Posting for an incredibly upset friend....Went to this location this past Tuesday for a detailing and left without a handicapped sticker for my two year old daughter whom has a severe heart condition and other important items no longer in my glovebox. Later reached out when noticing multiple items went missing only to be completely disappointed by the response. Needless to say, nothing has been done. Another day , another car wash. Cobblestone on Val Vista and Ray. I don't eat in the car much, but yesterday I had a sandwich in the car and got crumbs on the seat. Today I went to the cobblestone car wash a minute from my home. I have the $39 a month wash package. When they completed the car I went to jump in when I noticed the bread crumbs were still there! I called the guy on it and he says; If you tell them to vacuum the seats when you drop it off they will! YELP'EM!! read more

I have a monthly subscription to Cobblestone and have preferred them to other car wash companies in the valley. I am now not so sure. I took my care to this location on 7/1 because there was whipped cream paw prints and a little sand from my golden retriever puppy in the backseat. They washed the exterior of my car, but did not wipe down the back seat in any way shape or form. I didn't realize until I drove off, but I was close enough to return to the self serve section so I could wipe down the back seat myself. I understand they want to sale the detail package, but a quick wipe down with their blue towels did the trick. I have no clue why they didn't do it. I don't have the most expensive package, but I also don't have the least expensive one either. It was literally 3 minutes to wipe it down. Lessons learned: 1. Don't return to this location, 2. Don't assume they are going to do their job correctly, 3. Don't give a tip until an anal inspection of the car is completed, 4. Cancel my subscription package if I have another unsatisfactory experience, 5. If you want something done right, do it your damn self. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years. I understand you can't please everyone and I understand working with difficult people, but if you do a job, you should always try to do it well. Like I said, I wasn't looking for perfection or a detailed vehicle. I only wanted to have my backseat wiped down. read more

I had to give them at least one star unfortunately. After being suspicious that they did not rotate my tires when I paid for it last time I decided to mark them this time before I took my car in again. Sure enough they did not rotate my tires. They gave me a refund and a bad attitude. It's very sad in Phoenix how many people blow tires every single day and for the last 10,000 miles I've been thinking that I am driving safely. The guy didn't even flinch just said fine I'll give your money back then? How sad. I don't know how many people are given the same piece of mind from these thieves! I've been a member of Cobblestone's Ultimate Monthly Pass for a couple of months now and thought it was rather pricey, so before canceling it, I thought I would get an oil change to take advantage of the discount members receive. Initially, I wasn't given the discount for the oil change so I asked for a manager. The manager's name is Al, and he was extremely helpful and professional and the service I received was excellent! This use to be my favorite Cobblestone location. Unfortunately, the last 2 visits left me disappointed to say the least. How do miss popcorn when vacuuming? That stands out pretty well. The interior wipe down; a swipe here and there. Windows; streaked and still had bug splatter. Exterior; bug splatter remained in tack. Drops from mesquite trees (those yellow drops a little smaller than a grain of rice); all still there. How can you miss any of this when you're drying off a vehicle? The high pressure air hose must of been out of service during my last visit. I had dry streaks of water in all of the obvious places when I got home. Ya know, like back in the day before they started using those air hoses. Needless to say I had to wash my car myself when I got home. I'll be looking for a different location next time. Unfortunately I still have prepaid washes left to use. read more

I have been a cobblestone customer for a few years. I recently sold my vehicle and tried to cancel my plan. I did the online thing as instructed. Proceeded to get charged for another month. Went online and canceled again and also called and left a message. Just got charged again today for another month!!!!! So I have now been charged two months for a vehicle I do not even Own!!!! Of course, you can never actually talk to a person. Just messages!! Was going to get a new plan with my new vehicle, but that is not happening. If I ever get out of them charging me, I'll never use them again. read more

Stay away! My girlfriend just got back from the car wash and is very upset. She was up sold by the guy at the car wash and went for it to get the inside clean. Way to pray on a girl trying to get her car washed. She just spent 30.00 on a car wash and I will have to wash the car myself at home to make it right. The hood is very dirty, the seats were not wiped off (even though she upgraded and paid extra), and the wheels have brake dust on them still. I will not go back, shameful quality of work. read more

