Well i feel like everytime i go there they do a bad job. I know i have dog hair in my car and it is very hard to get out. But still does not look like they even tried. It looks like they kind of do a once over.i have a booster seat in my back car. Not hard to move . Just slide it over. Its not buckeled down. Nope did not move still crap under it just like i brought it. You would think I would learn my lesson. I have gone there several times and still the same result. First and last time I will ever visit this place. I see these all over town. They are busy so they must be good right? OK, To be honest, the car wash was OK. The car came out clean and the interior vacuum was OK (only in the front, see Update below) but then this was a new car so not really dirty to begin with and it is a sedan, which always seem to come clean. That said, if you are going to come here, pack a lunch, because the marshaling of the three full service lanes is horrible. I pulled up and waited, waited, waited, and nearly 10 minutes later, I get helped by an attendant, maybe a supervisor. The car in front of me waited just as long. Then nothing. Meanwhile the next lane over, cars that just pulled in are moving. I ask the employee who just moved a car out of the lane next to me to take the car in front of me next, as it has been sitting there for 10 min and the one he is getting ready to vacuum just pulled up. He said no. Then it goes on to wash, and the NEXT car behind it gets vacuumed next, BEFORE THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME, which has now been there for 20 min. Finally another attendant notices and vacuums that car and I move forward. I go inside to pay now and Wait. The car that pulled up after me in the next lane over is now clean and leaving, the car in front of me is not even there yet. The two cars behind the one that just left are now pulling up. My car? Nowhere. I ask about it and they go look. It then eventually pulls up. The same worker who refused to take the cars in order is drying it now. I usually tip. Not this time. Sucks to be you, kid. I get it, this place is busy, but is not run well, and this car wash also has two express lanes, so there are five lanes competing for one tunnel, which means that the employees should do a better job of managing the cars in order. FIFO. In my case, it was FILO. For $19, you need to hire more people and teach better customer service and how to count. One more reason I will never go here again is there were two super duty work trucks with tools, wheelbarrows, generators, shovels, etc in the beds. THEY WENT THROUGH! One guy was waiting to talk to the manager (for at least 10 min) about a broken windshield. Hmmm. I wonder why. Maybe got hit with a Rock from the wheelbarrow in the work truck ahead of it. Maybe not. Regardless, avoid this place if you don't want to waste 42 min of your time and have god knows what scratching your hood from the contents of the pickup bed ahead of it. UPDATE. I never looked in the back seat. Just assumed it was clean since the front was. Nope. Still had some minor trash and was NOT VACUUMED. Glad I didn't tip the kid. He didn't even finish the job. Yep. Never going back. Nope. Nada. This includes all the other locations in the chain. I drive by three of them. They will NEVER get my business again even for gas. read more

I have had the go unlimited for over a year normally my pickup didn't see much mud until I started using it daily. Usually just quick wash always was done good with might have to point out a couple of spots. This week I took the truck in with mud caked in wheel wells and running boards the attendant checked it in added mud removal which is included the truck looks great. I didn't know that it would take as long as it did but they hand washed it till it was clean. Spent a little over an hour on it and didn't up charge me just said have a great day. Yes there are some communication issues at times as far as how long it will take for extras like interior detail. But I am impressed with the quality of work that they do. Horrible detailing and horrible people. I asked the front person, Jason, to give me whatever service I need to get the inside cleaned. He said $49 option and that they will "soap and clean" the interior. When I got to my "finished" car it was dirty... the attendant who worked on the car said the service didn't include an interior plastics cleaning, just a wipe down. The manager comes over with Jason and Jason tells the manager I'm lying right in front of me. So if you are looking for dishonesty, a shoddy wipe down and non-existent customer service, Cobblestone is your place. I was shocked! To top it off, I got home and found a new 12 inch scratch on my trunk lid. They don't care, which is obvious in their ratings. read more

