I am so sick of the salespeople who won't leave you alone. Girl whose name rhymes with Sadie - I don't want to talk. When I'm not looking at you. Get a clue. Anyway, fifty percent off means I got a new purse. Boop! read more

I was soo happy when I found out that they were opening up a Coach Outlet so close to home. It was another reason for me to go to the Folsom Outlets. This Coach Outlet store is located right across from Rue21 and Bebe. It is also pretty big for a Coach store. Bigger than other Coach outlet stores I've been to, even bigger than the retail Coach in Arden. The workers are friendly, but it also kinda depends on who's working. Most ask if you need help, but sometimes you have to flag someone down if you have a question, but that's always easy to do. There is a lot of selection at this store as well. They have special bags that are only released to outlet stores, as well as some of the other style of bags that had been released in retail stores, but are now out of commission there. Note* If you see a bag in the retail Coach store that you want, but it's just too expensive, chances are you'll see it at a Coach Outlet store in a couple of months when the new line of bags come out. Most items are 20% - 50% off the already cheaper factory based price. read more

Honestly, I hardly ever write reviews but I'll write one for this place . I hate coming to this location but I'll come here occasionally to shop for my mom when I wanna buy her a gift . Unfortunately vacaville is too far . EVERY single time I come here, not even one person would greet me, help me, or tell me about the deals . But the next, older person who walks through that door, RIGHT after me, gets the whole shabang ! I know I look like a kid who probably wouldn't buy anything but you shouldn't judge a book by their cover . Horrible, horrible customer service . read more

This location has really, really gone downhill. I use to come here a couple times a year and now that I went in 01/06/2017 I plan to never go to this store again. My sister and I decided to come to this location after a long day at the office to find a wristlet for my cousin. while shopping we asked an associate if there were any other wristlets near the women's entrance side she said no and from that point this same associate was closely following us so much so that my sister turned around and she was directly behind her. we put down the items we were going to purchase and just decided to leave. They should train there employees to use discretion when attempting to follow people. It was really embarrassing and totally uncalled for. read more

Employees need a lesson on sales (except for older lady.... very nice... she should train you her sales staff) to not being rude to clients. In fact they lock one of main doors... during torrential rain downpour... and when client opened for us, worker said 'your not suppose to do that'! Hubby asked why not own... rude staff said "at least u have umbrella!' I'd not buy anything there cuz poor attitude! Guy at front door 'actually yelled at grandmother whose child accidentally went behind wall where window showing were! So besides older women... others should take customer service course! Wouldn't go back... such bad experience! Visited dec 1st, around 2:30 read more

I was at Folsom Outlets for one purpose and one purpose only: To find a Coach Satchel. I walked into the Coach Outlet store and immediately saw the craziness of the store. It has to be the busiest store in the outlets. There was a customer service representative in the front who greeted me and handed me an additional 20% off all merchandise coupon. Omg, I was going to be in trouble. Everything in this store is neatly organized and generally you can see the price of an item in full view. Lots of work bags, totes, hobos from the past season but honestly, who cares?! Wallet selections were wide ranging and even though I didn't need a Coach wallet, I was tempted to buy one. They also have tons of Passport holders that were super cute and inexpensive $40-$50. They even has tons of accessories such as umbrellas, luggage tags, coin purses, key chains, shoes, planners and more. I kind of feel bad for the men because they probably have about 1% of the store dedicated to men's items and wallets. Anyway, I walked around the store and was asked my two people if I needed help. Very attentive staff. I probably stayed in the store for an hour going through each corner of the store. I didn't want to miss anything. Finally found a brown satchel in the clearance section marked, "clearance, take an additional 20% off". It was the perfect size and style. So to clarify, I asked the sales lady to check the price on top of the clearance AND my coupon. The original price of the satchel was $258 and I ended up paying only $165 plus tax. WHAT A STEAL! Very happy with my brown satchel purchase! I like coming here because I can find a gift for any of my close girlfriends at a reasonable price. I am going to come back for my cosmetics bag! Thanks COACH but being so close to Sacramento that I don't have to drive all the way to Vacaville OR pay full price at the mall! read more