I went to this place a few weeks ago & got a fast pass. The first wash i got was fine but wasn't given any air freshener as i was told i could pick one out. So i went again and when i asked if they had put any in i watched the guy spray it in my car and there was so scent just smelt like water. They didn't vacuum or wipe down any part of the interior of my car and there were black dots still on the outside of my car. Very disappointed read more

He is friendly and efficient. He knows my vehicle and what my preferences are and he always recommends special services to keep my car looking great! My vehicle was spotless both inside and out. Got our truck detailed for my sons Birthday. Paid a lot!!! They basically just cleaned the surface. If you move the seat back, you see all the dirt they missed. A damp cloth can clean it, not like they needed to scrub it. We got the seats washed and when they dried, it looks like someone peed their pants and it dried. If you are wanting a good detail, I would not recommend them. read more

Oof. I coming here out of convenience, it's right around the corner from my house. Usually in my experience, when your oil change is done, someone calls your name or comes to get you. This wasn't the case in my last visit to Cobblestone. I waited an extra hour and finally decided to ask what was taking so long. My car was done. I spoke to someone who sent me to someone else to get my keys. When I got over there & asked for my keys, the guy said they were in the car... only it wasn't my car. I told him which one WAS mine and he ran to go get them from the person I had just spoken to. This place is a little unorganized and could be better. read more

Trucks tire was sliced at this location. Be aware. Tire pressure was fine prior with no sensor going off in a vehicle that is barely 5 months old. Go through the wash and when vacuuming heard the tire losing air. It lost nearly all its air within a minute. Contacted the location and the guy that was spoken to said "We have a thousand vehicles come through here, you can come in and speak to a manager." Then disconnected the call. read more

Brought my truck in to cobblestone to get washed just like I always do once or twice a month. Got into my truck after it was finished meanwhile while I was stepping into my truck realized there was a cut in the leather center console/armrest. Told them right away and they brought a manager(Logan Heirs) over. he asked me to park around front and he would be back. The manager was gone for five or 10 minutes, came back and told me he reviewed the cameras and that there was nothing he could do about it. I told him well it wasn't there prior so I would like to see that camera footage as well. He said OK as we are watching the footage one of their team members was wiping down the inside of the windshield from the driver seat and reached over the center console. I believe this is when it happened due to some thing on his hip or pocket. Looks like maybe it was a pocket knife of some sort or something with a clip on it. I drive a lifted truck that remains always in perfect condition inside and out. My vehicles literally have nothing but a sun shade and Kleenex box inside. Logan Heirs was the car wash manager on duty which proceeded to tell me that is how we go fast. So I sacrificed my leather for them going fast. Instead of walking over to the passenger side to finish the windshield. Since their camera system looks like it's from the 90s it was very unclear to see if the detailer had something in his pocket. All you can see from the footage is the detailer reaching over the dash and console to finish up the inside of the windshield. I would never recommend this place again to anybody. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Had my oil changed. Overall happy with the service but all the upselling was a little irritating. I guess probably par for the course.

I typically get my car washed here since it is near my home. Although they don't do an exceptional job, on most occasions they do a good enough job to leave me happy I stopped in. Today the worker opened my trunk (I own a Jeep) and noticed the Christmas tree ferns and closed it without cleaning. A clear business decision on his part. My recommendation, avoid coming here when they are busy. They will but corners and skimp on quality to process the cars. read more

Just called this establishment to inquire about auto carpet shampoo. I spilled beans on the carpet last weekend and now the car smells. I spoke to technician who said they provide the service for $99. I informed him that the website says $59.99. He then says it can't be done under $75.00. Now is this FALSE ADVERTISEMENT???? Absolutely avoid this carwash!!!!! After another carwash broke the passenger side mirror on my car, I was really nervous to take my car anywhere again. The previous place did not accept responsibility the the damage they did, and it cost me around $500 to get it replaced. Cobblestone Auto Spa is close to my work and I wanted my car cleaned for an upcoming road trip, so I took a chance and brought my care here. Everything seemed ok until I got home and realized my motorized mirrors (the one that was just replaced due to previous car wash damage) was now non functional and the motor inside the mirror that makes it move was just continuously running. I immediately took my car back to Cobblestone. I asked to speak with a manager who came over and did nothing but push the mirror buttons to see if anything changed. He filled out an incident report and said he needed to "review the video footage for fault" and that he would call me around 9:30am the next day. The following day, I didn't get a call until closer to 1pm and the man that I talked to handed the issue off to another manager. They of course were quick to say they "reviewed the tapes" and that they were not responsible for the damage to my mirror. I let him know that this was unacceptable because I went into their wash with 2 working mirrors and the fact of the matter was that I came out with one broken. I plan on calling their corporate offices and speaking to someone but, as I said at the beginning of this post, DO NOT GO HERE TO HAVE YOUR CAR WASHED! You could leave there with more of an expense and damage to your car than when you went in!! read more

