The other two firms never responded at all. I was responsible for materials and had already purchased several decorative tiles. Juan Pelaez sent me photos and descriptions of exactly what additional tiles, mastic, grout and caulk I needed. Today, July 27, Juan and his helper arrived at the house at 8:00 AM.
