming here since they built and opened the place but now it looks like I will go else were. read more

I went in for a full detail for my car to remove some vomit from my seats as well as just get a full cleaning. The first woman I worked with named Alina (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was great. She let me know what they close at 6pm and my car would be done before then. I returned at 6pm and waited another 45 minutes for my car to be "completed". After I got home I saw there were still stains in my car and the doors had not been cleaned. The detail was not done well. I called and the told me to come in the next morning. When I returned today (the next morning) Alina was not happy the job was not completed well. I let them know I understood it was later at night and could have been an honest mistake, they were going to re-detail the car for free. After waiting 3 hours for the detail to be redone I went to the ladies at the front desk (who were great to work with) and asked if I needed to go home and be contacted about the car when it's completed. She called over the radio and the man on the other end said "si, listos" that my car was completed. She confirmed the car was done and when I went out the man stopped me from getting in my car due to the car smell bomb still in the car. He told me it would be 20 more minutes and the car was not done, he then said "do you get it now??" I went back inside. The came back about 30 minutes later and told me the car was completed, however when I went out to the car I was told again that one more thing needed to be done and I was asked to wait. I went back inside. About 10 minutes later the man came back in and was agitated, I asked if the car was completed and he said yes. He became very angry with me and said "do you know how this car came in? The smell was terrible and the car was very dirty. I did the best that I could but you have not made it easy" I explained that I had been there the day before and the job had not been completed and that I was back today for it to be done again. I looked over the car and he followed me very closely and made me uncomfortable as he talked about how dirty my car was and how he didn't understand why I was so angry with him. I was very upset at this point. I spoke with the front desk ladies who again were very professional and told them how I had been treated and what had transpired when I had been outside twice. They apologized for the way I had been treated and gave me a free wash. I honestly will not be back to use the free wash. Other than the women that I worked with who again were great, the other employees were very rude and did not do the job I needed them to do. This job was over 300.00 and it should have been completed correctly the first time. Sadly, I will not be returning to Cobblestone with how I was treated and and the fact that the job was not completed the first time. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place of business. read more

If you want someone to keep in contact with you about updates and try to get the job done in a timely manner, go to him. Even when my regulator ended up being broken he tried all he could to get that fixed for me as well. And even after contacting him after 2 months he remember who I was and was able to get Bill out the next day to fix my window finally. and Bill is an awesome dude as well. Come here regularly for car washes. They do a great job on my vehicle. I have a 2 year old little girl and she absolutely loves this car wash. Staff inside always offers her a balloon every time I'm here witch she loves. Dunkin Donut employees even offer her a free donut every now and then. Also I'm usually very skeptical in dealing with Car Wash Auto Glass Guys but this location has broken that mold for my girlfriend and I. Had 3 chips on my windshield and their tech named Josh basically made them disappear. Very happy customer to say the least. This was the worst car wash I ever received I bought the $38 wash... it was completed in 15 minutes great however I got in the car the steering wheel and seats weren't wiped down the floor mats weren't carpeted the console is still dusty nothing was even cleaned so I paid them 40 dollars to drive it through a machine I can do that anywhere else for 10. I approached the first person about it he said well sorry. My husband had a blow out this afternoon in his delivery van and pulled into the parking lot of this business. He asked if they knew of a nearby tire shop (being it was 110 degrees and that the tire was ruined, he was just going to drive there and get a new tire put on). They told him that one was about 1/2 mile away. He thanked them and slowly started to "limp" down the road toward the tire shop. They waved and called him back when they saw what he was doing and told them that they would put the spare on for him. He offered to pay them but they said there was no charge! He was very thankful to these young people at Cobblestone Auto Spa for helping him get back on the road making his deliveries in such a short time. My husband and I went here to get the car washed before we headed to some nearby dealers to try to trade it in. As many people have already said, the nonstop sales pitches from the moment we pulled in were really rather irritating. After iterating several times that we were not interested in getting the car detailed or waxed, the sales guy returned at least 3 more times to our vehicle saying that his boss had "authorized" him to lower the price "once again." We didn't give in to his pressure, but it felt very frustrating to have to assert ourselves so many times. The wash itself was satisfactory, but as Jake mentions in his review, the "hassling" and sales pitches made me not want to go back. read more

