Here is a revised "nicer" review, previously wrote a tip instead of review. Pros: Dunkin' Donuts, quick, plenty of seating, some nice attendants (Gilbert was very helpful), friendly staff inside, convenient. Cons: constant up selling/pushy salesmen, not very thorough washing, some of the attendants tend to talk over you/don't really want to listen. I understand for them it's work. They just want to get you in and out, for your convenience, but I value good customer service a little more than not being thorough. I have been offered to make it up to me and that's great, but I don't see myself making the drive over for a while. I no longer need an oil change and rarely treat myself to a car wash. Side note, my mother's car got serviced the next day and she got a great car wash and oil change. read more

All in all, I'm rather impressed. I never normally go anywhere to get my car taken care of due to me being cheap and slightly handy myself, but decided that I'd give them a try because I'm also lazy. ^_^ They did my oil which the guys down there did a great job. They took the time to talk to me about everything my crummy car needed. They didn't just treat me like "a woman" and explain things to me like I was five which actually impressed me. When I came inside the store I realized that there's a Dunkin Donuts in there. So 10 minutes and an iced coffee later I talked to the girl at the counter. She was nice and cheery even know it was busy though she seemed not to know when or how they were going to call me when my car was done. Another girl had to come over and tell her what was up. I guess she was new. Anyway, the car wash people were okay and did a good job, though I don't know how they deal with being outside all day... My car came out great; way better than I could do at home and will most likely go back again for a better wash when my car looks like a pack of mud covered pigs took it for a road trip. I was you'd for a detailed service that I paid $180. Fir would take 1 1/2 hours. They knew I stay to wait. And in that 1 1/2 hour not one person started on my van. I complained and still they waited. I've taken my truck there several times, and frankly majority of the time it's hit or miss, but mostly miss. I think there was one time my truck actually looked like they cared to clean it. Most common issue is they don't really check to see if everything is clean, they just get it done, call your name that it's ready, and if you point out something is still dirty they get very bothered. My anxiety is pretty high right now. Just paid my third visit to cobblestone; does not look promising. The gentleman that was trying to reset my blank radio display, unpluged my radio for about 5 minutes stared at it plugged it back in, started the car and started fidgeting with buttons. After the radio display would not come back on he then proceeded to sit halfway in my car, undergoing "Google that stuff" troubleshooting, looking for other options to fix my radio or blame damage on the manufacturer. The Hyundai dealership told me that the damage was probably due to having too much moisture around or behind the screen. this cobblestone location is refusing to accept responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle and explain to me that they will not be paying for the damage but they said that they can get me a good deal and they "know a guy who can install my radio" I went for a $150 detail instead it might cost me $1,500 or more. I have used this car wash since it opened, my husband has the monthly plan, I pay as I go. The last 3 times I had my car washed it was left with spots on front window as well as the top of the car. So yesterday I brought it to the attention of the manager John. He said his water softening system was down today, I made mention it has happened for the last 3 washes...I would take car home and reclean window and hood with diluted vinegar and water which would solve the issue. He said I had the typical AZ pot marks on my front window....it was replaced 3 months ago....my frustration came with the fact he never offered a solution..so another 7$ wasted. I'm done with this car wash and I told my husband to cancel his monthly payment and go elsewhere. A simple apology with a solution would have been nice. I have come to get my oil changed and car washed here a bunch of times.. today I decided to use the coupon that was sent to me and the price was much higher than the coupon price said, so I nicely asked why it was double the coupon price and a man rudely said its a basic coupon and you have to pay shop fees etc.. I was fine with it.. I then asked to upgrade my car wash to the best one as there was also a 5 dollar coupon for that and I was told no I couldn't use my coupon. I said ok.. and then I said to the cashier I've been here many times and not been treated so rude ever.. I asked if that man was the manager and he says YES.. I said sir I was only asking a question.. I was not rude while asking.. he said I was answering you! I asked his name and he walked away from me.. I said sir may I please have your name and he continued to walk away and said again.. sir .. sir... may I have your name and he ignored me and went in a back room and closed the door! I'm the last person to complain about this but this place got me really upset. I dropped my car off around 12:50 to get a full interior, they said 2-3 hours. Ok nice that's what I expected. Went out to Phoenix went to lunch and expected it to be close to done. It is now 3:30 and I walk over to see how far I had to go and they had not even worked on it! 3 hours later and they didn't touch it. Asked for a manager to give me a refund because now it is about 4 and I know it takes a good hour for them to Clean it. We walk over and they start working on it. I know you might be short staffed or whatnot but I leave my car here and you haven't touched it in 3 hours...Still waiting and it's now 4:25. Won't be coming back. read more