I went there because of the dog hair, paid $20 and they didn't even vacuum it. I understand they were busy, but how do you overlook something like that?? They have replied to my comment saying they charge extra for removing dog hair? All it needed was a simple vacuuming, it took me a few minutes to do that. Yikes. The reviews on this place are awful but I tend to agree. I've been coming here for years and never been too impressed. I come here like many because it's convenient and most of the time they do a somewhat decent job. Saturday they were slammed, like ridiculously busy but I had driven from Queen Creek to get my car washed so we waited. The wait wasn't bad at all for as many cars/people that we saw. In my opinion, they need to hire more people for the weekends. The workers there are in such a rush that they aren't even able to do a good job. I will say I don't see them standing around, I feel like they really are working hard and just aren't given enough time. I keep saying I won't go back. This is the 3rd time I've said it. Paid $30 for a car wash so when I get home I can clean my truck (I'm not even a clean freak). Might as well have gotten the basic drive through wash. When Cobblestone first opened their customer service was awesome. Now there is no quality control over the finishing team. I gave it one start because I had to in order to leave a review. I bought a detailed car wash a couple of months ago and took it in two weeks ago. They told me to come back in 3-4 hours. Upon my return 3.5 hours later my car was sitting in front of the store windows down untouched. Not even vacuumed or a drip of water on it. I was furious but I didn't even complain I just asked for my keys in which they couldn't find so I then asked for the manager. David came out and gave me a full refund and a free detailed wash in which I didn't even ask for (keys were found). I brought my car back two weeks later for the free detailed wash. They told me to come back in 4 hours because of their history I came back in 5 hours. (Drop off 12:29pm pick up around 5:30p) my seats were soaked not damp "soaked" they gave me plastic to cover them and told me to leave my windows down. It took two whole days with my windows down ALL DAY both days for my seats to dry. It's AZ it shouldn't have taken that long. I went back today to talk to David and he wasn't in so J.R. came out. J.R. is rudest and unprofessional individual I have ever met. He spoke to me in a tone as if I were a 5 year old child who didn't understand. He told me it was part of the process and that the seats take time to dry. I told him I understood but two days is a long time and there are now water stains on my seats that weren't there before, my windows weren't clean, and that I didn't get a "detailed" cleaning as they promised. He went on to say again that its part of the process and I may need to bring it back "5" times. I told him if this is the case then the expectation should be set/told to the customers. I wasn't going to right a bad review because David was so nice and professional but J.R. ruined that. I told him I didn't even want anything I just wanted him to take full responsibility for my car and look at it and talk to his employees. He wouldn't even allow me to show him the stains. I wasn't trying to get one over on him. Coming from a family of 7-11 franchisees I just expect a certain level of customer service to be provided and I didn't get that at all. Jason Thanks for the return message. It has been some time since my review and I have been out of town. I do appreciate the offer to redo my vehicle wash but in light of previous service I don't think my returning again would make any difference. With 5 or 6 washes in the past and none of them being really what I paid for I shouldn't have to write a review to get what I paid for. To your credit you did respond and I didn't make any mention of poor service previously. I think at this point the best thing you could do is provide me with a refund. When she came out to the car it was not completely vacuumed, nor was the dash and gauge area completely wiped. She went back into the store and talked to the cashier and was told to take it back through. She spoke to Nick in the vacuum area and he was happy to run the vacuum back through it but told her that to get the gauges and console wiped down you needed to pay for a detail. Really? What is my $30.00 paying for then? Should I not expect for someone to take 30 seconds and wipe the inside of my car down? And why is it that every visit it is the same thing? 