The manager Eddy should be fired. I waited and waited because my unlimited pass wasn't working. Finally I called. He told me to beep my horn for someone to come which I did. Still no one! I called again and he yelled at me telling me that he couldn't do anything from inside the building. I asked to speak to his manager and he informed me he was the manager. Complete lack of leadership and customer service. He was extremely rude and put out that I would even call. read more

For $37 this is what I got, I got to come home and vacuum the backseats and all floor mats again, apply tire shine to the other half of my tires, wipe down the entire interior (dash, doors & entire back compartment) clean the streaky windows (inside & out), get the bug residue off the windshield, mirrors and the front grill, clean the roof, wipe down my rear bumper, & use the California duster to tidy it up before parking it!! What an experience....the guy says to me "yeah, we'll turnover is high and we don't have experienced ppl" save your money & find a $3-$5 drive through//free vacuum place. The Higley and Southern location is the worst. The inside windshield is always a get home redo if you want to see out of it. check the entire car before you leave. The Staff (Victor) are unprofessional and rude. After ten washes I am tired of getting the up sale crap. they do such a bad job at each price point, that it only makes sense only to buy the cheapest wash and then go home and finish. The "Quality Control" person is out there to smile get the tip, as they would have to be blind to miss: UN-Vacuumed floor boards, water and water spots, the drivers side looks great the passenger UN-wiped areas dirty partially cleaned rim's. if you pay extra for armor all or their knockoff, the side of your vehicle will be a mess by the time you get home as they use so much it sprays as you drive. and for unknown they will Armour all the steps of your jeep which turns them into slippery mess. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Got the supreme wash. Poor vaccume job. Circular and cross hatch Scratches on my entire hood of my car. Didn't wash inside of windows. Grease left on sides of my car. Auto wash manager was a real jerk didn't want to correct or take responsibility for the damage. On a positive note: the conveinance store was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly. Mario: was very kind and took it upon himself and buffed the scratches out of my hood and fixed areas that weren't clean. Thank you. He should be the auto wash manager, he possesses actual customer service skills. Cassey: convenience store manager was polite and pleasant and apologized. He also would have been a better manager then that jerk auto wash manager. Oh and whatever your name is Mr. AUTO wash manager...I can read lips. I called ahead to drop off my car for an oil change and was told to come and that there was only one car in the shop and I should be able to leave it there and get back to my hospital job quickly. I got there and there was a full garage with 4 cars In it (5min later than my call) so I walked In and the guy at the counter said "ya it's going to be a while" no explanation what to do. I asked do I have to sit in my car and he said "ya" then left. No one came out to take my info or my keys. I left promptly to the "Rustic Wrench" autoshop down the road who immediately took my car In and was very professional and refreshing. read more

I took my 2019 Toyota Tacoma to get detailed. I had driven over some freshly painted lines in the road without knowing it and had some white paint splatter on my truck. I asked the guy that was detailing it if it was possible to get it off and he said absolutely! He then proceeded to pull out a jug of paint thinner and a scrubby thing and started scrubbing the spots on my truck. I stopped him and asked him what he was using and he told me it was paint thinner. I asked him if it would damage the truck and he told me no. He said he had years of experience and he was the best one working there and that's why he got paid the most. He promised me it would not damage the truck. Well he was wrong! There are large scouring marks from the front to the back of my truck! I have called three times and I was told that a manager would call me back. I have also went back down there and I was told the manager is not available. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I live close by to this location and I stop there for gas from time to time. But the last time I went here to get my car washed, which was a week or so ago, will be my LAST time I get my car "washed" here. I was in a time crunch so I took it here to get washed before I was headed to my company christmas party. I paid 25 for the wash package. Waited for my car to be done. Got my car and went home. Got out to check my car. I have two small kids and there were still dirty foot prints on the backs of my seats. I looked at the bottom of my front fenders and there was still road dirt and such that they "forgot" to clean. There was also a new scuff mark on my passenger side door that I had to take care of. I then spent another 2 hours rewashing my car to how I like it. I've had to do this a few other times but this time was the final straw. I will not be returning to this so called car wash. I've emailed them many times complaining about their service and performance but no replies. I do a better job washing it myself anyway but when time is of the essence and you need a quality service done, sometimes it's best to just do it yourself. read more