This place sucks!! It's over priced and you don't get what you pay for. And don't stop here if you have any other plans for the day. They have no cense of time, they promise your vehicle will be done at a certain time ( they even write it on a piece of paper) and never follow through. Today I had to wait an extra hour because their incompetent employees couldn't ever wash my truck property, he smeared armor all all over the side of my truck. And once they were finished with my truck, it looked terrible, the dash was still dirty and the windows weren't clean!! Scott, The guy who sells the washes as you pull up sold me a 100% handwash since I was concerned they use brushes. 2 minutes later.... I see my car inside the tunnel with the brushes. I found Scott to advise and his nonchalant attitude came through when he said, " well I wrote it on the window. You can talk to the manager". Someone who takes pride in their job/word would have apologized, and handled the situation themselves instead of telling the customer to find the manager. If he truly was not empowered to correct the situation, he should have at least went and called the manager for me, and maybe even said sorry???? The manager did try to correct it, with a free wash. Had an issue with my vehicle being hit during the wash. I have emailed the Cobblestone Auto Spa franchise because the general manager is no help whatsoever. The wash has no auto stop when a vehicle goes off track for whatever reason or anyone watching while the cars are going through the wash which would have prevented my vehicle from leaving with a damaged bumper. This already-proven devious outfit advertised an oil change for $19.99. Nothing was said about any additional fees, like more oil than the car needs, sales taxes or crooked "shop fees". If you don't mind blowing $30 for a careless car wash, $40 for a $19.99 oil change, or other tricky rip-offs, Cobblestone Auto Spa will not disappoint. As for me, I can wash it myself for far less than $30, especially if they won't clean the inside glass, instrument panel, or even vacuum the interior thoroughly. read more

Dupped again. So it was our anniversary and we wanted to have a nice clean car for the day date.. went to CS and bought the Ulimate Plus. The place was slow so we thought, great, a little more detail. Well the tech working on the car in front of us worked on their car for about 15 minutes and the manager came up and told him he was too slow.. our car was done in 5 minutes and SUCKED. None of the surfaces were cleaned AT ALL. Fingerprints on the door trim, the door jams were filthy. We also found that they didn't pick up the mats and vacuum under them either. I thought that by bringing my car here, it would be clean, not just cleanER than it was before. My car was not in bad shape, just needed a good wash, vacuum and dusting. So I paid for an ultimate plus car wash, excited that my car would be clean. Well, I was wrong. I'm going to have to wipe down the windshield again because her is still dirt and bird poop on it. I'm also going to have to wipe down my center console because the chrome still has some spots. You all need a serious lesson in quality. Update to my previous situation. I received a call from one of the store managers after I provided my contact information. They apologized for bad work and let me know to come in and they would redo the job again. I brought the vehicle in and thankfully was able to talk to Jason again. He said e would have them do a full detail again but needed me to come back on Saturday to have more time to take care of the vehicle. He also said they would buff out a scratch that I had on the side of the vehicle. Came back today, 8/29, and spoke to Jason. He said he would have them wash, detail, and buff out the scratch and to come back in an hour. Hour and a half later I headed over to get my SUV. I saw it in one of the staging bays when I arrived. I walked over to it and spoke to one of the cleaners. The inside was beyond clean. I was really impressed with the work they put into it. Unfortunately, the guy told me that he was never notified about the scratch so he didn't buff it out. Not a big deal. I was there to get the detail redone with the buff job being a bonus. I feel that most of my confidence in this establishment has been restored. I will keep my monthly car wash subscription but will try out another establishment when it comes to my next detail. read more

Just left this location. I had an oil change then a car wash. When they called my name to give me my truck my right wheel well was laying on my wheel . The guy just looked at me and said well I tucked it up under there you should be good. I replied with yeah and in 5 seconds it's gonna fall. None of the "men" tried to help me but gladly accepted my tip. I was then asked to move my truck as I was removing the piece myself. The so called manager JR came out. I told him it was fine when they did my oil change and once it came out of the wash it was like this. He said well there's nothing we do to even touch that part. This place has horrible service and management, corporate doesn't return your calls either when you try to hold them accountable. They had two cars lined up too close. The car in front jumped the tracks and the car behind hit that car. All witnesses saw the drivers had nothing to do with the accident, the manager treated these two ladies unlike anything I've heard of in the service industry. I paid for the Diamond wash since it has been awhile since I had a good wash. They took an hour to complete, so I just knew they did an amazing job! WRONG!! The carpet was barely vacuumed. A truck lost or I should say dropped a 5 gallon bucket of white paint on Hwy 60 at Kings Ranch Road - ran all over the road. We tried to squeeze off the road to miss it. We went straight to Cobblestone Auto Spa to get it washed off. Justin said do you realize you have white paint on the side of your car? We explained what happened and paid $33. for a wash. As the man was drying the car off my husband asked him to please wipe off the paint which started to do. Soon, Justin came over to him and told him to stop trying to get it off. Husband asked to speak to the manager and after a verbal altercation , the manager came over. Told us it would cost $100 and they would try to get it.
