I've been eyeing a few purses on the Gucci website. I have never been inside the brick and mortar location in Roseville before yesterday, and I have to say how impressed I was with the customer service. Cindy helped me look at a few of the bags and I realized that they weren't exactly what I was looking for - a true crossbody that lays lower on the body. Ultimately I chose the one in the photo and I'm so happy! Cindy let me know that I could have them add a few holes into the strap so it would hang lower. Doing this to the bag does make it non-refundable, but I'm so happy with it, there's no way I'd even think of returning it. Overall my experience with Cindy was so fantastic that I asked if there was someone I could speak to so I could relay what a wonderful salesperson Cindy is. She brought me over to the store manager, Joselo and he was spectacular too. Super friendly and thanked me for coming in. It's these types of interactions that should be common, but sadly aren't. Especially when you're spending such a large amount of money on an item. I did buy a bag from LV right across the way from Gucci a little over a month ago, and even though my experience there was mostly positive. I didn't like that they have a door person and limit who can come in. What if I wanted to just look at some items? Gucci makes what LV doesn't possible. read more

Sales rep who assisted us was sweet, kind and helpful. She helped size my daughter with a belt and handbag. Major plus was that she was not pushy trying to get us to make a purchase and let us wander around the store until we had questions. read more

Customer service was good. No judgements on if people have the money to afford or not. Last time I went as a first visit. The workers were nice and offered some new arrival stuff to know. read more

Beyond frustrated...Initially I had great customer service. I had bought a bag, after 3 weeks of wear the corner of the leather was peeling. I had went back in and they were so kind to exchange the bag. Within 1 week of wearing it, the SAME problem happened. The corner was peeling. I agreed with the service associate that the style wasn't going to work. I paid the difference and got a new bag, new material and style. After 24 hrs of wearing it. It was peeling once again.. after the service associate reassured me that it would not be an issue. After 3 attempts of owning a Gucci bag in 1 month, it is clearly a quality issue and not the brand for me. The bigger issue is the fact that they are REFUSING to refund me. I don't know about you, but spending $2200+ on a bag that has quality issues I deserve more than a manager shrugging his shoulders saying it's "final sale." I am marching straight to Louis Vuitton across the way and adding to my collection. I have 3 LV bags I've had for YEARS. And never had an issue with quality. Don't waste your time!!! read more

This review is mainly for my Gucci SA, Julie Cadena. She is very lovely, nice, and friendly (greets with a big smile :-D). She's also very accommodating in providing the items I am interested in (including the adorable animal print design "Pikarar" by Angela Nguyen, although I didn't get to buy the belt bag that I wanted because it was sold out; I was too late!) - looking up availability, bringing them for me to try on, and taking the time to help me with my choices (I didn't feel rushed or pressured). She also promptly responds to my text messages. My visit to the store is always very pleasant. All transactions have been smooth. Thanks to Julie! Also, while Julie was on her honeymoon vacation, another SA named Eddie (I believe his name was) helped me. He's also very nice, friendly, and accommodating. As for the store selections or items on display, there are so many gorgeous bags and SLGs to choose from. I like how they are all showcased around the the store's very stylish and splashy interior design - very colorful and attractive. I'm in total awe! :-D read more

I was shopping for a wallet with my friend in galleria. We stopped by YSL, Gucci and LV. Although I ended up with an LV wallet, I wanted to share that I received the best customer service from Trevor at Gucci. Trevor was attentive and kind. He was helpful and showed us bags and wallets. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He offered us water since it was hot outside. Trevor, thank you for your kindness. I will definitely be back in the future. read more

Do not buy! Not worth the money. Quality is not good. I bought an expensive leather belt with a gold finished buckle and after a couple of use the buckle tarnished and the staff that saw me said that this usually happened. He said I will have to pay for the repair of $185 or replace the whole buckle with almost the same price of a brand new belt. They do not offer warranty. Not worth it! My experience with the Gucci products don't last like other luxury brands i purchased. The a crossbody bag that I purchased ended up having torn and eventually had holes so I ended up throwing it away. The price that you pay I think it is better to purchase other luxury brands. I will not buy Gucci again. read more

Worst customer service ever! and when you ask for their manager, Lucas, the store district manager, will not help you and will be just as rude. For as much as I buy from Gucci (approximately 20 products, totaling more than $40,000), you'd think they'd treat me better. Then I read the reviews, and they are rude across the board, no matter the loyalty. It would be worth the drive to San Jose Valley Fair to avoid this treatment. Or better yet, I will now be a loyal Louis Vuitton client. Avoid this terrible place unless you like being treated like an outcast! Also, they have the worst exchange, return, and repair policy. Go elsewhere! read more

Bought a purse online and got a text it arrived. I called and asked for a return and they said I had to go in. I never even went and got my item. $1450 later I went in and they said they would refund me with a email. 2 hours later nothing. And called and they said they would call me back. Go to LV across the way. Better service for sure. read more

Love Gucci. The sales team was very nice o bought a lot of good stuff if shop there again

