These guys suck! By "guys" I mean employees! I just left this place and needed my back seat carpet spot cleaned. The stain was smaller than a paper plate. I was quoted $20.00 for the for the whole strip of carpet in the back seat by the guy in the drive through. He stated, "It would cost the same to do the whole strip or just the spot!" I opted for the whole thing. When I returned to my car it was just spot cleaned and then I was told it was $60 for the whole thing. These guys are scammers, make up prices as they please, nothing is set in stone and they're all on a different page! I will not be returning to this location. read more

They sold me a "gift card" for a detail was which was $115. When I purchased this I was told it's just like a gift card so if I wanted to use it for other things I could. Today I came to get a regular car wash and wanted to use this card because I didn't need the detail. They told me I couldn't... classic bait and switch, I'll come get my detail and make sure it's perfect before I leave... even if they have to spend 8 hours on it... no one gets the better of me!!!! Bought a $35/- Ultimate plus car wash coupon. There were still MULTIPLE spots all over the car which were not cleaned properly. This carwash is always a miss for me, I always end up telling the person who hands me my car to give me a rag because they always miss something on the inside or miss something on the outside , my last visit I was in a rush and didn't notice until I got home that they only semi cleaned the dash on the driver side and door and also semi cleaned the middle console, stain and drink spills were not even cleaned. I was disappointed since I had paid a higher grade car wash and was expecting to get my moneys worth but I will definitely have to visit another location from now on. read more

Went today for the $3.00 special and my car was still DIRTY! I went back around to go through again and was told by manager, Paul, the $3 wash is not a wash just a light rinse. If I want a wash it's $5.99 and Paul, the manger (he made that very clear) refused to rewash my vehicle. Mud and dirt was still on my new 2015 Honda CRV. He was so rude and arrogant I told him that is why we have Yelp! to let others know they do not stand behind their poor car rinse. I said "It says 'wash' and Paul claimed, "NO, it is a light rinse, we do not guarantee the rinse" Be Ware!!! Other $3 car washes in town do a fine job for $3! I will not return! read more

Went there, been going for many years. They increased there prices, and service is poor. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my car washed. I told them they took 3 cars ahead of me. The front attendant said no, they time stamp these. I said exactly, the others were ahead of me at this end but behind me when I pulled in. Also the inside of my car windows were NOT cleaned. Save your money, avoid this place. I still use it but only for the $3.00 self drive through exterior wash and that's only after my truck has been out in the desert. read more

Good car wash but can improve. First having the side wash rotating brushes go completely across the front bumper & grille and again completely across the rear bumper area for a COMPLETE CLEANING process!! 2nd to have a couple of of hands brushing the wheels prior to entering wash area to clean the wheels thoroughly. 3rdly having the hand drying crew needs to wipe dry the ROOFS & rear hatch jambs & side door jambs thoroughly & USING CLEAN rags for interior windshield cleaning ( too many smear wipes) !! So I read a number of bad things about this place from some reviews on Google but decided to go anyways because it was so close. The end result was that the people that did my oil change were amazing (Matt especially). They even figured out that my spare in the trunk was what was keeping my low tire-pressure sensor on. As to the car wash, that was a bit less stellar. It was "OK," nothing amazing, particularly for the cost. So I'd recommend this place so long as you avoid the more expensive car cleaning services. read more

Don't come here if you have a newer Jeep Cherokee like I do. They will make you stay in the vehicle for the "full service" car wash. Seems there should be a discount for Jeep owners. I've loved their service since 2009 when I moved to Ocotillo, now, not so much. read more

Sadly I'm really disappointed with the quality of the wash/clean at the location on Scottsdale/Gray Hawk. I'm a member and use the drive through quick wash 1-2 times/month but occasionally I like to get a full interior/exterior wash/clean. They didn't wipe my interior windows and only wiped the interior door frames and doors on the driver side and not passenger side. They were in such a rush to wipe the car down that they only got 1/2 the dashboard as I see dust on one side. I had a couple drops of a vanilla shake drip on the driver window and internal door that needed to be wiped off. I watched two different guys and then the "quality control" guy overlook that and had to ask them to wipe it off. I understand Cobblestone has a business to run but they need to slow down, pay attention and provide better quality. The customer service guy at entrance and cashier were friendly and did great but I'm not impressed with the work of those doing the cleaning/washing. read more

I am never getting my car washed here again. I had to return used to this car wash after they applied soap to my convertible top previously which is never ok when hand washing a soft top canvas convertible. I asked them to hand wash my car as implied in my owners manual. The sales guy Brandon, said it's actually ok if you put your convertible car through the automated car wash. It's not, you cannot put soap or detergents or waxed on a canvas convertible top! He said they can hand wash it and agreed to my request to have his detailers condition my convertible top. When it was time to apply the conditioner, (which is after the hand wash) the GM asked me if I was ok with them using LEATHER conditioner on my canvas top. I replied that it was not ok and asked if they had the supplies to properly care for a canvas top. He said the they don't and that I could bring my OWN supplies because they don't supply the right conditioners for a canvas top which was never communicated to me during my car wash consultation. He said that they OnLY use leather conditioner. They didn't even have the correct soft brush which is also required. He recommended that I find a mobile detailer that has the right supplies. I wouldn't have ever agreed to have them follow through with a $50 hand wash if they couldn't appropriately provide the proper convertible top conditioning treatment which is required immediately after a car wash and dry, especially in Arizona. If they are in the business of washing cars, they should invest In the proper supplies without risking damaging a vehicle. I spent 3 hours here and will never return. They also didn't vacuum or clean my interior! It still had dust inside from drinking around with the top down, and I had to ask them to finish the job. Unacceptable when I spent $165 there on Saturday and another $260 to have it detailed a few weeks prior! I'll take my business elsewhere. Shady people! read more

