Today the gentleman at the check-in station explained the washing services available, and helped me choose the best wash for my needs. I brought my 2012 Nissan Frontier truck to get an oil change. The crew was friendly and they didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. That's where the pleasantries end! At the time, my truck was the only one getting an oil change. While I was waiting, three other vehicles came in and they were finished before me. At the time, I couldn't understand what was taking so long. Afterwards, I had paid to get my truck washed. I paid for the Ultimate plus. The interior was cleaned but they never wiped down the dashboard or center console. It was still covered in dust! I was about a mile or so down the road and SMOKE started coming inside my truck. LOTS of smoke! There were no lights on my dash and the temp gauge was fine. I pulled over and lifted the hood. After the smoke cleared, I looked at my engine and oddly enough, the entire right side was SPOTLESS as if it was washed down and detailed. The left side was still dusty like a 140K mile engine would look like. It appears they either put too much oil in or spilled it all over the engine and tried to clean it up. There was a small puddle of oil on the ground from the extra runoff of oil. This is absolutely INEXCUSABLE to do this and not tell the customer. All they had to say was we made a mistake and spilled some oil. We tried to clean it but you may see some smoke. But no! They obviously tried to clean it up and not tell me anything. This was and will be the LAST time I get service at your business. read more

If I could give this car wash zero stars I would. I spend $29.95 on a hand wash. This was yesterday. Haven't driven my car much at all today. Noticed that the bugs on the front were still bad and covered the front bumper. I've been going to Cobblestone for 3 plus years because they always did a perfect job. Done. Went back today to talk about the bugs. They took it over to have the bugs removed. Which still show. Especially on a black car. Got into my car today and all of my quarters were stolen from my center cup holder. I will no longer use this location or Cobblestone. Nothing will make it right and I will never do business with people who steal from their customers. You lost a customer that would come once a week and spend $120 in washes a month. Done. read more

I've tried this place a couple of times and it just feels like they rush as many cars through as quickly as possible. When they're slow, they do a pretty good job, but if you visit them on a busy day, the results are subpar. I would give them 4 stars on good days and 2 stars on a bad day. I go here on a regular basis because its close. It's sad that I need to go directly to the self vacuums to re-vacuum my vehicle after every wash. we've always been greeted with a smile and knowledgeable employees. All the employees have been very good to my husband and i. They always help with any questions or concerns we've had. One time a quick lube service employee told me I needed air In my tires. He took my car back and filled up the tires. Gustavo is great! He never fails to make us feel valued and appreciated. I know he's going to offer a smile and a thank you and make me feel like a valuable customer. He always remembers my picky requests before I even say them. They have a winner in that employee! Nothing is perfect, but if we voice a concern they are very quick to fix it right away with no hassle. I love this cobblestone! read more

