An Asus Mini motherboard (about $70 retail) with a slow, dated CPU. I ended up with an out-of-date entry level PC with 2 USB ports!!??? Even though they used my new PSU, GPU and cables I received $0 credit. When the PC was delivered, I was expecting a professional installation. What I got was a sloppy, inept job: Cables were left tangled in a knot on the floor - software was left only partially installed. The worst part was I was presented with an $800 bill that exceeded by almost double what I was quoted after sizable 4 digit deposit. I was so intimidated by the presence of their employee inside my home, that I handed him my CC. (I have since initiated a case against YCF for that $800 bill. I did not seek a return of my 4 digit deposit.) After returning the MB and CPU to YCF, I hired Computer Warriors to build the PC that I was promised. I should have started with this friendly, professional, company.

Because they couldn't help me, they didn't charge, and I very much appreciate that honesty and concern for the decision that made sense instead of taking my money! I'll come back if I need repairs in the future.

This is the place. After a disastrous custom build by a shop located on Oleander (YCF - see…read morereview), I needed extensive help to rebuild my PC. I met Brandon who was as friendly as he was knowledgeable. I immediately trusted him. I removed the junk parts that the previous shop installed (and returned same to YCF) and turned the gutted PC over to Brandon to build the PC the way it should have been done in the first place. At every step of the rebuild Brandon kept in close contact. It was a joy to work with him. It is without reservation that recommend Computer Warriors!!!! Update: If at all possible try to bypass whoever it is that works the front desk and speak directly with Brandon. The front desk is staffed by a guy who is unfriendly and completely disinterested in anything you have to say. On that initial Monday morning, if I had met that guy instead of Brandon I would have walked out.

This, of course, presented a problem when trying to factory reset which is why I came to them in the first place for assistance. The rep spent less than a minute speaking to me. His exact words were that "it cannot be fixed and it's basically a paperweight." The gentleman told me the cell phone provider also could not assist me and really no one could. I reached out to Samsung directly for assistance and they referred me to a local certified phone repair company. Within 24 hours of taking my phone there it was unlocked and factory reset. I wish the gentleman had handled this differently. He could have stated that The Computer Warriors are not licensed or authorized to do these sort of repairs. If he had, I would have found outside help but still kept them in mind for future work. Honesty and professionalism go a long way.

I had a technician come out today that was terrible. But the reps I have worked with on the phone…read morehave been wonderful and have been able to walk me through fixing the issues every time. The tech today was supposed to come out and move our router and modem to a centralized location in the house and add an additional pod along with fixing our current pod that has been having connectivity issues. Instead he swapped our modem for a residential one and told me there are connectivity issues happening outside that someone would be out to fix. He made sure to let me know this would not be an over night fix but something that would take place over the next week or so. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENED. No moving the modem and router to a centralized location, no additional pod, no fixing the current pod. Nada. I was extremely concerned with the swapping of modems and still haven't gotten a clear answer as to why. As for my maybe... the people on the customer support end have been great. Each one have been able to walk me through technical issues and have us up and running. I'm not tech savvy but I can take directions well and I'm patient. When you treat people with kindness it's typically given back and that's been my experience over the phone. In fact, even calling in about my experience I was told my 2 different reps it was the calmest freak out they've witnessed. My main reason for writing this review however was to make sure I specifically acknowledged Justin from New York who helped me over the phone at 12:30am my time,1:30am his time. Yes he listened to me and he understood where I was coming from as a customer. He scheduled a technician to come out and fix my issues that should have been fixed today when the first tech came, all of which I greatly appreciated. But it was the end of the call when he empathized with me that really made me feel heard. So Justin, if you ever read this, thank you. I didn't know how much I needed to hear that and I appreciated it more than you know. And thank you for scheduling a new technician and listening to my experience. I know it was a lot to hear at 1:30am. My rating is based on this experience alone, so spectrum, you have Justin to thank for these stars and should find him and give him some sort of incentive (as your overall rating could really use a lot more 5 star reviews and I would give your in person tech 1 only because you can't do 0).

I was told since the billing cycle started on April 6 and I didn't return the equipment until April 8. I would the $100 charge. I think that that should have been prorated regardless since been a customer for 7 1/2 years and the bill every month on time. Their response was that company policy that the billing cycle is for one month no exceptions.