Kim is the best, kind an patient with me shopping with my 3 year old . The whole store the staff was great distracting him while I shopped, but I want to give the real MVP shout out to her. I loved the champagne given to me while I looked around and shopped. Even tho I did not end up buying that day, the customer service there was 10/10 . Clean and very organized and easy to see what I wanted an didn't want, value is as I said before about LV. Good quality and art is not cheap, but well worth it. Good taste is priceless. This location is wonderful just the staff alone make it so. read more

When I come here, I prefer to see Janice who works there. She's always helpful and doesn't seem so rude. She makes my shopping experience more enjoyable and comfortable. I've never into buying high designer type purses or items in general but thanks to the Adidas collaboration with Gucci that came out summer of 2022, I've been hooked. I love Adidas more than anything lol I made my first Gucci purchase online but finally decided to go to the store to look and try on items. I'm more into casual items, nothing too fancy but i have found pieces that fit my style more than I expected. Thanks to Janice, I rated this 5 stars but if it wasn't for her, it would have been lower due to the snobbish vibe my husband and I get from the other salespersons particularly the guys. read more

I had an okay time with Josiah, our sale associate. I wanted to get my husband a gift for his 30th birthday and he really wanted the velvet teal loafers. That's what be got. Service: was fine. I don't know if it's a Gucci thing but they like to leave you alone and roam to service another customer. Frankly, my husband and I look young so I wouldn't doubt that he didn't think we would make a purchase. Regardless of the age or presentation of the customer, I believe they deserve the attention necessary for their needs. The store was nice just like any other Gucci store. Their shoe gallery was easy on the eyes. Our transaction process with Josiah was easy because we had an account. He gifted my husband with a Gucci Shoe Horn. It is very useful when wearing his loafers. I would come back if I lived in the Sacramento area. I'd like Josiah to help me next time as well. read more

Never liked this brand but because of a really cool sales rep, I shopped there a few times. I followed the rep from Burberry to Tiffany's and then I saw him at Gucci and occasionally I would wave and come in and chat and he convinced me to buy some pieces. When he was working there, I've never had issues. He was the only great thing about that brand. My husband bought me some shoes, I never wore them, I stuck my foot in once maybe and then we left town. I wasn't really sure about them, they were a little flashy so I took it to the store to return them. I didn't even think to look at them or check them because they were unworn. I come into the store today, there was four employees in the front and I give it to one of them telling them I need to do a return. He started staring at the shoes very closely and then telling them he will not return it because they are worn. Literally accusing me of wearing them. I have my own business, we build homes, I don't need to argue over $900. I'm sorry I'm not one of your regular ghetto customers who wears and returns! What's more dumb is that he was telling me that they don't sell the floor models and that people don't try them on and walk in the store, when I myself have tried on other shoes inside the same store! I'm so furious, the way the situation was handled was so disgusting. The accusation was so embarrassing that I didn't even want to argue and ask for a manager. I just wanted to die and run out. My kids were standing around with me. I literally have surveillance of me every single day from the day It was purchased to today. You will never see me wearing those shoes. The laces are exactly the same way that they were, which is tricky to even get them in that position, why would I wear shoes when the laces are all jacked up? Horrible horrible disgusting customer service. This brands quality is not great and there's an outlet. That already tells u everything. In Europe, they sell the same stuff for much cheaper. I should've followed my gut and never went into the stupid store. These people get some kind of power trip. If I was ghetto and wanted to wear the shoes, you better believe I would've cleaned it so good you would've never known. Stupidity. That's the problem when people don't know their customers. Well, they lost a customer for life. I will never step foot in that disgusting story again. Same as Louie, and all these lame brands. It's all cheap canvas and you pay for a lame name. I'm not going back or going to escalate, but I will let everyone know. All this brand stuff is so pathetic. People with money don't even shop there. It's people who are broke. They need to show the world that they have something. I definitely will never give them a penny again. Should've followed my gut. It's just sickening how they accuse you. Nordstrom's and neiman Marcus returns shoes and more expensive items. And these idiots think they knew something. When I actually contacted the sales rep, he was not there that day, he did tell me that that shoe was sold as is. Do not shop there. It was the guy with the pointy mustache. Probably judged me when I walked in since I was with kids, he made a big big mistake!!! This will probably cost him many many clients. read more

I have shopped at this store a few times now and most recently got invited to their one-year anniversary party. What a fun event; with the bubbly and snacks flowing- you seriously can't go wrong. Our SA is Travis, who is the nicest, kindest, most patient man. We have such a wonderful time every time we come in. It is all thanks to Travis, special mention to Jeremy the manager, he also is quite pleasant and friendly. Can't wait for the next event, thank you and cheers to Gucci Roseville! read more

