I can honestly say the only good thing about this place are the people who greet you when you first walk in. Other than that... horrible place! If you have 45-60 minutes out of your day to waste, then come here. I've waited 45 minutes at times just to drive away with the inside of my car not being done. I've had the monthly car wash pass, I've had the most expensive car wash + wax and then had the cheapest car wash. I've been satisfied throughout it all. I think the monthly car wash is a waste (how often do you really need to wash your car?), but it was my decision to get it, so I don't fault them for providing the product. Very impressed with the quality of my detail.. called just before 12pm to see if there was in any availability for a same day full detail for my 2017 Ram. One of the reps, Todd, answered my phone call and gave me the rundown on what was included in the package and said to come down to their location ASAP. When I picked it up at 5:30pm, Eduardo was the detailer who had worked on my truck and did an excellent job. This is my 4th vehicle I have taken to this Cobblestone location. For under $300 including full interior (dressing, vacuuming, steam cleaning the seats, clean the vents), exterior wax and polish, and engine bay clean/dressing, this price and quality can't be beat. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not happy with this location at all!!!!!! Very very in friendly people. I went to this location and spent $130 for the carpet, floormats, and seats to get cleaned. At the beginning, we called and asked the detailer manager "Todd if the floormats and the seats would get cleaned before we spent the money, and he said yes they would, but first bring it in to let me see and then i will give you my honest opinion. We took the car in to him and he advised that it would get cleaned so we said ok lets go ahead with this. 5 hours later we picked up the car and the floormats were black still and the seats were kinda black still as well. I took the car home to let my mom look at the terrible job they have done and she immediatly called cobblestone and asked for the manager. We spoke to Jordan and she demanded a refund and he said that a refund would be processed if we come back in to speak to him. Later on in the evening I took the car in and told him that i was there for a refund and immediatly he said we cannot process a refund because this is a satisfactory job, and it was alot better then it was, then i said to him that he wasnt there in the morning when I dropped it off so how could have he said that lol. So long store short, I took it in the next day for a redo and it looks alot better then the first time. I have a big lifted truck that has to get hand washed. A friend told me about this place and I wanted to check it out. Come to find out it is a Cobblestone and I normally go to Cobblestone so I was excited. Had them look up my normal service and they said sorry we can't give you that price here. So I ended having to pay 50 dollars more then I normally because the manager would not meet the other cobblestones price!! This is by far the worst cobblestone I have ever been to!! Just picked up my truck from getting a polish wax and paint sealer and disappointed as I was able to visually walk around the truck and wipe things off that should have been taken care of. I think they wash with reclaimed acid rain. My car is covered in water spots that are resisting coming off. Buyer beware.

Only speaking for self service but the vacuums worked great, before going through the wash you get a little bag, a dry microfiber like paper towel and a dashboard towelette. At the self vacuums there are damp microfiber towels too that worked great in getting the last of the water dripping from my car and were also great in wiping down the inside for any dust there was(having a dog and kids) read more

Got a great service during my visit a few weeks ago, so I decided to go for one of the unlimited packages they offer. Did it last week and again, no disappointments, Angel, the girl at the register was very helpful and explain each one of the packages they offer, made my choice and pulled into the vacuuming area...the crew was really helpful moving backpacks and car seats to make sure the whole inside got vacuumed. Just got the Diamond on our car for almost $50 and it looks like crap. Doesn't even look like they vacuumed, there is crumbs still in the cup holder, overspray of armorall all over everything. Very disappointed with this business and this location. 1. After I paid I then viewed my vehicle and noticed a.) the cup holders were not cleaned out, b.) under the driver's seat was not vacuumed, (the car was poorly vacuumed altogether) and c.) the middle row bench was not entirely cleaned. When I pointed this out I was then blamed for having a dirty car to begin with. 2. After I spoke with one of the gentlemen who said the red crayon my seat could not be cleaned (I have black leather seats) I placed my hand over it and it came off. He then proceeded to get a rag and clean it. 3. I spoke with the manager at the facility of 2297 S. Val Vista Dr., Gilbert AZ, Jordan Bradley, and he said that I could get a 20% refund. I used a gift card that was $50 towards the $139.99 bill leaving me with a balance of $89.99. I was only refunded $20.00 when 20% of $89.99 equals $20.90. I am very upset by the lack of integrity, the unprofessional care, and miscommunication between all the team members as I was told different things between the associates and Jordan Bradley, their manager. Wash might be o.k. but their "hand wax" destroyed the paint on my hood and roof of the cab. In three days the paint started deteriorating, they must've had a gorilla bearing down with a buffer, don't believe it was a true hand wax. read more