Just moved to Surprise two months ago. Spent plenty of $ at car washes. I originally purchased the Groupon 3 pack (purchased 2). I own 3 cars. My 2019 Sedan was first to experience this car wash. After I left, I was shocked at the condition of the windows, smeared and streaked. Returned and the quality control manager apologized and re-cleaned the windows. I retuned the next day with my 2015 Full Size truck. I was watching how the employee was cleaning the windows. Quick spray, and quick wipe, on ALL inside windows. I drive down the street, windows are in the same condition as my other car. I returned and they re-cleaned the windows. I returned the following 4 times and similar results, but since the windows were not as dirty as the first cleaning, I didn't worry about it. I started using the express. I just returned from a long trip and my 2019 was littered with bugs on the front. I purchased the express delux, when I parked by the vacuums I was wiping the car down, and the front still had 50% of the bugs on the front. I drove up front and asked the sales associate about the bugs. He states "yea, you'll need to upgrade to a FULL SERVICE, and we will scrub the bugs off". I explained why I was I was purchasing the express, "I purchase the express because the guys up front do a shitty job on the windows". I was just being honest. He walked me up front and they credited me the $9.00 towards the full service. I wait 30 minutes. Car is done. I walk out and look at the front of the car, hmmmmmm, 25% of the bugs still there. Not to mention, water on my passenger seat, a mud smudge on the drivers side floor mat. I immediately drove up front and spoke to Drew. He apologized and up walks Anthony. Anthony asked what the problem was. I told him about my experience, and I asked to be refunded what I spent. He said he would refund the upgrade but not the first car wash. I asked why, and he said "well you got two car washes!" Not the answer I was looking for. Extremely frustrated!! I told Anthony don't worry about and started to leave. He then blurts out, "I was going to give you an ultimate car wash for your experience". But why? You had your chance, two times. As I look at the reviews, this location has 2.5 stars. Hopefully management will look at this and make some changes. I do have a 2016 Toyota that has spent two years in upper Minnesota. My son drives it for school and the car returns in December. I've gone to this car wash the last few years when we arrive in AZ. Last year I paid $37 and they did a decent job of vacuuming and getting the bugs off the front. BUT, today I went and spent $69 for the Ultimate and I'm extremely disappointed! First - the van looked pretty good, looked like bugs were all gone. They weren't. As I looked closer along the bottom area there were still bug bodies and spots. Second - as I went to get into the van I noticed a white spot on door by the window. Started to scratch it off, but realised the black material had been scratched. Called for a manager. Nope, couldn't have happened there . . . it would be happening to all the cars . . . probably a rock caused it. Well it wasn't there when I'd got in the car going to the car wash. I look right at that area every time I get in . . . I couldn't have NOT seen it. A rock? I'd just driven from one side of the mall to the other. Are you kidding me! So I get a free car wash- yippee. Three - As I start to drive away I notice the dash hasn't been wiped off. Look at the floors and I'm not sure if they were vacuumed. I get home and pull floor mats out and it looked like they hadn't vacuumed . . . or if they did they have lousy equipment. We have black on inside of car doors which had marks from where my shoes had touched . . . hadn't wiped them off. Really, it was the worst interior cleaning I've ever experienced. And what upset me the most . . . I'd given the young man a tip!! Lesson learned - go over the whole van before leaving. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

Yesterday I received an oil change at the Quik lube as well as a basic wash. The gentleman at the Quik lube was rude to me because I did not want to get the engine flush or transmission flush and was going to have it done through my dealership. The only thing that was done as far as a car wash was it was driven through the car wash. They were not rushed as I let them know I was leaving the car for a few hours and would be back. The windows look as if my five year old cleaned them with smudges and fingerprints left all over. I came to this location as I was in the area for an appointment and could drop my car and go. Hi, I'm not a real review kind of guy. I understand that I can't expect all experiences to be positive but I've been in the Vally since 2016 when I purchased my truck which has a 4.5" lift. I hand washed it till cobblestone opened on Ariroza and Germann. I figured the brushes are new so I'm risking nothing (which I wash my vehicles weekly, thats right "vehicles") to my surprise I'm still a customer now with 4 total vehicles. To say Scott the manager when it first opened was great although he moved on, Todd did a hell of a job keeping it up till Don showed up which it continues to exceed my expectations. Not to say that the rest of the staff will engage with the customers to make sure the equipment is operating properly and to our needs. I can honestly say that this location is ran like a well oiled machine. Way to go guys Don, Todd and the rest of the staff at Arizona and Germann Cobblestone, keep up the great work! So I went in a few days ago to buy my regular product, Zyn 6mg coffee flavor. The can that was handed to me had the seal broken so I had the woman give me a new one. You don't buy products you consume that have been opened. This is common knowledge. She kind of tried to convince me it was fine but I didn't budge. Come in today and buy more and didn't think about looking at the can and wouldn't you know it, the DAMAGED OPEN PRODUCT THAT SHOULD NOT BE RESOLD was sold to me. They put it back on the shelf. This is a huge issue for me. If they are willing to do that I can't image what other Environmental Safety laws (health codes) they are violating. This is beyond ridiculous and clearly management needs to be replaced immediately with someone who has integrity. This place sits low on yelp and I can't see it raising its reviews with this horrible management. And the worst part is up the street they have an amazing manager and the car wash only location. I am definitely calling corporate on Monday and reaching out Environmental Services with Maricopa County. This blatent disregard of simple simple simple and basic health codes. They were very friendly with limited annoying upsell and offered to clean all carpets and mats plus a basic car wash for $49.99. They have a Dunkin donuts on site while u wait. I actually pulled up into the parking lot after my car wash to show the man how there was streaks going down over the hood over the top of the car and over the trunk and he started to say something about something and I said this happened about a year ago and I've had some OK car washes since then but this is the worst. read more

I'm a rideahare driver. With all the rate cuts and competition I'm working 14 hour shifts to support my family. Many times seven days a week. I'm doing overnights and my wife is driving days. Still digging out from a crash we suffered in 2012. I'm constantly getting our 2011 Toyota Sienna Van washed for customers. I've used carwashes all over the valley. Some good some OK and some well suck! I finally found my go to guy and wash. Scott working mornings at Cobblestone on Bell and 37th St is the hardest working person in the business! He's always there when I pull in around 7 am and always gives me a great deal. As hard as my wife and I work I appreciate Hard Working, Honest and Straight Forward People. Scott is all of those plus and I highly recommend going to Cobblestone in mornings and ask for him only.
