Josue was a top notch attendant treated me with respect and friendly. Helped with my car wonderfully. I will be back

This is a fantastic car wash! I just had my car washed and hand waxed! It looks amazing:-) I'm very happy with there work! Very nice people! Get the fast pass and wash your car every day:-) read more

I have had to take my car back twice after having it cleaned because only 1/2 of the dashboard was wiped down. You really have to check to see if they did everything before you leave. I don't get my car washed there anymore because of that and the upselling. read more

Car wash poor. Left waterspots all over. Lazy employees. Refused to clean rims properly after being told it would not be a problem. When spoke with manager he stood behind his lazy employees. 1 star is being generous. I immediately threw away wash card I had signed up for. Not this or any other cobblestone carwash will ever see any of my vehicles again. read more

What a poor initial visit! Car was washed quick, but they left car in finishing area for 15 minutes before I gave up and took the unfinished car. No apologizes and I was not alone, many others frustrated standing around. Poor staffing! Would not go back. read more

I went to this location and was very unsatisfied. They charged me more than I requested and wouldn't refund me my money. To top it off they didn't even tell me when my car was finished! I will never be returning to this location! Buyer beware!! read more

Been to this car wash several times and each time it leaves white spots all over the car! Not sure if its water spots or excessive soap not being washed off. The car is clean but very spotty. Everytime I have to use a wet rag to wipe the spots off. Also if I get gas there, I have a very hard time adding a car wash at the pumps to get the discount. I've stopped getting gas there. read more

Had a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE at their sister location in N SCOTTSDALE. Car Wash Manager was not interested in helping me and only escalated the situation. I wanted a corporate (regional) contact to speak with so I stopped at the BELL ROAD/51 location to inquire about a contact number. WHAT A TURNAROUND EXPERIENCE!!! I walk through the door and receive a warm welcome from the cashier. A second cashier jumps behind the counter once the line gets to three people waiting. The General Manager, GUILLERMO, provides me with the regional contact number and then goes out of his way to save Cobblestone a long-term customer. He apologizes for the actions of one of his peers, provides me with a gift card and invites me to frequent his location for my future visits. He assured me that his staff would provide the customer service that I had expected. What a great asset to your mgmt team; COBBLESTONE! Just goes to show that even though you have a business model, the General Manager is the key person executing (or not; N Scottsdale) your business practices! Thank you GUILLERMO for doing the right thing and delivering a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! read more

No attention to detail at this location! I gave it another shot after having poor service the last time and my money was wasted again! After attendant told me it was finished I knew to check the back seat because last time they skipped it. Same situation no interior cleaning of the cup holders, no wiping down the interior side where it was obvious a drink had dripped, the back had not been vacuumed and the side window had little hand prints all over it. I was told for the 15.99 was this all should of been done. The both of us re did the back interior and then he had the audacity to tell me to go around again and have it re vacuumed. No thanks how hard is it to vacuum it the first time. I redid myself at the self serve station. Then I went in to complain and she told they will run it through again-- I didn't need that since I had already cleaned up all THEIR MISTAKES. Give me a complimentary wash, refund, credit... for your errors and a waste of my time all she said was sorry. Don't waste your time or money at this place! read more

I used to bring my car here once or twice a week, sometimes more. Even bought the $30 monthly membership. Then I was told today that even though I've had my car washed here 15-20 times it is suddenly "too low" for their tunnel. I was told by the attendant that even though I pay the $30 a month that now I have to pay an extra $10 each time I get it washed for the "hand wash." ("It's a great deal!!" he said) I told the attendant that I wanted to cancel and he printed up a receipt and dropped it in my lap through the window and walked away. I went inside with every intent to cancel but thankfully the cashier was extremely helpful and informed me the Cobblestone in Mesa has a conveyor type tunnel that can accommodate lower cars. This location has not only lost MY business, but also of my girlfriend and all family in the Phoenix area. Never again! read more

I've been coming here for several years, with pretty good experiences. On 11/26, I bought a booklet of express carwash passes. On 5/8 I went in to use a pass, and they refused to dry my truck. The cashier told me they don't dry the cars for express washes anymore. I was upset, because I never would have bought passes, if I knew I had to dry my own truck. She called over a carwash manager to explain it to me. He starts lying, and telling me it's been over a year, since they stopped drying the cars. Then he starts berating me about how long ago I bought the booklet. He looks it up in the computer, and tells me I bought the passes last year, so I'm wrong. The cashier apologized to me. Not sure if it was because I was getting ripped off, or the manager was being such an ass. read more

Never again!!! They now charge $5.99 for an express wash and don't even dry off the car. Plus, everyone I came in contact with was extremely rude. Stay away from here and don't waste your money!!!!!! read more

