When I first made the phone call the gentleman who answered was very polite and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone, and when the job was done the actual bill did match what he quoted over the phone. Huge bonus points right there right off the bat for quoting appropriately for the job and sticking to the quote. The two gentlemen who actually performed the moving service for me did call a half hour ahead to arrival as promised to let me know they were on their way and would arrive on time. I had to move a leather couch, a leather loveseat, and a leather recliner. I was pretty nervous because the folks who were helping me move before for free just friends... We're pretty baffled at how to take my furniture apart. I did ask over the phone if they knew how to take these kinds of couches apart and the gentleman on the phone assured me they do this all the time and they totally know what they are doing. Well when the two movers showed up he was absolutely right they were completely professional about taking my couch apart! I was proper impressed at how easily they dismantled it. They even wrapped it with lots of saran wrap to protect it from the moving truck. I was pretty grateful about this because the thought of my nice leather rolling around in a dirty truck was not too keen in my mind. Once we arrived at the location they set up my couches and made sure that everything worked properly with the electrical parts. They were also super patient about helping me lay out my living room with my furniture. I really just can't say enough nice things about this company and the service they provided to me. I decided to go with them because they had really good reviews compared to other companies that do not have such great reviews. I can tell you from my own personal experience that this company does live up to the hype. They do a lot more than just furniture moving. And I'm pretty sure we're going to hire them to do some junk removal once we pare down and eliminate things we no longer need. I have included a picture of my furniture that they moved for context. read more

I'm truly amazed by Clutter Brothers. When I got in touch with them on Yelp a few weeks ago about moving my warehouse inventory, Chris from Clutter Brothers was one of the few who responded promptly. After discussing the job and sharing photos, I paid the deposit and secured my spot on their schedule. The day before the move, they called to confirm, and 30 minutes before they arrived, they gave me a heads-up call. When Ray and his crew got there, they immediately started working and efficiently moved everything from the warehouse. Despite my worries about moving everything up the stairs at the new place, they did it all without any trouble. They even took care of some empty pallets for me. These guys work really hard, and I genuinely couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for moving services. read more

Top notch service and work ethic by Clutter Brothers. I requested a quote via Yelp on Saturday (for a move the upcoming Wednesday so this was super short notice). Their response time was amazing and their price was unbeatable. I called and booked immediately. Moving day: on time, great conversation, super nice, well prepared, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Finished the job early and within budget--I did not even think twice when adding in a tip. Highly recommend. Thanks for doing such a great job! read more

I had called several other junk removal businesses and these guys called me back. In fact as of now 12 hours after they cleared out my garage - none of the others I contacted bothered calling me back. The guys that showed up were clean, wearing uniforms and got right to emptying the mess out of my garage. I was thrilled to give them an extra $50 for their trouble as the job they did was awesome. Don't bother calling anyone else - these guys are the bomb. Thanks again for hooking me up. read more

I left a voice message requesting a quote and my call was returned in a short 15 minutes later. In addition, Clutter Brothers mentioned they had a scheduled project nearby and they could fit my items on this route if that worked for my schedule. In less than two hours from the time I had the quote, Clutter Brothers arrived and all the items were cleared from the garage. The team was very professional, efficient, and friendly and I will definitely use their services again. read more

I was able to email Clutter Brothers pictures of 4 piles I had in my yard that I wanted removed within the week before family arrived. They quickly responded giving me an estimate which was very reasonable compared to contractors hauling it away. We set a date that week, they came and took all piles away. So nice to see a cleaned up area! I highly recommend them, very prompt, reasonable, and professional! read more

Fantastic service!! They called the day before to confirm & then called 20 minutes before they arrived. They tore down the hot tub & cleaned up all of the debris. We had some last minute items we asked if they could haul away & they did for a very low fee. The entire fee was less than I expected. We will be repeat customer. read more
