Fortunately the new TV, a Samsung, was able to use the same mount as the LG it replaced. The technicians were personable and skilled. They connected the power and HDMI cables correctly and we had the new TV going quite quickly. Their charges were fully within the UCR (Usual, customary and reasonable) range.
