Told him my issue and the ac stopped cooling. He said I know right wear your house is. Ill be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough 2 tecs show up and professionally stook his hand out and said I'm mason and introduce the other tec. I cant remember his name but very professional. 2 minutes figured out the issue it was froze. He thawed it and checked and it was low on freon. Which means theres a leak. He explained what I would imagine. It needed a little freon till they could come and check for the leak then filled up. Very understandable. In the midst another crew came by just to see if they could help. Shortly after they where gone. But before a very nice gentleman asked if I was on the yearly maintenance plan. Im not. He explained and I will do that. But those guys really where extremely professional. I own retail stores across nc and I hope my employees give the same customer service. Thank you so much snd I pray it dont leak before yall find the leak. Curtis Leach oyster harbor supply

We considered about 6 companies and had several onsite inspections and estimates. We selected Clean Breathing over larger well-known franchise companies and we were not disappointed. Bill listened to what we wanted to know and provided details of his process and materials. Other companies just measured square footage and provided much higher prices with little in the way of details. We got the impression they were used to dealing with insurance companies where there were few questions asked. Bill's team meticulously cleaned and removed all odors. Then, they carefully prepared the drywall for painting as if it was inside a custom home, filling all holes and blemishes, hand sanding, and the applying to coats of quality paint. The team was not only professional and technically proficient but they were also courteous and polite. Everything was perfectly clean before they departed. The odor is completely gone and the garage looks great. Their attention to detail and their clean up after the job was done is noteworthy. We couldn't be happier. Gary and Connie, Sunset Beach

Along the way until today, 2026, we have had reliable service from A+. In July 2025 they installed a new air handler and heat pump from Lenox, a good brand, $16,095.00 value. my cost was $12,981.70 after the value preferred customer discount and 14% additional saving discount. Paid in full after installation. Not a great deal for us but A+ had been reliable up to this point. We complained about the loudness of the unit, the inconvenience of even replacing filters, thermostat that came with the unit not working properly, and the extra noise coming from the unit immediately with no solution except they installed the thermostat we previously had. I visited the local office and spoke to some guys in an office about the issues and said I wanted what I paid for. they did not act concerned but agreed that I should expect to get satisfaction for what I paid for. Several techs have visited the home since with no solutions but ideas they would relay to management. A tech came recently to do the maintenance check after a year. No problems found, except for a bad capacitor in the other unit, even though we discussed with him the problems we have complained about and lived with for a year. Finally, a tech, Bradley, came recently after our call. He corrected the filter situation and "ordered the thermostat" that came with the unit and said he would be back in about a week to install. (No sign of him nor any communication since.) He found a blockage in the draining system and corrected it. The noise from the system remains but the annoying knocking sounds have mostly disappeared. (NOT AS LOUD) However, now almost a month later, NO THERMOSTAT, and A+ is calling for us to renew our maintenance contract. It seems ridiculous for them to ask when they aren't doing what is expected already, and we are still experiencing problems with the unit installed in 2025. I cannot recommend this service to anyone at this time. We have no response from management or explanations when we complain. Simply put, all the techs are polite and seem to be knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes, but somewhere along the way the communication falls on deaf ears at the management level! They included two follow up maintenance calls valued at $75 each. They should have just taken the money off the bill at the time because these visits were worthless. After each of these calls, they made suggestions as to how I could spend more money with them and did not perform any maintenance at all. I contacted them and all they did was to continue sending me boilerplate emails recommending I buy more of their "services". They are unresponsive and they do not do what they say they will do. BTW, I worked for Honeywell for years doing commercial HVAC maintenance and these guys may not be scammers, but they are acting like scammers in my opinion.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but I've given the company a chance to resolve issues and they…read moredidn't. We called for kitchen tile and grout cleaning. Service actually didn't clean the grout nearly to the clean we know is possible. Price also seemed excessive. About a month later we had people tell us we should reach out to company because house is unoccupied and still not ok.. So we did. We got told it was a month and a few days so no possible revisit. We had injuries and disabilities preventing us from doing it, and are selling, so we again paid. This time though, my husband has had a new diagnosis of myasthenia gravis at 70 and fell twice in front of them and clearly needed help. The techs ended the cleaning by telling him that they created work for my disabled husband by not replacing rug under kitchen table and chairs and that we'd have to do it. No one told us this before servicing. They knew this was not possible for him to do. I called the company and told them our concerns and that there'd be an open house the following weekend and manager albeit unsympathetic, said he'd get someone there by Friday and still had door code. Open house occurred Sunday and rugs were not put back as promised. Our realtor lady had to do it. Floor showed areas of lighter and darker grout which is worse than just being dirty . Never again. Next comes the vent cleaning that was done in between floor cleanings. They said they'd be out for an estimate. We arranged to be there even though my husband had just gotten discharged from hospital. We were on our way there when we got a call from them and a sales guy explained that they don't do in person quotes anymore and just wanted me to say all of the air return sizes and number of vents in our home. How the hell can I do that out of my head?? I asked. He said it was an estimate but exact number of vents and air return sizes would be done by tech and price would be adjusted. $1400 we were quoted. The following week, the code was given. Tech arrived and wouldn't start service unless paid in advance. I explained that we didn't have a price only an estimate. He demanded payment and said our quote was the price. I explained that when asked for number of vents I over estimated so I'd get a quote higher than expected and not be surprised by actual quote. He said the price was the price. $1400 to start vent cleaning. I asked what if those numbers were way off? He said he'd throw in a dryer vent cleaning or something. I told him we paid for that already in the quote. He said hed figure out something. Due to hospitalizations we were not able to be there and reluctantly paid. How good of job?? I have no idea. We asked how many actual vents there were and he said he'd throw never counted because it didn't matter. The price was the price. We had 22 vents, not 30 we now found out. We also paid for deodorant in vents. We don't know if that was actually done or not. I kid you not it smelled worse after vent cleaning than before. Can I blame tech? Officially no. But vent cleaning sure wasn't what we expected nor did we expect to get manipulated into accepting an estimate as actual price. We would not have done it if we knew in advance. We will never use Stanley steamer again and fair warning to anyone with disabilities.. they will make work for you instead of helping you! I would have been better off on my hands and knees scrubbing grout with my back injury than all the work and driving they created for us.