Does not clean the inside of the van well enough at all. Left trash in there as well as not cleaning the soda holders out.. The carpet was still dirty and I pulled a big wad of hair off. Did not clean the doors or dust the instrument cluster at all. Cashier was okay but not cheerful at all. You would think she would be considering I am spending my hard earned money paying her pay check. My son is out there right now finishing what should have been done right the first time. I shouldn't have to contact anyone....should have been done right the first time. This is the 3rd time I have given them a chance....I'm done. read more

After going to a different car wash establishment every week for a couple months in early 2013, I finally decided to try out Cobblestone car wash on Bell and 40th street. I was pleasantly greeted by Larry and Shane who handle the wash and upgrade selections, followed by Joe, Vacuum Technician. Joe was extremely thorough, ensuring the front, back and trunk were properly vacuumed. Of course, I gave him a tip as I suggest to everyone. (Did you know they don't receive any of the tip as you leave at the end?) The great service continued with Tyler, Shiloh, Chris and team who do an impressive job cleaning the interior and exterior. After three years of taking my car there on a weekly basis, I feel compelled to share their high level of consistent service. Guillermo who is the GM leads a strong group of professionals who make my life easier by taking great care of my car. read more

Showed up for an über inspection and a basic car wash. Waited for an hour even though there was only one car in front of me when I got there at 8am on Sunday. When I asked how much longer I was told there was 2 cars being serviced and one more waiting ahead of me. I had to leave without the wash or the inspection because I was about to be late for my day job. Guess if you aren't spending big for the full service you just get bumped out of the line. Terrible customer service. What a waste of my time. read more

Back to the Store this am for a quick road tar stain removal the wash missed last night. Again flagged over Guillermo the GM who really is a rock star manager. We are management consultants specializing in customer service optimization. Guillermo is on this as his skill set is quite good. He is the epitome of Dale Carnegie success story with a little Steven Covey magic weaved into his style. He gets it, always right in the trenches outside with his Team. So our experience here the last 2 days with Cobblestone @East Bell Rd has been over the top. We are done with Classic Car Spa on North Scottsdale and Jackson's on Tatum. Knowing a professional like Guillermo has his hands on the pulse of this Store makes for a very easy choice for our ongoing car(s) care. Hoping Cobblestone Senior Management sees the added value which Guillermo brings each day. If they do not, some other Company will grab him at some point. read more

I had my Porsche 911 washed at cobble stone on Bell rd they damaged my front bumper and had me bring my vehicle back in to stage the incident and investigate as to how the vehicle was damaged at there facility I met with the general manager Guillermo who was extremely unprofessional and rude however the first manager I dealt with who was Aaron I can say was very professional and took his time in investigating the incident the day prior anyway to make a long story short As Guillermo was staging the vehicle near the sign where we were attempting to see if that was the spot where the vehicle was damaged the vehicle was then damaged for a second time right in front of my own eyes Although i pointed out the second damage to my vehicle immediatelt after it happened Guillermo still had the nerve to deny my claim or compensation for damages these people are very unprofessional I think cobblestone needs to look for another general manager as this man does not represent there company in a fair professional manner I can say I will be legally pursuing this and I can give credit to Aaron the manager who tried and was very courteous maybe they should promote him if I could give this company zero stars I would all you need to do is look at there BBB profile I am not one to write bad reviews or criticize businesses but trust you me I would stay away these people don't care about there customers and have no integrity especially with the way I was treated by Guillermo read more

Visiting from out of town, this was my first experience at cobblestone and my first review on Yelp. I had my car washed yesterday amd i could not how busy this place was! Everyone seemed to be working very hard to keep the cars moving as fast as possible. The young ladies inside were very friendly, and made me feel welcome. When i got my car back it was cleaned very well, the young man Brandon that gave me my car appologized for the wait, very sweet. Overall my experience here was great, 5 stars had it been a bit faster. Seemed like they needed more room for cars, but great quality wash! read more

Took my new car for Supreme wash costing $16.99. It was not at all worth. New cars are not dirty enough but they did not even do proper dusting of dashboard. Offered so many perfume options but post wash car did not had any essence of perfume, maybe they forgot. Area near license plate still has water droplet stains. Since I bought set of 3 car washes, I have to visit them again otherwise would not have revisited. read more

This carwash is great! Very friendly and customer-oriented. However, there's just WAY too much up-selling. I'm not exactly sure what business and marketing classes the management has taken before acquiring this job, but I'm almost 99.999% sure this much up-selling isn't taught. Cobblestone! All your customers wanna do is get their car washed, enjoy some yummy donuts and coffee all without being hassled every five minutes by the various sales and promotions you have. I think if the efforts put into up-selling were to be put more into the quality of each carwash and detail service, every UNhappy customer would love this place! But seriously. Up-selling is what's driving your customer base away. read more

