I usually go to the Cobblestone by my house on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale and get great service and have never had any issues or problems. Today I made the terrible mistake of going to this one on Signal Butte in Mesa, Arizona by my work. When I arrived, I told them I had a coupon for $29.99 oil change plus free full car wash which cobblestone had sent me in the mail. First I was overcharged $10 for what the manager called extra quart of oil for my "exotic car"!!!!! Then I didn't even get a basic car wash let alone full car wash as the coupon said. I told the manager that my regular location never charges the extra $10 and he badmouthed them saying my regular location is not doing it right!!!! When I picked up the car, it had NOT been washed at all. I asked a worker why my car wasn't washed since it still looked as dirty as when I dropped it off. He said I need to pay for car wash. I told him I had the coupon for free full car wash with an oil change. He said I have to pay and go talk to the manager. Don't waste your time and money going to this location. They don't honor the coupon their company sends out; they try to overcharge you; and they don't do basic car wash with oil change. I'm wondering if they even did my oil change at all or correctly. They can't seem to honor their basic coupon nor do their basic job. Horrible experience from the beginning to end caused by unfriendly employees who can't even do their basic job and who could care less about the customer and most importantly who don't honor the coupon their company sent out in the mail!!!! I have used this Cobblestone Spa at Signal Butte in the past and never had a problem until two days ago when I got the worst car wash! They are pushing the "Unlimited" member subscription but I only wanted a basic car was and the Service Rep told me it was $39. I went ahead (my mistake) and for that amount my car still had bugs on the front grill and windshield, there were streaks and dirt on the rest of the car. The car wash itself isn't even getting my vehicle clean, still bird poop on left on my vehicle and then when I do the full service, they aren't cleaning my rims, windows are done horribly, vac job lacks as well, just to name a few things. I even upgraded my plan thinking that would make a difference after speaking with the manager, but it made no difference! DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Got the supreme wash. Poor vaccume job. Circular and cross hatch Scratches on my entire hood of my car. Didn't wash inside of windows. Grease left on sides of my car. Auto wash manager was a real jerk didn't want to correct or take responsibility for the damage. On a positive note: the conveinance store was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly. Mario: was very kind and took it upon himself and buffed the scratches out of my hood and fixed areas that weren't clean. Thank you. He should be the auto wash manager, he possesses actual customer service skills. Cassey: convenience store manager was polite and pleasant and apologized. He also would have been a better manager then that jerk auto wash manager. Oh and whatever your name is Mr. AUTO wash manager...I can read lips. I keep bringing my truck in hoping they will do a better job of cleaning it, especially since I like to drop it off while I go to the gym in the same parking lot. Unfortunately, as soon as I get in my truck, I drive right over to the vacuums and end up spending 10 minutes vacuuming and wiping down the inside. They keep raising the prices and the service keeps getting worse. I'm not sure what happened to this place but it's super frustrating, I'll have to find somewhere else to go. I live close by to this location and I stop there for gas from time to time. But the last time I went here to get my car washed, which was a week or so ago, will be my LAST time I get my car "washed" here. I was in a time crunch so I took it here to get washed before I was headed to my company christmas party. I paid 25 for the wash package. Waited for my car to be done. Got my car and went home. Got out to check my car. I have two small kids and there were still dirty foot prints on the backs of my seats. I looked at the bottom of my front fenders and there was still road dirt and such that they "forgot" to clean. There was also a new scuff mark on my passenger side door that I had to take care of. I then spent another 2 hours rewashing my car to how I like it. I've had to do this a few other times but this time was the final straw. I will not be returning to this so called car wash. I've emailed them many times complaining about their service and performance but no replies. I do a better job washing it myself anyway but when time is of the essence and you need a quality service done, sometimes it's best to just do it yourself. read more