Service sucks here. My sister bought a purse and within 2 months, the strap ripped. We asked for an exchange, but they couldn't help us. I probably won't ever buy a coach purse ever again and tell others about their horrible customer service. Kate Spade customer service is so much better and a lot more helpful and really care about their customers and retention. read more

Coach Outlet! A play ground for all who love Coach purses!!! This location is absolutely fabulous! The staff are very reassuring and friendly with a happy/upbeat attitude which I loved! Plus it helps the over all experience of the shoppers. They have staff members walking around with a handy calculator which I found helpful since they punch in the numbers right there for you with how much the discounts are :) Meaning, when you think you can only buy one Coach purse but really you can buy two plus a wallet, and keychain. My pockets were happy and I was pleased at my deals! I enjoyed shopping here and for sure will be back again! Happy shopping! Toodles~ read more

I adore this this store. ...I know, I know... but I promise this will not be the first step in a full yuppification. Yes, Im already living in Eldorado Hills so maybe the lines are already blurring, but I vow to not bleach my hair, get plastic surgery or develop a tanning addiction. We good? Seriously though this place is pretty wonderful. It is the PERFECT place to pick up a nice gift without totally breaking the bank (even if it is for yourself!) The customer service here is always above and beyond, and the handbags are made of top notch materials...and super cute! read more

We went to the outlets for a girl's shopping day and Coach was of course our first stop. The customer service was awesome without being over the top. Great selection as well. All three of us walked out with purchases we were excited about taking home. read more

Nice place but they should have more men stuff like shoes and bags yeah i bought my shoes here

Great service. Great selection.

Not all outlet stores are worth going to because they skimp on quality, style, etc. or the prices aren't that great, but the Coach Outlet is not one of those stores. I have been shopping at this location since its opening and it is definitely worth stopping by. Although the majority of the merchandise carried in this store was produced specifically for the outlet, they are well made (there are subtle differences in the details compared to that at a regular Coach store, but they will still hold up for a lifetime) and styles are current. For those of you who aren't crazy about outlet merchandise, there is also a smaller section of the store that carries merchandise from the regular Coach stores that are marked down. Plus the sales folks will usually hand you a coupon for additional savings when you walk though the door - this weekend it was 50% off the entire store plus additional 30% off clearance! Yay, $25 clutch! As others have mentioned, their customer service is also on point. They are approachable and helpful when you need them, but they don't follow you around as you shop. I have two faves at this location - I only wish I knew their names so I could mention them in this review! (P.S. there is one person with a permanent mean face, but I don't think she can help it). Anyway, highly recommended store! read more

If I could give this one star I would. My son has been in the hospital and I couldn't get to the store to make my return by the store closing time. I had hoped for a little mercy but Veronica, the manager, refused to make an allowance. When I asked what her last name was she very snobbishly said she was the only Veronica who worked here. I know she has the ability to do so because I've been with people who have been extended this courtesy in the past. For a high end store, this was a very frustrating and unnecessary experience. I was trying to return a $30 wallet...not even an expensive purse. read more

I purchased some business gifts earlier in the week and had to return after discovering I miscounted and needed a few more. I didn't think this one through and hit MAJOR black Friday traffic, crowds and long lines. I had just gotten off work and it took a great deal of time just to park and get into the store. I approached a customer service representative who immediately started assisting me when I discovered the items I needed were in short supply on the shelf. She not only found what I was looking for, but assisted me in getting to a register and out the door in a timely manner. Her name was "Aki" and I wanted to recognize her for not just outstanding customer service, but she was impeccably dressed and represents Coach products at their highest level. The store was extremely impacted and crowded and she was very professional. read more

I would love to be able to give this store zero stars due to the way my aunt and I were treated earlier today. We were just browsing their clearance selection with my 3 year old daughter and my aunt heard one of the girls behind the counter very clearly say "watch those two" to another employee. When she looked back they were both staring us down. It's one thing to judge a person based on looks but to say it so loudly that they can hear shows no class whatsoever. I have been into several coach locations but will never in my life step foot into this one again. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to the vacaville outlets for my next coach purchase. It's too bad because I was really hoping to walk out of there today with a new purse and a matching wallet. Too bad one extremely rude employee lost a few hundred dollars in sales today. read more