Had a terrible experience here. Brought a 15 passenger van in on sun evening for an interior detail and basic wash outside and they were very busy so they told me they couldn't finish my van on time so they had me pre pay on a card for $240 dollars and bring the car in the following day. I brought the van in the following day for an interior detail (carpets and seats shampoo'd) and a basic wash outside. 3 hours later they tell me the car is ready, I come back for the van to find they never touched the interior and gave me the works on the outside. I explain I didn't want the exterior package but just a basic wash but I wanted the interior detailed. They tell me I should have paid more for the interior to be done. I explain I never wanted the exterior but the interior done then they tell me I'll have to pay to have that done and the car won't be ready till the next day. They then offer to do the carpets but not the seats unless I pay an additional $100. I refuse to pay extra and request they make it right and do what I originally asked for. They say they can't so I ask for a refund. I go inside the to get my refund only to find out that because they had me pre pay on a card that they can't refund me but they will fill out paperwork and corporate will review my claim and I may get my refund in up to 14 business days. I let them know that is unacceptable and he tells me that customers are always fine with that. I ask for him to credit me on a gift card and I left. Over all very unprofessional and a huge waste of two trips and 5 hours of my time. Do not go to this location! read more

As a first time customer, I called ahead last Saturday to ask about how long a full interior and exterior detail would take. I was told about 45 minutes, which seemed incredibly short so I verified that I wanted a complete full detail that was running about $200. She again verified the time and I was pleasantly surprised, thinking that they just must have multiple people working on the car. I brought in my car at 2pm, and after a quick oil change, it went over to the detail area. Over five hours later and 30 minutes after their close, I was finally motioned over to get my car. During this waiting time, I watched my hazard lights blink for an hour and eventually had to go ask for them to be turned off myself. Although I had been given a completely far off time frame, I was willing to forgive if my car looked great. Unfortunately, it did not. When I finally got my car, the windows were disgustingly dirty, which was amazing given how many times I saw them wipe the windows. Everything was completely greasy, and a week later I still have to wash my hands every time I get out of my vehicle. Also, there were multiple spots on the interior missed. I was so annoyed that it took so much longer than expected that I didn't do a thorough inspection before I left. On my drive home, I discovered a ding in my windshield that of course they will claim was already there. I also discovered that my cupholder insert was missing. The next day, I called and after searching, they said they found the cupholder insert. I had to make a special trip to pick it up the next day, and received no apology for the inconvenience. This was a horrible experience, and I would strongly recommend never entrusting this company with your vehicle. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I got an exterior wash on my way out of town. On my way to CA it started to rain. I turned on my rear wiper only to discover that it wasn't working. I pulled over to see what was going on and there was tape still stuck to my car holding the wiper still. I was gone for a couple of weeks. I went back to the car wash and asked if they could remove the tape residue that was from the tape they installed. The manager accused me of putting the tape on. Why would I put tape on my car and hold my wiper. I wasn't asking for a complete detail. Nor was the manage even going to recommend a free wash due to their mistake. After about an hour of me not being polite anymore and calling the cooperate number he gave me. Which is a complete run around. Still waiting for my call back from them. The manager was completely unprofessional. Told me they don't put tape on cars. Funny as a separate employee had previously said ya that's why we stopped using tape a week ago. The manager was not making this right. After I set there for an hour and refuse to leave the driveway for others to get by. The manager finally had his detailer remove the residue that his establishment left. Where has customer service gone. I wash 4-5 cars there a week and now will never return to a Cobblestone. They don't make their mistakes right and the cooperate won't even return my call. I will not recommend a place that doesn't own their mistakes. No integrity. read more

