The installation team worked hard and did impeccable work. My wife and I visited the show room one afternoon to look at our options for flooring but not exactly sure what look we wanted. Pete was wonderfully informative and after talking for about 45 minutes we left bringing a few of his recommended selections home. He came out to measure and provide an estimate and we came up with the perfect floor for us. Pete and his team were truly the most efficient, polite, respectful and hard-working young men we have had the pleasure of knowing. Always showed up on time, always remembered they were working in someone's home, and they were careful with our 3 very curious ferrets. Pete is a true perfectionist! The quality of the installation is excellent! Thank you for your wonderful full-service flooring experience. I highly recommend Harbour Flooring!

Improvement 2050 completed our full kitchen and full bathroom remodel in the summer of 2019. We…read morewould not hesitate to recommend Improvement 2050 and their team for any type of home remodeling. We purchased a historic condo in downtown Wilmington, and since we are not from the area, had no idea where to turn for renovation help. We researched several remodeling companies and got 3 estimates. I found Improvement 2050 via Home Advisor and could not be happier. I was hesitant though, because there were no reviews of the company. Turns out they recently relocated to Wilmington from Miami, where their team worked for a general contractor, so while they have tons of experience, they have few actual reviews. We chose Improvement 2050 because of their very detailed quote and the fact that they were so much less expensive than the other firms. Plus, they were extremely responsive, and I ask a lot of questions! My husband and I thought it was too good to be true. Working with them was a dream. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am a high maintenance customer. I expect a lot! I managed the entire project remotely and they were exceptional at keeping me in the loop, sending me videos and pictures of their work on a daily basis. I dealt primarily with Joseth Garcia. I will vouch for the fact that he and his team are respectful, prompt, neat, and skilled. They exceeded my expectations (which is a hard thing to do). I could go on and on, but bottom line, our project was delivered on time, on budget, and looks amazing. They really bent over backwards to do whatever they could to make me happy, including solving some pretty significant issues along the way. We will be hiring Improvement 2050 again to complete any work that comes up in Wilmington. If you are considering them, I highly recommend you give them a chance. You will be glad you did.
