This team is amazing! I contacted them in sheer desperation while helping a family member move (across country) from a home that she lived in 40 years. Chris responded to me quickly and even spent some time on a Sunday exchanging emails with me to address concerns that I had. They were able to fit me into their schedule very quickly and were able to do everything that I had requested within 8/9 hours. The request that I had included cleaning out a LARGE garage and a LARGE shed full of several years worth of items, all while keeping a specified list of items (in the garage and shed as well as all throughout the entire house) that I had provided and dumping / donating the rest depending on condition. I tried calling and leaving messages, but I didn't get any response. Three hours later, I received an apologetic call asking if I could reschedule :( They seem like nice people. Don't use anyone else. Rarely in the Tahoe area is there a service that confirms the day before, called a half hour before arriving and arrives at the agreed time. They moved out couches, tables, heavy furniture and more up three flights of stairs for the agreed price. Will definitely use again. read more

I used this company over the weekend. Had a 10am appointment, showed up at 10:08. Was quoted a price with 3 men and a truck for 3 hours, at 2.5 hours the truck was only half loaded. The stall tactic was phenomenal. Yes, they wrapped the bed sets, but head board was still scratched and so was the top of my freezer. My 3 hour job, turned into 8 hours. I was told that it was an additional $57.XX per hour to my face. After 8 hours I was asked to pay 3 times more than what the man told me to my face. Never provided a written quote or offered a copy of a contract, nor provided a receipt. Do your homework and ask lots of questions before using this company and read the fine print that its not an additional hourly charge it's a per 15 minutes charge.....will never use AGAIN, nor will I recommend to ANYONE. read more

I wish I could give no stars for this one. Hired the Clutter Brothers for a move out of state. When we arrived to the moving truck in our new home to unload it, we couldn't open the truck. This is because this company packed the truck terribly. They spent six hours packing our truck and even brought another guy to help. When we finally got the door open, our items start falling out. Come to find that they packed the truck without strapping our kayaks, bed railings, and giant room rugs down which slid and fell on top of boxes of fragile things and furniture. They had put all of that stuff on rails above all of our stuff. We had so much damage to our items and boxes. They somehow managed to pack an air compressor within a metal frame for my coffee table, it is so stuck within the table that I cannot move it at all.(photo is in the review) After talking to them, I was told that it wasn't their fault and that the driver must have been driving "CRAZY". If they couldn't handle strapping down kayaks and heavy metal bed frames above all of our belongings what else did they miss. Our things were thrown all over the truck, mangled and crushed just like our souls when we saw all the damage. Stains on our new couch, scratches on almost every piece of wooden furniture, literally the worst movers I probably could have hired. They said when I talked to them about the damage that we didn't provide enough packing materials, but if that would have been said to me on site I would have run out in an instance to grab more pads. They are not refunding us for anything either. I have way too many photos of our damaged things to post on here, so I'll just give a sample of the damage. We also had them junk some stuff for us, but somehow they managed to pack some of that stuff on the truck without me knowing. So finding some of our junk stuff in there was very disappointing considering they didn't fit all of our stuff we wanted to take.