I have been a customer of Cobblestone car wash for several years now and I have been in, almost, all locations valley wide and none of them can match the quality of service Ricardo Escalona, (the manager at Signal Butte location), delivers every time at his location. I have been bring all my vehicles to get car washed and oil change here sense they opened up. Once in awhile I'll get their over priced gas. Oil change is great. Car washes are hit and miss. This last Saturday will be the last time I will ever been customer of theirs. I am a unlimited car wash holder. I go about every week. This last Saturday I brought my car in to be washed. I pull up and park my car to be vacuumed, I at first turned off my car, then I remembered that I needed to turn it back on for them. I unloaded my kids and left the car and went inside. We patiently waited at the finish line for our car to be called. They eventually called us over to our car. They told me they could not start the car and handed me the keys. I look at my keys and noticed that they were broken. The one piece the I need that has the chip was missing. The supervisor came over and started to help look for the missing piece of my keys. They eventually had to move the car to keep on going with other cars. A couple more employees came over to help find it. I stepped back. After an hour of them searching for the missing piece I asked to talk to the manager. The Manager TJ came to me and said they can not find the other half of the key and start blaming me for it. I told him that everything was perfectly fine with my keys when I left my car. I asked for a refund for the month of April. He was rude and said he was not going to do so, because it was my fault they broke my keys. And basically was told that I am not a valued customer because I am a unlimited car wash holder and they are loosing money off of me. While on the phone with a dealership with more bad news, TJ came up to me with my keys all together (chip and all). I asked him once again for the refund. All he did is point to the computer and said " use that computer over there to cancel your membership." The computer was not working. I go out to my car with my kids and open up the door to my car in complete shambles. They opened up all them compartments and threw it everywhere, the mats were everywhere. The supervisor came over and saw the mess and I had asked him nicely to put my car back together. He was just about to start when the manager TJ came over and told me that he will not have anyone put my car back together. He said, "I found the missing part of my key under the seat and had to dig threw all my crap to find it." When I first came all there was on the floors of my car was water bottles. TJ continued to argue with me. I had a friend pull up and witness him being extremely rude and condescending to me. All I had wanted is to get my car washed and go on with my busy Saturday. Instead it ended as a fiasco. I had to cancel appointments. read more

They will sneak in hidden prices they say are free with oil change or break things on your car then argue until you lose your cool then rectify after the point. Lazy lack of attention to detail. They did a very poor job cleaning the inside. Obvious areas not even touched with a rag inside, and outside, my truck. Dust still on the doors, parts of the dashboard, and center console. Dirt still on the rear bumper... I went back to point out the lack off attention and to have them do the areas missed. They did it, but I got a "whatever" attitude vibe from the supervisor of all people. I wont be back. read more

This is not a car wash, it's a rip off! Paid $28 for a wash that left dirt and bugs still visible on the front bumper and grill, brake dust that was on the wheels was partially baked on after the so called wash. My wash included tire dress that was spotted on by a lad that seemed to be high on either alcohol or drugs or maybe both! What a total waste of time and money, I don't know how they manage to stay in business! Wrote a review on the company site and asked for a call back from someone at the business in authority. To date, no call back, maybe they haven't discovered how to use the telephone for a business call! Most certainly don't know how to clean a vehicle. Definitely would not recommend this joke of a car wash! read more

I'm new to this area and was looking for a full service car wash. A friend that's lived here a while recommended cobblestone. I didn't check out the reviews on yelp before going and I'm glad I didn't. This review is for the car wash service only. I got the 12.99 basic wash and they did a great job. It was fast, service was friendly, and the establishment was clean and taken care of. They have a very nice lobby area inside with a Dunkin Donuts inside while you wait. There is also a nice outside patio area where you can watch your car get vacuumed and dried. I will definitely go back. read more

