Every time I use this location there are issues, broken windshield wiper, aromatic spray sprayed on the black leather seats and headrest, I have to go home and wipe down the interior, today the inside was not cleaned properly, had to clean interior after getting home, water running down side of vehicle and exterior smeared and still dirty. So tired of having to go back each time with issues. Will find somewhere else. They charge plenty and expect tip, but don't provide the product. Would not recommend this location. read more

Never been here before but I came here because of the reviews, got the $25 wash and it only took them about 10 minutes...when I got my truck back the outside looked great, however they didn't do ANYTHING to the inside...the leaves from my home were still on the mats inside...dust was still on the dash and everywhere...needless to say I won't be going back, I paid 25 bucks for a 5 dollar exterior wash I could have gotten anywhere else. The worst car wash I've ever been to. I just left and it doesn't look like they even tried to pay attention. My console is dirty, there's a glob of cleaner on my door handle inside my car. There are globs of cleaner by my window buttons. They didn't even close the ash tray lid to wipe the top. (I'm not a smoker, it's just dusty) I went on a road trip and there are still crumbs on my seat. I tried to call and keeps ringing busy. Biggest waste of money!!! I'll never go again, not even for the free wash they have me with this wash. I feel like I just threw money in the garbage. :( read more

Today was the first time I have been to this location. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I wasn't able to get my car washed due to a broken window but they understood and gave me a redemption card with the right amount so I can come back and get my car washed when my window is fixed. It took less than 15 minutes to get my oil changed and they did not try to sell me on a bunch of stuff to get fixed like most places do. Very quick and great service. I will definitely be returning to this location to get my oil changed even though it is a little bit of a drive from where I live. I am very pleased with how great of service they had! read more

Nice location, but the service isn't very good. The prices are rather high and for the full service wash they really dont do a whole lot. Each time my car is left with crumbs and dirt. Would not pay for the full service wash the express wash is the best value. read more

My daughter went in today to have her car detailed and they told her 2 hours, 4 hours later they finally finished. When she went in she told them it had to be done in 2 hours and they assured her it would be. Very unhappy with the service. read more

My car floor was covered with dog hair and also needed a general cleaning, so I paid $20.99 for Supreme wash and floor mat cleaning. I didn't expect a "detail" but I did expect at least an attempt at cleaning. Inside front window had and rear view mirror looked like it hadn't been touched. I didn't notice the floor at first because the seat was pushed pretty far forward. Not even a slight effort to hit under the seats with a vacuum! I had to come home and clean it again myself. I have a 2015 black Nissan Altima that had some serious water stains, so I brought it into Cobblestone to see what they could to help me, I've experienced some pretty poor and careless customer service from them before so I was hesitant to return and pay money, to be given the good ol ' 1-2- sales pitch that I got last time (better talk then work ethic, I do understand why yelp has had some pretty bad reviews.. I felt the same way last week when I received poor service...). Gustavo (ticket writer/services) gave great customer service, which is good, but also made sure that the quality of work that was done on my car was GOOD! I specifically noticed one worked, Patrick (not the lubber Patrick, but Patrick in detail ) spent about 2.5 hours on my car, he took his time and made sure it wasn't cheaply polished! The inside of my windows were washed as well (Its the small things that make a big difference) I'm usually not one to write reviews because I don't have the time, but the quality of service was so good that I feel it should be recognized! Quoted approximately 3 hours for a complete detail and headlight restoration when I dropped my car off at 11:30. I was told they would call when its done. At about 4 I call back to see if it is done. I was told it would be about another hour. I get a ride up there about 445. They are just starting the headlight process. They finish up about 540 and pull it out to the front. At 630 I have to find out how much longer it's going to be. They grab the keys and laugh it off like some miscommunication. I get in the car and the recipt is still taped to the mirror. I further check the car and all the writing is still on the window. No attention given to the top. Seriously all this took 7 hours? read more

Instead of handing me my Fob or putting it in the Fob holder it was thrown on the seat and fell between seat and console. I had to go to my Auto Shop the next day in order to remove it from the tight space. When I called Cobblestone to ask where they normally put the Fob they said they sometimes put it on the windshield! That's crazy! read more