During my recent oil change the technician leaned against my vehicle with a jacket with a big brass zipper on it and chipped the paint in four places. cobblestone management said they couldn't possibly have done it, basically calling me a liar, even though I personally witnessed the technician leaning against my vehicle. This place had something on their car wash track that knocked my car off the track causing the truck behind me to hit my car and put a 3 inch tear in my bumper! Well Mr Dyer, it appears you're not conducive to constructive criticism, which is rather surprising from a stated "Operations Manager" and one who appears to be in the charge of answering customer service concerns and relations. It's a holiday today so I was out with my family having a picnic with all of our phones off. So if there was a call, I wouldn't have heard it; however, I just checked and there were no messages on my voice-mail from any Cobblestone Manager. So that looks like a truth challenge. Yelp! Is about reviewing our experiences and I reviewed your establishment about 2 very different experiences that I had for 2 separate vehicles. I brought to attention the irony of the board message in comparison to my 2 vastly different experiences. You may claim, "It does not matter what kind of vehicle they drive, we treat all customer with the up most respect" but you can't substantiate that. Your statement is a claim, mine is a fact. My claim comes from direct experiences, so like it or not, that is exactly what happened in your facility. I accept challenges, like the one presented to you, not as an attack, but as stepping stones to success and to better brand/product. That's how I roll. I have no ulterior motive in writing my review of your company. My reviews are of an altruistic nature as I trust the Yelp! reviews when I patron establishments. Your answer feels more of an attack than any sort of solution based. Moreover, as a manager, and a manager dealing with customer service, don't you feel the intelligent thing to do would be to research the issue as opposed to stating "To my understanding" without vetting and verifying what they said might be a lie? Well no Jason. I didn't tell anyone to "F-Off." That's totally absurd and would be way out of my character. You can shake your head and say I'm lying and your staff is truthful but where is my motive to lie? I have none and have asked you for nothing...so there is no motive to lie. On the other hand, your employees, who delivered sub-par service, and are defending said poor service, well, Jason, do they have a motivation to lie there? You don't have to answer; it's rhetorical. Truth challenge #2. "We call all customers names over the intercom system. If customer do not pick put their vehicle, we do park them off to the side" albeit this may be your policy and procedure, as a customer, it wasn't correctly conveyed to me and as a CUSTOMER it upset me that I was needlessly waiting. I asked the tech what the procedure was and if they were going to call me as I held up my phone. He said they would call me. He didn't say over a loudspeaker. Additionally I HAD TO ASK him what procedure was, he didn't offer it to me which in my OPINION would have been good customer service. Don't you feel that it's your responsibility as a business to educate your customers on your proper procedure? Again that's rhetorical Jason. Frankly, I didn't care for your published response. It starts off with a "thank you for your review" and then quickly slides into passive/aggressive overtones sprinkled with completely false accusations. As aforementioned, I didn't solicit this response, you did. If someone would have left me a phone message, I would have called back as I'm a solution-finder not a blamer, but after your accusatory statements, well, No Thanks, I'll just never go back - ever. It's proven to me that your staff has integrity issues. If you love your vehicle, DO NOT BRING IT TO COBBLESTONE for a wash. I am very cautious about where I park my cars so there is the least chance of it getting dinged, dented or scratched in parking lots. I also walk around my car when I return to it. On September 7th I brought my car to the Cobblestone on Signal Butte for a wash, since I had a package for 3 washes that need to be used up. When I entered the line for the wash, I got out gave the attendant my keys and watched him walk around my car to inspect it. I then went inside the store to watch it going through the wash at the viewing area, then I went to the outside seating area where they dry and detail the cars. When my car pulled up I notices a dent in the front bumper, a perfect indent of a trailer hitch receiver. I brought it to the attendants attention and he went to find his supervisor. When the supervisor came to see me, he looked at the damage and said that we could go look at the surveillance video to see what happened. The video quality is so grainy that you cannot see it well enough to see if the damage was there before. He pointed out that there was enough space between my car and the Ram truck that was in front of my car that it could not have happened in the tunnel. Conveniently enough, they do not have video of where the cars come out of the tunnel, which I believe is where the damage happened, as the cars roll of the end of the track. It was clear that I was not going to get anywhere with this person, so I asked to speak with the General Manager, who was not in, but would be there the next day. I called the JR, the GM the next day and spoke to him about the damage and he said that he was aware that there was an incident. I told him that I wanted to bring my car to the wash again to show him how I thought it happened. When I arrived at the store to meet with him we looked at the video again and I recommended that we put my car through again to see if we can see the damage on the car. He was very reluctant to do this and kept changing the subject. So I asked him if he could walk me through the entire tunnel so I could show him how it could have happened. At the end of the tunnel, the cars roll off the track, if the car in front is not moved out of the way fast enough, the cars will collide. I showed JR how with the tires in the track that the center of the truck that was in front of my car lined up perfectly with the damage to my car. I kept pushing to run my car through the system again and when he finally agreed, you could see the damage in one shot that you could not see in the video from the day before. Point proven in my eyes. The GM then put his foot in mouth by saying that I could take it down to the body shop that they use ALL THE TIME. His quote; "I sent BMWs, Lexus, Mercedes there all the time when they get damaged here". He wanted me to get an estimate of the repairs and said that he could meet me half way with the repair costs. I went to the body shop that her told me to go to, very sketchy, borderline illegal shop that is run out of a shed in AJ. Again, foot in mouth, the guy at the shop told me that Cobblestone sends so many damaged cars there that they give a 10% discount. The estimate I received from this shop was nearly $900, but I would not bring my car to that shop for repairs. I brought my car to a more reputable repair shop and received another quote for around $1000. I called JR back and let him know what it was going to cost and he was shocked and said that he could not pay that, nor could he meet me half way with the repairs. So I offered, reluctantly to go through my insurance and he pay half of my $500 deductible, to which he said he could not, but would gladly give me $150 detail job when car was repaired. At this point, I got pissed and told him that I wanted to speak with his boss. He gave me the number to the Regional Manager, Jason. I called that number and got his voicemail and asked him to call me back. After a fourth voicemail mail and a week later, Jason finally returned my call, which was pointless, as it was clear that he was going to give me the same treatment and refuse to help me. Here we go again, another bad experience with the staff at Cobblestone! My family has become accustom to the high pressure sales, poor customer service and the below average wash jobs but today tops it all. I took my daughters car in for fuel and purchased the "Quickys" Best wash at the pump. After paying for the wash and driving over to the express lanes they were blocked off with yellow cones. I then decided to pull into the main lane line and asked Wayne (service writer) what the issue was. I was confused as I was able to pay for the wash at the gas pump even though it was blocked off. Wayne acted as though he was unaware of any issue and stated he would check with his manager Jordan. As I listened to them speak through the walkie talkies I could not believe the language Jordan used, and in short stated I will need to come back another day. At this point I expressed to Wayne that I would like Jordan (manager) to come over as I now have 3 cars behind me and had already paid for the wash. Wayne attempted to call Jordan again and he failed to respond. I then asked Wayne to call the store manager JR as I want this resolved. I was then told JR was off today so I asked Wayne to go get Jordan over here which he finally did. I expressed to Jordan I just paid for the wash and I would like the car washed, which he stated the express service is down and he could not help me. At this point I expressed to him, either refund my money or wash the car somehow. He then stated that he would run the car through but I would not get the wash I paid for as they are having problems with the tunnel. I asked him "What about the other 10 cars I've watched run through the tunnel while I was waiting?" He stated they paid for the FULL SERIVICE WASH. I told him that is fine and I would just chalk it up to another bad experience at Cobblestone. As I came out of the tunnel Jordan is waiting and I assumed he was going to give me the wipe down rag and the air freshener that should have been included in the wash. What happened when I rolled down the window I could not even believe! Jordan (The On Duty Manager) stated he would need the $10.00 back that the service writer Wayne reimbursed to me, due to the issues? I explained to Jordan that never happened and I am very offended that he would ask me for $10.00! (this is not even the amount I paid for the wash). I told to him I am going to go dry off my car and then go inside to get the corporate number. He then again asked me about the $10.00! I told him this makes no sense at all, that a service writer would give me money out of his pocket? I expressed to him I own a business and that would never happen and I feel I am being accused of stealing money. I asked Jordan for the wipe down rag and air freshener I paid for and he stated he could not help me. Not only did I get screwed out of the wash I paid for, but also got accused of stealing $10.00 from the service writer! I told Jordan he may want to check the security cameras and he will see this never happened. After I dried off the car with a paper towel I went inside and spoke to the assistant manager. She told me I could speak with Jordan about it today or call JR the location manager on Tuesday. I asked for the corporate number which she kindly provided. I called the number given and left a message at extension 2254 and have yet to hear back. From now on, I think I will just stick with Car Spa. They are a little further but I am done at this place. read more

