    Terrible store , came for a return after driving over an hour to this location . Ladies were very rude Jennie & Anna both trying to not get me to return it and exchange it instead , I decline & now all of a sudden it's crazy how a Gucci store has no cash to process my return in the original payment, definitely will not shop here again , terrible customer service what a joke again terrible customer service from Jennie & Anna very rude

    Beyond frustrated...Initially I had great customer service. I had bought a bag, after 3 weeks of wear the corner of the leather was peeling. I had went back in and they were so kind to exchange the bag. Within 1 week of wearing it, the SAME problem happened. The corner was peeling. I agreed with the service associate that the style wasn't going to work. I paid the difference and got a new bag, new material and style. After 24 hrs of wearing it. It was peeling once again.. after the service associate reassured me that it would not be an issue. After 3 attempts of owning a Gucci bag in 1 month, it is clearly a quality issue and not the brand for me. The bigger issue is the fact that they are REFUSING to refund me. I don't know about you, but spending $2200+ on a bag that has quality issues I deserve more than a manager shrugging his shoulders saying it's "final sale." I am marching straight to Louis Vuitton across the way and adding to my collection. I have 3 LV bags I've had for YEARS. And never had an issue with quality. Don't waste your time!!!

    Terrible terrible service at this location. They are also extremely unresponsive and they do not respond to emails from customers.

I spent the entire morning going through my baby/toddler stuff, organizing it by size, making sure it was clean and even putting matching sets together. I read the website beforehand to understand the selling process. I had four Rubbermaid bins of baby clothes, a $200+ pack n play, a baby swing, and a $150+ baby carrier. I walk in with my three kids under three and say, "Hello, I have some items I'd like to sell" An older brunette lady responds, "Well I'm not available until 7pm and that's when we close so come back then" I say, "well I have my three kids here right now, I can't come back later. I have everything cleaned and organized and ready to go" She said, "yea I recommend coming in EARLY" Having woken up at 5:30 am that day and being incredibly sleep deprived because I have one year old twins I just started walking away because I was about to snap at her for the way I was being talked to. Luckily I ran into two pregnant women while I was walking out of the store and offered all of my baby stuff to them. They took most of it and were so happy!!! To the older lady who was rude to me: I hope you heal and find kindness in your heart one day. You deserve all the love in the world. Maybe try doing some yoga :)

During my visit, my son and I were looking at a skirt on a mannequin to see if it came with built-in shorts or an underlayer. As we gently lifted the skirt to check, a manager abruptly approached us, snatched the skirt out of our hands, and said, "We don't look under there!" He didn't give us a chance to explain, and he walked away with attitude. It was unnecessarily rude and made both me and my child feel uncomfortable. Later, I returned to the counter to ask if I could exchange some underwear I had purchased just 15 minutes prior due to a sizing issue. I had bought four two-piece sets. I was aware of the no-return policy on underwear, but I still asked politely if an exception could be made given how recent the purchase was. That same manager was once again rude and dismissive, although he did eventually process the exchange. The problem wasn't the policy--it was the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude I encountered. I spent over $200 during this visit, and to be treated so poorly after making a significant purchase is unacceptable. Every customer, especially when shopping with their child, deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. For reference, the manager was a skinny, light-skinned Asian male with long hair tied back . I truly hope this feedback reaches the right people and leads to better staff training on professionalism and communication.

I reached out to the customer service number and let them know that it would be a pain to drive an hour away to pick up earrings that were forgotten. ( they were $6.99. I was literally told sorry you have to go into the store we can't help you. My experience in the store was already lackluster. Makes sense that you're unable to contact the store directly. Pretty sure that's the reason why they do it this way so that people cannot call the store and complain or actually talk to someone who can assist in issues like this. I used to love H&M.

    Went in today for some back-to-school shopping for my daughter who's starting high school. It was…read moreour first time in this store, and overall it was clean and well-organized. The clothes are definitely geared more toward a younger crowd and a little on the pricier side, but my daughter did find a few cute things she liked. Checkout was a bit frustrating. There was only one register open, which was fine since there were just a few people ahead of us and we weren't in a rush. However, a female employee who seemed like a manager got in line behind us and then called another employee to open a register. Another male maybe manager instead of helping the next person in line, he helped the employee who had been behind us. That didn't sit right. Thankfully, when we did get to the register, we were helped by Melissa, and she was absolutely lovely! She had a great attitude, made conversation, and was even helping a newer employee while ringing us up. She definitely turned the experience around.

Now it's just overpriced items with not so great quality.