8/22/2020 Gave these guys another try today hoping to have better results. Pulled up and the young man who helped me, proceeded to ask if I wanted to buy unlimited? I said, no thanks, this is my last try with you guys the last few times I've left disappointed and had to go re vacuum my car. He said he would leave a note. Sent my car through waited and when it was done not to my surprise was the vacuuming another half-assed job and only 1 door was wiped down. I've been using full circle in queen creek and make the drive because I always leave happy, just was crunched on time today. Another fail with cobblestone car wash and a forever lost customer. I opted for the $24 car wash. I did not get a $24 car wash. When I pulled up there were lots of attendants standing around, some on their phones not paying attention to the cars pulling in. The girls at the front desk were chatty with each and not paying much attention to customers. Shifting me from the 1st available register to the next one with minimal words or politeness. My wash was quick, which made me nervous. I think they just wiped down the exterior it didn't appear any of the interior had been wiped down at all. My rear door jams still had foot prints on them. Very visible foot prints that should have been wiped down. I have swore off Cobblestone in the past but against my better judgement tried again. I will not make that mistake twice. I would not recommend Cobblestone and my family and I will avoid this and all Cobblestone locations in the future. read more

I have the monthly membership for full care and I was close to this location so I took my vehicle in to get a wash and clean the inside. Whenever they were done I looked through to see what kind of job they did. They did not throw away any of the trash in my car, they actually took it off the floor board and put it on my seats and vacuumed the floor. They didn't wipe the dash, there was dust everywhere. The seats were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed. I will not be taking it there again. The worse part was they seemed proud of the work they had done which was really sad that those are their expectations for how they should clean a vehicle. read more

I took both my truck and car to be washed today and even after I spoke with the guy drying the car and asked him to make sure he did the windows good as the truck windows were left smeared and dirty, he still didn't get the windshield clean and left larger areas smeared and untouched on my car!!! mirrors had water spots where they weren't even wiped. Save your money and your peace of mind and go ANYWHERE for routine service OTHER than Cobblestone. In September '20. Went for an oil change before driving solo cross-country back home to Minneapolis. Told tech I was getting ready for this 1800 mile drive. Tech noticed splash marks on my engine block and raised the alarm that coolant must be leaking, but wouldn't investigate or make any statement about seriousness, since this shop doesn't attend to those kinds of issues. (Could this be road salt, I asked, because this is a MN car - Tech would not say opinion, due to liability concerns). Tech noticed some residue around rear differential, but would not investigate further as the shop doesn't attend to those kinds of issues, and wouldn't offer any input on what the potential issue might be, due to liability concerns. Except, to say generally, if a vehicle's differential seizes up, it would be a major breakdown issue. I asked if I was at risk of that, and they would not say. Tech showed me transmission fluid and advised me to get transmission fluid flushed, which I agreed to and paid $150 for. Total bill with oil change was 206.02 This whole experience left me feeling really underserved and at risk for this long solo drive. After leaving, I called around to shops that could investigate the differential fluid for me. Gilbert Express Oil got me right in. They opened the differential fluid cap and confirmed no issue with fluid level, and found some residue around the seal. Seal leaks are common and they said just to watch that it wasn't getting enough to spot or pool where I park. I asked their opinion about the splash marks on the the engine, and they just laughed and said it's salt! The clincher for me against Cobblestone was that Gilbert Express Oil did a thorough safety check for me, including the transmission fluid. They showed it to me and it was nearly as dirty as what Cobblestone had shown me. Cobblestone simply cannot have flushed it, but simply drained the old and added new on top of the sludge. Gilbert Express Oil told me it would be fine for my trip, but I should have it flushed, for real, before the recommended time span. Brought my car there to be detailed...I have watched the quality of service decrease over the past few years. On a lower cost wash I don't expect the world. I figured a $158 detail would be better. I should not return home from a detail and find debris in between my seats, have to wipe down the interior windshield, put air fresheners in my car, clean the corners of my display. Just overall poor workmanship. I will not bring my car there again, not out of retaliation but because they simply do a bad job and are more concerned with pumping the numbers through. read more