Overall really happy. Bought the Groupon, tested it out with my wife's Lexus GS350 and they did a good job so I brought my CTS-V in and both were well worth the money. Such a horrible experience!!! Do not buy their Groupon as they will still try and charge you. One of their employees messed up and GM was pentalizing me telling me he would discount but I would need to pay the rest and fight with Groupon to get my money back after they redeemed the voucher and made it no longer available!! Wasn't going to let me take my car! To Jason who posted a comment, I'm assuming who was the one responsible for not making sure customer was happy!!! Customer is always right!! So Yes after a huge run around and headache, Making me try and contact Groupon even though phone lines were closed!! It's not a good experience at the car wash today. I have a fast past which gives me free washes all month. Normally there isn't an issue, but today the cashier couldn't fix a problem with my oil change... was suppose to be free, but that didn't happen. After a lot of confusion on what was to be charged and even though she called a manager, no one showed up to fix the problem. My daughter and I took our cars yesterdays and what a horrible job they did! Even though all cup holders were empty they were still left sticky. They didn't vacuum on the sides or seat, only did the mats. I took my card to the self-serve vacuums and redid it. I noticed when we got home there were still mud splatters by the wheels on my daughter's car. It was definitely NOT a $17 worth wash. I think if they kids are making $11 or more as minimum wage they should be taught how to do their job properly and add some elbow grease!!! This was my first visit..The sign spinner is what drew my attention the other day. I went for an oil change and a car wash. They were quick and thorough...very efficient. I have an 8 year old car with high miles. They showed me a belt that was cracked and encouraged me to replace asap...(not a sales pitch, cuz they don't fix them) explained to me about my cv boots leaking and suggested getting them looked at soon (again, not a sales pitch, they don't do them) Showed me my air filter (it was spotless, another no sales pitch) I'm a single woman that needs all the honest help that I can receive..they accomplished that. My car was utterly filthy inside and out. Car wash was not perfect..the vacuuming could have been better. They were swamped, and yet from beginning to end of my visit, it really was enjoyable. They have a very nice lobby that you can relax, use the internet, watch tv, squirt sudz on your car or other peoples cars(not kidding). The final person I dealt with at the end of the wash, apologized for the delay, and off I went. I will def be going back, probably not on a Sunday though.. I hope they are consistent. I enjoy this Cobblestone the most, the staff is super friendly. Chris is an auto mechanic there and makes sure your car or truck is checked to it's entirety. He also walks you through whatever problem your vehicle is having. He is an also mechanic and will help you in any way he can. I use to go to the Cobblestone close by where I reside on Signal Butte and the 60, but Chris showed me the best customer service skills, from Cobblestone. Chris is the best! read more

We've used this place a few times because it is close to our home, restaurants, and good shopping. However, it is frustrating because the wait is always about 30 minutes or longer than quoted and it is usually a very half-way clean. Even when I've upgraded to a better "clean" the car does not look very clean. Over priced for the quality of work done on the car. I read the managers comments he posted after my review and I will say we have taken the car back once, and it's very frustrating after spending several hours there already. Get it right the first three hours, so I do not need to spend more time there. No one wants to get into their car after paying $80 and waiting three hours and see dirt, period! Today when I got into my car I was wiping the interior down with a baby wipe. Things my kids left over on the seats that they did not scrub off. Not "deep set stains", like the manager implied, just plain mess that I could wipe off with a baby wipe & they ignore. Car is never fully clean and we've never heard anything but excuses like the one below. Interesting also that he was quick to write back on this review, but no one cared about my problem at the actual location today. The fact that the manager gets on Yelp and argues with unsatisfied customers and blames them for the problem shows the caliber of service you'll receive. read more

I literally watched one of the employees drive so quickly with a customers car that he rear ended another customers car and then laughed it off...not to mention my car was soo quickly passed over on a slow day they missed a lot of spots and didn't add air freshener. DO NOT USE COBBLESTONE!!! I didn't want to make the 28-mile round-trip drive to Cobblestone needlessly, so I called them first to see if I could get an appointment for a bumper to bumper auto detail. A sales associate, named Rico, told me to come on down. When I arrived, Rico gave me a price and told me that they were booked for the day and to come back tomorrow. I worked the next day and told Rico that I could only be there from 7 AM-10 AM. Rico told me that they would have me easily out the door in under 3 hours. I came in the next morning at 7 AM. I periodically checked on my vehicle and noticed that once they had cleaned the engine, little, if any, attention was paid to my vehicle. At 10 AM, I walked out to my vehicle and asked if it was ready. I was told that it wouldn't be ready for a couple more hours. Only the engine had been completed and I needed to leave for work. I was told to come back later when I had more time. I left, not intending to ever return. That afternoon, I noticed that an employee at Cobblestone had left a hot tool sitting on one of my leather seats and it had seared a permanent imprint into the chair. I called Cobblestone immediately. They told me to bring the vehicle back in. I drove the vehicle down to Cobblestone for a third time. They finished the detail but refused to accept any responsibility for the burn. I tried contacting that location's Operations Manager, but my email to him went unanswered. More than a week later, I was finally able to reach him, but the best he said he could do would be to give me a free car wash. Not to mention that the detail that I received was awful. They did not clean any of the crevices, cup holders, or glove compartment, even though I specifically asked them to not forget those areas. read more

Still my go-to car service location. I come to this location all the time because it's close to my house and I just love the waiting experience at Cobblestone, but I write this as I sit waiting in my car for an oil change. I have been sitting in my car for about 23 mins and not one person has come up to my car! I know that with weekend services to expect a wait, but not to have anyone acknowledge me being here for this long seems ridiculous! I am now at the point of do I stick around because I have been waiting this long, or go to another location. Good customer service would be an attendant coming to my car saying, hey we're busy, but we will get to you as soon as we can. read more

I'm disappointed. We took our Corolla here for a wash and oil change. For the oil change, they wrote on the window with a grease marker and the car wash didn't even get that off. The rest of the car is not any better. Admittedly, it's a low cost car wash, but I've received much better at the price just a mile away (I won't mention the competitor).