Have been going to Cobblestone and purchasing Groupons when available for the last few years. I brought my minivan in for a wash. Decided to get a detail. Offered a decent price. The following day my daughter noticed that the passenger side mirror was loose. On my way to work I stopped by Honda and the service adviser noticed that it was not loose but broken internally and there was a paint stripe underneath the mirror. He asked me if I had taken the car in for a wash recently as he sees this happen after carwashes. Unfortunately, my father in law was deathly ill, working and taking care of my kids (and I'll admit not wanting a confrontation at this time), I delayed going back to Cobblestone. I did go in 9/7 and spoke with Guillermo (GM). He stated that due to the time delay he would not accept responsibility. I did have the service advisor for Honda call and verify that I had come into the dealership after the incident as Guillermo requested. Guillermo stated he would have the DM contact me. I have never received any contact. Do I accept responsibility of my delay (yes) Has cobblestone, knowing that I am a good customer made any attempt to make good on the damage they caused which is well over $450 with labor NO. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service performed here. I told them I wanted a car wash, oil change and I needed gas. They told me to purchase my gas and pick the type of wash I wanted and pay at the pump. Then the guy comes with a coupon for the free car wash with an oil change. Of course I couldn't get my money back for the car wash I paid for. Then the guy brings what is supposed to be my air filter which I just had replaced three months ago. Sitting on top is a pile of leaves some of which were crushed inside the filter. It looked like they had stuck their hand in a bag of leaves and just put it on top of the filter. So I end up having to buy a new air filter and oil filter. By this time I'm already upset and out $160.00 because of course I paid for the most expensive car wash. Then I'm called to pick up my vehicle and I look in the backseat and it wasn't vacuumed and I look in the back of my Pilot and the whole back end hadn't been vacuumed either. They only vacuumed the front floor boards. I had to ask the guy to vacuum the rest of my car. He did it but politely told me it wasn't his job because he was the detail man. Well every time I've ever had my car detailed that meant they cleaned the seats too. VERY POOR SERVICE AT THIS COBBLESTONE. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I believe they took advantage of me because I am an elderly woman with a handicap. read more

Over the years we have tried and tried to make this our car wash. From damage to rudeness and just super slow it just is not working. For example, the guy on the driveway has more energy than anyone else. Such a hustle, i feel violated by time I get what I want, not what he wants. For some reason the $18.99 wash does not get the same service the $23.99 wash gets. I see them fuss over the others, air spraying, cleaning the wheels, drying off the car, doing the windows. Today my car finally came out, the guy says ready! I ask about the dirt on the wheels, so he give a little attention, I ask are you not going to dry the car off, he goes around and drys off, the air hose never comes out. Finally I ask, "did I buy the wrong car wash"? It seems I must have because I have to stand here and ask you to do the things that are on the board on the driveway. He just shrugged. Its laughable when you read the Oil Change signs, 15minute oil change and wash. Really? I would like to see that happen. Well not me, NOT coming back. Recently we tried the Costco wash, super so fast and such a good job for only $8.00. And yes, you have to vacuum yourself, but your done in half the time. read more

I've gone here for years, but not anymore. I pulled in and my car had been rained on, hadn't been washed in awhile. I bought my wash at the gas pump hoping that this would prevent the increasingly pushy upselling. Not a chance. "Are you wanting those mats steam-cleaned?" "No thank you, just a vacuum. I'm in a hurry." "What about a detail?" "No just the wash, thanks." "I could make you a deal for later, cuz you know you (sic) really needing one, right?" "Thanks, I have a detailer who's also a friend." "You better be calling your friend, then!" I won't share what I said under my breath, but I'm sure you can imagine. As their final act of defiance, they left some easily vacuumable pieces on my driver's side mat. The guys at the front of the line should take a lesson from the guys at the end of the line - the finishers. They are awesome, hard-working, and humble. Sadly, too little, too late... read more

Just before Christmas I purchased a 'deal chicken' for a detail job at Cobblestone. I also purchased a second one for a wax and buff. When I took my car to the car wash manager, Phil, he told me I couldn't use both...only one of the other. I explained that no where on the coupon does it say that PLUS it did not say that on the Deal Chicken site. He kept repeating himself but finally sought the advice of another manager. That manager said the same but I explained to him I paid two seperate times for the two different jobs he relented. I was a FIRST TIME customer and would have NEVER returned after being treated so shoddy. When I originally called I asked about getting both done and that was fine and I was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Now Phil told me it would take 5 hours. I was furious. I went inside the building looking for a manager and ran into Thomas, who is a detail manager. Thomas listened to my story and told me he would take care of me personally. Thomas had my vehicle detailed and waxed in 2 1/2 hours and it is beautiful. I've had a lot of vehicles detailed at different places over the years but none did as good as Cobblestone...ONCE THOMAS got involved. He kept me informed all along the way. I met Thomas's wife, Misty, who is a cashier at Cobblestone and she was great about explaining the 'rewards' plan they have. Thomas has made me a believer in Cobblestone and I highly recommend them...at least as long as Thomas works there. read more

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Service Advisor would not take no for answer for upgrading wash. It's as almost he had a nervous breakdown. Called me names. Refused to let me leave. I Wanted my brand new $70,000 car washed and asked for ULTIMATE $25.00 wash. I guess this was not enough because he wanted me to spend extra for a 10 min quickie wax job. I really tried to be nice, but he kept coming at me and would"nt give me service ticket for wash. Said I wanted to leave. Had me boxed into wash lanes. He ran around the service area complaining about me, calling me names, still refusing to give me wash ticket. Was afraid for my saftey for saying "NO" to this service writer.
