I communicated this to Sara Davis on our first meeting. She is very knowledgeable of the carpet industry, having grown up in it. She took the time to explain the different types of carpet and padding. She then recommended those she thought best suited my needs/wants. I tend to shop around when making a big buying decision. I found a sample at a competitor which I liked better than those she had shown me. Upon getting a price from the competitor, I called her to see if she could get the same carpet. She indicated she could do that and her price was lower than the competitor. Her installers did an excellent job. I recently had the inside of my house painted and they were very careful not to damage the walls. Don't be fooled by the name. Sara and her installers are very professional and hardworking.
