Pelaez Renovations responded the next day and came to the house on Saturday, July 20. I had an estimate later that day and work was scheduled for the following Saturday. The other two firms never responded at all. I was responsible for materials and had already purchased several decorative tiles. Juan Pelaez sent me photos and descriptions of exactly what additional tiles, mastic, grout and caulk I needed. Today, July 27, Juan and his helper arrived at the house at 8:00 AM. Five hours later the job was finished. Juan was meticulous and precise in his work and was careful to clean up afterwards. This was a small job, only 12.5 SF. It looks great and the total cost was just over $800, 30 percent of which was the decorative tile.

The owner Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He gave my wife and I valuable ideas and options and always responded quickly to calls and showed up on time - always. I was also given a prompt cost estimate and it was very reasonable. Greg did all of the shower construction, plumbing, electrical, and tile installation. Woody removed the old wallpaper, put a skim coat over the walls and painted and did a great job. Greg is absolutely meticulous in everything he did - using a laser to line everything up. He is a true craftsman and professional. He is polite and takes his time to do the right thing, as does Woody. I've owned multiple houses over 45 years and have dealt with many contractors over those years and I can honestly say Woof was absolutely one of the best I have ever used, and that's saying something.