Drop off my truck at 730am. It's now 1021am. Wash and wax. Gone 2 hours and then they start it. Slow slow slow when having a lot done. Charge you 218.00 bucks and then lied about time. Plus the quality has gone way down and they do their buddies cars first as I can see by all the cars going out before me that arrived after me. Don't let a girl walk up to them, they all stop to chat her up. Like I have nothing better to do than watch them take their time. Manager is no help and just shrugs it off. If they were working in my company it would be a tough day for them. Update. 3 hours and 10 minutes. Not very clean and don't want to tell them as I will be here even longer. I went there today to get an oil change and my car washed I specifically asked for air to be put into my tires because they were low I even offered to pay extra and they said no problem it was part of my package it would be done. Well after I left it was not done I went to a tire place and they had not been touched also my car was not clean I paid a lot of money for very poor service I will not return and they didn't seem too concerned when I spoke to the manager as well. Frankly I was very disappointed with my experience today. I stopped using a different car wash place because of quality issues and have been happy with other Cobblestone locations, but this one was horrible. I brought my Mercedes R350 in for an oil change and wash. First of all, I was told they didn't have a filter for my car and that I should go get one at Walmart or something and bring it back. WHAT? Who does that? If I'm paying $70 for full synthetic and you don't have the filter, go get it! Needless to say I didn't get my oil changed. I then went to the wash line, I had to get out of the car before I was helped, never had that before. Then the quality of the wash, I had to finish it at home. The windows were spotty, there was a blue liquid dried all over, and let's just say it was almost as dirty as it was going in. The interior was not vacuumed well and the air fresheners were not changed out. Yes, I know what the old was looked like. Horrible job, will not return and will recommend no one else use this location. read more