Dissapointed. I'm from Idaho. Today, I needed an oil change. I called and spoke with Dakota by phone. She quoted me $19.99 for the service. Great price. I drove the 30 minutes to the location, drove into the service bay as directed. Stepped out, ask of the viscosity and brand of the oil. I then saw a $41.00+ charge on the computer system being registered. I questioned the price and requoted my stated fee from Dakota. He said, 'oh, you dont want the car wash.' I said, 'correct just an oil change'. Never was offered a wash, never discussed a wash, he was simply adding it to my bill. He said 'OK', then made an entry, handed me my invoice and off I went into office to make payment. Now, we all understand an 'upsell'. The $19.99 was for the oil change, the rest of the $41.00 was for what I assumed would have been a really good and thorough car wash. Got it. Maybe I would run my business the same way using the 'upsell' way of business. Don't like it, but I get it. That being said, I walked inside to pay for the oil change. It rang up $22.96. (I didnt have my reading glasses. I assumed the math should have been $19.99 plus some tax.) Something was not right. It was explained to me I being charged a '$2.00 shop supply fee'. 'What is the purpose of the $2.00 charge?' I asked. I was given the following statements as answers. 1. We charge this to inventory our oil. 2. We charge this to dispose of your oil. 3. Everyone charges this. Even Walmart charges this. 4. Its just what we charge. 5. This fee was disclosed and fees reviewed when you were handed the invoice. It is our training policy ~ (It never happened) Dakota standing near the register recalled our conversation via phone and stated she did not inform me of any $2.00 fee. I asked, 'If this charge is levied on every oil change, then why isn't it disclosed or included in all your quoted pricing BEFORE the register?' No answer. I have $2.00. Money is not primarily my point here. BUT, you don't get my money without disclosing your charges up front before the service. You can upsell, but disclose options and benefits to me, the customer and give me a choice. This invites me the good experience you want me to have and invites my referrals and return visits. I decided to decline the service out of principle at the register, but was then informed it was too late. The oil change was already processed. We did not have a 'meeting of the minds', always required in basic contract law, but more importantly, a practice any business owner should strive to have with the public. Maybe I got missed. Maybe I was just forgotten. Maybe the fellow handing me the invoice should have reviewed the estimate of charges but forgot, or just doesnt review them. Maybe Dakota should have disclosed it, but was not trained. Perhaps Cobblestone should simply charge $21.99 for the oil change and not 'add-on' this charge of disposing of the oil if this is what its used for. For whatever reason, I didn't know and was never informed until it was too late. I re-told a second manager I would not pay the $2.00. He told me, 'I wasnt going to get my car back without paying for it'. I restated, 'You are holding my car over this $2.00 fee?' I continued and explained, 'My next and only option is to contact the police.' 'If I'm forced to pay this $2.00, may I have a credit, a car wash, a discount, something towards another visit...Something to create 'good faith' in their oversite. This manager then left and returned with 'Gustanzo' the manager of the operations. I recited my position to which he told the cashier to give me the $2.00 credit. I only ever wanted what was fair to me, nothing more. Cobblestone, may I suggest this 1 star post is for your benefit. Please don't use it to berate your people. I believe they are good people, trying to do a good job. My suggestion, is to train your people better. Customers should never have to fight for being treated fairly and honestly. Teach your representatives to disclose the costs and the benefits. No one likes surprises especially those which cost the customer for your companys negligence in understanding your services and products. Empower your people to fix a problem when it needs fixing. When your people realize a mistake has happened, let them fix it. They wanted to, they tried to, but communicated to me they are not allowed to take off the $2.00 fee under any circumstances. Lets understand, this mistake was a cell phone button away from me having no option but to contact police to have my car. Ive got to believe this negative post, sharing my poor experience with the business and consumer community and having me or any customer ready to contact authorities to retrieve their own property is much more costly to you than $2.00. I had a $3.00 car wash immediately afterwards. Michelle did suggest the $7.00 car wash beforehand, but I replied the $3.00 was perfect for my needs. I usually go to the Cobblestone by my house on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale and get great service and have never had any issues or problems. Today I made the terrible mistake of going to this one on Signal Butte in Mesa, Arizona by my work. When I arrived, I told them I had a coupon for $29.99 oil change plus free full car wash which cobblestone had sent me in the mail. First I was overcharged $10 for what the manager called extra quart of oil for my "exotic car"!!!!! Then I didn't even get a basic car wash let alone full car wash as the coupon said. I told the manager that my regular location never charges the extra $10 and he badmouthed them saying my regular location is not doing it right!!!! When I picked up the car, it had NOT been washed at all. I asked a worker why my car wasn't washed since it still looked as dirty as when I dropped it off. He said I need to pay for car wash. I told him I had the coupon for free full car wash with an oil change. He said I have to pay and go talk to the manager. Don't waste your time and money going to this location. They don't honor the coupon their company sends out; they try to overcharge you; and they don't do basic car wash with oil change. I'm wondering if they even did my oil change at all or correctly. They can't seem to honor their basic coupon nor do their basic job. Horrible experience from the beginning to end caused by unfriendly employees who can't even do their basic job and who could care less about the customer and most importantly who don't honor the coupon their company sent out in the mail!!!! Great example of a chain business gone down hill.
