Please go to Cloud 9 and now!! This is a place of healing, sanctuary and overall positivity. I do the infrared sauna and recently tried the Rasha. The infrared sauna makes me sweat like I never have. This sauna heats you from within and I usually burn about 380 calories. You detox heavy metals and toxins and you will see its really a different kind of sweat. On top of that your skin is purified and your mood is elevated. I have lost about 8 llbs using the sauna regularly. The Rasha sound waves are life changing. I haven't floated yet, but i plan to. I've done a few PEMF sessions for a nagging muscular lower back/upper side glute issue that i've also been seeing a PT for. I've had the dull ache/pain for like a YEAR. I feel like after 3 sessions my issue is getting better. Is it the PT and exersizes i've been doing finally kicking in? or is it the PEMF? All i know is, while it had been getting somewhat bit better via PT, it was still being stubborn. Then i tried the PEMF, and it's had a seemingly jump-started a move into more, significant improvement. I'm betting it's the PEMF as icing on top of the other treatments. I like the the cleanliness of the place (i know it's new, but..), and i like the aesthetic/design of the place. Nice people, small business/family owned. Check it out! I'd never floated before, but just did 90 mins in a tank at Cloud-9. It was amazing. From the moment I walked in and watched the video about what to expect to when I walked out the door at the end, it was perfect. The place is super clean and the woman working, who I assume is the owner, was just lovely. I was worried about being a little claustrophobic, but I wasn't at all - you can open and close the lid as you wish. They give you inside rubber shoes to wear for walking around and ear plugs to for when you're floating. On my way out I got to check out the infrared sauna--I'll definitely be back to try that and to float again. read more

Don't walk, RUN to Cloud 9. As a first time floater, I can say first hand that you will feel much less apprehensive about it once you walk through the door. From the intro video to the patient explanation of the set up Cloud 9, you're sure to feel comfortable walking in. Fast-forward to the room...It's well set up, super clean, and well equipped. You're in a private space with a shower, float tank, and all the essentials (toiletries, ear plugs, etc) Now for the experience...Everyone is different, of course. For me, it took a little while, as expected, to clear my mind. I also had some pain in my neck and shoulder (I have an issue with my AC joint so not surprising but it felt emphasized at first). But at some point, I started drifting in and out of thought and then *poof!* it was over. I showered, dressed and left after signing up for a membership but the real impact hit me after leaving. I have legitimately never felt so calm in my life. Almost like you were at a spa for a year and then walked out into real life. It's bananas. I have to say I was kind of skeptical about the float, they were so kind and the cleanliness love it. So did it work for me yes I have recommended this to so many people. I suffer from knee pain, nerve pain, and just so much stress. This was the best I actually fell asleep felt like I was there for hours but it was 40m. I wish I did this a long time a ago. Honestly, the customer service here is incredible. I switched from my last spa because of many micro-aggressions I experienced. The place was nice and the woman I signed up with was a doll, but the customer service wasn't there 100% of the time. We all have bad days but if you work in the service industry, and I pay top dollar for services, I expect good service. This place does just that. Within a week, I already feel welcomed and like everyone who works here genuinely cares about my experiences. I have done the infrared saunas and they leave me feeling amazing. Even better is the shower right after, which cools me down and mellows me out. The place is sparkling clean and serene. I enjoy coming here everyday now, and will continue to book all of my appointments here. Already in love with this place and it's been a week of having a membership. Float tank: keep the lid down to maintain a perfect temperature in the pod. Infrared sauna: sweat more at lower temp. Towels and showers are clean clean clean. I purchased 2 60 minute Float session via Groupon for my wife and I to try Cloud-9. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Angie, the owner, and she was extremely nice and courteous. Angie was so passionate and able to explain to us everything we needed to know about Floating. She was detailed and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our experience. Angie certainly delivered White Glove treatment and made this a memorable time for us. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's super clean and inviting and our experience certainly exceed our expectations. The floating pod was very spacious, unlike the ones I've tried before and the place was sparkling clean so you can shower and get ready after the floating session. I am also impressed with the variety of therapeutic tools they offer for managing chronic pain. As someone healing from a chronic illness and neck injury, I find their float pods, infrared sauna, and PEMF therapy effective in reducing pain, inflammation, and stress. I've been twice for floats and will continue to come. I recommend Cloud 9 highly and would give them 5 stars but the first time I went there, there was a sick girl in the waiting area (sister of the receptionist) and when I went today the receptionist was clearly too sick to be at work. I have an immune related illness and I go to these kinds of places for wellness. I am the first to understand that sometimes you have to go to work when you're under the weather or need a child care situation for a sick child, but seeing that this is a place for people to go to for healing, it is not inviting to have to worry about germs from the staff. I would rather they close and cancel my appointment than expose me to germs. That said, I am a loyal customer and fan of Cloud 9 and hope when you go, everyone will be feeling better! I've been floating for almost 4 years now at a similar facility in a different state but go to school in the Boston area. I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience. However, upon arrival I wasn't really greeted very well, the man didn't seem enthusiastic to have me there and didn't seem to understand anything that I was saying about how I'd already floated before at another facility and knew exactly what I was doing. Furthermore, I floated- which was decent but upon exiting the pod, I could see mold growing in the crevasses of the pod (i.e. where the hinging was of the cover). I used to help clean float pods at my other establishment and understand how hard it is to keep salt from building up, cleaning between floats, etc. However, I do also know that with a quick wipe down with a solution, it could do the trick. I was so disappointed and then questioned why I was finished so early. He went about doing something else and didn't even say goodbye or greet me out. I went home upset and disgusted... too bad. read more