I don't normally write this stuff the African American manager or whoever it is gives me the creeps. He so rude and just wrong. Customers are asking him questions and he says stuff to make them feel dumb. I thought it was time to close on my first visit so he walked towards me so I said:are you guys closing? He said: no but since you are in the mood for asking question! How can I help you? I'm like dang so rude. Hate this store. read more

I don't shop here very often, as I have noticed that Coach is making a lot more of their items out of plastic, and I am not a fan of plastic purses. Maybe a plastic bag for the pool or beach! The salespeople are all over the store, and you usually will get asked repeatedly if they can help you. I think it would be better if they utilized mor staff behind the counter to help people who are standing in line, rather than so many wandering around constantly asking what you are looking for, etc. I have found this can be very distracting, and sometimes it gets annoying when you are barraged very few minutes. read more

Make sure you grab that 20% off it helps when your buying a $200-300 purse or clutch for a purse fanatic.

so many people go gaga for coach, its funny. i think it's hilarious that at the vacaville and the great mall locations, the staff has to control the crowds they let in the store by having them queue up outside and wait. thankfully, i haven't seen any of that goin on at the folsom location. no, here the staff allows the zoo like atmosphere to persist. i love it, it makes shopping more fun and exciting! anyway, the continued success of coach has to do with their fun and young marketing concept combined with high quality and design and the perfect price point. not too cheap and not too expensive. and at outlet prices, everyone goes apes. seriously, everytime i walk into this store there is a swarm of people with grabbing hands, grabbing all they can (loosely quoting depeche mode). i'll see crazy women with like seven purses hangin off their shoulders, walkin around and modeling in front of the mirrors! haha, funny funny. anyway, i like to come here to see if they have any cute stuff for gifts for people, their wristlets are always a good buy and very useful to have. the staff is always so upbeat and helpful. this store is just so much fun. even if i don't end up finding anything, i just have a good time people watching!! read more

I normally like this location. When I arrived today they gave me a 15% off coupon that was good if you spend $150 or more. The bag I wanted was $149. I understand that they do this on purpose but it left me with an icky feeling as if they are trying to trick me by pricing the bag just $1.00 less so it would not qualify for the discount. If I like a bag, I will buy it with or without a coupon. If the bag was any other price, I would not care but this $1.00 game was just ridiculous so I left. I'm glad there are other great brands if handbags to choose from. read more

I agree with my friend Michelle on this Coach outlet! I went here for my birthday (courtesy of the boyfriend) to pick out a wallet. I was super convincing and got a purse too! ;) I actually like the customer service in this store. Then again I went on a Tuesday so I'm sure that it is different then a weekend. I was greeted several times and also helped to find what I was looking for... Then devastation hits...my zipper broke on my wallet. I'll be honest I was pretty bummed out...so I went back to the Coach store. They immediately replaced it. BUMMER it wasn't in the store but they ordered it for me from Vacaville and also got the shipping fee waived. I'll be back here for my next purse. I just like the discounted prices of the purses. I only come in this store a couple times a year to buy purses. Don't go to the Coach store...wait a while and then go to the outlets! =) read more

Yucky! I dont like this coach store personally cuz it lacks good customer service, and hardly any nice looking coach bags. Maybe im just coming on the wrong days, i dunno. I did almost bought a carly bag recently, but it was a lil bit too small. The price wasnt bad, 50% off, so only about $150? Until i find a bag i like, I rate this coach outlet a-ok. read more

Cleannnnnn! Currently 50% off regular priced merchandise and 70% off clearance. Ipad covers/cases are under $20 !