So I really hate to do this because I love cobblestone so much I wouldn't pay 40 a month if I freaking hated it truly. But this cobblestone has literally pissed me off so bad idk what else to do! Every time I go in there the people to take my car are great but if I add anything (which I have please hold) I have to go deal with the assholes at the front desk who are more concerned with sipping the water the helping. But let me start with my car then we will move on... 1 I've had to take my car to the vacuums ever single time after it was "vacuumed and washed" it never smells like the freshener they supposedly spay. 2 I've paid for the detailing of the door which is fine I understand you want something extra you pay. Great I get it but when I purposefully leave a mark on my door to see if you've even touched it and I get back in my car and it's still freaking there... I get angry. So the first time I called and they "credit" my account. Come to find the woman actually didn't do that at all. Which will be number 3... again hold... then I come back again and ask for it after this long process and they didn't CLEAN MY FREAKING DOORS AGAIN! Like come on dude 3. The girls at the front who really have no customer service skills and look like they are smelling onions all day.. like go get another job if you can't at least pretend to show interest on solving problems. It really makes me sad to right this because I have been to others and they were great but I've also had there lesser monthly package and gotten so much more. Showed up here a week ago to get my truck washed but have always been leery about the tunnel and it causing scratches to my paint since it is not touch less. So I paid the hefty price ($60) for a hand wash to avoid the tunnel. Well that was even a bigger mistake. Not only was it a poor quality wash with a bunch of tire shine. What I got was my truck coming out the other end, of a hand wash mind you, with my headlights being completely fogged up with moisture. The first words out of my mouth at the end of the pickup line was, "what did you do to my headlights"? They said, "oh it's ok they will clear up in a few days". Me being an auto enthusiast I knew that was a bs default reply. Pretty much waved it off. I came back 2 days later with my headlights still damaged. Filed a complaint and got a call back 3 days later to me basically being told too bad so sad its the manufacturers fault for a bad seal. I find that hard to believe since the lights have never had an issue before with countless washes and waxes from this exact location and my headlights were fine. Found out they use a pressure washer, which would be fine but they decided to focus that onto the headlights ruining them. So I'm looking at $400 to replace the lights and $60 for a poor hand wash. Very disappointed in this place. Didn't try to do anything for me. Nothing. Just placed blame on other places and could have cared less to do anything about this incident. read more

've been getting the occasional wash here for many years when it was the classic car spa. Now Cobblestone has purchased it, changed it completely and it's AWFUL! Prices have increased and they do about half a job. They don't even run a vacuum cleaner on your ride anymore. El-sucko. I see no reason to return. I'll do a much better job in my driveway from now on. I never get my car washed, but decided to treat myself today. The first attendant talked me into upgrading the wash I had originally wanted- waste of my time and money. My car is usually clean, just needed a good wash on the outside, wiped down and vacuumed inside. Trunk wasn't even opened. They closed the cover for my cup holder and wiped that down so it looked clean when I initially got in. Windows all spotted. Dirt streaks running down the outside of my car. I've used cobblestone for over 12 years, maybe it's just this location, but I will never come here again read more

I always come to this location for an oil change and they do great, the past time I went they asked if i wanted to replace my air filter and I said yes. Unfortunately they were out of stock, which was ok but I had asked if my vehicle had a cabin air filter and they said no. Now my A/C stopped working, as in not blowing any air, so when I get my car checked out the check engine light said the blower motor or resistor isn't working. I did some research as well and the reason why either of those went out was because of a dirty cabin filter, furthermore I had learned that my car actually does have a cabin air filter. So basically they are lying to people so they don't have to dig in and service cabin air filters that can possibly be "tough" unlike most of them that are behind the glove box. I normally go to the Cobblestone on N. Val Vista and Baseline. I've been to this location twice, and both times have not been a good experience. They are extremely unorganized and they take a very long time. Very pushy salespersons, and it seems like nobody knows what they should be doing. The one on Baseline is usually pretty busy, but they are a lot friendlier and much faster than these guys. They either need to hire more people, or provide better training to their staff. read more

He was telling me that I couldn't use my monthly membership today and that if have to come back tomorrow if I wanted to take advantage of my monthly membership. I told him I don't live close and wanted to use it today. He said ok, I'll make sure we get it taken care of. Ran my card sent me through the car wash. Then told me to go to the vaccums.
