I want to preface this by saying this is the worst company I've ever worked with. Lie #1. The sales team sold me the world and then on pick up day, a bunch of kids showed up and had no idea what they were doing. I was promised extra help to pack up some of my belongings etc. LIE. Pick up spanned two days. (Two days out of work). When I originally set up service I was promised I would always get to speak with sales person, so they knew what was going on. That DID NOT HAPPEN. Lie #2. I did a price match that was honored immediately. 2 weeks later they call back stating they cannot honor it. Why? Because my quote was not cubic feet instead of linear feet. So the competitor was kind enough to provide the cubic feet. That was resolved. Took approx 2 hours of my time. Crappy event #3. They broke a frame and I did a claim. That wasn't bad at all. LIE # 4. I scheduled my first re-delivery. They immediately changed my terms and slapped a $65/hr/mover to each and every delivery. FOR ONE DELIVERY. Min. 1 hour. Min 2 movers. I had a bed delivered. Give me a break. After 6 emails and trolling their facebook marketing, they removed the fee. So if you think you can get your items at any time for free, as advertised, you are WRONG. The bright side, the ONLY bright side: The only 5 star rating I'd like to share is regarding Nick in customer care. He really helped (when I say helped, I mean resolved unlike anyone else at Clutter) with the price match fiasco. He called, letting me know the situation, heard me out and actually called me back! Give this guy a raise because he deserves it. Way to go Nick! My advice, don't use Clutter. Things that are too good to be true, usually are. I used another service in the past for college dorm storage but this one is my new favorite. It has the benefit of helpful movers who come pick up your things but you are paying for a storage space instead of a per box fee- and it's still economical. The final touch is that they will even price match other storage companies. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Wow, these guys were amazing!! I needed moving help and 3-month storage and saw Clutter in FB. Jamie, the the customer service/admin was great, answering all my questions and even applying a groupon code after I booked my date. Robert and his team were great. My window was 7am- 10am and they arrived 7:10am. On point. They were so courteous, professional, and hard-working. They handled my king terpurpedic mattress like nothing. So impressed! Rob the team lead, was upfront and honest. Travell and Bobby did an amazing job packing up my master and 2nd bedroom. Tony was meticulous about packing my kitchen correctly. Did not return all items and several items were broken. These items have been in our family for years and actually mean something to us. In order to process these claims, they went online, found used items being sold that they subjectively felt were "similar" and valued our belongings off them. It's frustrating, but more importantly it's just tacky how they handle these situations. I would never use or refer them ever again. read more

The movers were very nice and friendly and that is why I am giving them an extra star, but otherwise the move was not what I would expect from a professional moving company. They didn't wrap/cover a lot of items before removing them from the apartment which led to scratches on my television set and tv stand. This is my first experience with Clutter and so far, it has already saved me so much time. Anthony A. and Dylan M. we're communicative and on time! The ease of setting this all up online and having a variety of options is super helpful. I decided to get a 5x5 unit for 8 months at a great price, to store some items while my home goes under renovations. The selling point for me is the fact that they pick up your items without you having to get a truck of your own and also the price guarantee (i.e. no rent increase!). Most storage places regularly give rent increases and are overly priced. I find Clutter to be more than fair considering they pick up and drop off your items. I also appreciate that they wrapped up my items in protective wrap with care (even though it's just a patio set and loveseat). All in all, a great and carefree experience! Thanks Clutter! read more

I felt bad for the guy Rafael that he was doing majority of the work. But today Conrad and Carlos came and finished the job that Melvin wasn't capable of doing. What a complete nightmare/shit show this company is. NEVER EVER use them. They left us hanging yesterday, right in the middle of our move! Packed about 1/3 of our stuff, then left! I'm just going to way this THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU EVEN USE THIS UNORGANIZED PLACE. They record all calls, however, when u ask for them to play the calls back they tell you they don't record calls. But their automated system informs you that all calls are recorded. I'm just completely done. They changed the wrong card on file they will not be refunding me my money. It's just a shit show and it feeds up. The manager of the team he is extremely rude and very unprofessional, he knows I'm annoyed and frustrated so the tone in my voice is very elevated so he proceeds to start talking loud with me. I then ask if he can transfer me to someone else he says "umm no" I laugh because again he's unprofessional. I then ask again can u transfer me to a different manager he says she not in I will have her call u tomorrow. This is a complete and utter bait and switch. After the initial pick- up . I set up partial returns and received a confirmation email for those returns. In those confirmation emails nothing was mentioned about charging $65/hour per mover which it is normally 2-3 movers. When I first paid for cluttered nothing was mentioned that you had to pay for your stuff to be returned actually it was the opposite there was no charge.Nothing about charging extra was mentioned in the contract I signed. After all the set up delivery dates were confirmed I get an email The next day saying that they're going to charge me this is a complete scam and a rip off it looks like a good deal when you first buy the Groupon or when you do the friend referral but it ends up costing you in the end. It would be better to just hire movers and rent a storage space. Stay away from this scam company. read more

We are very happy with our experience so far. We had a separate company do our move here from Seattle, and when they got here with our things, Clutter met them at our house at the exact same time. We were able to sort what went to the house and what went to storage and the movers took our storage items, tagged them, and took them away with no hassle at all. Clutter came out on Friday..day did not go well!!! The guys were very sweet!!! But do to a change in storage dates and them coming late..a hour into packing they had to leave because contractors were here using a hot mop!! UNDERSTANDABLE!! They definitely were not the experience I had with the expert team of Thomas Bobby Mathew!! I can't say enough about that experience!!! If everyone had these guys as movers!!! I have really use a moving company before My movements were excellent They pack up all my things in a timely manner. I I schedule my return of my items I moved I was I was moving out of state So I had to do a truck to truck transfer The movers Loaded the track they threw everything on top of each other from big pots of the small boxes just everywhere They were bloke it broken glass all through the truck the movers never notified of that. There are 2 trucks showed up I asked the guy Where there anything else on their truck that belongs to me the mover stated that the other truck show up to help. Once arriveing to my new home and in unpack the truck we Notice the glass in the truck came from my table broken in piece and wood all over the truck broken bedroom set. And my couch was not in the truck. I call and call the customer team there was only one guy try to help me to find the couch that no price can cover it that couch is the last time I spend with my mom was seat and talk with her . All she would say is that she love that couch and thanking me for the purchase. And the next two days she past away. So I am hurt that they lost my couch. I call and call there customer service for help the only rep help me was David. All other just say fill out a claim . David follow up with the warehouse but they didn't find it or follow thur with the mover that day or look in the other truck that pull up with them. Etc....I could not afford the additiona insurance coverage to cover the balance i pay for the couch so they offer me 200.00 for my lost . read more