If you're planning a trip here, make sure you don't go in without a coupon! Sometimes they hand them out at the door, but there is a Coach Outlet e-mailing to get coupons as well. Love the store size and I've always had friendly service here. The line can get long, especially with the Saturday crowds, but the selection is well worth it! "Gooo Clearance"! read more

I have been to this store a few times and I absolutely love it, especially since I LOVE LOVE LOVE Coach. The best part of it all is that everything is 50% off, and the "clearance" items are an additional 50% off of the lowest marked price. I went to this location on Saturday and they had an employee at the door handing out coupons and greeting customers as they entered and exited the store while handing out a coupon for an additional 20% off. As I was walking around the store with my 5 year old cousin, we were approached by 3 separate employees asking if we needed any help or had any questions. The first employee went about and beyond by explaining the prices and how they work, plus the benefits of the extra 20% off. And as my cousin and I browsed the store, 2 other employees approached to see if we needed any help. I wasn't sure if the last 2 wanted to give their opinions on a few wallets that I was looking at since I was asking a 5 year old for her opinion on which one she liked best. She may be 5, but she I trust her opinions more than I would trust of a complete stranger. Yes, I know it's their jobs to help and/or ask customers if they need any help. But still, I will go with a 5 year olds opinion. By the time I had gotten to the register to pay for the wallet that my cousin and I ended up deciding on, the line moved on the slow side. But I think it was because of the fact that the 2 guys that were at the registers were taking their time to ask the customers that they currently were assisting if they were on the mailing list, updating email and other info, etc. read more

Here to help my brother buy a gift for his gf...but he asked me r u helping me shop or r u shopping for urself.....cute bags

I normally shop at Juicy Couture but my sister took me to the outlet mall in Folsom. We walked into the Coach outlet and was immediately approached by a sales associate advising me that all handbags were 50% off. I wish she didn't tell me that because I ended up buying 2 bags, a wallet, a pill case, water bottle, wristlets, and mini wallets for my daughter and nieces. The prices are amazingly affordable. I wanted a "multipurpose bag" to use as a diaper bag but another girl beat me to it and it was the last one in stock. Only thing I didn't like about the store was that they didn't have any "multipurpose" bags in stock. Overall, I recommend this store to all Coach lovers. Awesome location and amazing service. read more

Great selection with good deal... and good service. The only down side of shopping here is choosing, there's too many good items to choose from. I was looking for a quality, classic navy tote and they had four different styles to choose from. All really nice. I'll definitely be back for a second! read more

Great selection.. and the saleswomen were very friendly.. I didn't buy anything (gotta save up!).. but yeah.. they always have an extra 30% off coupon.. so I think it's a great deal! I'm a big fan of Coach especially when my mom needs a gift. She's always looking for purses and well i always seemed to get her one she really likes here. The purses and items they sell are GARBAGE!! I bought a purse ( wasn't cheap) and my husband bought a wallet.. wallet fell apart within days of purchasing and my purse? The edging is rubber! It started peeling within weeks and strings started hanging out all over the place! I have bought cheap purses that have lasted longer than this thing did! The stuff they sell isn't quality.. 50% off sales? My ass! That garbage is sub quality, maybe flea market at that. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone! Slap a high price name on a piece of trash, put a high price tag on it and state that it's half off??? PATHETIC!! Some people work hard to be able to splurge on a nice purse come to find out its trash! read more

I absolutely love shopping at this outlet store. I found out that the items at the outlet are not the same items the retail stores like Macys or Nordstroms sell. They are genuine "Coach" but are made specifically for the outlet stores. Not a problem though, they always have fun stuff. I've read several reviews that mentioned "Lucy" she is usually there and she has always been extremely helpful. Here is one of the things I like best about this store. ALL AROUND THE STORE THERE ARE PULL OUT SHELVES. I'VE ACTUALLY BEEN ENCOURAGED TO USE THEM!!! They are there so you can pull out a shelf and check out the inside of the bag - pockets and such. I've actually been encouraged to check out the purses - pull out the stuffing and put my own things in a purse! How cool is that!!!!! I won't name names but another well known store that sells mostly old lady type purses -- first letter of the store and brand is "B" -- they have a HISSY FIT if you purchase an item and take it home and remove the tissue to try your own things in it -- well . . . you had better not attempt to return it because THAT store will accuse you of using it and then it is non-returnable. COACH IS AWESOME -- YOU CAN PURCHASE SOMETHING IN JANUARY AND NOT GIVE IT TO SOMEONE UNTIL DECEMBER -- AS LONG AS THE TAGS ARE ATTACHED AND YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT -- you can take it back and get credit. You cannot beat that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT PRODUCT -- LOTS OF VARIETY CONVENIENT LOCATION AND FREQUENT SALES. THANKS COACH! read more