I have been saving and I knew exactly what I wanted. I'm a teenager and I came in with my mother. I wasn't especially dressed up but by no means did my appearance reflect the stink eye that the associates gave me. The associate did end up helping me after my mother asked "which one of you is available to help?" because all of them were scrolling on their phone when we walked in. Then, an associate named Sydney helped me and she was amazing. Everyone else in the store treated me as if I was invisible and the first impression was that I came into the wrong store. I clearly didn't, and I made a purchase. You can't judge by age or appearance on who has money. Even if I didn't have money I still should have been treated with respect from the beginning. read more

I've been to a lot of luxury stores and most of them are friendly. Not in this store. Very sarcastic and rude. We asked what's the leather made of and the belt size and the associate said "it's 90, you wouldn't understand anyway". And made a comment that my sister asked too many questions. Shrugged it off because we were having a good day that day and didn't wanna get ruined by the associate. If you're in sales, you should treat your clients nicely and in a friendly manner anytime, not just when you know that they have bought from the store before. read more

I don't typically write reviews, but Eddie at Gucci Roseville provided exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming and incredibly helpful! He was patient as I went back and forth deciding on a bag, and had some great recommendations. After leaving the store, he sent the kindest text thanking my husband and I for coming in. I highly recommend working with him! read more

The best customer service ever! I went in looking for hats, which I didn't see displayed, so I asked Annie who had greeted me immediately and she went to the back and brought out several options within minutes. Of course I loved them all but didn't think buying 3 at once was the best idea Annie was sooooo nice and helpful showing me a few other things and then when I picked the item I wanted she went to the back and of course bagged and boxed it up beautifully! The store as a whole is lovely and every staff member was so sweet and professional! I'll deff be back and I'll deff ask for Annie!! read more

The quality and brand speaks for itsself. But when the customer service is outstanding the entire experience when shopping at the Roseville Gucci Store becomes exciting. Julian is fantastic he is extremely educated on the brand and follows up on email and or text with any product your are interested in. I had a small repair and never found myself calling to check the status. Julian always reached out to inform me on the next step. Class all the way and truly a beautiful store. I use to buy only online but now I will always come into the Roseville Store for purchase. 5 stars all the way . read more

I bought a Gucci backpack about a month ago from the Roseville location. The sales associates name was Eddie. He was terrible. He began by differentiating himself from me, informing me that he is not Black, he is Nigerian. I was appalled. I am Black, and this was not the appropriate time to tell me this, it seemed like he was suggesting being full African is better than being Black. I felt it had absolutely nothing to do with the sale. I noticed that his dress shoes were considerably too large for him, their was a half inch gap between his heel and the back of his shoe. The worst part was that he did not print my receipt, and he actually found a way forget to email it to me as well. He sort of disappeared at the end of the sale as people do when they do not know what they are doing. I called customer service on him this afternoon so management can reprimand him. As a Black customer, I need to know that all Black customers are welcome and treated well. Lastly I noticed that the female sales associates dressed in the Gucci valor jump suits were actually trying to show off their company loaned outfits to me while I was shopping. I should have reported this behavior to customer service as well, it was competitive, aggressive, offensive, and intimidating. Most customers who shop at Gucci and leave the store with any item make more money the mangers see in their bank accounts at one time their entire lives managing a Gucci store, let alone a valor jumpsuit wearing sales associate. Sales associates have to treat guests with humility and professionalism. I noticed the sales associates were very hyper as if they were the ones shopping. The floor manager had absolutely zero control over them, and they were operating no self control as well. read more

A tear fled to my gorgeous blue-green eyes as I found myself gazing at the most beautiful sight I could ever hope to see: a Gucci store, brand new, glistening with merchandise, beckoning me in as my Visa Black Credit Card quivered with ecstatic anticipation. The line to get in was enough to send my heart into war drums of anxiety. How eager I was to get in, and how heavenly it was to be in the presence of Gucci. At last, the doors opened. The world slowed as I entered. The air blessed my nostrils with the delicate kiss of an unrivaled Italian legacy. The sounds of Enya's "Only Time" played in my mind as I waltzed in a blissful state. Tears now flowing down my cheeks in this wonderland, I could not hold myself back. I made a sizable purchase, arming myself with the most recent masterpieces Gucci had to offer. I am a woman of exquisite taste. I am thrilled to say I own a new Gucci clutch. A gorgeous piece. The staff were excellent and well mannered. I will return. read more

No complaints. This was my first Gucci purchase and my SA was awesome. I just wish I remembered her name.

Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. We were followed all over the store closely by a salesman. However he was nice and pleasant. When we finally found some glasses we wanted to buy, he was helping someone else. Another gentleman helped us who was the complete opposite. He was unpleasant, didn't seem too enthusiastic to be there and didn't give the service that is typical in a luxury store. We asked for a new pair of the sunglasses. He checked and found 4. The pair that he brought out that were "new" were filthy. It had oil and fingerprints all over the lens. In the middle of showing us the glasses he excused himself to help someone else. When he cane back, he dismissed the fingerprints and told us it was from the person who placed it in the packaging. Instead of cleaning them, he simply placed it back in the packaging and sold it to us. I almost wanted to just walk out but didn't want to make a scene. Gucci your salespeople might look the part but they sure don't act it. read more
