The folks at the College Road (near Sam's Club) were arrogant, snooty, and disrespectful, and referred me to customer service. The store was empty and the employees were gathered in a group playing on their phones. Unless you need a new phone, and have money to spend with them they don't want to see you. About a year ago, my 92 year old father wanted a new phone, and he was not capable of traveling, so I went to this store with his power of attorney, his driver's license, and his account information. They would not give me a phone for him, and insisted I bring him to the store. They made up some BS policy. If you want to deal with arrogant, empty headed children, whom just want to hang out and get paid, go visit that store. When you buy something from them, no matter what they tell you other than handing you the phone - they will not do it and will lie to your face. I plan on taking my 9 phone account to T-Mobile as soon as I can!

They have no SLA (Service Level Agreement) available for customers to reference, and good luck getting any answers from their support team--if you can even reach them. Often, the phone doesn't ring, or worse, it rings and hangs up before you can speak to anyone. No email notifications. No status updates. No status page to check when there's an outage. It's as if they simply don't care whether their customers know what's going on. And let's be clear--Cloudwyze isn't a new player in this space. They're not a startup trying to figure things out. They've had plenty of time, resources, and examples from competitors on what not to do in this industry. In short, Cloudwyze is dropping the ball on service, communication, and customer support. I got fiber to the home, gigabit service from AT&T. It has been reliable and is fast like you would expect. Price is decent. $75 per month intro rate, $100 after a year. No data caps which is very important if you stream a lot of TV and/or have security cameras. The router they give you is fine for a small home or apartment. The Wi-Fi is not every customizable and the 5Ghz signal doesn't go very far. If you have a larger house then you may need to invest in a mesh system for wi-fi coverage. Overall I have been satisfied with the service.

HOWEVER, the staff was AMAZING & got to us right away (where we would have been in line after others before us). The staff was VERY tech savvy - which I was delighted with as we had a tech issue with a brand new phone & had to exchange after only having the device about 1-hour & realizing it didn't have enough memory (uug, $50 re-stock fee, but that was my own fault!). Everyone in the shop was lovely, and I know they deal with ticked off customers all the time. They were super nice, funny & knew how to fix all our issues.