I paid $150.00 for a full detail on my truck. After a half ass wash I find what I can describe for lack of better words a scratch on my front fender that's over an inch long, 1/4 wide and down to bare metal. Long story short they fucked my truck up, didn't want to give me the money back for the rest of the service they didn't perform and I damn near ended up in jail because the supposed manager has a bigger fucking ego than sense for customer service. Gave me $100.00 back after police involvement and changing his story to the officer. So it cost me $50.00 for a shitty wash job with my truck still dirty and another $325.00 t o fix the paint that they completely fucked up. The supposed manager threatened to disprove me with the cameras until I told him to pull it up so they can pay for the repair and then the story changed to he doesn't have to do anything. Next time I am just going to beat his ass. I mean if police need to be involved then I might at well make it worth my time. BBB investigation incoming. read more

I took my car in for a complete detail, including wax and upholstery cleaning. This was the 150-180 dollar package. Very unsatisfied. They even ripped a hole in my convertible top after I explained to them how delicate it was. They left wax residue all over my paint, the wheels had water marks and smudges all over them, the interior was not cleaned at all. Today I said I wanted the "ultimate" for $25.99, because that Istanbul car wash allowance. So he asks if they should use armorall on the interior and I say very lightly. They always use some sort of spray on the inside anyway, so I assume they just ask. I go to checkout and they charge $32.99 for the ultimate plus. I told cashier I did not ask for that and she says "but you wanted armorall?? So now besides a mediocre at best car wash, they use the "bait and switch" to upsell. Unbelievable. Came in with our lifted truck, was told by a very nice girl that it would fit into car wash. Proceeded to move to that area when a male stops and says "can I help you?" But not in a friendly, welcoming manner. Explained how we were told that we could fit, he sharply says no, that it's gotta be a hand wash, which would've been no problem, but when asked how long it would take, he sharply says "about an hour and a half", not a stitch of good customer service in him. We're done, gave the second chance, you don't care about how your employees treat customers, so we'll continue with original plan of never going back. We were in town for a wedding, and since the drive from Las Vegas to Phoenix can get a car dirty, I decided to get a wash before meeting friends for lunch. I'm particular about my car, so i opted for the hand wash. They did a very poor job--especially considering the car wasn't very dirty. They didn't half wash the wheels. Worst of all, they got grease from their shoes on my carpets. I tried to get the attendant to do a better job on my wheels, but I finally just gave up and left. I regreted going here. read more

I asked for a re-do and the guy spent less than a minute. I asked for a manager and was told he was not there. I sent in a request from the Cobblestone website asking for a credit or to go to another facility and got no response. I called the corporate office and they said someone would call back. No one called back. I called the Signal Butte facility and again was told someone would call back, nothing. Cobblestone's prices are not low, their sales team is aggressive, the finishing team is in a hurry and doesn't care it seems, the management has no time for a client with problem... I asked for a car wash inside And was told that i had to find someone in a green shirt outside to give me a slip and then walk back inside to be rung up for the service. I didnt complain but I could already tell that is a bastard system. I walked out front and after being panhandled by a guy selling his home label hip hop record, I proceeded to walk back and forth across the front of the building for somewhere between 5-10 minutes. I thought this place was great. They estimated the time to finish my car exactly. The job they did was fantastic. I wish I would have known that they were going to put all my belongings in a plastic bag because when I left, I freaked out because a lot of my things were missing (but later found them in the bag). I got the $99 special like Mike V. did and it came back to me immaculate. The greeter and service people were very friendly. When you pay for the services, you have to go inside to the gas station part to do so. I figure that they are not truly part of the wash so they don't always know what is going on.