Luckily I had the entertainment book 50% off coupon. Still had some bird poop on the outside and dust on the inside. From a far the car looks nice but if you look closely it leaves something to be desired. Would have been more upset if I paid the full $37 they we're asking. The free basic wash was a nice touch. I initially had a bad first experience at this car wash, as the majority of the front end of my truck still had plenty of dirt and grime following the wash. I spoke with Arron and Adrian who made it right. For those who have bull bars on their truck like I do, these great employees recommend having the front end sprayed with the bug sprayer or cycling through the wash again. frusterating experience for my first time here. i came to get my vehicle washed/detailed because a friend recommeded it. I brought things to do but thought it was odd that i didnt hear my name called in an hour or so. i went to check and noticed the incorrect name was on my receipt with the incorrect auto freshener. (not a big deal). i asked if my vehicle was finished and the girl looked out the door and said it wasnt. 5 minutes later i asked again cause it had been sitting for a while and i just wanted to make sure. another girl called over to detail and asked then asked if I wanted to pay. I said sure then asked again if it was ready. she finally said yes. she said i could go out and get it. i walked to my vehicle and didnt see the keys so i had to come back in and ask for my keys. another girl walked me out and asked 3 people where my keys were - finally found them. i got out to my truck and the guy asked to see my receipt (which i appreciate) but i feel the receptionist could have said they would check my receipt before giving me my keys so that I wouldnt have put it away or thrown it away. all around it could have been an easier process especially for this being my first time here. Addition: Cobblestone reached out via FB reguarding my review and told me to email them. That was 7 weeks ago. I emailed them a few times and have received no response. I am furious with this location. I called before coming and explained that I needed my seats cleaned etc due to an ice cream disaster in my back seat. They told me that it would be a 2 hour service so I planned to WALK my 2 x 5 year old boys to lunch across the street and putter around the shops to waste some time. All of which I explained to the man that took my car. He stated again that it would be 2 hours. Wasted 3 hours and still no call and 5 year olds ....they were READY to go home. I called cause my car should be LONG ready and maybe they didn't write my number down right. They haven't even started my car. Said it would be ready at 6....6!!!!!!! I dropped my car off at noon!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I decided there was no point in calling back. We just walked back across the street. I told them I just wanted my car and my money back. ( I mean it's not cheap! I paid $130.00 WITH a coupon for them to wash my seats. ) They called the manager in and he says "oh, well we have already started it so we'd still have to charge you." WTF I haven't even seen my car yet so I don't know if they're good at their jobs but their customer service is terrible. That's what I get for trying a place with coupons. I asked to have my interior vacuumed and shampooed. I dropped my car off at 11:00 AM and was told it would be ready at 3:30. My can and on other car were the only ones in the detail bay. I had to walk back to the spa at 4:00 over a mile in the blazing sun. My car was sitting there nobody working on it. By now a bunch of other cars were in the bay and being worked on. I asked if my car was done. They told me it would be done at 4:40. I had to sit and wait. I wish they could keep there time frames. Too many times Cobblestone has told me it would be an hour or so and it ends up taking hours longer. read more

Then I was told that they were doing a promotion and that I could have a month free of unlimited car washes so of course I said sure! Not sure what I paid for since the inside looks exactly the same. I basically paid for them to run it through the washer and throw a freshener inside. Nothing was vacuumed, floor mats weren't cleaned under and the outside still had dirty spots. Had to wait a bit longer than usual due to an angry customer holding up the line, but Dylan made the experience much better. He helped us get through the line as fast as possible and was extremely kind to us along the way.
