I have been to this noodle place many times, their noodle soup is the best in the Bay area, always full of flavor, good service and clean environment 10/10!

At first glance it is a fairly casual place, but it is very clean and the utensils are of high quality. I really enjoyed the soup that came out in a huge clay pot that kept the soup hot. Yunnan Traditional crossing-bridge rice noodles. The soup was very rich and flavorful. Service was excellent. We came out for another restaurant but it had a queue of over 3 hours, so we chose this place and were not disappointed! The plum juice was amazing in both presentation and taste. These folks are a great place and we will be back.

It's a little pricey for me since I'm from LA, but the food is very tasty. I would recommend the 过桥米线--it's much better than the other options. The flavor is slightly salty. Unfortunately, they don't have enough waiters, so the service is below average. When you try to call a waiter, they sometimes just ignore you.

Plus - An experience to have a hot noodle soup in a warmed stone bowl that looks like a wash basin. Minus - Ambience and table set up can be more welcoming. It was a bit chaotic in my opinion although the hall wasn't full. Huge portion

It delivers exactly what you'd expect from a no-frills noodle spot: clean flavors, hearty bowls, and quick service through self-serve phone ordering. Braised Pork Rice Noodles - The highlight of the meal. The broth is light but satisfying, and the toppings balance nicely with tender pork slice, ground meat, bean sprouts, and scallions. A great option when you're craving something comforting and flavorful without feeling heavy. Spicy Pig Ear - Perfect texture with just the right amount of crunch, and the seasoning gives it a savory, slightly spicy kick. Fresh garnish of carrots and cilantro adds a refreshing contrast. Popcorn Tofu - The most interesting dish of the night. The first bite feels a bit dry, almost like a more-ish cracker. Ordering and Vibe - Ordering from your phone keeps things fast and easy. The restaurant itself is casual and straightforward, with the focus on the food rather than extras. Overall - Solid choice when you want a reliable noodle soup fix. The pig ear appetizer and the noodles scratch the itch for a light yet filling bowl.

All I knew when we came here was that they have soup and that it's Chinese food. I had no idea what we ordered so when our Traditional Crossing Bridge entrees started to come out, I was excited at the presentation as it's very unique! I love that each item is numbered off in what order to put it in your broth. The broth here was also very flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I thought the whole dish was great and super filling/comforting- we came on a cold day so it was perfect! I love the concept of the Crossing Bridge, it's very different from other places I've been to and in a way, assembling and playing with your food makes it more fun to eat. There's so many other food options in this plaza, but I would definitely be back here when I'm in the area as we don't have anything like this in San Jose!

Today, I came to Clouddish again with my friends. It was delicious as always. My friend just landed from China. He said it was more authentic and authentic than cross-bridge rice noodles in Yunnan, China. The owner of the shop is very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

We come to this place for a quick stop because of one of my friends' recommendation. The food delivery is super fast. We come to the place during peak hours, a little bit crowded, still acceptable. When the food comes, it looks pretty good and fancy, the only complaint is the portion is not that much. Other than that, it's good.

I didn't have high expectations for the rice noodles, but this place actually surprised us. We ordered three different kinds and they were all pretty tasty. The noodles are the thin style, and the cross-bridge rice noodle was the best of the three.

The woman was incredibly attentive and ensured the baby's water wasn't too cold and brought scissors if we wanted to cut his food into smaller bites. The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming! The orange chicken was the star of the meal , well balance and perfectly crispy. We got the lamb dumpling which were extra juicy and the pork and cabbage dumplings were a classic. Homemade chili crisp oil was available at the table. The server was the sweetest person and she helped us order. We ended up with a nice assortment: - Zha Jiang noodles - Tofu, mushroom & basil potstickers - Hot chili wontons The server was attentive and helped make us feel like very special guests. I'm sure she makes everyone feel that way. She communicates with the chef and they got our order perfect (no onions). The zha jiang noodles were our favorite. The texture of the noodles was bouncy and perfectly cooked and the veggies were fresh and neatly sliced. This dish has impressive qualities and the flavors were well balanced. The hot chili wontons had a nice kick to them and not too spicy. The potstickers are a good vegetarian option and the tofu, mushroom and basil worked well together and that butterfly made out of carrots was gorgeous. I hear the chef makes them by hand. Thank you to the server for helping us with our order and being so kind. Our dinner was superb. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.

It's kind of pricey, especially compared to the original location in Oakland, but the food is authentic Hong Kong/Cantonese style cuisine. This will definitely satisfy your carb/MSG cravings, lol! We got takeout for a weekday lunch. This is our usual order now: Fresh sliced fish porridge, $14.95 - they always do a great job with this. This is the Cantonese equivalent of chicken noodle soup. The texture is just right, there are plenty of fish pieces, and the flavor is classic, right down to the ginger slivers. Shrimp rice noodle roll $9.50 - DH's favorite dim sum item. It is tender, and the shrimp are large and crispy. Comes with the classic soy-based sauce. Crab meat braised E - fu noodle $24.95 - DH's favorite noodle. This type of noodle is very soft and absorbs all of the flavors from the crab pieces and sauce. Great choice for seafood lovers! Shrimp silky egg chow fun $24.95 - little one's favorite. This one just has such a great combination of flavors. The velvety "gravy" really ties everything together and makes it go down smoothly. This one has flat noodles (cheung fun), like the classic beef chow fun. Comfort food for sure! Sautéed Chinese green $22.95 - this looks to be pan seared choy sum. Seems kind of expensive, but they actually pack a lot of greens into the box. They don't have the veggie clay pot anymore, Barbecue pork $15.95 - they do a pretty good job with this one too. The flavors are really good and interestingly enough it comes with these little beans on the bottom. Pork tends to be a little bit on the lean side. Portion size seems okay. We didn't get the beef chow fun because we didn't need that much food. But that one is a classic here and they usually do a great job with it too. Food is usually ready very quickly and everything was steaming hot. Staff are efficient and friendly. Give it a try; this place is consistently good and I highly recommend it!

We ordered the egg tofu with veggies, beef brisket, ham and egg fried rice, and the chicken with Chinese sausage clay pot. The beef brisket was the clear winner -- tender, flavorful, and they give you a generous portion. No tiny rationed pieces hiding in sauce. The overall flavor profile was balanced and comforting without feeling overloaded with MSG. The egg tofu was light and nicely seasoned, and the fried rice delivered that classic Hong Kong café vibe. The clay pot had great flavor too, though I personally prefer larger pieces of chicken with less bone. Just a texture preference -- seasoning was on point. Prices are reasonable, especially for the portion sizes. You leave full without feeling like you overpaid. Ambiance is casual and simple. One drawback during the summer: there were quite a few flies while we were dining. The doors were closed, so it was a bit puzzling and definitely distracting. Overall, good flavors, good portions, good prices. I'd come back -- especially for that brisket -- just hoping the fly situation improves during warmer months.

There was no pork in it, but obviously chicken. It is also by far the saltiest porridge I've had and it has no other flavor. The consistency was extremely thin, felt like I was slurping salt water. The century eggs didn't have much flavor, which was surprising. Ginger slices or even green onion toppings (like pictured in the menu) would improve the porridge. I would not come back for it, I'd rather get it from 99 ranch's hot deli section.
