I found out about Total Tech AV from Yelp, and got through to the owner on my first call. Jordan the owner was friendly yet very fair in his quote. He quoted a fair price and fortunately had technicians who could come the same day. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Fortunately the new TV, a Samsung, was able to use the same mount as the LG it replaced. The technicians were personable and skilled. They connected the power and HDMI cables correctly and we had the new TV going quite quickly. Their charges were fully within the UCR (Usual, customary and reasonable) range. Your previous visit shows you both expressing delight in the fact that you pilfered my TWC Password! Shame on you "boys!" In the past 1.5 years I had to call you tirelessly for you to repair the horrifically dysfunctional home A/V system that had 23 episodes of disrepair costing us more than $7,000.00. Your most recent estimate for yet another $2,202 -- was to finally repair the lemon AV system you installed. Unfortunately you could not be bothered with our never-ending repair calls. The end result was your refusing to repair our system because "You did not feel comfortable with how you were being treated?!!!" We did all we could to be loyal customers in spite on the constant aggravations with repairs, and invasion of privacy. You both will learn some basic business lessons the "hard way." I'm so very disappointed in your disrespectful behavior -- especially when you know I have acute back and neck pain causing sleep depravation. You have wasted an inordinate amount of our time and money. I'm done! Donna M

Their attention to detail was impressive, and they cleaned up as they worked, leaving everything spotless when the job was done.
