I dropped it off on a Thursday and was given a Monday completion date. Monday came no phone calls and more unreturned messages. Thursday came and I decided to check on my $108,000 Jaguar in person. Elaine was not there and the person at the desk had no information, but told me to call in a half hour and she may be back. I asked to see my car that was supposed to be in their shop and was told customers are not allowed in the shop. Walked around the building and found my car sitting at the back of a dirt junk yard like area. It had a tarp over the top with metal gromets and hooks scratching the paint. The car was not locked in the unsecured lot. They had not even started on the car. I got the key from them and drove it home. Washed the filthy car and started to buff out the scratches. There is more to the story that is worse than what I have already disclosed, but for now I will leave it at that. Use Upholstery 1 at your own risk, you have been warned.

The price was so much better than what the dealer wanted to charge for the factory cover. This cover was custom designed specifically for this boat to my specifications. The amazing customer service that was offered by Dilcia and her family was truly amazing. The first iteration of the boat cover did not have cutouts for the cleat. The cleats needed to be free and clear for when the marina launches it into the water so they can control it. When I mentioned this to Dilcia, she immediately obtained clarification and modified the cover to meet my needs with no additional cost. Her family came with her for the initial installation and removal of the cover. They took the time patiently to show us exactly how to install the cover while the boat is in the water and how to remove it when the boat is in the water. Her son also stated that sometimes there are issues with snaps that are mounted on the boat or on the cover. He shared that if we have any issues we are to call them immediately and they will come resolve the issue. I cannot recommend A&D Maldonado Upholstery highly enough. I will definitely be using them for any future upholstery needs. They offer a wide variety of upholstery services including Marine, Auto and Furniture. This was definitely a five-star plus experience.