I paid to have my vehicle washed there when I was selling it. I chose the Ultimate Plus wash package. I too was left disappointed. I had to get a manager to inspect the completed car due to several areas that weren't cleaned. The manager took it back through the wash. After waiting for an hour it was supposed to be finished and problems corrected. Again I looked at my car with disappointment of the work completed. When I pointed out the dirty crud on the front of my vehicle to the manager he told me it was stuck on their. I wiped my finger across the dirty spot and it transferred to my finger. The manager used a rag to clean it off and apologized again. He offered to run it through a third time. I couldn't wait any longer. He didn't offer a refund. Ok here's the deal.. never thought I would ever rate a "car wash", much less give them 5 stars.. have been to several of their locations for a number years... I would say they are pretty much a low to mid 4. Even at that, I drive out of the way to find one as most all others are a low 1 or 2. The reason I'm rating this location a 5 is because of one of the guys.. named Mo. he is off the hook, great.. incredible customer service, knows how to treat people and show sincere respect for all.. he works his butt as off and wants the customer to get the best product possible .. From putting air in my tires, helping me check my coolant, and whatever else I decide to throw at them they have always helped. I have never been turned away. The Higley and Southern location is the worst. The inside windshield is always a get home redo if you want to see out of it. check the entire car before you leave. The Staff (Victor) are unprofessional and rude. After ten washes I am tired of getting the up sale crap. they do such a bad job at each price point, that it only makes sense only to buy the cheapest wash and then go home and finish. The "Quality Control" person is out there to smile get the tip, as they would have to be blind to miss: UN-Vacuumed floor boards, water and water spots, the drivers side looks great the passenger UN-wiped areas dirty partially cleaned rim's. if you pay extra for armor all or their knockoff, the side of your vehicle will be a mess by the time you get home as they use so much it sprays as you drive. and for unknown they will Armour all the steps of your jeep which turns them into slippery mess. Overall its a UN- managed non professional business that main goal is to sell of degrees workmanship they appear to have no intention of completing. I could be wrong, after ten washes.. read more

I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am for the "mini detail." I added pet hair removal to the task list (just brought the dogs home from a four-day camping vacation, truck was sort of a hairy, dusty mess inside and out). I was told that it would be ready by 1 PM. Well, it WAS completed by 1 PM, and they did an awesome job! I have been taking my truck there for washes and oil changes for a few years now, though this was the first detail job I have gotten from them. It really looks and feels like I am driving a new truck. Kudos to the detailing manager, Zach, and his crew for a great job! For $37 this is what I got, I got to come home and vacuum the backseats and all floor mats again, apply tire shine to the other half of my tires, wipe down the entire interior (dash, doors & entire back compartment) clean the streaky windows (inside & out), get the bug residue off the windshield, mirrors and the front grill, clean the roof, wipe down my rear bumper, & use the California duster to tidy it up before parking it!! What an experience....the guy says to me "yeah, we'll turnover is high and we don't have experienced ppl" save your money & find a $3-$5 drive through//free vacuum place. I called ahead to drop off my car for an oil change and was told to come and that there was only one car in the shop and I should be able to leave it there and get back to my hospital job quickly. I got there and there was a full garage with 4 cars In it (5min later than my call) so I walked In and the guy at the counter said "ya it's going to be a while" no explanation what to do. I asked do I have to sit in my car and he said "ya" then left. No one came out to take my info or my keys. I took my 2019 Toyota Tacoma to get detailed. I had driven over some freshly painted lines in the road without knowing it and had some white paint splatter on my truck. I asked the guy that was detailing it if it was possible to get it off and he said absolutely! He then proceeded to pull out a jug of paint thinner and a scrubby thing and started scrubbing the spots on my truck. I stopped him and asked him what he was using and he told me it was paint thinner. I asked him if it would damage the truck and he told me no. He said he had years of experience and he was the best one working there and that's why he got paid the most. He promised me it would not damage the truck. Well he was wrong! There are large scouring marks from the front to the back of my truck! I have called three times and I was told that a manager would call me back.