I have been bring all my vehicles to get car washed and oil change here sense they opened up. Once in awhile I'll get their over priced gas. Oil change is great. Car washes are hit and miss. This last Saturday will be the last time I will ever been customer of theirs. I am a unlimited car wash holder. I go about every week. This last Saturday I brought my car in to be washed. I pull up and park my car to be vacuumed, I at first turned off my car, then I remembered that I needed to turn it back on for them. I unloaded my kids and left the car and went inside. We patiently waited at the finish line for our car to be called. They eventually called us over to our car. They told me they could not start the car and handed me the keys. I look at my keys and noticed that they were broken. The one piece the I need that has the chip was missing. The supervisor came over and started to help look for the missing piece of my keys. They eventually had to move the car to keep on going with other cars. A couple more employees came over to help find it. I stepped back. After an hour of them searching for the missing piece I asked to talk to the manager. The Manager TJ came to me and said they can not find the other half of the key and start blaming me for it. I told him that everything was perfectly fine with my keys when I left my car. I asked for a refund for the month of April. He was rude and said he was not going to do so, because it was my fault they broke my keys. And basically was told that I am not a valued customer because I am a unlimited car wash holder and they are loosing money off of me. While on the phone with a dealership with more bad news, TJ came up to me with my keys all together (chip and all). I asked him once again for the refund. All he did is point to the computer and said " use that computer over there to cancel your membership." The computer was not working. I go out to my car with my kids and open up the door to my car in complete shambles. They opened up all them compartments and threw it everywhere, the mats were everywhere. The supervisor came over and saw the mess and I had asked him nicely to put my car back together. He was just about to start when the manager TJ came over and told me that he will not have anyone put my car back together. He said, "I found the missing part of my key under the seat and had to dig threw all my crap to find it." When I first came all there was on the floors of my car was water bottles. TJ continued to argue with me. I had a friend pull up and witness him being extremely rude and condescending to me. All I had wanted is to get my car washed and go on with my busy Saturday. If you need to fill your propane tanks, save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. I was trying to get my tank on my camper filled. Pushed the button twice as the first time yeilded no response. There was one vehicle in the bay, no cars in the wash bay, and at least 5 employees looked right at me standing there with my propane next to my truck and camper. The place was not busy at all as this was 9:30 on Monday morning. Nobody ever even came out or acknowledged that I was there. I just put my bottle back in my camper and went somewhere that cares about customer service. I always get my propane filled here and am an unlimited car wash fast pass holder. Lazy lack of attention to detail. They did a very poor job cleaning the inside. Obvious areas not even touched with a rag inside, and outside, my truck. Dust still on the doors, parts of the dashboard, and center console. Dirt still on the rear bumper... I went back to point out the lack off attention and to have them do the areas missed. I'm new to this area and was looking for a full service car wash. A friend that's lived here a while recommended cobblestone. I didn't check out the reviews on yelp before going and I'm glad I didn't. This review is for the car wash service only. I got the 12.99 basic wash and they did a great job. It was fast, service was friendly, and the establishment was clean and taken care of. They have a very nice lobby area inside with a Dunkin Donuts inside while you wait. There is also a nice outside patio area where you can watch your car get vacuumed and dried. I will definitely go back. read more

This place has seriously gone down hill! Been going there for 4 years. Stopped by yesterday, the 20th, of February. The place is a mile form where I live. Just wanted a simple wash and vacuum. $$24.00 ?? I mean really? When I questioned the attendant at the entrance, he was curt, ignorant and doesn't know how to talk to a customer. He stood there and smiled at me when I asked simple questions like why did they go up so much? Now admittedly, I hadn't been there the last 3 months or so, but up 8 to 10 bucks? Horrible experience the service here is deteriorated significantly. Have taken my car here for the last year and a half for oil changes the carwashes. Took the car in the other day for an oil change and they gave me the wrong paperwork did not do any of the checklist that they indicated. Provided the wrong window sticker and charged me 70 dollars. I paid $32.99 the ultimate, it was ready so fast and what do I found? My car leather seats dirty! And the vacuum job incomplete. The exterior not dry and with dirty spots!I told the guy in charge how come and he said oh we don't touch the seats that will be detailing then. So so BAD!!! I got my truck detailed, buffed and waxed ($180). It took 7 hours and my vehicle looks like it had a simple wash and vacuum. They clearly didn't buff or bother to shampoo the interior. If you take your vehicle here, you better have your insurance paid up and have a low deductible. This place did $1,000 worth of damage to my truck. Then refused to take responsibilty and said PROVE IT. I took my truck there to have mud removed on the lower half of the truck. When they returned my truck I found a dent and scratches on the upper side of the rear quarter. The supervisor, Shawn, alleged that they could not have done the damage. The General Manager Tyson Isabella told me I would have to prove they caused the damaged and allege that I damaged my own vehicle. Jason Dyer at coorporate just ignored my letters and documentation. I have provided the facts and pictures that clearly show that the dent was caused by the power wand head they used to clean my truck. So, beware that your vehicle could be damaged and you will have a fight on your hands.. read more

When you pay $120 for a detail, you would get a decent exterior wash. Not the case here. Poor exterior clean.! I've taken my truck there several times, and frankly majority of the time it's hit or miss, but mostly miss. I think there was one time my truck actually looked like they cared to clean it. Most common issue is they don't really check to see if everything is clean, they just get it done, call your name that it's ready, and if you point out something is still dirty they get very bothered. Very upset I paid $32 just to get a scratched up roof and a entire back seat that wasn't vacuumed out at all. I expect to get what I pay for and I could get this at a 2 $ wash with a hose and very old vacuums that doesn't even suck! My dad always came to cobble stone and his truck always looked amazing! My anxiety is pretty high right now. Just paid my third visit to cobblestone; does not look promising. The gentleman that was trying to reset my blank radio display, unpluged my radio for about 5 minutes stared at it plugged it back in, started the car and started fidgeting with buttons. After the radio display would not come back on he then proceeded to sit halfway in my car, undergoing "Google that stuff" troubleshooting, looking for other options to fix my radio or blame damage on the manufacturer. The Hyundai dealership told me that the damage was probably due to having too much moisture around or behind the screen. this cobblestone location is refusing to accept responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle and explain to me that they will not be paying for the damage but they said that they can get me a good deal and they "know a guy who can install my radio" I went for a $150 detail instead it might cost me $1,500 or more.