ONE STAR REVIEW turns into a five star review. To start with, NO WHERE on the website or at the car wash itself does it say that the vacuuming of your vehicle will not be a full vacuum job.. So going into this thinking my truck would be vacuumed properly I tried out Cobblestone for the first time yesterday and I payed for the "supreme car wash". After only MAYBE 15 min of my truck being washed they waved me over, I tipped the guy and I got in my truck. Once in, I noticed that the floors were barley touch by a vacuum. I'm talking rocks still were under the floor mats (went up North recently reason for wash). I notice an area where they have free vacuums available so I just figured maybe that's what they meant by "it comes with a interior vacuuming". So my husband and I got out and started to vacuum and that's when I leaned my seat forward and was seriously MIND BLOWN to say the least... there was absolutely no vacuuming done around the seats, behind the seats, under the seats ANYWHERE. So I obviously went inside to the cashier and told her about the situation, she didn't respond to me at all she just barked out an order at another worker to print off a free car wash for me and then told me I shouldn't have vacuumed without showing them first. I told her it was my first time there and I was unclear if I was supposed to do it or not, then I told her I didn't want the free wash because I wasn't going to be back because I wasn't satisfied at all. I then told her that I was very unhappy and all I want is a third of my money back since I did a third of the work and that I didn't even want a full refund. She responded with a smug look and "can't do that, I'll give you a free wash" I then told her again I didn't want it. She stuck her hand out holding my receipt and said, "then I can't help you". I went out to my truck and immediately turned and went back in to tell her to come out and look at the floors because this is bullshit. She came out, told me again that I shouldn't have vacuumed it myself and she can't refund my money because the wash had been done. (AGAIN I DIDN'T WANT A FULL REFUND) So my husband stepped in and told her she needed to figure a solution out because this is going to fly and she needs to talk to her manager about what can be done. So that's when she finally decided to get her manager. (thankfully!) So now enters the manager Brenton... I do have to say that I feel a bit bad, the cashier girl made me so damn pissed because of her "Miss Trunchbull attitude of she's big you're small, she's right you're wrong" that I allowed that frustration to carry over into my conversation with Brenton. (Hope I'm spelling his name correctly.) He allowed me to vent my frustrations and go back and forth with him on how I don't want a free wash but a third of my money back etc etc.. that's when he told me that their policy is that they don't go under seats or behind. Even more flustered now (because what the hell kind of rule is that) I told him I wasn't informed by the employee that "took my order" or the website for that matter that it wasn't a full vacuuming when your get a "full service" wash and I feel a bit screwed and something needed to be done... he agreed. (It should be noted that while all this he kept his cool and was informative) He offered to fix the situation by getting my truck washed again right then but I wasn't interested in that, the outside of the truck looked great it was the inside that was the issue so I declined. He then offered to do a more thorough vacuum and wipe down of the interior to at least rectify the situation and after some hesitation I finally agreed. So along with another gentlemen, he himself jumped in and exceeded my expectations of correcting this. He worked hard and gave me a finished product of a very clean vehicle inside and out that also smelled great! During that 20 min of them fixing the issue I had time to cool down from my frustration with the girl inside and I did take the time to apologize to him for my attitude that I approached him with. He was so friendly and offered me a free basic wash for the next time and was completely understanding of why I felt so uniformed and combative from my interaction with that girl. I do have to say, I wont be back to this location since it's no where near my house but because of Brenton, his wonderful customer service and kindness I will be willing to try out another location. Only advice to ALL the Cobblestone locations and fixing the website, be 100% transparent with what you do and don't do in the washes. If you don't vacuum certain areas of the vehicle just let the person know and they'll upgrade if that's what they are looking for (more money for you guys). Lastly, that cashier, put her back through training because honestly if she was the first person I came in contact with, I wouldn't have even got out of my truck with that attitude she carries with her. read more

Had my truck washed with the ultimate wash. When I looked at the work upon arriving home I observed many area's that weren't clean and waterspots over the entire truck. The dash had been wiped down but left dirt in the corners. My truck is equiped with a tounnue cover that was as dirty as when I brought it in for the wash. I won't be back and don't recommend them to anyone wanting quality work for the money. Also watched on two different occasions the attendant when opening the door let it swing out and bounce to a stop. read more

I come here to get a quick oil change, car wash, and vacuum. The employees are super friendly and don't try to sell you unnecessary products. As I was driving home the last time I went, the battery light turned on. Didn't think too much of it and then as I got home, more lights in my car turned on and it turned off suddenly. It did this two more times, but luckily I was already home and could just park it and call for help. I called Cobblestone and explained what had happened, and the manager Matt was very understanding and offered to come to my apartment after he got off work to take a look at what happened. It ended up being some sort of metal part connected to my battery and just needed to be replaced. It had nothing to do with the oil change and Cobblestone would have never known there was an issue. Matt was great enough to help me with the part and even talked to the auto place across the street for a spare part. I highly recommend Cobblestone on Bell, they do a great detail job and care about you after you're gone! read more
